Exceptional!

Our driver, Ahmed, was absolutely delightful! He made a 540AM pick up truly memorable. Ahmed was so knowledgeable about little unknown facts as we moved through the almost empty streets of London, heading to Heathrow. He was also extremely helpful in giving us tips on navigating the airport. He was a great driver, a great help and the calm before the LHR storm. Thank you Ahmed!

Warning NEVER use this transfer operator

NEVER use this transfer operator. Communicated prior to the day of transfer then on the day on one appears? When I telephoned told absolute nonsense and was left stranded. Anyone needing a transfer save yourself the grief and find another transfer operator. A HORRID experience!

Hotel to airport

City Transfers was the operator for this ride. You need to reconfirm with them and they are very particular about how and when to do so. The driver Nawar arrived punctually in a minivan and was well dressed in a uniform. He drove well and was polite. Rides to heathrow from London hotels are a minimum of four hours prior to your flight departure. You may have a lot of time to spend at heathrow but that’s not the end of the world.

I was really happy with my driver - he was a local resident, took the time to explain life in Verona and also confirmed my return pick up service without being asked. He also assisted me with luggage at my apartment.</p>

When asked the driver informed us he would have to get off the highway and check the trunk. At Heathrow he quickly pulled the luggage out, put it on the curb and left. No assistance with the bags or finding check-in.</p>

<p>The pick-up was on-time, the driver was courteous and the vehicle was roomy. That said, none of the amenities noted in our reservation were available -- no water, newspapers or wet wipes. In fact, a sign in the vehicle noted that eating and drinking were not allowed.</p>

This is the way to go if you are...

<p>This is the way to go if you are headed to and from the airport. We were there during the Olympics and the driver informed us of closed off streets so he arrived 1/2 earlier so we would not be rushed at the airport. Also found drivers to be very safe on the road. We will use this service again.</p>

Viator's sub-contractor for London...

Viator's sub-contractor for London Airport executive transportation does an excellent job. They arrived early at my hotel, loaded my bags quickly and we were off for the airport. The driver was very helpful, even securing a baggage trolley for me once we arrived at the airport. On future trips I will certainly use this service again.
