Amazing way to enjoy afternoon tea.

The afternoon tea was excellent, made even better by the uniqueness of being on a bus viewing the landmarks of London. The staff are very attentive and are quite amazing that they can serve prosecco without spilling a single drop! Would thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant afternoon tea

We did the bus tour today, Gary was our driver and Tisha was looking after us. It was great. The sandwiches and cakes were tasty but we couldn’t finish them all but got to take them home. They did a gluten free option. The on board commentary was good. Would recommend sitting upstairs.

Paddington Bear Tour

We had the pleasure of taking the Paddington Bear tour this afternoon and I can only describe it as fabulous! The staff were all friendly, attentive and very professional. The sandwiches and cakes were very fresh and tasteful, the drinks were topped up regularly. The tour showed even a seasoned traveller to London such as myself to see things I hadn’t seen before and was very informative. I would highly recommend anyone to take this tour.

Great alternative to the usual hop-on/hop-off tour; excellent food!

My parents adored this experience. They wanted to see London on the hop-on/hop-off tour, and while it didn't go to all the sites the other bus tours go to, the experience of doing Afternoon Tea with high-quality delicious food and the cute ambiance more than made up for it. The service was excellent, super warm and thoughtful (thank you Joel, Viv, and Jeremias!!), and the experience itself was far more charming than being on one of the usual tour buses. What a unique way to explore London. I thought all the thoughtful touches and timing (including a lovely pastry for my parents' anniversary!) made the experience hassle-free, smooth and easy, considering we were cruising the streets of London while having a meal! Unique, Cute, Fun and has Gluten Free!

How fun! We chose the Afternoon Tea Bus (they have various themes like Paddington Bear etc too). We got VIP seats up front on the top and had a wonderful view of the city. (Boy do people drive crazy there!). Beautifully decorated, great commentary, they played 80s music which is our favorite. They provided a wonderful afternoon tea and they had gluten free for me. We didn't care for anything fish related but most of it was very good. Coffee and cute coffee cups. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Would do it again!

A lovely way to tour London and enjoy a good spread at the same time

The four of us had a lovely time touring round London and enjoying a delicious afternoon tea. The staff were kind and helpful and even phoned the day before to clarify some food allergies we stated on the booking form. Nothing was too much trouble and everything tasted brilliant. We had goody boxes and were allowed to keep the decorated celebration tea/coffee cartons. Highly recommend.

A great time

Adorable tour of London

I went on Brigit's Afternoon Tea Bus tour with my children while visiting London. It was adorable! The staff was super friendly. The snacks were pretty good and tea was good. Definitely do this for the experience!

A Dream Come True

I took a friend who had wanted to complete a sightseeing tour of London for many years. Her mobility was not the best and we did struggle to get on the platform but got there in the end. The bus driver kindly allowed us to board a little further up from the boarding point where the kerb was higher to allow boarding a little easier for her. The young team who served us and looked after us were so lovely and understanding. We were lucky as it was a beautiful sunny day and we were able to see so many London sights. I am sure the top deck would have been better, but that was not an option for my friend but this did not detract from her enjoyment. The cream tea was lovely and plenty of it. Overall a lovely experience all round.

The food was lovely the staff were very helpful if there was any criticism it would be maybe to provide a little portable step to make it more easier to get on and off the bus because that step was a little high

BUYER BEWARE. Amateur operation w/ minimal customer service standard. Will cancel day of at time of your.   We booked 4 months in advance based on reviews w/ high expectations.  Our kids were excited for this tour.   We arrived early to Sommerset House. Waited outside bus parked there.  Staff said nothing x hour.   At time of tour - standing outside the w/ our children we were told by a staff member – your tour is cancelled.  They had no other information to offer.  No call/email/text anything morning prior/day prior.  Kicker, 1 of the 2 buses still went forward w/ the tour -so our kids (and 5 other families there w/ us) watched families board one of the buses and depart- while we were told, sorry, your bus is cancelled for today.  Further, staff at site had no information to offer – told us to “call the office” for information.  There was nothing else to it.   No alternative plan.  No rescheduling option.  No compensation.  No bus later in day or tomorrow. No apology.  Crying kids.  Wasted half a day, time and energy while on vacation.  Office hesitantly offered a partial refund. Would not give full refund. Would avoid this company.

Would do it again!

Fantastic experience! The macaroons and scones were fab! The glasses of Prosecco for adults was a very nice touch. Singing songs and Peppa Pig quiz! My son even at six really enjoyed the experience! Special shout out to Nella who went out of her way to make the trip special! Also huge thank you to Dorcas who helped us keep my child safe as we made our way down the stairs while the bus was moving to go to the toliet. Looks easier than it is! She managed to hold up two children for their safety. Very kind and personable. Also thank you to Robina who was very helpful. My son and I went on so much about the trip that my Mom wants to go when she comes to visit from the states.

Must not mess this experience

We took the opportunity to enjoy Bridget’s tea bus our last day in London. It was so much fun and. It was well done. The music was great. The staff was fabulous. The delightful food was delicious, what a fabulous idea to top it off. We got to ride around London and wonderfully restored from the 60s.

Superb experience

A superb experience! Delicious food, attentive staff and such an interesting way to see the sights of London. I was worried I wouldn’t feel like eating as I suffer with motion sickness, but the drive was smooth and steady - I didn’t feel ill at all and polished off all the food! The whole team were genuine and friendly, and made the experience unforgettable. Thank you JP and the rest of the team. I have booked the Grinchmas tour to return at Christmas!

Fun bus tour!

This was such a fun way to celebrate my birthday with my two daughters and sister. The bus was nicely decorated and treats were so pretty. (And yummy) Sandwiches a bit heavy with cream cheese but I think that might be standard for afternoon tea. I’m just not the biggest cream cheese person. Boxes were provided to take away what you didn't finish!

Fantastic early afternoon bus tour. Friendly service, tasty food, funky tunes and the sights of London. Would highly recommend.

Save your money!

The sights around London but could have done that on the HOHO bus for quarter of the price! Sandwiches were stale and meagre. Was only allowed one measly scone. Tea out of a plastic cup - yuk! Go to a hotel and do a high tea there for a similar price!

Wash out

A wet day, the bus windows were all misted over making any sight seeing impossible. We sat for one and a half hours in the biggest traffic jam and road works imaginable and you couldn't hear the recorded information given. Food looked very uninviting and not at all what I imagined, tea served in plastic cup. Not at all impressed.

Sub par experience! Overpriced and underwhelming!

Absolutely not worth the money! 2 stale finger sandwiches, cold quiche and only one scone. Absolutely laughable! Wish I’d gone for a proper restaurant afternoon tea and done a seperate tour bus. Don’t waste your money!

A great first afternoon in London. A 'must do‘ experience.

We - a family of 4 from Germany - spent the afternoon of our first day in London on THE tour with the crew Nella, Aziz and Alfin and a nice guest mixture. The food is absolutely delicious, and all drinks were included. The BB team was always helpful and very obliging. It was a great experience that the entire familiy enjoyed and we had a great time! Although some roads were blocked by a demonstration, we were noticed via email and phone call that the departure station was changed. Also, the route was changed, but to be honest that didn't really matter.

A different slant on a standard concept.

Noisier than expected, but that might have been due to the hen party occupying several tables behind us. (I learned something - those parties don’t need alcohol to raise the volume level). Heavy traffic that is typical of any of these city bus tours. Now for the positive. The staff was first rate! Attentive, friendly, and extremely courteous - it’s not an easy job. And the thing to remember is that this is a tour from Brigit’s bakery, so the food was unique and well-presented. Overall, this is just a different spin on bus tours that happen in every major city. Kudos for the effort.

Wonderful staff, pastries and tour guide A++ way to see London

Emmanuel and Daisy were amazing hosts for our Afternoon Tea Tour. Everything was delicious, the tour guides were wonderful and we enjoyed touring around town carefree. Loved the pastries and the teas. Will do it again If and when I am back that way.

Annoying music, mediocre drinks and food, hot, and a lot of traffic to sit in. Do yourself a favor and book a real afternoon tea somewhere lovely (which we also did!). It’s just a tourist trap. I actually realized this a few weeks in advance of our trip but you can’t cancel a booking.

Wonderful Afternoon Tea Experience

Wonderful little spot for an afternoon tea! Plenty of options, and we opted for a bottomless Prosecco option, which did not disappoint! Our glasses were never half full! Being from the States, we appreciated the ambiance, and everything was tasty! Their tea selection was vast and delicious, and both servers made our experience so wonderful. If you’re ever in Covent Garden, pop on over and enjoy! Thanks for a terrific experience!

Fun Tea experience with the girls!

I was very excited to take this Tea bus tour. This is something girls will love and is predominantly populated with female participants, at least on our bus! The bus was beautifully decorated with flowers and individual tables which were extremely comfortable. The attention to detail was great! Tea offerings were absolutely delicious and there was a generous serving of both tea sandwiches and sweets. The cream tea scones were also very nice. It is very much a party atmosphere with music on high volume in the background. The service was terrific and very friendly. However, if you are looking for this to double as a tour of London experience this may not be what you're looking for. Only a handful of sites are highlighted, and it is difficult to hear the commentary. The tour is only offered in English and there are no headphones available for different languages. Directly across from us was a non-English-speaking couple who couldn't understand the commentary and as a result talked through the majority of the tour, making the already hard to hear audio system and site descriptions impossible to hear.

Amazing experience!

Absolutely delightful! This was absolutely amazing, the staff onboard were very friendly and helpful. Seeing the sights of London and afternoon tea - what more could you ask for?!! The sandwiches and cakes were delicious. Would definitely recommend it to others, and would definitely go again!

Day date on the bus with Paddington 🐻!

My husband suprised me with the tour, and I absolutely loved it! I also loved the playlist, and would love it if i could some how get the songs that were played?!? Micah and Hanieh are awesome and we're very helpful with tea suggestions! Would definitely recommend this bus tour and do again

Absolutely fantastic tour!!

We had an absolute amazing time on our tour! The food and sweets were delicious and the tea was fantastic. The food is plenty and filling and we even had leftovers to take home. The staff were extremely friendly and everything was as advertised! Would absolutely recommend!

Oh my gosh! What an absolute treat. The afternoon teas were scrumptious, gluten free tea divine, waiting staff so welcoming and attentive. Special thanks to our driver, as we didn't spill a drop of our drinks. This really is the perfect way to enjoy the sites of London and indulge in a scrumptious afternoon tea.

Afternoon Delight

My daughter and I took the trip while in London and it did not disappoint. Sapphire & Jeremias set up a lovely tea with lots of goodies to eat, the tea was hot and bottomless while we enjoyed seeing the sights. My favorites were the cucumber & salmon sandwich and the lemon & lime sable - so yummy. I highly recommend & next time I am in London, will definitely book another tea

Great tea experience, with a nice tour to boot.

The food/tea was amazing - www.b-bakery really does a great job. It was a fun trip, although the tour was pre-recorded, so do not expect an interactive or engaging description of what you are seeing, but the tea itself was worth going for, and its a nice tour around all the beautiful highlights of central London.

Total waste of money!

I cannot express how disappointed I was with this. Firstly the food was totally terrible. The sandwiches were dry and on brown bread so my child was most unenthusiastic, the role had Brie… somewhere someone without children must have designed this veggie menu. Macaroon too sweet, cakes (apart from the small tart) just not good. The route had to take detours due to closures such as the Mall so you couldn’t see Buckingham Palace at all! The person speaking had such a thick accent no one could understand her, and in fact at one point she crossed the Thames again and did (no Joke) were crossing another river.. it’s the… ah yes it’s the Thames again’!! This was on Bus 1 today!! She has no enthusiasm on the sing song so no one joined in.. I even recorded a big for my husband because I was just so surprised at how ‘fed up’ she sounded… This cost a lot of money but even at half the price it would have been too expensive for a mediocre cream tea and a tour bus. I am a Londoner and the fact that you don’t point out Downing Street even though you go past it. Or advise anything beyond the pre-recorded messages is just well, lazy. Don’t waste your money. I have had to spend 1 hour trying to entertain my child on your bus. Inventing our own game as to how many people could wave at us, because there was no entertainment of any value on your trip!

Amazing Experience!

Wow, I can’t stop thinking about our tour from this afternoon! I requested a gluten free and vegetarian option, as I have a crazy list of food allergies and intolerances. Thank you, Brigit’s Bakery, for those options! I was able to thoroughly enjoy the tour with delicious sandwiches/treats. The music played on the bus was great and upbeat, the staff was amazing. The sights were fun to see from the bus, too.

Unique and fun afternoon tea in London

The whole experience was fantastic! The old bus was filled with charm inside and out. The food and drink was delicious, with a wide variety of sandwiches, scones (with cream and jam), desserts, and hot beverages. The staff were super friendly and went out of the way to provide excellent service. The small bit of commentary on the passing sights was perfect, as I find many tours too loaded with information. The bus is covered, which is great for rainy days. Highly recommend for a different style of afternoon tea in London!

Loved Every Single Minute!

We had the best time on the bus! The staff was very attentive and the food was so good!! I loved being able to keep the cups and it made for such a fun day getting to see the sights in London without having to walk! I will definitely book this again, and I’d recommend it to anyone! It’s fun for couples, friends, girls trips, mother daughter day!

Micah & Hanieh were great!!!!! This is a must without a doubt to do when you come to London. Well worth every cent and we got to see some really cool stuff.

Best Afternoon Tea Experience in London

We booked this afternoon tea a while ago & went yesterday. Four very different people, with very different food tastes (other than cake) & we all thoroughly enjoyed it!! It's quite a giggle to start off with, getting to grips with eating & drinking on a moving vehicle, but you soon get used to it & had a great time! Our hosts on the bus were Monica & Idris & nothing was too much trouble. They really made it a great experience for us all. The food was amazing! The variety of savoury along with the sweet treats matched perfectly. We all found that the guided tour part was a great idea, as we were all chatting away, but glad we didn't miss the landmarks as we drove past them. Would highly recommend this to anyone who's thinking of doing it & wouldn't hesitate to go back again. Thank you all so much for making our experience a great part of our day out. As for the driver, apologies, we didn't get your name, thank you for doing what you do & making these experiences more enjoyable!

A novel idea with lovely food

A novel way to see the sights of London and enjoy an afternoon tea at the same time We booked the upstairs front seats so had the best view. The looks of amazement from passengers on normal double decker buses were priceless. I think, that as the traffic was lighter than expected and we got back to our starting point about 10 minutes early the driver took us on an extra loop. Got to keep the tea cup as a souvenir. Very pleasant staff and the warm scones were fantastic . The only downside was the lack of a toilet on the bus, not surprisingly really. just a bit inconvenient. Staff told us to go and use the loos in the pub across the road, not sure if that was by arrangement or not. Alternative facilities either the public loos in Trafalgar Square or nearby Charing Cross station

Tea for two (or three)

My daughter and grandmother love to have tea parties at home so when I saw this as an option for our time in London, I knew my girl would love it. The pick up location is inside of the bus terminal so we were able to use the restroom before starting on the hour and a half experience. The bus is decorative, the food and snacks are beautifully presented, and the staff (Daniella & Tarik) were very accommodating. There were six families on board, so we all got to sit up top and had a great view of the London streets while a narration played, identifying the historic locations around town. After the walking we did and the visit to the museum and shops, this afternoon tea bus was a great way to spend a relaxing afternoon seeing the sights.

A wonderful time!

What a great way to start a week in London. It was fun to go sound the city, seeing major attractions, while sipping a good cup of tea and enjoying nice sandwiches and desserts. I highly recommend.
