Great hike, with a knowledgeable and kind guide: Madhy was excellent, I highly recommend him! Sublime views, trek wasn't difficult but it can be a bit long for someone inexperienced. Food provided was delicious, and the equipment was perfect. Thank you!

Incredible hike

I did the 2D1N Senaru Crater Rim hike with Lombok Trekking Info for my 40th birthday, and it was wonderful. Anci, my tour guide, and the porter were amazing, ensuring a safe and enjoyable trek up. The hike was challenging but the views at sunrise from the crater rim were absolutely worth it – a moment I'll never forget. The meals provided were delicious and the entire experience was well-organized. Additionally, I opted for the transfer service to and from my hotel, which was seamless and convenient. Huge thanks to Lombok Trekking Info for making my milestone birthday truly special with this incredible adventure!

Challenging but very rewarding

It was a very challenging hike, maybe the most intense we have done already, but it was worth it. Everything was very well organised and the team took care of everything: food, support, sleeping equipment… I would not do it again since it was so hard, but would surely recommend to do it.

Fantastic experience on the 2D/1N crater hike

We had such an amazing experience! Thoroughly recommend using Lombok trekking. They took care of everything for us so we just focused on the hike. Our guide Anton was so great to trek with, very knowledgable of the mountain, understood our capabilities and a great host. The porters made some fantastic food and drink which was well needed by the time we got to the top! Overall I couldn’t recommend these guys enough :)

We did 2 days 1 night Trip to Senaru crater rim.this trip was full of surprises.I knew that we will see beautiful view,but I did not expect that in the way we will also have fabulous culinary experiences.The food we were served on every stop was restaurant quality,I have no idea how the guys managed to prepare it in those simple camping conditions.I would recommend to do this hike with him to everybody!

The Best team!!

The trek is as good as everyone says. And as tough.Don’t underestimate the second day.but it’s so worth it. So many good things about choosing Adi.The team of porters and guide were superb.They brought ALL the rubbish down.Food fab.And really good equipment;the mats were so thick got the best nights sleep ever had whilst camping. And Lombok trekking info organisation is superb,everything runs like clockwork.

Fantastic experience!!

This was an absolutely brilliant experience and Lombok trekking info were a really big part of that.They were great hosts throughout and we couldnt reccomend them enough. The environmental work they do is also incredibly important and worth supporting. We watched the collect other people's rubbish at every point we stopped! The hike to the crater rim begins around 7am. Our guide nas was fantastic.His English was brilliant and he was so kind,helpful and a fun companion for the hike.The porters were brillant and cooked delicous food throughout and gave us tonnes of snacks (we were not hungry!!) The final 1.5hr to the summit was very hard. Do not underestimate this. We are in our early 30s both fit/active people and found it hard. The final part gets dusty so would reccomend a face cover.We managed overall, but for anyone considering the 3D2N summit and Crater Rim option we imagine it would be hard because you have 12 hours of hiking on day 2. We found it very hard to imagine doing this! When you arrive at the crater rim the view is spectacular.Our guide nas was there to point out all the best viewing and sunset spots and took some incredible photos for us. All in all it was a wonderful experience and lombok trekkig info really made that.

We found Lombok trekking info in tripadvisor and we decided to trek with them for 2D/1N trekking Mt.rinjani volcano. The team speaks good English, communications were accurate and detailed. Everything has been arranged very easily,from the pick up in our hotel. The guide was very prepared and he give us all the time we needed to complete the trek in our time. The equipment was good for passing a night out and the camp was posed on zone repaired from the wind. The porters also cooked and everything was delicious and abundant (Indonesian + snacks + fruit etc). We recommend to trek Rinjiani with Lombok trekking info!

Not only physical, mental resillient and yet you need a great local guide, Ah Li who is experience, always be there to ensure of my safety, patiently waiting for me and motivate me whenever I felt like giving up during the jouney. Both Ah Li and potter have carried all the camping stuffs and cook all those delicious food for me to ensure that I'm well taken care off throughout the journey. The local guide's boss also leaned me a pair of trekking sticks free of charge which these sticks help to supports and smoothen my trekking journey. Great experience!!

We did 2D/1N trek to senaru creater rim of Mount Rinjani. The hike was simply perfect,very beautiful path without being extremely challenging,and the views are just mind blowing. We fortunately had good weather at the top. We needed a rain jacket and a glove,and the team gave it to us without any extra charge.Also,the guide and porters were very helpful during the whole way. we spending 2D/1N,hiking to the senaru creater rim of Mount Rinjani with Lombok trekking info.From start to finish,fauzi the owner has provided excellent services to us! Pre-departure communication with fauzi was clear and always received immediate response either via email.Picked up from the Bangsal port and dropped off at the hotel after the trek went very smooth.The guesthouse that we stayed at the night before our trek was amazingly nice and clean,tasty breakfast was provided by the guesthouse in the morning before the 1 hour journey to the starting point of our trek. Our guide,dank was the star of this trip! He has provided super excellent services to us.He is very professional,knowledgeable, always with a very positive attitude,and very supportive through out the 2 days with us. If it was not for him,I would not be able to reach the summit before sun rise to enjoy the amazing views.I can’t say enough of him, Nas is truly the guy that everyone wish to have as their guide! Our porters were excellent as well.They have carried everything we needed to setup our tents,food, water and much more.They cook tasty and much needed food with nutrients and carbohydrates for us.we hagly recommend lombok trekking info to everyone.

Very good organisation, pick-up well anticipated. We did 2 days/1Night senaru creater rim and all made it to the top even 9 years old.it was tough but when you get to the top, you just remember the view and the colours... anto was a great guide and the porter and cook were great,they adjusted to the kids tastes, plenty of fresh fruits well appreciated. We chose lombok Trekking info company for our 2D/1N trek to Senaru crater rim. I must say we did not know them before booking but we have been convinced by the good online reviews and to sum up everything was handled perfectly by Fauzi the owner.Thanks a lot to him and his team, he organised everything for us to just enjoy the experience. We arrived at the Lombok airport in the morning the first day and a driver was waiting for us there to bring us to Seranu (village where you start the trek).fauzi welcomed us there,we had good lunch and a clean and comfortable accomodation for the night. As we started only trekking the day after we even had a guide to take us to waterfalls and traditional village in the afternoon. We started the trek the day after,lead by our great guide sugeng.He entertained us along the way with many nice facts about the region.The lunch break was just awesome!The team cooked us a great and tasty meal,don't worry about quantity there is more than enough. After a day of trek the team was already up there,all was ready for the night (large tent,comfy and warm sleeping bags, pillows, mattresses,toilet tent). The sunset view you'll get there is just amazing!See pictures attached. The last day you'll enjoy the great sunrise over the Lake before enjoying again a great breakfast cooked by the team.It will take all morning to get down to Seranu village,thank you Fauzi,Sugeng and team for the best adventure!

we have amazing 2D/1N trek to senaru kreater rim with Lombok Trekking info team. From start to finish, Lombok Trekking info was a professional and pleasant company to trek with. The day before the trek,they picked us up at the Senggigi and drove us to a nice hotel in Senaru (it definitely exceeded our expectations,as we thought it would be very basic).fauzi(everyone calls him "the boss") gave us an excellent introduction to the tour, and Freddy (our awesome guide) brought us to see two beautiful waterfalls in Senaru. The next day,we started our 2d1n trek with Freddy and our two amazing porters (jon and zul- not sure how to spell them,sorry!). Freddy kept our spirits high during the trip and provided us with plenty of snacks and drinks, and the porters cooked us amazing food and got us the best spot at the crater rim with an amazing view of the lake. After the trip,we were driven to our next destination.thaks Fauzi and team for amazing experience 🙏

Best Trekking company!

We took the 2 day 1 night mount Rinjani trek from Senaru.The cost is very fair as it includes transport to and from the homestay anywhere on Lombok! We ended up staying another night after the trek because the homestay was so nice. Our guide and porters were all so warming towards us.jen was extremely knowledgable about the mountain.We saw monkeys,butterflies and a mouse lol.When we got to the top they cooked us the best curry I've had in Indonesia (and vegan!)and we watched the sun set over the clouds. fauzi is hands down the best company.If you want excellent service,amazing food,and a company that cares about the environment, this is the one. We booked the 2 days 1 night Senaru crater rim trek just 2 days in advance (we were sort of winging our trip) and they accommodated us easily.Organising it was efficient and pleasant. Our guide,nas,was simply amazing:he was friendly,got us safely up,kept us at a good pace, and picked up so much litter along the way up! Between him,my boyfriend,and one of our porters,we filled about 3 large bags of trash! They are the only company that I saw that actually cares about the environment,others trash the place or just don't bother helping to clean up (another company's guide even sang about how he doesn't feel like picking up trash as he watched us!)Our lovely porters are also to be commended for their great job pitching the tent in a nice location,getting our food and gear up,and preparing the amazing food.thanks Fauzi and team for amazing experience 🙏

I had a amazing experience with all team members from Lombok Trekking info.I did 2 Day 1 night Trekking Crater Rim trip via Senaru route.He responded to my request very fast. Before the day of hiking, they explained to me about the hiking trip. They are very considerate.We were so lucky to have two trekking guides (dan and endra) to lead a five-person team (3 solo trekkers with a couple).Both guides are young but brave enough and very enthusiastic about their job. They knew the hiking route very well.They always give us mentally and physically support in order to complete the hike. Safety is their priority too.They offered help to every team members.They can always adjust the pace of hiking based on our fitness level.They wanted us to enjoy the stunning views of the mountain but not to overstrain ourselves.They fed us well with lots of wonderful big meals, hot drinks, snacks,water and funny jokes. Porters,thank you for your hard works too.They prepared our meals and got us the best spot at crater rim where our tents located. We can view the sunset and sunrise at the same location.The tents were strong despite we encountered strong winds at night.Nice mattress,pillow and sleeping bag are given to keep us comfortable while we slept.hagly recommended this Trekking tour to everyone.

Trekking mount Rinjani volcano with the best team.

We have choosen faozi because it had a lot of very excellent comments.We did 2D/1N Trekking package tour to see the sunset and also the sunrise from the top. First,Lim is very kind and he explained everything totally clear.The trek is a little bit hard,remember that your are in Indonesia and it’s hot but the first 6kms you are walking over the jungle and you can see monkeys,birds. Our guide lim was a very sympathetic and friendly person and we were laughing all time. We took about 7,5 hours to arrive to the top of the crater rim and it was simply amazing.thaks Fauzi,Lim and 2 porters for best experience.🙏🙏

1Night 2Days tour.

We are a family of 4 who climbed to the crater rim senaru of Mount Rinjani, looked after and guided by Fauzi. The first thing I would say is that it is a tough walk (we are regular walkers who have done other treks). But the guides were very helpful and supportive and ensured that we got to the crater rim in plenty of time to relax and enjoy the sunset up on the crater. The tents were good and the sleeping bags okay though could have been a little warmer.The level of service in terms of food and drink is very impressive.
