Dancing in Puerto Viejo - Excellent!

First and foremost, this was an excellent outing. The space was cozy, the energy was friendly and upbeat, and the pride in work was apparent. We really enjoyed having the time to leave to dance two rhythms and, more importantly, feel very comfortable. It felt like having a friend teach you so it was both comfortable and easy. We highly recommend this outing in Puerto Viejo. You will love it!

Batchata lesson

Nice energy dance lessons!! We had lessons which really helped to get in the batchata dancing. We could feel the improvement after the first hour.

Let go of your inhibitions and dance!

Isa's dance class was fun and energetic. Isa is a great teacher and leader. I was able to follow her lead better than any dance partner I've ever had. Isa has a warm, exciting and bright personality and will make you feel comfortable with the dance. Isa even went out of her way to send my mother a kind and sweet video message, which she appreciated, when she became to ill to attend the dance class. This was a memorable and enjoyable experience and now I know how to salsa and bacchata dance because Isa made it so much fun and easy to learn.

Very fun dance class on the beach

We had such a great time taking Isa’s dance class! Isa is a really great teacher - she was very patient and has tonnes of energy. I was slightly nervous about taking a salsa class as I have zero experience of salsa but that melted away really quickly - we started with the basics and by the end of the hour my partner and I were dancing together. We chose the beach setting for the class, which made it very special. We are looking forward to practicing more and going dancing. A fantastic experience - take Isa’s class, you won’t regret it!

Bachata&salsa💃

I can absolutly recommend this 💃dance lesson😀😄!!it was so fun with the teacher she makes it very easy to learn the basics and awakes in you the desire to learn more and the setting at the beach🏖is just wow😀!!so if i could give more than 5 stars i would👍😀😀!! Just go for it you won't regret it😄!

Ah-Mazing!

Isa is a dancing queen! Though I was solo and it was a private class, she brought so much beautiful energy to fill this experience, I had so much fun!! I've danced salsa/bachata before but she offered a deeper perspective of information and knowledge that I didn't know before. She's is such a great teacher and I felt like a dancing professional by the time our session was over! lol When I return to PV, I will definitely take her class again! Pura Vida!!!

My partner and I took a private bachata class with Isa and her dance partner Camilo - absolutely fabulous experience!! We learned so much in such a short time and they taught us at our Airbnb. She created a positive and fun learning environment and we’d definitely recommend for couples, friends or families!

Fantastic experience

This was an awesome experience! We learned just enough to have fun dancing and the location cannot be prettier. You do not have to be a good dancer to start with.

Great start into a dance career

My partner and I had a dancing lesson with Isa and we were not disappointed. We had a great time learning how to bachata and salsa (even though that was more difficult to learn for me :D). Our lesson took place outside by the beach and we saw some monkeys as well which was nice. Isa is a great instructor and her warm, relaxed personality and enthusiasm make you feel very comfortable and makes it an overall a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend it

Amazing energy and outstanding teaching

I was in Puerto Viejo for vacation and had the chance to meet Isabel for few classes of couple carribean dances. She is amazing:super passionate and energetic and spreading her pure love for dance, rhythm and life! She teaching style is great: very clear explanations mixed with encouragement and nice jokes- this creates a cozy and relaxed atmosphere (which was everthing I need during my vacation). She also suggested great beach location where we had our classes, with nicr seaview and breathtsking sunsets. We now have a solid understanding of the basics for slasa, bachata and merengue + videos she took so we can continue practicing. Thanks so much Isabel!!! An experience I will always remember and I highly recommend.

Bachata on the Beach

Amazing experience with Hannah. She was such an amazing instructor with a great energy. She made my partner and I feel so welcome in an unfamiliar place. Not only did we learn dance but she also shared her knowledge and experience with living in Costa Rica. We learned some great basics to Bachata on the beach and really got a taste of the beautiful dance. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Ready for the dance floor!

This dance class was absolutely amazing. Isa is so personable and a wonderful instructor! I adored her upbeat energy, which made for a great hour of learning bachata. She was very patient with my boyfriend and me as this was our first dancing class we have ever done. She gently corrected us when we made mistakes and cheered us on when we nailed the steps and turns. By the end of the class, we felt very comfortable with basic bachata steps individually and together, turns, and some other partner work. I wish the class could’ve been longer, because we truly had such a wonderful time with her.

Great instructor

My husband surprised me with this private lesson with Isa. She was amazing. At the end of the hour we were surprised at how much we learned. Thiis was the highlight of my trip for sure. She made the lesson fun and enjoyable while still teaching us a great deal. I highly recommend her to anyone who had ever wanted to learn this type of dancing. Wonderful!!

Best dancing experience ever!

Had a great lesson together with my girlfriend! We had such a great time with Isa that we booked another class the next day! We laughed a lot with Isa, and learned to dance bachacha starting from 0, she is a great teacher! Would certainly recommend this if you want to learn dancing in the most fun way possible!

Bachata Queen

This was the highlight of the week! I went to Puerto Viejo on a girls trip and planing ahead with times and class locations with our instructor even before we arrived was super helpful. She was very flexible with our schedule. The class was so much fun and we all felt very comfortable learning our new moves! Highly recommend.

A forever memory of joy

This was one of our favorite memories from our time in Costa Rica. We had our lesson on the beach and getting to dance in the sun next to the ocean it was like a dream! Hannah was so inviting and very enthusiastic about our varied dance skills, wish I could be dancing on the beach everyday!

What an amazing dance class! Hannah was so accommodating with our hectic travel plans and was very welcoming. We got to do a lesson on the beach which felt very private and made the class so much more memorable to be swaying to the music and the sound of the ocean waves. Wish I could spend every day dancing on the beach! I would definitely recommend this experience.

Fun, Relaxed, Patient and Informative Dance Class!

Hannah is an excellent teacher- patient, kind, and funny. She really set my husband and I at ease and- against all odds!- got our four left feet working together 😂 We accomplished more in an hour than we thought possible. If she can get us dancing, she can help anyone! Not to mention, Hannah is so sweet and encouraging-- we sincerely enjoyed our time with her and look forward to booking more classes!

THEE best experience!!!

Oh my goodness! We had soooo much fun. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HANNAH!!! I live in Jaco and my friends came to visit me from Michigan for some life celebrations. I wanted us to travel the country and experience culture and explore. Hannah did not disappoint us! We learned bachata and and salsa steps. The class was fun, simple but not always easy, andNothing could have made the salsa dancing lessons more perfect! . Hannah is a very charming and authentic person. I had made the appointment for the dancing lessons about a month in advance. A couple days before, Hannah reached out to me to confirm our lessons. She was very flexible with the time of our lesson which was awesome! We had the most fun! She had us partner up with each other ( she was one of our partners as well) :-) :-) We laughed the entire time and we're able to do salsa dancing and remember the steps later on! I highly recommend that you make your appointment with Hannah! You will not be disappointed and she will definitely deliver. I love her enthusiasm and her knowledge of what she taught. And the fact that she is English-speaking made it very easy for my American friends. She get a double thumbs up and five star review from all 3 of us. We WILL be coming back!
