Best Dive Centre Ever

We did 4 days of diving with Neptune. It is easily the best dive centre in the world. As an instructor, I have dived all over and the service we received from Neptune was outstanding. Absolutely everything is taken care of, there is no detail left out. Coffee on arrival, towels provided, gear taken care of, wonderful dive guides, boats were great, coconuts and refreshments once back at the dive centre. Just perfect. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Reliable source for great dives

Highly recommend (10/10❤️)

Such an amazing experience. They contacted me the night before and picked me up on time in the early morning. As I havnt done any dive in the past 2.5 years, they arranged short pool session for me Coconut water / snack / lunch were arranged on boat. My guide is very patient and knowledgeable. I was very nervous at beginning but I ended up with such a good experience in the end The staff are very nice and helpful. If you want to dive in Bali, I highly recommend this shop

Fun dive lovers

Finally after 2 years being dry on land cos covid i can get back into the ocean again, yess!!! Me and my girlfriend did 3 dives in one day. Absolutely amazing Neptune best guide call Mr Gede take us to the best dive site, first dive we did in gili biaha, second gili tepekong, and the last dive gili mimpang. For you who loves to experience dive with current I suggest you to try gili mimpang. This dive site so absolutely outstanding, you may need strong fins and strong legs!!! I love this dive site and looking forward to dive there again very soon!!! Thank you so much Neptune. 😊🤙🤙🤙🤙

Great diving experience with Neptune

After 2 years pandemic, we finally made it to Bali for the diving trip. There are always high standard service, smiling and helpful staff, great diving experience with Neptune. We went to Gili Mimpang for 3 fun dives, and we were so excited to see a group of white-tip sharks there. We definitely will come back again with Neptune.

Fabulous Dive

Did a total of 5 dives over 2 days at Padangbai. The crew and Dive Master are the best. They are patient and you feel safe with them. They were familiar with the place and are able to point out all the spots for you.

Diving is already a life experience and to do it at Neptune, has made it for me an even more memorable experience included with the cool people that I have met.

Amazing diving experience with Neptune

I went diving for the first time with Neptune and it was an amazing experience! Finished my PADI open watercourse with a lot of pleasure, went diving in Padang Bai and Tulamben. Everyone at Neptune is extremely friendly and professional!

Amazing experience and very professional! Good price

Neptune Scuba Diving is the most professional dive shop we have ever used. Julian and all the staff are so nice and helpful. People who aren't used to dive and are doing Discover scuba diving get a class in the swimming pool to get used to the equipment which I have never seen before. It did help a lot! Both dives in Padang Bai were amazing, the dive guide was great! They offer great value as well (Cheaper than most in Bali) and still have a new and good equipment. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend it!

Best Staff Ever

I had initially signed up for a discovery dive at Tulamben because with the other activities that I had scheduled, there just wasn't enough time. However, after my first dive with Gobang, I knew that there was nothing else I wanted to do more than diving so I threw all my other plans to the wind. Gede, who is absolutely amazing, was my instructor for the OWD course and made sure that we moved at a comfortable pace. I've been on the road for a little over a month now but the three days I spent here were easily the highlights of my trip(s). The staff here are all incredibly friendly and warm; it feels less like a workplace and more like a community of kindred spirits. I can't wait until I come back! (Also, thank you Joe for getting aloe on me. You're the real MVP).

Stellar dive operation

Julian and Joe run an amazing dive operation. From our first contact with Julian on the live chat on their website to their shuttle dropping us back at our hotel after our day of OW dives, their customer service was stellar! They are both so personable and down-to- earth. Their facilities, snacks, lunch, water bottles, dive team are top notch. Gobang was our divemaster and he did a great job guiding us on both of our dives.

Had a good dive and a pleasant stay in the office

Nice people, good gear and a great diving spot. They have this pool by the office with a glass wall where you can actually look into the pool. My son went swimming after the courses were done. Great!

Mejor imposible

Hice hace un par de semanas dos inmersiones en Padangbai. El masterdiver con quien bucee es Jojor. Un buceador de 10, y una persona genial. La experiencia inmejorable.
