Rukmana bali tour and mangku su team Great day trip to Nusa Penida. Explored the island with an amazing tour guide named Kass. Showed all the great spots that Nusa had to offer, and went above and beyond for some amazing photos with my partner and I. Overall, great trip and highly recommend this tour company. :)

Great place to visit, and incredible coordination and arrangement especially from Ketut our guide tour. Plan to visit again in the future.

Beautiful but rushed…

Overall the trip was great. Both the pickup driver and our tour guide driver were incredible. Very knowledgeable and when we were on Nusa Penida, our driver was also an amazing photographer who took photos of my family and I throughout the trip (he even climbed a tree to get the best photo of us). The included meal was very tasty, with a selection of options and lovely locals who made and served it to us. The attractions were stunning to look at, however, we did feel quite rushed as there were a few to do. I think it did not help that the island was extremely busy but this is not the fault of the tour operator. We only got an hour at Crystal Bay, which was a shame because it was stunning and the water was warm. We also felt that pickup times and return times were a bit off. We waited around a fair bit to even get on the island despite the early pickup, and we returned earlier than expected. Some clarity on the times would be good for future. Overall though we had a blast and if you love photo opportunities etc and quick visits, this would be great for you.

Great time at Nusa Penida he took us all over, would definitely recommend compared to going alone! Would also recommend bringing spare change of clothes for crystal beach which was amazing.

Mangku Su team and Kamayana - Our guide Kamayana was lots of fun, and helpful! He was also helping other guides and drivers who get their car stuck on the narrow roads. We love Kamayana!

Amazing tour with awesome guide!

I had a tour with Ketut Nanda and it was an amazing experience! Ketut was on time to pick me up from my hotel and was very knowledge and friendly and answered all my questions. I am a foreigner and he really made me feel welcome. The sites that we went to very incredibly beautiful. Everything went above my expectations and I loved the tour.

Fantastic Day Trip

Fabulous day trip. Got picked up from our hotel and driven to Sanur harbour. Met up with our guide. He was extremely friendly and accommodating. The boat trip over was fantastic and when we disembarked we were taken by car to all the beautiful sight seeing places. Our guide helped us take awesome photos. Highly recommended to everyone who loves the water and spectacular sights.

Instagramable Views!

This was a great excursion! The views were amazing and we got many great pictures. We did not make it to see Crystal Bay which was a little disappointing, but the rest of the experience was great, including the boat ride.

Well organised trip with great beauty spots

Ketut putra gerhana and mangku su team Good day, Team are friendly and helpful. Trip was well organised and everything the team could control they managed well. Roads on the island are “interesting” and we had a good driver in MiYaZaKi to navigate these. He also recommended altering the itinerary order to help reduce the traffic at the sites. The sites are stunning and MiYaZaKi took lots of good photos for us as well as making a bit of space for them to be taken. My lunch was great but my wife’s chicken was a bit dry and it wasn’t at Crystal beach but somewhere along the route that wasn’t a beauty spot. The beach and swim didn’t happen at all. I think this was dropped due to weather but even if we couldn’t swim it would have been nice to sit on the beach. It also meant the whole trip went from 12 hours to 9.5 hours. The trip to and from the Meliá Bali to the harbour was faultless, thank you Charles for that. Overall, good trip but missed the beach.

Bali Experience

Ketut putra gerhana and mangku su team were very helpful and took amazing pictures for me and my family. The Snorkeling was beautiful, and the sightseeing was worthwhile. Our tour guide guided us to all the best spots for pictures as well.

Definitely not worth the money

We paid $145 per couple to visit this island. The trip included the Boat trip over, a driver for the day and lunch, to say we were extremely disappointed as an understatement. We spent most of the time in the car to go and look at some beaches from Cliff tops we actually did get to step on one beach but for the money this trip is not worth it whatsoever. You are basically taking your life into your own hands when driving on the roads on this island, the roads are an absolute disgrace. This trip is nothing but a rip-off

20 star for kass

Very safe, informative and funny would recommend Kass. Took us snorkeling first and then around nusa penida to the beaches. had a great time will go with Kass again
