Extraordinary

Dian was absolutely, the whole Bali Hai Team have been absolutely amazing from the beginning to the very end of my experience. There is always a person with a helping hand and smiling face every you go. I have done the Nusa Pendia and now back for a second trip to Nusa Lembongan Island and Reef Cruise. Snorkeling is amazing, floating pontoon is super fun with many different activities. The beach club has amazing food and drinks - and relaxing time. I highly recommend this experience and company for solo or family travelers

Bali high rise

Firstly the driver who picked me up was so cool and relaxed delivered me with plenty of time to get ready and relax ahead of the reef cruise, the staff aboard from the moment it began was so high class and welcoming, I was instantly greeted with a glass of juice which was amazing and so nice of them, it didn’t matter whether I was on the top deck or lower the greeting and briefings was played loud on a microphone with speakers so I was able to start to catch a tan on the top deck and listen to the briefings, I chose to do the scuba diving which was optional however snorkelling water slides and banana boat rides was all included in the cruise which was exceptional and so good, the food was amazing and also my guide for the scuba diving helped me all the way, he took some brilliant pictures of me underwater as well, the tour of buds lenbognan was cool we went in pick up trucks and got to see the seaweed bedding aswell as enjoying time on the beach to relax and lay back, a separate pool area with beach volleyball was also free to use and finally the music on deck could not have been any better, the dj was fantastic such a great day and would highly recommend to anyone reading and finally a big thank you to high rise Bali for giving me such a special day!

Amazing service, lively knowledgeable people, enjoyed everything ! Snorkelling, banana boat, fantastic lunch, island tour with algae farm tour, boat ride, fantastic experience, definitely recommend !!

Fun in the sun

Asri was amazing! Will come back and do this experience again. A must do in Bali! The water activities were so much fun and the staff was very helpful and friendly

Sun, surf, and dive bombs!

Awesome day spent in the sun and surf. An hour snorkeling, dropping bombs off the dive board and then across to the island for an amazing lunch, swim, and paddle boarding. Loved it, get along!!!

Very fun experience and lovely staff!

The tour was amazing. Loved the dj on the boat, brought a fun vibe to the trip. The pontoon with the water activities was so much. I loved the snorkeling. I ran out of time for the water slide, but that looked great too. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

i had a great good going snorkelling and riding the banana boat, the food was amazing and everyone was extremely nice. i loved it and good music on the boat

Phenomenal experience !

This was an experience was absolutely amazing and I would definitely recommend doing this adventure it’s something you will remember forever , the boat ride was great you get to come onto a beach and the pool is nice and warm and you get to look at a seaweed farm

Amazing

We went snorkeling in the ocean and it was beautiful! We went to the bottom of the ocean with this helmet thing and it was amazing ! I would do that again! Food was amazing! Would do everything again.

Family fun day out.

Very professional staff. The activities offered from the pontoon were great. We all had such a great time. We also had fun using the resort pool on Nusa Lembongan. Special thanks to the staff for their kindness & generosity when 2 of the family members were not able to join us due to sickness. The company refunded 50% of each ticket, which given the late notice was greatly appreciated.

Amazing and highly recommended.

The reef cruise was excellent. They treated us so well with so much love and respect and care. We recommend them highly and hope to travel with them again. The beach club was the best and the activities and the lunch offered was just amazing!. Very family friendly and hospitable staff. The crew on board were great and catered to all our needs and comforts.

Reef tour

From pick up to drop off we were taken care of. Kids were kept entertained on boat and while at different locations leaving time for us adults time to relax and explore together. Music Entertainment on boat set a great vibe. Awesome day out!

Best Trip :)

10/10 Recommend! Great for couples, families or solo trips! Snorkelling, scuba diving, banana boat, sun beds next to the park, photographers, all inclusive (minus drinks). Had the best day! Also given travel sickness tablet as you arrive and a complimentary drink. Staff are WONDERFUL!! :) Love shaun & Shane

Activities were very fun, went to snorkel, banana boat and enjoyed beachside lunch. Would reccomend this trip to others

The boat was amazing, the beach club was great too, but we didnt have enough time to try out everything, just hoping that we would have more time to explore next time

Fun in the sun ALL day!!! You get to check out the water on an awesome Catamaran, with an amazing crew, stopped to check out the island, call while having water sports available ❤️❤️❤️ The perfect mix of activity and relaxation .

Lembongan island tour

Amazing tour learnt a lot about there way of life. Would highly recommend you do this tour. The staff were amazing. The BBQ was delicious and a lot of food to eat. I would definitely come back again.

Reef cruise

From the start to the finish we were looked after so well. The views were amazing . Loved the pontoon and the water activities and banana boat. Then to Lembongan Island for lunch and another swim. The staff were amazing so polite and accomodating. It is well worth doing the reef cruise a most enjoyable day. We would highly recommend the cruise. The staff were very professional and attentive to our needs. Thank you to all involved and Amalie you were so kind . Had a fantastic day even the thunderstorm did not put a downer on the day . It was most enjoyable day. Thank you so much.

An amazing experience Dian, Mita, Putra, Mamo for scuba diving + snorkeling. The staff ensures you feel comfortable, informed and safe the entire trip.

Great trip

The staff were amazing and friendly. The pontoon had so much to do and my kids really enjoyed it. We then went onto the lunch which was very tasty and alot of food. We swam for a couple of hours before we headed back

Great scuba diving and swimming, and lots of dolphins,

Beautiful boat, great weather the pontoon area was excellent with blue, clear water all around. Scuba diving was excellent with great visibility. Water slide, banana boat rides, diving board great facilities.

Excellent trip to Nusa Lembongen

Amazing day out with our family. The boat had refreshments and a great DJ. We took our kids, the youngest is 3 months. The staff were so professional and helpful. They looked after the baby which meant we could do the snorkelling and banana boat. The beach club was incredible with excellent and clean facilities. The lunch was delicious and the pool area great for the kids to splash about. We would definitely recommend this experience.

Worth doing

We have been to Bali a few times and done a few tours. This one by far has been one of the best. Highly recommended. Our kids, 15,14 & 9 Entertainment for everyone The food at the restaurant was amazing and the crew members helpful and friendly

Absolutely wonderful day. Cruised to beach club. Swimming and kayaking. Such fun. Lunch simply delicious ++. Relaxing after lunch tour of seaweed farm and village. Great trip and amazing service

Hospitality was on point, everyone was really nice. The trip is well thought thru with a lot of activities going on. The island where we had lunch was beautiful and the village tour was really interesting.
