Very convenient service, arrived early on pick up and drop off, quick and friendly. Helped us to have a very enjoyable day at lido water park.

Great day, great transfers

We had a great day, pick up was so easy, on time and had a really friendly driver. The park itself was very quiet so we never had to queue. There was an assortment of different slides, and plenty of sunbeds to pick from. Would definitely go back!

Brilliant day out

Had a great day out at Lido water park. Booked through Viator , was picked up on time In a lovely air conditioned car by Aegeas Travel. Communication on pick up times was very good also. We had a great day and there was something for every one at the water park. The food we had was lovely and very reasonable priced Aswell. Would definitely book through this company again.

Excellent service through viator app

I booked the lido waterpark through the viator app. Everything went perfectly smooth. We were communicated with via WhatsApp. We were picked up and dropped off at our own hotel and the drivers were safe and very friendly. We had a great day. Everything was easy. I booked the trip well in advance. Highly recommend booking through the app. Great customer service! Thankyou!

Professional and communicative

Excellent customer service. I was contacted via WhatsApp a day before our trip so I had a point of contact if I has any questions or issues. They gave us our pick up time and the make and model of vehicle that would be transporting us. The same on the way home. Everything from start to finish was taken care of professionally. Defo recommend booking through Viator! Thankyou again!

Smooth efficient and reliable airport transfer

Driver was waiting for us in arrivals; very polite. Very comfortable ride - the back seats even recline! Definitely recommend. Initially I wasn’t too sure when looking at google adverts which company to pick - but this one was superb . Pick up from hotel was as smooth as arrival

Great water park & worth a visit

This was a trip booked with Kos Activities & Aegeas Travel DMC who were excellent & our driver for pick up and drop off was professional and courteous. The water park was great fun & although it was very quiet due to it being near the end of the holiday season we enjoyed not having to queue. The slides were great and there are clear signs about the ‘rating’ of each one so you can assess whether it’s suitable for you. We particularly liked the lazy river. The wave pool was extreme and so we would advise caution before going in (perhaps watch it first?) That said after the first go we were more prepared and able to enjoy it twice after the first go. Lockers are available to use for €5 with €3 returned when we handed the key back. There are plenty of food options and all very reasonably priced. We had a couple of gyros with soft drinks which cost €13.60 & these were excellent value given the size of the portions & quality. We would recommend a visit to the water park and definitely recommend booking through this company who kept us posted with updates via WhatsApp messages.

Abysmal from start to finish

Abysmal from start to finish - booked on the Sunday for the following Tuesday. The operator contacted us less than 24 hours before we were supposed to go to say they couldn't do that day, so we rearranged our plans to go on the Wednesday (even though this meant that a lot of the attractions in Kos were closed on the Tuesday)... was told to wait outside a hotel (not ours, even though ours was on the list and we later found out on the route, they wouldn't collect us from our hotel). We messaged to check whether we should stand outside the hotel and was told to wait in a completely different place. The minibus turned up and the driver said it wasn't for us and drove off. We immediately contacted the tour operator who told us it was meant to be for us and the driver had the wrong list (presumably because they hadn't moved our booking from the Tuesday to the correct day). Absolutely terrible, poor communication, poor customer service from start to finish... would avoid at all costs - shoddyest operator we've used in over 15 years of travel to Greece

IT was a gratis experienc and also a very nice trip the offer was so great. Would do it again. would book it again was a great day. Transfer great as well as the rest.

Good day out

Lovely water park, quiet and no queues. Food was good value and quality. Definitely need to book the transfer which was efficient and good times

Water Park First-Timers

It was so quiet that there was an abundance of sunbeds, no waiting to get on the slides or lazy river and all in all it was an extremely enjoyable experience for my daughter's first time visiting a water park.

Be careful!

I bought tickets with transfers only to be told there are no transfers, beware! i had to spend €40 each way. Customer service is awful, they told me I was lying! The water park itself was great.

Average waterpark, but still a good day out.

The admission & transfer was great. The waterpark is average compared to other waterparks we've been to, as there aren't many mid size slides for the more water-confident kids. It's a good day out. The main negative is the staff at the snack bar/restaurant; they're not very organised in terms of serving customers in order of ordering their food, and pretty dismissive when asked after 45 minutes where my simple ham/cheese toastie was! my daughter had finished her meal, well before me. They need supervising properly to give a good customer service.

Lovely little water park that wasn’t too busy for the time of year. Plenty of sun beds, pools and slides were clean and enjoyable

Alright but staff are so unhelpful

The park is small but nice. The reception staff however are rude and unhelpful. Wouldn’t go again because of this!! Food and drink was also really expensive at the water park

Brilliant day

Not the biggest, but hardly any queuing for time of year. and enough to do, easily enough for the whole day. Food reasonably priced We didn't do the transfer as wouldn't have got there until after 11.00 and some transfers leave around 14.00-15.00. We took a taxi and got there for 10.00 and left at closing time 18.00 We had a great day.

Not the best

The best thing about this water park is the FREE bus. How ever once there the staff are unwelcoming & inexperienced. The water looks disgusting and quite frankly take shower gel with you as you’ll need to wash off after.

Experience great…contacting tour operator for pick up time poor!

The excursion itself was great. Pick up and drop off smooth. Trying to find out what time the bus was picking us up was an absolute nightmare. Tried all day to contact them via phone without any joy. Spent time on live chat also. Finally got a time via email but only within 12 hours before we were due to leave for the water park. . Speaking to another bus passenger on our bus travelling there, he had the same experience.

Great waterpark

Great service, staff brilliant and very efficient. Collected at exactly the time they said and waterpark was great craic with very short lines. Wave pool was terrifying though!

Under staffing led to frustration

We organised our trip using trip advisor. Family of 4 we got contacted by WhatsApp to arrange collection by local supplier which was a pleasant experience. Upon arrival at the water park, we got a map and found free sunbeds quite easy. The ground got quite hot during the day, so we were blessed we brought swim shoes with the rubber sole to protect from burning the feet. The line for the slides that need rings get very long very quick but we passed this by using the slides that use the mats The frustration came when we attempted to get food at the main restaurant. Firstly there are no instructions on how the ordering works and no signs to que for a table. We ordered for 4 people, got half of the order for two and only the chips for the other two with the main burgers missing After waiting and seeing other tables getting their food first we asked twice about our remaining food and were not met with friendly manner. Over 20 minutes later when half were finished good the other burgers arrived and were not even the correct ones. Ordering at the snack bar, there is only one member of staff, which makes ordering one drink pointless as it alone took 15 mins For high season, this does not make sense and is a reason I would not recommend this place.

Park =brill, buses =bust

The water park itself was really good. Great slides and wave pool. However the bus was 30 minutes late to pick up on the way there and then that one was full so we had to wait another 10 minutes for the second one. The transfer was fine one we’d gotten on the bus it was just a pain having to wait out in the heat for so long

Lovely Waterpark! Fab day out!!

Spent the day here while staying close by in Mastichari. We got a taxi to the park but we were literally 20 mins walk away. I booked online as it was cheaper, it also means you don't have to queue, as a lady had pur booking on a list👍 My kids are 16 and 11 and loved it. The Water Park is clean, wasn't overly busy, and has plenty to keep the kids entertained. There were more than enough sunbeds and lockers were only €3 for the day. We ate at the food place near the younger kids play area. We order a pizza each but were shocked at the size, one was more than enough for two people! Luckly they gave us a take away box and the pizza was finshed later on. Great day all round. We stayed for 6 hours 😃

Great family fun day

Great trip and really enjoyed it. Not really scary rides but a great day out and not too busy like some other water parks have been.

Lovely and clean place. Not many slides, around 9 to choose from. Food wasn't bad either. Had a great 8 hours there..

Nice day out

The wave pool is fantastic, but only comes on once every hour. The kids splash pool is interactive and good fun. Its not a big waterpark, but my family enjoyed it. The food is basic, expensive and pretty awful and took a while to arrive. It wasn't too busy, there were never long queues and this was during UK school holidays. A good day out.

Great but lacking info

We booked this through Trip Advisor. We had a fantastic time with some other families friends we made on our holiday. The food was reasonably priced and the kids wet playground kept the kids entertained for honestly hours! The only issue was, we had no idea where to get picked up from as Trip Advisor doesn’t tell you. I even rang and texted the number on the booking and no one answered / got back to me. Luckily we had the hotel staff to help! Collection from many hotels but we got collected at 10.15 from Kosta Palace which was an half hour walk for us.

Great water park, a little small though

Great little water park but could probably do with another few slides or a rapids to make it make it 5 star. The slides they did have were fun and the wave pool was epic!! I do wish the times the waves were on was clearly advertised as we had to wait around and watch, another family told us the big waves are at 12 and 4. The food here was really good too, we got a gyros for 3.80 and wasn’t expecting much but it was possibly the nicest I had during my stay.

Great Day Out

Visited with children (late teens) and had a great day. The water park is set across a good space so doesn’t feel crowded. There are plenty of sunbeds with many in the shade so getting out of the sun for a time isn’t a problem. There are about 10 different slides which are all great with minimum wait times, maximum being about 5 minutes. For smaller children there’s also a large area with lots to do. You aren’t allowed to take food and drink in the park but this wasn’t overpriced and was good quality. We spent 6 hours in the park and it was enough due to the short queue times. In summary really good water park and we’ll worth a visit.

Good water park loads to do. Reason for 4 stars not 5 is restaurant has terrible service was in it 1 hr before anyone took my order.

Great Day Out

Fab time not over crowded, hardly any wait time for rides & plenty of sunloungers both shaded or in the sun. Lockers were great asked for large locker more than big enough could get about 10 families worth of clothes in. Food & drinks reasonable price & if you forget anything there's a shop that's again reasonable with prices.

Brilliant experience

Brilliant experience, easy to book, communication was fantastic pick up was on time in a lovely Merc minibus. The waterpark was brilliant, very clean, friendly and loads to do. Don't forget your hat, t-shirt and sun cream. Overall, would strongly recommend booking with this company and visiting the park.

Great day out for all

What a great day. The place is spotless, plenty of lifeguards and sunbeds all free of charge. Lockers small fee but worth it. Not loads of slides but enough to keep a 16 & 19 year old very happy for the day. The wave pool is huge and has a great lazy river. No ques, which made the day even more enjoyable.. 100% recommend this for a day. Plenty for younger children, too. 22 euro is a very decent charge. Hara, the lady on reception, was so helpful as we had missed our bus upto Lido, she sorted us for getting back, and they call in plenty of time for your hotel collection/drop off.

Fun park

No queuing to go on rides which where great fun. Quite a small park but with a bit of sun bathing kept going all day.Very clean as well.

Lido waterpark

Brilliant communication. The driver was polite and punctual. They picked us up at the hotel even though we weren’t on the list of hotels. Fab day at the waterpark and was the cheapest way of booking. We would use this company again.

We had an amazing day at Lido Water Park which was made even more special by the fantastic arrangements made by Kos Travel, the Private Transfer was superb and on time and the arranging of the day out was so easy. Would definitely recommend this company to book trips with. Thank you Kos Activities

Go with caution.

Booked through travel shop in Kos Town. Started to rain after just an hour. No shelter, no announcements just closed the park. Had to wait ages for shuttle bus with staff being not informative as to times. No refund or even a partial refund. A very expensive day. Very run down and shabby considering it was first day of the season. Would think very hard before coming back. Bitterly disappointed. Lockers 5 euro but you get 2 back.

Super!

It was very calm the day we went to the waterpark, we barely had to wait for anything. The slides were amazing! The food was good and surprisingly cheap! We are very content and enjoyed our day!

Brilliant day out!

We absolutely loved our day trip to Lido Waterpark. The transfers were on time and easy. The Waterpark is awesome and has something for everyone. Any questions we had, we got a super quick response from the organisers. Finally, we thought it was great value. We’ll be booking again when we go back to Kos! Thank you!

Booked with Viator. Amazing communication, sent pick up details, fast track tickets in plenty of time with useful reminders. Transfers timely and comfortable. End of August park was nicely busy. Didn't have any of the restaurant issues mentioned by some. Found food and drink to be of reasonable quality and price. Inside the park, slides were great. Good range for ages, though need to be 1.2m to enjoy the fast slides (did them all by the end of the day😅). Lazy river was also relaxing and fun. Most areas of the park were well attended by the lifeguards. Good smaller area for younger children, also with slides. The wave pool was one of the best I've been in, only wished we had had more time as only managed the 1 x 12 minute session (starts every hour). Loads of sun beds available throughout. Definitely worth a visit.

Great day in Lido Waterpark

It was just one day of fun. We loved the Lido Waterpark. Great waterslides, clean pools and the highlight was the waves Pool. Best was that we could book incl. transfer and didn't have to rent a car or taxi.
