AMAZING!

the cooking course was one of the highlights of our trip to india. we immediately felt at home with the hostess and cooked traditional dishes. the communication in advance was also extremely good so that we could make food requests. we would recommend it to anyone.

Best class ever

It was an amazing experience! Honestly felt like we were visiting family here in India. They were amazing hosts & very educational. We learnt new ways and new techniques that embrace the culture. It was a nice glimpse into Indian cuisine & getting to know the real authentic Indian family traditions :)

Great cooking in Alappuzha

This was one of the best cooking classes I have been to. Great kitchen - home style and hands on, Rejula takes you through all the steps and guides you as you go. She always asks and makes sure you understand the process with explanations into spices and techniques. I made Kerala parotas, appam, dal fry with tadka....welcome drinks good fun with the host. Highly recommend!

Tasty food with lovely hosts

Parotti, vegetable stew, apppam, beef, desert ... Rejula helped us cook a full south Indian meal. It was super fun preparing the dishes ourselves and she shared a lot of insight into Kerala habits and customs along the way. Would recommend for sure

A taste of Kerala cuisine…

This was an excellent experience, learnt how to cook some truly fine dishes from the beautiful area of Kerala. These are life lessons and our tutor was patient and really informative, we learnt so much in the process. This experience is highly recommended.

Cook with Kerala

We had a really great time with Mrs Noushad, it was a fun, hands-on experience. We learnt to make beef roast, kingfisher coconut and diced mango curry and parota, which were all really tasty. We also made her new dish, casava and coconut milk, which was also very easy and fun to make. Mrs Noushad is very patient and helped us out each step of the way. If you love and want to make authentic food from Kerala, then I would highly recommend trying this cooking class. Would definitely try this class again when I visit Kerala again. Thank you Mrs Noushad 💕

Well-planned, authentic, home-cooking class with a friendly and organised host

It was worth it! The cooking class actually added to a full complete experience of Kerala Tourism. Food is a big massive part of Kerala culture and being able to learn how to make it made this trip worth! Moreover, I would like to thank Mrs Noushad as the session was very well organised and prepared- she had everything sorted before we arrived and was very well-planned. The sessions were well paced and Mrs Noushad was very friendly and made it an enjoyable experience. It was very satisfying to be able to cook and then eat them! Definitely worth it!

Authentic and fun!

We had a great authentic experience Rejula and Noushad. We learnt how to cook authentic Keralan food and have lots of fun in the process! A definite 5 star experience!
