Wonderful tour of Kerala

Wonderful trip, we saw so much and everything was perfect . Our driver Raj was lovely, always early and very accomodating with our requests to add little things to the trip. The hotels and the food were all amazing. Our contact Gaurav in Cochin was regularly checking that we were enjoying ourselves and seeing if we needed anything. He arranged the houseboat at Alleppey for us at our request. This was an unforgettable trip and I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Best tour destinations of India

Vibin was a fantastic driver who met us at the airport in Cochin, drove us through Munnar, Periyar, and Kovalam, and pointed out interesting sights and photo opportunities along the way. This trip has some long drives however it gave us an opportunity to see some beautiful areas of Kerala. The car was very comfortable, Vibin took us to nice restaurants that weren't so expensive. The trip was ultimately a good though rapid-pace experience of Southern India.

It was really a very nice experience and comfortable tour. Even though due to covid many activities were closed down, the driver Raj managed to show us the best sightseeing places in Munnar, Allapuzha and Kochi. The most exciting part was houseboat trip. I cant recommend enough how amazing Kerala Tour Packages was. I was planning a trip to Coimbatore for a friends wedding and started having issues finding a reliable driver to drive us to different destination through Kerala. I had heard common stories of people paying for a premium car and driver and then being driven around in a car with no A/C or with the driver always being late. None of this ever occured with Kerala Tour Packages. At first when I was planning my trip I thought I could plan everything myself and just use a driver, but as time went on and the more I talked to my friends family who lives in Coimbatore the more I realized I need someone to help us navigate Kerala and who knows the places we are going. My brother suggested Kerala Tour Packages as it was what he used when he visited a few years prior and he had an amazing experience. They did a number of things amazing. 1) Their concierge was very helpful in planning the best route according to the things we wanted to see and visit and recommending different options for us. They took into account how much time we had to travel and how long the drive to different locations would be. Not only this, but I found them only a week before our depart to India, so they were able to do a super quick turn around for us! 2) Not only did they have a quality car that was exactly what we paid for, but our driver, Bimal, was always on time. The car had A/C had seatbelts, and was comfortable. Bimal was an expert navigator who knew the areas we were in very well. He also actively listened to what we wanted to do and provided suggestions and advice as to what may be the most fun. At the beginning of the tour Bimal was making a few suggestions of places to go and I declined as I didnt yet 100% trust him and was thinking he was trying to upsell me. But as the trip went on and we began to trust him his suggestions proved that he genuinely cared for us and only wanted for us to have the best trip possible. I can't stress this enough, TRUST YOUR DRIVER! 3) The packages and the resort options they have is great. All the hotels we stayed at were of great quality. I cant thank enough both our guide and driver Bimal, as well as Kerala Tour Packages as a whole for such an amazing trip. I cant wait to come back! My Trip was the last week of January of 2020 (so this review is really late). Therefore it was before COVID was a full blown issue. There were some things in the news of the Indian government flying their citizens out of India, but it had no impact on our trip.

AISHWARYA HOLIDAYS AND CRUISES has arranged a fabulous Kerala tour for our group. I went to Kerala to enjoy with my family and was little conscious about the hotel standards and houseboat quality however my concern was unnecessary as the agency proposed some of the finest hotels and a very good quality houseboat (Kettuvalam). The experience was awesome and the honeymoon trip to Kerala is going to linger in our memories for lifetime. The trip was arranged on our pace and we never felt being rushed up. We had a very safe & experienced English speaking driver Mr. Arun with us who eventually enhanced our tour experience. Arun is very knowledgeable and he suggested some wonderful places on the way, which were not even the part of the finalised tour. Truly a great experience to scenic Kerala. Wonderful Alleppey

While searching on the tour websites we found that the Alleppey is a very beautiful place to visit. So I and my wife booked a trip from KTPS to roam in Kerala. Driver received us on time at airport. The highlight of our tour in Alleppey was backwaters. We had a nice luxury houseboat. The city's Mullakkal Temple features a traditional design. Punnamada Lake's snake boat races are a well known annual event. We can't describe the beauty of natural Alleppey in words.

We can look back at a wonderful 10 days. The program was very nice and wel balanced. The hotels were lovely. As was the houseboat day and night! Our private driver was a very pleasant and a good driver. Very polite and service minded! It was a wonderful holiday and we will certainly book Pan India Tours again!

It was my second visit to beautiful Kerala.We have taken a 9 days long best of Kerala tour covering all major destinations and highlights of Kerala in it. All went well and we had another memorable experience with Ktps. Surely recommend the agency to friends and relatives

Very bad experience

We had upgraded the tour to five star hotels and experience by paying additional money, unfortunately it was not so. Started with driver being able to speak only Malayalam and he couldn’t understand what we spoke. Car was bad and the organiser would promise every day to replace the car and the driver by next morning without really acting on it. Hotels and rooms were much worse than promised e.g. did not get ocean view room at Uday Samudra at Kovalam. Overall, felt no value for money

Saw so much of Kerala, thanks to our guide

The tour company was very helpful and kept in touch with us over the week to check everything was ok. Raj, our guide, looked after us so well and tailored the tour to see/do things that interested us. Almost all of the hotels were decent standard and in lovely locations. The house boat was very peaceful and a novel way to spend the night! I was sceptical about booking a tour but I’d highly recommend this company.

The car was nice and clean. We spent long time with our driver moving from one place to another. It was a friendly chat whenever we talk with him. The driver always tried to answer calmly and politely. He never tried to skip any place we wanted to see. We felt safe in company of him.

Kerala is amazing and very close to nature. We travelled to Munnar, Periyar and Kumarakom in our 7 days trip and have had a great time while covering all these destinations. Saleel is a great driver. Best of Kerala tour

We have travelled to Kerala for the first time. Amit was prompt in response and has given excellent recommendation. Actually we are 6 persons on this trip as our friends from Mumbai has also joined us. We have taken 10 seated mini coach, a tempo traveler for our tour which eventually has provided us plenty of space to move around and gave us leverage to change the seats. Visit with family

We arrived late the first day in Kerala. In the morning, we had appointed a driver, who came promptly to pick us from the hotel we stayed and he showed us the beauty of this place. We had asked for a english-talking driver and we managed to have one. The driver we hired, had a lot of knowledge of the zone, showed us many places and didn’t need any kind of guidance. We were a group of two couples and we booked two private tours, one in the Golden Triangle and one in Kerala. Me and my wife accompanied by our great driver Raj with a decent air-conditioned Sedan car. The vehicle was clean and very comfortable. We had a great trip from Cochin to Munnar with Raj. A very pleasant service! A drive to farthest places in kerala with private car driver

It was a long journey by the way. We had visited every famous place including boating in backwaters of Alleppey. I didn’t see any reason to give them below 5 stars. Everything including accommodation was perfect. This place best suited for couples on their honeymoon. The car was a good one. Clean seats and white covers were all new. A lot thanks to my driver who kept it cool and drove me safely to all the places without having trouble.

We hired this company for a car rental service for some 12 days. I am happy to write that driver appointed for us behaved professionally and didn’t ask us anything personal. The drive was exciting as we moved to different places in kerala. At the end of the journey he dropped us at the airport from where we took our next flight to home.
