I did the Discover Scuba Diving Course from Koh Kood including one instruction course for the most important skills for diving (e.g. recovering and cleaning regulator, cleaning mask underwater,...) followed by to dives. In between the dives there was a third stop, where we could go snorkeling at Koh Rang. Our instructor Makiya did an incredible job instructing and diving with us, was very reassuring and made us feel safe all the way through. I highly recommend this course, for everyone who wants to try scuba diving.

Scuba Diving experience at Koh Chang through BB Divers

Just completed the Scuba Diving at Koh Chang Island. We chose the services of BB divers. We entered as amateurs not knowing what to expect. But we were mesmerized to the fullest. There are 2 areas where they take you for Diving- A Shipwreck or A National Park... We were taken to the National Park as it hosts a variety of luscious Corals spanning a large area and many more Tropical Fishes.. Most instructors are bi-lingual and know and understand some languages.. We had instructors Pawel and Chang who catered and took care of our family.. They managed this whole experience with high standards and professionalism.. We highly recommend you to experience Underwater Diving through BB Divers especially if you are new or not experienced...

Best experience ever for first time dive!!

Amazing spot for first time diving! Our instructor Michael was so professional, fun and good and both me and my 10 year old son loved it! The water was clear, the boat trip to the spot was wonderful and the whole experience was very good!

First time scuba diving

I had the most amazing 2 days scuba diving. I saw so many beutiful fishes and stunning Coral reef. Since it was my first time diving I was nervous but Charlie made me feel calm and collected. Will never forget my first time. I want to thank all staff at BBdivers for an excellent experience🙏🏻

Thailand underwater fairytale :)

I wanted to try-dive for a long time, and when in Koh Chang, BB divers' offer seem like the right one. Indeed, it was amazing! Our instructor Chang did a great job at explaining everything in a relaxed and understanding way for complete beginners and once in and underwater, it only continued - we did some drills and then 2 guided wonderful dives; saw a sea turle, lots of corals, muraena, colorful fish, ... A never-to-forget kind of experience!

Amazing first experience

We had an amazing first experience with Charles and Chen. Although scuba diving can be quite stressful the first time (at least it was for me) Charles was very attentive and supportive. Thanks to both of them for making this experience a wonderful one ! The corals were very colorful and impressive as well as the large variety of fishes. We even had the chance to see a turtle !

Just brilliant !!

This was an incredible experience everybody at BB dives so friendly and accommodating. Our instructor Chang and camera man Steve made this an experience to remember. Chang was so patient and helped me to complete my first dive. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend

I visited BB Divers in Koh Chang 2 days in a row. We visited a few different sites each day to view the wonderful marine life and coral. Day 1 I snorkeled with Jackie, who was awesome. Not only did he show me pictures of what we could potentially see before starting, but also took the time to point them out underwater and show me again on board so I could remember what we saw. This was extremely helpful in learning about the marine life in Southeast Asia. Day 2 I did the Discovery Dive with Michael and had the best experience ever! He was reassuring and explained everything on land, at sea, and in the water. Michael was calm and patient with me and even celebrated every mini milestone with fist bumps underwater! All I had to do was remember to breathe while he guided me through the rest. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience and would highly recommend diving with him and the crew at BB Divers! Most people do their Discovery in a pool, but it was amazing to do it on a beautiful beach of a Thai National Park. A special thanks also to Steve, the amazing underwater photographer who captured these moments and was the catalyst for me switching from snorkeling to diving on Day 2. I can’t wait to go back and dive with them again!

Great experience

We did our DSD with BB Divers and were really happy with it! The team was friendly and professional, seemed to know their ways around the boat and the gear exactly. They offered us a pill to prevent sea sickness (which I would highly recommend taking!). We were taught the basics of scuba diving aboard with great explanations and pictures, then went into the water for a few training exercises and did two dives. It was almost a one on one training so we did feel safe and well cared for. Pierre and Damien, our instructors, both did a great job. There was also a very delicious lunch served aboard as well as fresh fruits and unlimited soft drinks, water and coffee. We could use our action cam on the second dive, if you don’t have your own, you could rent from the company. It was great fun! Only thing that would have been nice to know before (or maybe we didn’t understand) was the fact that you are on the same boat as other, more experienced divers so sometimes you had to be aboard and wait for them to be ready or do the snorkeling in that time. All in all, would recommend this experience!

Awesome!

After trying scuba diving a few years ago and having a horrendous experience (damn near died thanks to the cowboy school my friends and I went with despite being a keen surfer, ex competition swimmer and a trained lifeguard) its safe to say I was a bit nervous before diving today. Despite that I have fallen in love with diving thanks to the absolute 5 star experience I had with BB divers. My instructor (Pierre) was helpful, informative and completely set my fears at rest. First dive I held his arm for the first 10 minutes or so before striking out on my own (within arms reach of course) and farting about with all manner of incredible wildlife. Second dive I held his arm for the initial descent before once again striking off on my own, finding the confidence to do a few spins and he even took his eye off me for a wee bit (not really as he's an absolute pro but I felt like it anyway haha) Honestly cannot recommend enough. I've got the bug and I'll be back to do some qualifications next time. You'll be in safe hands with these cats. Loads of love!!

Top experience, quality diving and amazing professional staff, diving with our young kids

Top experience, quality diving and amazing professional staff, diving with our young kids I dived at Koh chang more then 20 times over the last 10years, and used BB Divers several times always great, ofcourse they dont control the weather conditions and visibility, but they do control the quality of their staff, boat and equipment aswel as the great food which in the end completes the package, which is where i want to highlight. 
We had a special request, private charter, meet up at sea to join with our own boat, perfectly executed, and spot on with the price too. We came 1 diver and 4 DSD her of our 2 kids 10/11y A very perfect easy to understand dive briefing by Master Instructor Karim, I come back to him later. My wife, my kids has dived before but my friend Tom has not, so extra care was given, following all regulations resulting in, what very surely will result in making certificates next round, i was super proud of Tom as he had told me before he can’t equalize and was doubting he could dive, Karim with his french/swiss charm, managed to make him all forget that 😍 We started with a stunning reef dive at “ Hin Leam” where we saw black tip shark hunting ( first one for Karim ) amongst much other exciting marine life. Followed by a fantastic wreck dive st HTMS Chang, visibility very good until about 20-22m at the deck it got alittle blurry. Myself the kids wife and Tom, was totally amazed to experience the wreck and the marine life there, we are all really hungry for more diving! For me as relatively routined diver, I really give Ka Rim the reward of the total success of the trip, Good looking, well spoken, very good situation awareness, and super good with the kids, you as a familly should specifically ask for him. 
So conclusion, Koh Chang+Bb Divers+ Karim = best experience 👌

Must do in Koh Chang

Just wanted to say thank you for such a memorable tour... Everything was very well organized, especially our instructor Mr. Pawel from Poland was very helpful and really tried his best to make us comfortable. All the other staff also helped my kid with snorkeling and everything. We were never hurried and were given enough time at all the sites. And lastly the boats are also very cool.

Such a wonderful experience with BB Divers

Excellent and unforgettable first experience of Scuba diving at Koh Chang Island, with BB Divers and specifically with Pierre and Michael. It was a thrill to meet these two guys, passionate about diving and eager to teach and transfer their passion to everyone who want to learn & listen. I learned so many things during this 1st day of scubadiving, about the world under the water, but also about my mind and body. I would not be able to learn all of these things without the great support and trust of Pierre, who is an amazing teacher that you can trust in every situations. Just go for it and try ! Thank you Michael for always having the word to let us laugh and relax during this great journey. Thank you again.

Incredible experience!

It was my first dive ever with Pierre and Michael and I couldn’t believe I made it to dive twice given that I can’t swim! The coaches were so fun and helpful that they explained skills in an interesting way and always listened to our concerns to ensure our safety. It would be nervous at the beginning but you can definitely get used to it and be able to enjoy seeing clusters of fish and colorful corals underwater. I couldn’t be happier to dive with Pierre and Michael for their efforts to make it an incredible trip. They were always around to adjust equipments and ask if we’re okay to continue so we felt very safe with them. We ended up diving at a maximum of 8 meters and we will definitely come again for our next holidays! Thank you BB divers and our divemasters for this amazing experience! :)

Scuba Diving Experience

I did my first deep sea diving course with Charles and I couldn't be happier. He was the modt hip, calm, and detailed fellow eho guided me through the entire process like ot was cake walk. No matter how nervous I got, he was right next to me help and guide. We did up to 10 metwrs of dives, came acrosd a sea turtle and saw wndless magnificent streams of fishes and corals. I wpuld deffinately recomend this place for anyone looking for an truely amazing diving experience.

Awesome experience

I really loved diving for the first time with bbdivers. Good instructions, a lot of patience, great atmosphere and some good food. The instructors are very helpful and patient. I always felt like I was in capable hands. Something to repeat, definitely!!

Excellent!

Had an awesome day out with BB Divers, of course having an awesome dive instructor made it perfect... many thanks to Adam!! Both husband and 13yr old daughter were fully informed and looked after so well by Adam and to be honest the whole team were great, friendly and supportive. My 8yr old did the bubble maker and Adam had so much time and patience with her, she loved it and he had such a passion to help her and attentive to her. I snorkel led whilst they were doing their activities which is enough for me. The food was really good, surprising with the amount of us to feed there was enough for second helpings (the yellow curry was to die for!) enough drinks fresh water, tea, coffee, fizzy and biscuits to keep the kids happy. We as a family cannot fault our day on the ocean with BB Divers who actually came recommended from a friend who'd dived with you guys last year. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you and want to thank Adam especially for being such a laugh and a friend for the whole day!!

Excellent day with friendly staff

Had a great day doing DSD with BB divers. Seas were choppy and suffered from sea sickness which stopped my wife completing the dives as was feeling too ill. 1st dive was beautifully clear with loads of marine life. 2nd dive was a tad cloudy due to choppy conditions but this didn't spoil my enjoyment. Vitel (I think that's the right spelling) was a great instructor and made my life easy under the water. Just wish I was on koh chang longer to do my open water course. Thanks BB Divers

Excellent Day!

My husband and I took the Discovery Scuba Dive course on May 15th. The entire experience surpassed our expectations! The staff is very organized, efficient, and professional. Our instructor, Tam was very patient and kind. He is fluent in English and did an excellent job explaining skills, procedures, and instilling confidence. I am very impressed with his knowledge of the marine life. The lunch and snacks served were delicious and fresh. Definitely recommend BB Divers and more so, our instructor Tam!

Professional organization and great underwater world

Excellent opportunity to get a taste of the world of diving. Our instructor Maik took a lot of time to explain to us the equipment and the necessary steps to prepare, carry out and follow up on a dive. We felt very safe and were able to enjoy the amazing underwater world of the Koh Chang Marine National Park. Also the organization on the boat with lunch and co. worked great. Highly Recommended.

Dream day in paradise

We booked a really great trip with BB Divers. Two people in our family wanted to go snorkeling and two others wanted to go diving. Thanks to BB Divers, this was possible on one boat with a day trip. The staff were friendly and accommodating from the first booking to the farewell. Among the divers in our family was our 10-year-old son, who was introduced to the sport by his diving guide Pierre and was accompanied both above and underwater. He always had a smile on his face, was super helpful and very friendly. The service around it was also great. We were picked up from the hotel and the food on the boat was delicious.

Plongé sous marine

Activité à faire absolument! Les fonds marin de Koh Chang sont incroyables, et pour les débutants comme moi qui n’ont jamais fait de plongé sous marine, n’hésitez plus, c’est la meilleure expérience de toute ma vie. Superbe plongée avec un super groupe

Une superbe expérience et une journée mémorable grâce à BB Drivers. Les fonds marins du Parc National sont splendides avec des milliers de poissons nageant autour de vous. L'ensemble du personnel est très sympathique et l'organisation est parfaite. Mention spéciale à notre instructeur français Pierre sans qui la journée n'aurait pas eu la même saveur. Un véritable plongeur passionné par son métier qui est très à l'écoute. Merci à BB Divers pour ce magnifique souvenir. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Scuba diver junior, une belle expérience !

Nous avons choisi BBDivers pour commencer les cours de plongée pour notre enfant de 11 ans. Pierre, instructeur français, est très patient et pédagogue. Il a su faire progresser Marie en toute confiance tout d'abord en piscine et ensuite en mer. Les 4 plongées ont été inoubliables pour elle. Elle rêve de poursuivre le cursus complet de l'Open Water. Il faut noter aussi que BB Divers propose des plongées pour des personnes en fauteuil roulant, bravo à eux !

Super initiation a la plongee

Deux super plonges en initiation tres differentes et toutes les deux passionantes pour moi et mon fils de 16 ans (une premiere pour lui) sous la super houlette de Pierre (merci a lui)) moniteur Belge francophone experimente il forme des moniteurs et il a a son actif une multitude de spot de plonges dans le monde. Grace a Pierre nous avons pu apprecier des sites d'une richesse siderante et nous avons meme pu voir une tres jolie tortue marine Que du bonheur avec un respect des regles qui nous ont permis d'etre en co nfiance a chaque instant. Ma femme qui ne plonge pas a pu profiter de nous accompagner quand meme sur le bateau et faire du snorkling. La nourriture etait tres bonne Nous recommandons a 100% ce club et so n instructeur francophone

Excursion à couper le souffle

Bapteme de plongée dans les eaux claires de la Thaïlande, c'était juste splendide. J'ai eut la chance d'avoir un moniteur français, Pierre, et en plus rien que pour moi ce qui m'a permis d'en profiter d'autant plus. Merci pour cette belle découverte, que ce soit de la partie théorique et surtout pour la beauté des fonds marins. Je recommande les yeux fermés Bbdivers et Pierre pour les touristes français parce que c'est quand même plus simple quand on parle la même langue dans ces moments là,

Excellent baptême de plongée

J'ai passé une super première expérience de plongée ! Pierre, l'instructeur français, est vraiment sympas, très pédagogue et prend bien le temps d'expliquer comment tout va se passer. Les deux plongées étaient sublimes ! Je recommande vivement !

Une plongée magnifique

Je suis allé faire mon baptême de plongée le 25 novembre, une grande première pour moi, j'étais assez stressée, mais le moniteur pierre , que je salue chaleureusement, ma rapidement mis à l'aise et détendu La plongée c'est vraiment très bien passé, il a pris le temps pour moi et est allé à mon rythme, c'était vraiment génial, si tu me lis un jour, vraiment un grand merci à toi Tu m'as fait découvrir un nouveau monde qui mettait totalement inconnu

Helemaal super!!

Wat een top dag! Samen met mijn vriend hebben wij de discover scuba dive geboekt. Hierbij hebben we 2 duiken gedaan en konden we ook snorkelen. We hebben de duik gedaan met Hannah echt een topper!! Ze stelde me heel erg op mijn gemak, deed het rustig aan en hield je gewoon goed in de gaten. Ik raad echt iedereen aan om bij BBdivers te duiken echt een top service!

Professionell!

Wir wurden pünktlich von unserem Strand abgeholt. An der Tauchschule wurde uns der Tauchlehrer TEA zugeteilt, der unsere Gruppe von 3 Anfängern betreuen sollte. TEA begegnete uns freundlich und sprach sehr gutes Englisch. Nach der Equipmentanprobe (sie war nach meiner Meinung in einem guten Zustand) und dem ausführlichen Sicherheitscheck ging es aufs Boot, wo die Gruppe eine Vorstellung der Crew, eine Einweisung des Bootes/der Sicherheit und eine Info zum Tagesablauf bekam. Warme und kühle Getränke waren frei zugänglich. Wir fühlten uns gleich willkommen! Auf der Fahrt zum 1. Stop, wo wir die Gelegenheit zum Schnorcheln hatten, erklärte uns TEA anhand von Bildmaterial und Text die Theorie des Tauchens. Dies tat er sehr ausführlich und ging auf unsere Fragen ein. Auch wies er uns auf Gefahren hin. Abschließend hatte er einen Bildband der Wasserlebewesen zur Hand und erklärte uns, bei welchen Arten Vorsicht geboten war. Positiv empfand ich auch den Hinweis, umsichtig zu sein und respektvoll mit der Natur umzugehen! Mach dem Mittagsbuffet, das lecker und auch für Vegetarier geeignet war, ging es zum ersten Tauchgang. Unser Tauchlehrer TEA setzte Schritt für Schritt mit jedem Einzelnen die Theorie in die Praxis um. Er war sehr aufmerksam und hatte jeden Teilnehmer unser kleinen Gruppe stets im Blick. Als ich mich plötzlich durch die neue Situation in einigen Metern Tiefe unwohl fühlte, konnte er mich mit seiner ruhigen Art schnell beruhigen und reagiert sehr kompetent in diesem Moment, sodass ich den Tauchgang fortsetzte. Das Riff und die Artenvielfalt hat uns sehr beeindruckt! Nach dem 2. Tauchgang gab es fisches Obst und unser Zertifikat für den Schnupperkurs, welches wir uns für den 3 tägigen Tauchschein anrechnen lassen könnten. Dieser Tag war für uns alle ein Erlebnis, auch Dank unseres tollen Tauchlehrers TEA und des professionellen BB-Teams! Macht weiter so! Julia & Maren

Ottima esperienza molto consigliata

Eravamo in 4 amici: due di noi hanno fatto snorkeling e due hanno provato le immersioni. Il personale è qualificato e molto gentile e simpatico. Per le immerisioni, siccome eravamo inesperti, ci hanno seguiti prudentemente e ci hanno fatto vivere pienamente l’esperienza. Ci hanno condotto in tre posti bellissimi. Il costo è molto economico per la bella esperienza.

Une superbe expérience

Ma compagne et moi même sommes allés faire notre baptême de plongée chez BB divers, auprès de notre moniteur et très sympathique Charles. Il a su nous mettre à l’aise avant de se mettre à l’eau avec des explications biens claires et beaucoup d’attention. Le repas du midi était typique Thaïlandais et succulent ! L’atmosphère à bord du bateau était très agréable, tout le monde profitait de sa journée. Pour la plongée, nous sommes très heureux d’avoir pu faire cette expérience à Koh Chang. La visibilité n’était pas optimale ce jour là mais nous avons pu tout de même voir beaucoup de coraux et de poissons extras, avec l’aimable compagnie de Charles ! Je recommande vivement

Super avec un Charles au top !

Super bon moment! La veille nous avions fait du snorkeling avec BB divers aussi. Tout au top, bon équipement, équipage sympa... Merci à Charles pour son accompagnement avec sérieux, sécurité et fun le tout en français. Un vrai plaisir cette première plongée, qui donne envie d en refaire. A faire sans hésiter.

Expérience inoubliable !

À la base partie pour du snorkeling, je me suis laissée convaincre pour faire une première plongée. La patience de l'instructeur et l'amour de son métier ont été contagieux! J'y étais avec mon copain et mes beaux-parents et tous ont adoré (même belle-maman qui a eu un moment de stress sous l'eau et il a su gérer ça de façon extrêmement pro). Je ne peux que vous dire d'aller avec eux, une ambiance fantastique, une équipe géniale, bref, un moment qui restera gravé ! Merci encore!

Baptême de plongée tout juste parfait. Toute l’équipe et en particulier notre instructeur Charles a sût nous régaler toute la journée ! Équipement au top ! Une journée qu’on est pas prêt d’oublier !! Je recommande chaudement !!!

Sehr gute Einführung ins Tauchen zum Kennenlernen

Wir haben heute bei Julia einen Discover Diving-Kurs gemacht, es hat viel Spaß gemacht. Julia ist kompetent und geduldig. Die gesamte Organisation war professionell. Wir wurden vom Hotel abgeholt und dann auch wieder zurückgebracht. Mittags gab es eine leckere Verpflegung an Bord, außerdem zu jeder Zeit Wasser, Kaffee und Tee. Ein sehr schönes Erlebnis.

Ervaring introductiecurcus duiken BB divers

Gisteren meegeweest met BB divers voor mijn eerste duik.De instructeur kon slecht Engels en was licht geïrriteerd als je 1 van de 3 oefeningen in het water niet gelijk goed begreep. Na dat we 3 oefeningen hadden gedaan ( equalizen, water uit bril blazen, luchttoevoer slang onderwater opnieuw aandoen) was het gelijk tijd voor een duik rond het rif. Mijn begeider had vooral aandacht voor mijn mede duikster en ik had een Thai in opleiding die altijd dicht achter mij zwom. Met deze Thai had ik bijna geen contact en ik wist ook niet wat hij precies met mijn lucht vest aan het doen was, jammer. Al vrij snel en vaak gaven wij onderwater aan dat we last hadden van onze oren. Dus gaf onze instructeur aan dat we het langzaam aan gaan doen. Uiteindelijk tot 8 meter diep gedoken, waarbij ik en mijn groepsgenoot meerde keren hebben aangegeven dat we last hebben van 1 van onze oren. Nu 24 uur na de duik hebben wij beiden nog last van onze oren, erg jammer. Verder was de trip goed verzorgd maar raad ik het zeker af om bij BB divers een proefduik te maken.
