Had a lot of fun on the quad bikes. Dave was an excellent guide with a great knowledge of the local area, terrain and fauna. We loved the information about the local creatures and fauna that he passed on to us at the various stops. Made me feel more at one with the local environment and enhanced the experience. Would highly recommend the quad biking activity.

An Amazing experience on the challenging trails and picturesque lookouts in our quad bike All terrain Adventure . Will surely recommend and the staff is amazing and helpful. Jordan was more than we could ask for either it be learning quad bikes or gain knowledge throughout the trail.

I've been eager to try this for some time, and our guides, Jordan and Dave, were incredibly accommodating to our large group. They expertly led us through all the necessary steps, especially considering some of us were new to quad biking, until we were skilled enough to navigate the scenic trail confidently. I highly recommend trying this activity to anyone unsure about it; the guides will ensure you have an amazing time.

A must when you come to Kangaroo Island!

We went on the Quad Bike Tour with Instructor Dave and it was sensational! My partner and I both had a great time and Dave’s knowledge of the island was incredible. Do yourself a favour and book this tour in with you come to Kangaroo Island. Couldn’t recommend this tour enough!

We had a great time

This was an excellent trip on the quad bikes. It caters for all ages and our guide Dave was brilliant. He made sure we were all enjoying ourselves and even spotted a koala in the trees before we set off again. If you ever visit Kangeroo Island look them up you won't be disappointed.

Had a blast

Jordan took us on a fantastic tour through some rugged terrain. The stopovers to explain local animals and plants was very informative and the preliminaries to explain how the quad bikes operate were very clearly explained. Highly recommend.

Nice quad bike tour!

Excellent quad bike tour! Our two boys 13 and 9 enjoyed it a lot too!! Jordan was an excellent guide and very professional! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Kangaroo Island!

Hot quad bikes

My sister and I and our husbands did the awesome quad bike tour, it was very hot but we survived mostly. I was unwell from the heat at the end of the tour but the guides were amazing looking after me and making sure I cooled down properly. We highly recommend this tour and the amazing guides who look after you during and after the tour.

A Perfect Adventure and Koala Surprises!

It was a perfect trip. It was my first time on a quad bike, I can't even ride a bike well, but the quad bike was a breeze. My guide, Jorden, was very nice and professional and was very patient in getting me up to speed on the quad bike before the official trip. He also helped me find a lively koala and took lots of photos and videos for me. It was the first time I learned that female Koala have a pair of fluffy ears, super cute! Highly recommended, you won't regret it!!

Family fun quad adventure and sand tobogganing

Our family had a great time at Kangaroo Island Outdoor Action. We booked a family adventure package which included a private all terrain quad adventure, hire of toboggans and helmets at Little Sahara and hire of kayaks to use on the Harriet River. The quad biking was definitely the highlight of the day. Our expert guide Andrew was awesome. He taught us to safely use the quad bikes and took us on a tour based on our abilities. He was absolutely fabulous with my 13 year old daughter who was nervous about quad biking and wanted to give up. But he encouraged her and was patient with her and she ended up doing the whole tour with us. We also really enjoyed the sand tobogganing at Little Sahara. Although the day we went was super windy with sand flying everywhere we still all managed to have heaps of fun. Just be prepared to walk multiple times up to the top of the dune which can be tiring for some. Although these activities weren't super cheap they were definitely worth what we paid and I would not hesitate to do them again upon my next visit to Kangaroo Island.

Great family activity

First time for my 9 yo riding a quad bike, our guide MJ has done a fantastic job teaching him how to ride and providing reassurance. All of us enjoy the quad bike ride, highly recommended activity whilst visiting Kangaroo Island.

Gnarly outdoor riding!

Brilliant pre-sunset ride through the trail, over sandy and rocky tailor-made paths. Midway we stopped and climbed some scaf for a good view above the terrain to get our bearings. Got up to a decent speed on the ATVs too, which came with a safety briefing beforehand and full safety gear. Andrew, our tour leader, was awesome - very personable, engaging and knowledgeable about the local area. Loved the whole experience!

Loved it!

Had so much fun and got to see some really remote locations of the island. Our guide MJ did a fantastic job from start to end.

Great time on the bikes

We had an excellent time with Jordan out on the quad bikes. He provided us with interesting information about the local plant and wild life and the bushfire recovery. Outdoor Action was very accommodating of our family. The quad bikes provide a unique way to see the landscape. We had some close encounters with some of the local critters

Awesome adventure, highly recommended

Outdoor Action was nice enough to fit a group of 9 in at the last minute. A fantastic time was had by the kids and the adults creating amazing memories of a lifetime! Thanks to Andrew and Jeremie for be such fun guides, you made the day!

Awesome family fun

We had the best time on the guided quad bike tour! The kids loved the bikes and it was fun, safe and educational learning about the local flora and fauna. Our guide Jordan was very knowledgeable and also so patient and fun with the kids. They want to go back... and one day be like Jordan!

Great quad bike experience in KI

This was a fun little adventure during our time on KI. My partner and I were the only ones on our tour and our guide Pete was superb. He made it a very personal experience, stopped to take photos and videos for us as well as explained a lot about the local area. The bikes were well kept and easy to ride.

An experience to remember!

What an incredible experience. Pete and Andrew ensured we were fully briefed and then we were on our way. A generous tour over different terrain, Pete’s knowledge of the local area, the vegetation and history of the island made this the most memorable experience. Walking down on to the beach at land’s end an extra highlight. Thank you Pete for your care, our whole family were so impressed - definitely the best guide on an experience we will talk about for years. Definitely make this a must do on your KI visit. Not worth the money or time..

Where to start. It seems more like a tourist trap than anything. Great advertising though.. It seemed like They were more keen taking our money than actually wanting to give us a tour. The ride was very uncomfortable, the track was rocky and there were little to none storytelling on the tour. We were very dissappointed. You would have expected more from the tour in regards to how much you actually pay for it!

love it

Amazing, worth every cent, the family enjoyed it very much, my two children absolutely love it. It is also glad to see that the nature has showed good recovery from the bush fire. We had Pete as our tour guide, he is great and very patient with children, also i am very impressed by his nature awareness, you can tell he loves this island. next time we need to choose the 3 hours tour though : )

A really fun day that I’ll never forget!

Riding an ATV for the first time and spending the day with my friends on Kangaroo Island is an experience that I will never forget. MJ was an excellent guide and she made sure we felt comfortable before we hit the trail. We stopped several times along the way to observe and to learn. I will recommend this activity to everyone. It was the highlight of our Australian adventure and I can’t wait to return to Kangaroo Island for another fun ride.

Awesome bush adventure!!

Just did the awesome quad bike adventure tour. Really good instruction, kick ass quad bikes, easy to ride, great tracks through the bush. MJ was our attentive and cool tour guide. Great with safety , very informative about the local environment and we had lots of fun. Highly recommended .

Fox was amazing, excellent guide, i instructor very knowledgeable. The tour was tailored for us only 2 of us. Fantastic experience would recommend to anyone who is unsure. You should definetly do it.

Fox was our guide. He was so lovely showing us how to ride the quad bike. Great for experienced riders and beginners. He was a font of Island knowledge which was fantastic. He made the whole experience a wonderful memory and we learned so much. Would recommend to everyone, it was amazing.

Good trip

The ride was fantastic, totally enjoyed it. Longer route could be better, and I was expecting bit of a ride in desert as well. So far, it was fantastic.

Quad Trip was the Best!

We scheduled this trip long before we actually did it, but they were ready for us when we arrived! Our ride with Pete and MJ was the most fun! They took care to make sure we knew how to operate our Quads, and took us on a ride that we saw beautiful scenery and animals. There were several times that we stopped along the way so they could tell us information about the area or to look at something. They also stopped to explain what kind of terrain we may encounter ahead. I would do this again and again. Truly, we take our hats off to Pete and MJ for a fabulous time.

Great experience.

Very professional and friendly. Equipment all well maintained and the staff made sure everyone was inducte and safe. Our instructor, Pete was fabulous. As a first time rider he made me feel very comfortable and got me riding confidently quickly. Also very knowledgeable and broke the ride up with stops to learn about the wild Ligurian bees and more! Great experience. Would highly recommend.

Awesome Fun & Very Interesting! Highly Recommend!

Fantastic experience and lots of fun. Our guide Jordan was exceptional. His knowledge of the wildlife and flora on the island was incredible. He also went that extra mile to ensure we saw as much wildlife as possible. I was really surprised when he told me he’d only been working on Kangaroo island since last year as his knowledge would suggest it was far longer. Highly recommend the Quad bike tour. 10/10 A+++ and a special thanks to Jordan and MJ for making it great fun and very informative too.

The highlight of our KI trip

Marcus took us on a quad bike tour. He was so great with the kids, a great teacher, full of knowledge and loads of fun. Couldnt recommend Outdoor Action and Marcus enough!

Fun for all the family

Pete, our guide, was excellent. He was patient and took time to make sure our kids felt confident in operating the quad bikes so they had a great experience. The tracks are fun all different so you get a good variety of terrain. Great family experience!

A fun, yet educational experience on the quads for the whole family.

Such a fun family activity which was suitable for all ages. Marcus was an absolute wealth of knowledge and interacted with the whole family genuinely and in a fun way. It was clear he knew his stuff and if the tour guide gig doesn't pan out he could be very successful in the comedy industry. Very, very enjoyable.

Great opportunity to get into the bush and have done serious fun at the same time!

We had to re-arrange our planned trip at very short notice. KI Outdoor Action very accommodating. Good emphasis on safety without being stifling and opportunity to familiarise ourselves with the quads. Our leader Jordan was very friendly and knowledgeable taking time out to stop and share his knowledge of the ‘bush’. We just wished we hadn’t left this to our last day of an all to brief visit to KI - as we both wanted to take another tour!

Amazing experience for beginner and experienced riders

Such a great tour, tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Made for a great experience on KI Marcus our tour guide really made our day. Will visit again next time we’re on KI. Well done 10/10

Fantastic tour and guide

Fantastic. Pete was a fabulous guide. Very fun and very knowledgeable. He was able to spot an echidna from what seemed like a mile away. Would recommend to any looking for a fun time.

Fantastic adventure

The quad bike tour was a fantastic adventure for our whole family. Jordan, our tour guide was brilliant and paced the tour so everyone enjoyed it. He made sure everyone understood the operating and safety instructions and continued to check in to make sure everyone was travelling well throughout. It was fantastic to see our kids (12 and 13) engaging and making the most of the adventure. I thoroughly recommend this tour to everyone who wants to try it. Kids said it was so much fun and a highlight of their KI trip.
