The day went very smooth....

The day went very smooth. We were able to see a good part of the island without having to rent a car. Beautiful land! Guide was terrific!

rushed. and impersonal.

the island was amazing, great views. lovely place to visit. tour was rushed but thats understandable. however, the tour was packed to the brim, ard 50 of us on the bus. some of the commentary needs fact checking.

Good overview tour of the island

We were lucky to have Hamish as our bus driver and guide. He did a great job of keeping the trip humming along and sharing his knowledge of the island and wildlife with an occasional joke thrown in. With a full bus he managed to make you feel well taken care of individually! We joined the tour in Kingscote which meant we had a separate shuttle to the eucalyptus farm to meet the bus which gave us some time to visit the farm while waiting for the coach to arrive. The lunch provided was tasty but light so bring some snacks/beverages with you.

Great way to see the highlights of KI

This was a great way to see some main attractions on the island. Some of the scenery was absolutely breathtaking and we were fortunate to see lots of the animals in the wild and also at the fauna sanctuary. Our guide and driver Hamish absolutely made the tour by sharing his amazing knowledge of the island and the Australian flora and fauna. Would definitely recommend!

A full and awesome day

Our tour guide Adam was fantastic. He had an unbelievable amount of knowledge about the area and made the tour very interesting. Awesome scenery and cool wildlife all throughout.

Great one day experience on Kangaroo Island

Had a great experience from boarding at Cape Jervis to coach pickup on Kangaroo Island. Our driver/tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and a great driver. Sites were great and lunch was good. Highly recommend.

Amazing Kangaroo Island!!

Iconic world class destination. Adam our tour guide was excellent with local experience and provided us with an all encompassing review of Kangaroo Island covering so many aspects of life on KI. We simply can’t wait to return!

a great day touring Kangaroo Island

Will the bus driver was just amazing and I doubt it would have been the same experience without his relaxed but informative commentary as we toured and experienced the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and loved staying at Penneshaw . We will return if we possibly can Thankyou Will and Sealink

Excellent tour, well organised and planned and covers all the sites

Hamish was an excellent guide and driver. He had saved seats for our group and gave us all the information we needed throughout the day. All the guided tours were great and were carried out seamlessly. The seal bay, Remarkable rocks and Admirals arch were beautiful natural wonders. The wildlife sanctuary in the end was fun, feeding the hand raised kangaroos and seeing the koalas. Highly recommended tour on Kangaroo Island.

But for the very rough ferry back to the mainland on Wednesday evening we had a fantastic time and we will be back

Our guide was absolutely fantastic very very informative even though our day tour had to be cut back because of weather.

Highlights Tour of Kangaroo Island

All of the itinerary was amazing especially the Incredible Rocks and Admirals Arch. Lunch was Devine and the highlight was cuddling the koala at the Wildlife Park. A tour well worth the money

Excellent

The coach driver was a last minute replacement. His driving skills were excellent and I certainly always felt safe. This tour would greatly benefit from a recorded travelogue, giving information and background to the wonderful sights and plants and animals on KI. The International tourists sitting near me were wanting to know the impact of the 2019 bushfires and information on how the community worked together etc. Recorded information would take pressure off the driver and greatly enhance the experience.

Some parts of the island...

Some parts of the island are beautiful but the full day tour is pretty unsustainable, 13hrs on a bus isn't ideal and there is zero coordination with the island so we basically starved the entire day. It just needs some more coordination or information for those booking so they know what they are in for.

Full on day of amazing KI experiences.

Jam packed day seeing all of the major spectacular sights of Kangaroo Island. Seal Bay & feeding the kangaroos a highlight. Great included lunch, plus outstanding informative commentary provided by our bus driver Scott. It is a long day, with lots of driving..but well worth it, to experience all that KI has to offer.

Great way to see the highlights for a day tour.

Watching the seals in their natural habitat, eating with a new group of people and feeding the cute kangaroos at the wildlife centre.

Abandoned & Stranded at the Kingscote Pick-up point

Seeing the tour bus drive past the allocated pick-up point for those staying in Kingscote (I was the only person). Being stranded for up to 2 hours before the courtesy bus came and collected me from the pick-up spot to the lunch venue. The driver was apologetic but I had missed Seal Bay. Would never use Sealink again as no compensation has been provided.

Ki full day tour

I enjoyed seal bay and the wildlufe but time was too short, we were rushed. Leave at 9 or so. Wevdid not get off from eucalyptus till 11. It is great, commentary good but time at admirals arch too long by 10 mins. We could not soend much time seal bay gift shop, otherwuse i think great tour. Lunch was loveky but again rushed

Exceptional introduction to Kangaroo Island

We stayed at Kingscote and were collected at our hotel and driven to a meeting point to join fellow passengers on this day trip. This was the first of two full day trips we did on Kangaroo Island with our friendly informative guide/driver Adam. We started at Seal Bay with a guided beach walk along the beach with the seals, then off to Flinders Chase National Park to the amazing Remarkable Rocks to get some great photos. We checked the incredible Admirals Arch and the many seals swimming around. We had a very nice lunch at Vivionne Bay and last stop for the day was the Wildlife Park to check out all the animals and meet some of the Koalas rescued from the bush fires. Highly recommend this trip.

A must tour when visiting KI

Highly recommend this activity. All the planning has been done for you, taking you to the major tourist destinations. The tour guide (Adam) was brilliant, he was very knowledgeable and made sure we kept on time. The lunch was absolutely delicious. The fact that you can sit back and enjoy the views without worrying about where you are driving is a BIG plus. Please ensure you take this tour when you visit KI.

Excellent introduction to Kangaroo Island

My friend and I enjoyed the one day tour tour with an extremely knowledgeable guide Nikki Redman and very capable driver Zen Nikki kept us entertained with lots of stories about the flora and fauna of the island, which she obviously loves, as we drove from the ferry to Seal Rocks, then to The Remarkable Rock and The Arch and then on to The Wildlife Park. It was great to see how KI is recovering from the recent bushfires.

Exceptional

We did the full day tour visiting Seal Bay, Flinders Chase NP, a wildlife sanctuary and many other sites. It was a long day with a lot of driving because the island is 155km x 50km. Our coach driver and tour guide Adam was entertaining, knowledgeable and personable. He made the day extremely enjoyable. The aftermath of the bushfires are still noticeable however the vegetation & wildlife are coming back. Well worth it.

Un’isola piena di sorprese

Quello che abbiamo visto era molto bello , ma le distanze dell’isola sono tali per cui è stato più il tempo dei trasferimenti che il tempo passato a vedere cose . Ottimo il servizio di Transfer.

DECUE

Je suis globalement déçue . En effet sur 9 heures que dure le tour on passe 6 heures dans le bus ou soit dit en passant j'ai eu très froid. Je n'ai pas trouvé cette activité intéressante a part le dernier arrêt pour aller voir les kangourous et les koalas mais la encore pas le temps d'en profiter.
