AMAZING!

Highly recommend! I had an amazing experience watching whales, the crew is respectful of the animals. I love this experience, and I'll get back next year.

Whales at Husky

Really good trip out, good info shared by skipper and crew, for a short time out we were lucky to see the very active whale we saw. Very cold on the water but definitely worth the trip.

Excellent day out

We had an excellent time. Saw many whales and even seals, the weather was great and the ocean not too rough. 2 whales came right up close to the boat, it was an incredible experience. The crew were knowledgeable and very helpful, the captain provided a good commentary.

The captain took us near the whales many times. He also took a little bit extra time to make sure everyone was happy. Great trip.

Back of the boat

Obviously watching the whales was great. Not so great was the build up. We arrived early and had trouble finding the right spot to board (no signage). After a bit of to and fro a staff member informed us to be at a certain spot. When it was time to board we were not in the right spot and despite having waited for some time ended up being at the tail end of a long queue which meant only seats available in the back of the boat. That was disappointing seen how long we waited. The crew was good at handing our sickie bags......

Great experience

Whale watching was great but Viator did not inform me that the tour was delayed for an hour. I had to wait for another hour at the cafe.

Very worthwhile an d enjoyable!

3 whales breached, one after the other, then came close to the boat! Staff are lovely!! Boat is well set up to give everyone a good experience!

Highly recommend this cruise

From the time we booked to the actual cruise, the staff were so helpful and nothing was an issue for them. Being in a wheelchair, I was a little hesitant but they made us welcome, we boarded first, ramps were placed to allow access to the outside deck area plus they had a fully accessible toilet aboard. The staff ensured I was able to see wildlife along with everyone else. Everyone’s safety was a priority. The staff were courteous and engaging. We had a brilliant trip and I’d definitely do it again. Highly recommend this company.

Early season viewing - perfect day

Was early in the season but we got lucky and saw 3 whales. Crew were good. Only reason it was 4 rather than 5 stars was because we were on the small boat so no toilet - upside was the ride itself was also fun :)

No Chance of seeing whales cruise

Having to turn around before we reached where the whales were due to bad weather which management was aware of and not being informed of this before we left shore.

amazing experience to see those imposant animal so near. But be prepared that the sea is rough and you might get seasick.The crew is very well prepared 😉.

Emazing

It was emazing, we saw a couple of whale mothers with babies. What I have not considered to harm me was I got seasick. But the crew was excellent 👌 prepared.

Well oiled operation

A well oiled machine - pity the whales kept eluding us as we got close, but that is out of their control! The staff were warm, friendly, attentive and funny. The boat was clean. They also have impressive facilities at the wharf. My 4 and 8 year olds had a lovely time, despite the wind, thanks to the staff.

It was amazing to see the mothers and calves so close our boat and the staff we very helpful and friendly.

Everything was perfect...

Everything was perfect except for the wrong address of meeting points.The experience of watching four whales play,roll and even call up close is exhilarating and impressive.

Great experience in Jervis Bay

Very nice and easy going bunch! Great staff and crew! And we were in luck, did see 2 pairs of mother and calf in the bay that day!!!!

It was ok, the whales were far, but the boat captain made all efforts to take us to see them

The staff were attentive, spoke to people on the boat, they offered jackets to those who were cold. Only disappointment was that we didn't see the whales closer. Also, the photo on the tour website shows a big boat but the trip is on a small boat.

Whale watching

It was an amazing experience, we where lucky enough to see whales and dolphins. The dolphins where swimming at the bow of the boat we were so close.

Dishonest not to cancel the tour

I think the tour company was dishonest to take the boat out on 22 September. The weather forecast was for 25kn south easterly winds. From the moment we got on the boat the crew were telling us it would be rough and whales would be difficult to see. None visible in the bay. The attempt to go past the heads to “the whale Highway” in the ocean was completely unsuccessful due to the size of the waves. Turning the boat around was quite exciting. The tour should have been cancelled. The only reason it wasn’t canceled was because most of the passengers on the boat were part of a large tour group which no doubt would have been unable to rebook. No photos to load becaus3 nothing to see on this tour. Not happy Jan!

Kids loved it.

Very friendly staff. Vessel was clean and safe plenty of space. Whales being wild didn't give big displays but we found them and the kids also saw a dolphin. Loved being out on the water.

Afternoon adventure

We had an amazing time thanks to Wayne, Paula and Pary who were most helpful and informative. They ensured that everyone was able to see the dolphins (a bonus) and the whales. An incredible afternoon!

The best day ever!

Beyond expectations, amazing crew, getting close to the most awesome, inquisitive and beautiful beings. A pod of 8 or 9 entertained us for about 40 minutes. Thank you for one of the best experiences of my life!

Is it ever possible to have in excess of millions of WOWs in a 2 hr cruise? Well yesssss… & today was the day! In all my times if taking this cruise, hats off to Richard & Kirrah who teamed up to be the most awesome whale whisperers & brought the whales to the side of our boat… truly the best ever!!! Breaches, belly rolls, spy hops, & tails…. We got it all! The best experience ever!!! Great tour, safe, exhilarating….. words fail me… it was the BEST EVER 🐳🐳🐳🐳🐳🐳🐳

No whales

I really wanted to rate this higher. The crew were very nice, the booking was easy. The boat really good. But.. it was a whale watching trip, and we saw no whales. Whilst I understand sightings are not guaranteed, it was still very disappointing. I cannot possibly rate this any higher.

Bad service

We travelled from Melbourne to do this activity, and we couldn’t not to see any whales. We hope for a free trip to see the whales again. Unfortunately, that was a miss too. Highly disappointed and I do not recommend.

Great experience

I had an incredible experience on the whale watching cruise! The crew was fantastic, making the trip enjoyable from start to finish. The highlight, of course, was spotting the majestic whales in their natural habitat. It was a truly breathtaking sight that left me in awe. I couldn't have asked for a better day out on the water. Highly recommend!

So up close and personal with the Whales, it’s was a fantastic experience! And the boat itself is very accommodating. Staff were great!

Great Crew

Unfortunately, for us, this was more like whale-glimpsing rather than whale watching, despite the crew's best efforts. They were wonderful and stayed out longer than scheduled to allow us time to see a couple of minor sightings in the choppy water. However, wild creatures will follow their own routines. The crew made the trip enjoyable in any event. I would definitely use them again if I were in the area for another trip.

Do not miss this!

An absolutely fabulous experience! We saw whales and had dolphins bow surfing with the boat. The crew were friendly and informative. A not to be missed experience, highly recommended.

A fantastic experience

wonderful time, the staff were great. We sighted a number of whales some close to the boat and on the way back we had a pod of dolphins that escorted the boat back to the wharf. Fantastic time

Great experience

Seeing the Whale. It took us a while to spot one so I almost had no hope of seeing them but suddenly one of the whale jumped out and it was the exciting moment. After that we were able to spot few more of the Whales. Along with the Whales, the thrill of being in the middle( may not be exactly middle but quite far abit from beach) of the sea was the experience itself with the big waves in front of you. This was our first experience but was very much worthy. Oh and Yes the staffs in the cruise they added more value to our experience.

We went there for the 1 pm cruise, but there was a mechanical failure so the cruise didn't happen. We drove almost 200km from this.

Amazing experience.. my first time.. Crew was interactive, guided appropriately and were a nice team.. we saw a few whales just outside the bay area.. great fun and exciting to watch these majestic mammals..

Amazing!

The guys were all super nice and you could tell they genuinely enjoyed their job!! We saw a whale practically the whole trip and some dolphins raced our boat - it was amazing!

It was a great experience, the crew was professional, helpful and caring, the captain told lots of interesting facts throughout the journey and did everything to ensure that we see whales and dolphins, which we did!!

Not worth it in winter

Not much unfortunately. Terrible swell causing boat sickness and when we finally got out of the bay and saw whales, we got to watch them for a whole 5 minutes before heading back in. Pretty disappointing

Friendly crew. Able to move around boat freely. Good viewing points on boat. Extra time spent following the whales. Also saw dolphins. Food and drink available for purchase although not advertised.

fantastic and well worthwhile cruise

Fantastic cruise to see the whales. The boat was very comfortable despite the wind. We managed to see some whales and the boat slowly followed them. The crew were very friendly, efficient and informative especially pointing out the whales and the dolphins.

Fantastic up close views of whales amid beautiful setting

We loved our whale watching curise so much on Saturday we went back again on Sunday. We had an amazing experience seeing whales up close, the experience of the captain and his intimate knowledge of the water meant he knew how to maximise the time we had to see as many whales as possible. The crew were so friendly and helpful. They provided lots of information and nothing was too much trouble. Spectacular views of the the area including Hyams Beach and Point Perpendicular Lighthouse. Highly recommended.
