Loved this experience! It was rough getting started...we drove ourselves and when we turned into the place there was no signs - just a bunch of guys asking who your tour guide was. Once you have the email you have to know who to ask for. Once we found out guy it took a long time to get onto the raft and get our drinks. We only got one coconut - no other tasting as described, no free rum. Then we were off and wow! what a great river it is. Our guide took us down then brought us back up the river, against the current! He gave us a great foot massage and was very happy to take pictures and videos of us. I do recommend this tour!

Pretty cool adventure

The tour guide was really fun. He catered to us. We rather listen the Jamaican music though and he played some great tunes. There are hella mosquitos though. Bring spray that’s the only negative.

Our rafter was excellent and made sure we were comfortable and enjoyed ourselves. We would Definitely recommend this experience.

Rafting adventures

The raft adventure was really nice- my tour guide Pierce was amazing I opted for the limestone bs k massage and arms and it was amazing ! Try it over the legs and you will be surprised - the atmosphere was safe and aesthetically beautiful thank you for a nice experience

This is an amazing activity. Nice and relaxing. The leg and foot message is the best. Captain Bell and the team are great. My personal guide was Pierson. Such a fun, joyful young man. I'll definitely do this on my next visit.

Vacation with my friend

The place was so packed one and secondly the guy they referred my friend and I with was a little old school he’s bamboo thing was so ugly compared to the other ones around everybody around had their bamboos with flowers and the Jamaican flags around really nice but his was cover with a nasty plastic and disgusting. When we ask him to take pictures for us he didn’t even know how to use the phone the picture did not come out right because he is to old to know how to take a picture my experience was horrible. My friend at one point wanted to use the bathroom and he was like she has to pay for the bathroom after my friend finished use the bathroom she went to the place where she had to pay for the bathroom the people was like no she don’t have to pay and they guys was telling the people to charge my friend even though they didn’t want to charge her.

One of a kind experience

An amazing experience! Our guide named “Chicky” was well accommodating and welcoming. Party favors are provided, along with music and fresh fruit for purchase. Check with your resort before booking with any third parties because it may save you money and easier communication.

Not a peaceful vibe

I booked a 10:00 am excursion for one person for rafting on the Lethe River with massage from Wilson Tours, but it seems the company is actually called You Tours. I was told I would be picked up at 10:30am and the driver was prompt. It seems I was the 4th of 5 stops- there were 6 other people joining me. We drove to the river where there were tons of rafts all jammed together. We were handed off to individual raft captains. I will say this wasn’t my favorite experience. I was looking for a relaxing experience and a relaxing massage. That’s not the vibe here at all. My raft captain put on music with vulgar lyrics and started dancing suggestively with his oar. He had me take photos in sexy poses which I wasn’t really into. I was offered a complimentary coconut to drink, but also for sale was bottles of rum punch, plates of food, and hookah. Everyone had music blasting and it’s a real party atmosphere, if that’s what you’re looking for. The river is so crowded with rafts, I kept waiting to get out on the open water, but it never happened. We just floated a little ways away, then pulled up on a bank where the massage took place. My raft captain started to give me some sort of sexy massage, but when I really told him that’s not the vibe I was looking for at all, he tamed the massage down and then after, we just sat and chatted. Others were getting full body massages, and it all looked very suggestive. On the way back, my captain finally got my drift and changed the music to some classic soul and it was much more relaxing. I would say this is definitely not a family-friendly activity, but is perfect for bachelorette-type fun. I feel like what I was looking for would have been found more at the Martha Brae River rafting, which seems calmer. Afterward, we waited for all the members of my vehicle to finish their rides. There are bathrooms/changing areas and gift shops with everyone trying to get you to buy touristy stuff. We drove back and I was dropped at my hotel in Montego Bay around 3:30pm, so the entire experience was 5 hours long. Our driver didn’t really say much, so I can’t say that this was tour company is better than any other. But it was on time, and as advertised.

I had an amazing time from start to finish. I will say my driver went above and beyond to make sure that my excursion was perfect from pick up to drop off. I can say this was a professional ride and I would book with this company again Jamaica absolutely has my heart after my four day stay I will be back. I will be using these services again and once again, driver excursion everything was perfect. ❤️❤️

Great experience

It was so nice although it started to rain, Captain Bell was so pleasant and friendly, he really made my daughter’s birthday special. Told us about the history. When we get out Tony the driver was waiting with an umbrella for us. You can bring your own drink on board, it’s pricey but with real fruit

The bamboo rafting was really fun. I enjoyed my captains. the massage was one of the best parts. be aware that the price only includes the rafting and a massage from the knees down. it is not full body. Also, please don’t let anyone other than yourself hold your phone. The captain of my friend’s boat dropped her phone in the water.

I absolutely LOVED my bamboo experience. Tony was the absolute BEST driver, great communication and hospitality. It was my birthday so he had Pearson who is the BEST rafting guide ever. Birthday Trip

Tony our driver who took us to the rafting was funny & told us about everything we were passing. He had the tunes going in the van & his attitude was definitely warming & welcoming! Oh, & he already has his 5 captains that are going to give you the limestone massage…TALKING BOUT PREPARED! On the way back, we wanted oxtails & he was kind enough to stop us by Pelican’s (9/10) Strong - our captain/limestone masseuse was totally awesome & definitely got the angles on the bamboo raft. He gave us knowledege about the Bridge & Banana Plantation. He told us about his job, life, & how long he’s been doing the rafting tours. While on the water, he did recommend the oxtails also, but they weren't done (why we went to Pelican’s). His massage was definitely welllllll worth it, 10/10. He popped my big toe SO GOOD! To be honest, all the captains Tony had of his were welcoming & made this a pleasant experience for our group of 8!

Unprofessional and poor communication.

After booking they canceled it without any reason as to why. When I messaged them to ask why I still got no response. Very unprofessional.

I had so much fun. We listened to music and the limestone massage left my skin so smooth! We went when the weather was nice, which made the experience more enjoyable.

Excellent all around

It was an unforgettable experience for my husband and me during our 25th anniversary trip to Montego Bay. The company was notified by the resort that it was our anniversary and EVERYONE we came in contact with wished us a happy anniversary— from the driver (Reno) to the manager (Anthony), our raft captain (Tranny) and another raft captain from the company. Our raft captain Tranny even had music playing on the raft appropriate to our age (old school), which was a special treat. And, the limestone foot massage had our legs and feet tingling in a beautiful way! This is a must do in Montego Bay and this is the only company to use.

We had a wonderful time. Our tour guide was AMAZING!!! The reason for the four star is that I wish the ride was a little longer.

The ride was simply amazing. Our captain “Jazz” was hard-working, knowledgeable and patient. He took great care of us. Our driver who drove us to and fro, Anthony, was superb! Anthony took care of us on the rode and was an excellent driver. He anticipated our needs and accommodated accordingly! Definitely book with them!

Had a great time on the Rafting on the Great River. My husband and I along with my sister neice and friend really enjoyed. The courtesy call, detailed information via Whatsapp was very professional and helpful. Really unique experience

This was definitely a new experience for us. The atmosphere around the river was so dynamic. The rafter was pleasant but a little young, but he tried hard. Nice that the beverage and coconuts were included. We enjoyed being given the opportunity to paddle the raft. Great for photos and video recording. I only wish we could have traveled further down the river.

Great experience. The driver was very pleasant. The bamboo rafting itself was fun! My only complaint (if I had to make one) was that the rafter guy was a bit too flirty. But overall, I really enjoyed it!

Rafting!!!

Awesome !! The raft captain was informative and strong as an ox to pull us up stream all the way back after guiding the raft down stream. He gave a massage, made drinks, cut fresh fruit, played music, and provided options for rum punch and showed us how it’s made.

My experience doing Bamboo rafting was wonderful we had great time. Our guide was STRONG he was respectful he introduced about some history going down the river he offered local fruits and he let us put Spanish music and he was dancing with us. We loved everything. I would be recommending!!!

Amazing

The activity was AMAZING!!! Our tour guide was very professional and fun. He was also able to educate us on the benefits of limestone. We got a massage and even took some home. He played music for us and kept the party going. We were celebrating multiple birthdays while in Jamaica and before our ride got to do a little shopping with river vendors. If you get the chance the BAMBOO RAFTING is an activity that won’t let you down!
