Eddie was very friendly...

Eddie was very friendly and patiently walked me through the busy streets, the food consists of different chaats, which were all very interesting and tasty. It's a fun tour, probably better enjoyed in a group than solo, but regardless i recommend it

Amazing and Unique Experience

This tour was so fascinating and fun. The guides are so knowledgable and really give you information and show you things you would not easily see as a tourist. The food was really good (and clean) and walking around the back alleys was fantastic. I met different types of artisans, saw some Jaipur houses, and tasted foods I had never had. HIGHLY recommended, esp if you want a break from the typical tourist stuff.

The guide never turned...

The guide never turned up. I waited in the hotel reception (meeting point) for 1 hour. Even if there was confusion about the meeting point, the tour leader should have reached out to me/ responded to my messages. Still no word from the tour company, no word on a refund either. When you’re traveling solo, you don’t want to associate with a tour company you can’t trust.

Fun 2-ish hour tour

Very friendly tour guide. Picked us up at our hotel and took us around old Jaipur. We made around 10 stops at different food stalls, all very yummy. Got to see a lot of gritty but interesting parts of town as well. He even threw in a tuk tuk ride in the end to round off the experience.

Picky eater loves this food tour!

It was a wonderful way to see Jaipur, on foot, tasting the local food (the best version), hearing stories, jumping on tuk tuks, getting great photos. Our guide was incredibly patient with me as I am a VERY picky eater. I warned him ahead of time, it was not the food, just me, and he was so accommodating. Definitely take this tour even if you’re not an adventurous eater!

Small Group Food Walking Tour

Great tastes and delicious street food and our guide was very knowledgeable. However we did not expect to be accompanied by his wife and small child. Although they were charming, we felt that this was unprofessional.

Fantastic Street Food Tour

Everyone should do this tour. We had the best guide in Aby and the best food and chai we had in Jaipur in places we wouldn’t normally venture. Tour was the best thing we did in Jaipur.

Best food tour in India

The three of us had the pleasure of enjoying this food tour with our guide Abhishek. Abhishek was punctual, professional, kind and spoke amazing English and Spanish. We were very impressed by his knowledge about culture, history and enthusiasm to inform us about a lot of relevant matters. We were picked up from our hotel and then were taken to the city where we were taken to places where we wouldn't usually go. The food was amazingly delicious and we were glad to try so many different things and to see the pink city at the same time. The food charges were paid by the guide. I strongly recommend this tour.

Must do tour

This was an excellent tour, walking with a very informative guide through areas of Jaipur we would not usually see. We tried some delicious food from local sellers and dinner at a good restaurant.

Real India

Loved this tour. Abi turned up spot on time and was so helpful and informative. To be able to wander through the market areas and sample the local delicacies with the locals was such an experience. Abi looked after us so well and was very patient while teaching me the proper assertive task of crossing the road! Great tour guide great tour have already passed on the details to fellow travellers. great way to see jaipur

Abi was punctual very friendly and made sure I felt OK walking throughout the trip. As well as the food I loved walking through Jaipur in the evening, seeing places I would never find myself and his explaining aspects of Indian life. We sampled a wide range of foods..beware the first snacks are extremely filing! I loved the chai shop, the restaurant where we had tandoori chicken and a lamb delicacy of Jaipur. Seeing the city evening and night street life was a joy..thankyou Abi.

I can say with complete confidence that my Food Tour with Abhi was the highlight of my entire vacation in India.</p> <p>The tour was fantastic on so many levels. Immediately comfortable in Abhi's company, we sampled an amazing array of street food, starting with the most delicious Masala Chai in India we even went back for more the next day. Always at the ready with tissues and hand sanitiser, Abhi shared more than just his love of food. Abhi's refreshingly unscripted stories about India's lifestyle, history, culture, art and architecture were a welcome and unexpected bonus on this tour.</p> <p>To say that the food was delicious is a given, but what made all the difference was Abhi's ability to tailor his knowledge to suit the things that piqued our attention. 100 recommended!!</p>

Awesome Street Food Tour

I signed up for the street food tour not knowing what to expect. However the reviews looked promising and the itinerary seemed interesting. What drew me to it wasn’t just the food but also the fact that we would be walking on foot off the tourist beaten trek. This could not have been farther from the truth. Abhi is an excellent guide with true passion for his work. He has spent much time dedicated to finding the best places in the Pink City for his guests. This was a complete multi-sensory walking degustation experience. Throughout the tour, Abhi would also feed you with with nuggets of information about Indian lifestyle and culture which you might not have known about. If you are lucky, he would also have you sneezing to a cup of Masala Coke. Apart from the food, this tour will also appeal to those who admire and appreciate heritage architecture and history, and offer great photography opportunities for those who love street photography. This was definitely the highlight of my entire stay at Jaipur and I would not hesitate to introduce this to anyone.

An Awesome Experience

The Street Food Tour in Jaipur with Abhi was simply awesome! Here are the highlights of our tour: 1. Abhi was on time to pick us up from our hotel (he was actually 15 minutes early) and during the drive, he was very engaging as he told us about his family and how he became a foodie. 2. During our stops, not only did he made us try the food but explained to us why he picked the particular vendor (I’m still dreaming about that Masala Chai….) 3. In between our food stops, he would explain to us the architecture of some of the buildings and history of Jaipur. 4. He would constantly check up on us if we were still good to walk or if we need to rest and if we can still go for another stall (good thing we got to rest before the tour and skipped lunch.. Preparation is the key!) 5. Abhi was really easy to talk to. He is really friendly. (smiley) We really recommend his street food tour! P.S. He takes awesome photos. Make sure to give him your mobile number after the tour so he can send you the photos he took during your tour. If you can read this Abhi, it was awesome meeting you and thank you so much for the experience!
