Pushkar Day trip from Jaipur with All Inclusive

Puskar is interesting despite the long trip

My day trip to Pushkar was quite interesting, although the journey was a bit long. However, our guide was very friendly and the restaurant we visited was also quite nice. On the other hand, the jeep tour in the desert felt unnecessary. Spending an hour driving full speed over a sand dune wasn't particularly enjoyable or insightful. I believe a tour of the streets of Pushkar would have been more interesting and enriching

Pushkar in one day

We really enjoyed this day trip. Smooth pick-up and trip from our hotel in Jaipur to the holy city of Pushkar with a private driver. The guide met us inside of Pushkar and we went through all the main attractions of the holy place. The guide explain really well the meaning of the buildings, temples, culture, religion and some of the rituals. He also showed us local stores of the market for some nice souvenirs. We took the cable car to the temple up in the mountain and rode the camels. Recommend this to everyone that wants an experience out of the ordinary! /A

A good way to live Pushkar in a day

Great funny day in Pushkar. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, especially about the Brahma temple. Sadly the Savriti temple was closed when we got the hill top and we cannot wait for the opening otherwise it woud be too late for the Camel safari. Anyway the tour guide asked to some temple attendants to open the back door so I could get a wonderfull picture of Pushkar city from the uppermost point of the hill. The camel safari was nice but don't expect an experience such as in Sahara desert, because the trip was riding for minutes in the Pushkar fair 'arena' counting the time to get there and coming back.

Unsafe cars - be careful

We booked this trip for 4 friends so we could see the sights of Pushkar. We were disappointed to find that they had sent a car that had a broken windscreen and the seatbelts were broken for passengers and the seats were all damaged. We insisted the car be changed to one that was safe as our travel insurance would not have covered us if anything were to happen. We insisted the car be changed which it was, although it meant we wasted 2 hours of the trip meaning we couldn't see all that we wanted to of this amazing town, and 2 of our party lost confidence and returned to their hotels. The car was changed to to a better one but only after much pleading. Be wary of this company - they clearly cut corners

Lovely day in Pushkar

Good driver and host, and the guide was great. We saw the Brahma temple and Pushkar lake as well as Savitri Mata Temple high up on a hill. Lunch was a great Thali.

Fantastic day trip with Rohit!

Fantastic trip! Rohit was an amazing guide and showed us a great time in Pushkar. We happened to visit during the fair and had so much fun seeing all the vendors! We booked the all inclusive tour and the camel ride, temple/lake, and lunch were all great. Highly recommend.

The worst tour experience

I have experience doing tours in different parts of the world, and it is the first time that I have had a bad experience, with a tour, I bought a package all included (guide, meals, driver, tickets and ride with a camel in the desert), I was never provided a guide, when we got to the first temple by myself (without guide) It closed after 5 minutes and I couldn't t see anything and I had to pay the tickets, There was also no camel ride in the desert. (they told us that it would take 1 hour to go to the desert, to get there with the camel, that's why they gave us a 10 minutes ride on the concrete street with the camel) That’s why I decided not to continue since it wasn't what I paid for. (walk in the desert, not on a street) I was not provided with food either because we did not continue with the tour, I lost my travel time and money in this experience. No one is responsible for the full refund of this bad experience, neither the supplier and the viator company either

A TOURIST TRAP!!!

We bought the full package and we didn't visit two temples that was included. One because the guide said that the cable car was not working and the other we don't know the reason. The tour should have a duration around 10 hours. Our tour had 6 ours of duration with 4 hours and 30 minutes traveling. So the real tour was around 2 hours, maximum. The camel "safari"is a joke. Its only a ride in a durty place, no desert, and with people trying to get money from you all the time. Another thing that made me mad was the "lake prear"with the Bhrahanami. They tell all the time that the temple needs donation, but after make the prear, the charge you for 50 dollars. It's a sad tourist trap in a holy place. You feel really pressioned to "donate" 50 dollars at least. The Pushkar Day Trip is really expensive for what promised. They didn't deliveried all that was included and you feel like a silly tourist in their hands. Terrible. Don't go!

Trekking in Rishikesh is the best experience, we booked waterfall Trekking and Sunrise Trek and it was an amazing experience. The team was very helpful, they made us feel safe and secure. The guide was super friendly and awesome. He also helped us to move around and to take pictures. The trek was very beautiful and amazing. The view from the top was breathtaking. I would definitely recommend everyone to go for the trekking in rishikesh.

Me and my partner had an amazing experience being shown around the temples our guide spoke us through so much about Indian culture and religious features. An informative, enjoyable and educational trip to an amazing city.

We booked this trip from the UK and appreciated the smooth planning and option to cancel if necessary. The 3-hour journey from Jaipur to Pushkar began early with a very skilled driver. He refrained from using his horn unless absolutely necessary, attended to our needs, and only spoke when addressed. This was a blessing as we had participated in a magical but exhausting 3-day wedding and wanted to sleep on the journey! Once we arrived in Pushkar, our driver handed us over to a guide whose English was excellent. He showed us the sights of Jaipur, telling us when it was appropriate to take photos. He explained a great deal about Pushkar including the totally vegetarian culture, the beautiful artificial lake from which the town takes its name, the fact that it is the destination of the ultimate pilgrimage for Sikhs and Hindus due to its many temples and is home to the only temple dedicated to Lord Brahma in the whole world. We learned that it is a place that all should visit at least once in a lifetime to bathe in the water and attain salvation. Following the tour, our driver took us to an excellent restaurant for lunch after which, we chose a trip on a camel cart through the desert, as we had previously ridden on camel-back elsewhere. Our return journey to Jaipur was as smooth and uneventful as the outward one, despite the evening traffic and we felt that the trip was very good value for money.

Great discovery of Pushkar

That was such a great trip ! I really enjoyed everything and the guide was super ! Just make sure the temple is open when you go on top of the hill I recommend it !

Pushkar Day Trip

I loved the whole day! Our driver was super friendly and nice. The restaurant he took us to for lunch was absolutely to die for! And the camel ride was amazing!! Pushkar is definitely a must visit city!

A must do to see the real India

Absolute amazing day. We had no idea what Pushkar was but was recommended by so many people to go. If you want to see rural India, a magical city in the desert and something unique it’s the place to go. We upgraded to the full package including camel ride, lunch and cable car. Worth it!! Our driver Anesh was superb and our guide Ricky was super helpful and let us decide on where and when we wanted to move on.

The car driver Ishaan was very freindly, funny and a safe driver. I never notice any rough driving from Jaipur to Pushkar. Mulpua in Pushkar tastes better!

Pushkar was the only town in my tour itinerary that had a cable ride up in the mountain ,then the cabin stopped in mid air to allow one to get the full view it was breath taking ! Then came in the camel ride and photos dressed as the dessert tribes. And to add cherry on top lunch at the lake ... In an AC car with a tour guide shopping was effortless as the town is petite ,filled with friendly people and of course it's sacred cows!VW tours indeed you are a truly budget friendly company.I recommend one to add Ajmer to the Pushkar tour it's worth the visit.

Awesome time with friends

I had plan pushkar day trip with my friends. We had booked all inclusive package which was our best choice to do as it covers all expenses and make us free to travel. The prices are cheap and services was more that our expectation. Camel Safari & Cable cart are the best in pushkar. Highly recommend them for my friends and family which are coming to Jaipur.

Perfect Pushkar

Lovely drive out to the holy city of Pushlar! Had a great time checking out the local markets, temples, cafes, and enjoyed a camel ride. Would recommend as a great day trip out of Jaipur.

Pushkar Day Trip

Pushkar, the city of Temples, is as white as any holy city can be, and rich with culture and animals roaming free. The town is quaint, and a sight to see, and the people are as friendly as they are hospitable. My friend and I visited Pushkar for a day trip and it felt even more satisfactory with our guide, Govinda, giving more personal insights. This day trip was a lovely getaway from our busier and more bustling city life in Jaipur. It’s a highly recommended weekend getaway for unwinding, and to get fresher air from the more chaotic city life. Apart from sightseeing, Pushkar also offers beautiful markets that sells silks, silvers and many others at a more competitive rate.

Such an amazing day! Managed to fit a lot in, including a camel ride round a remote village, visiting the individual markets, exploring many beautiful temples as well as a trip up a cable car which enabled us to have a view of the entire city. It was an incredible day and well worth the drive due to the many unique activities we were able to do! Would recommend to anyone wanting to experience a India through the eyes of a local!

Le voy a a dar 3 . La experiencia en pushkar es muy bonita . Pasamos el holi en pushkar en este tours la razón que valió la pena La pasamos bien . Que no me gusta de este tours . Te llevan al primer templo frente al lago . Te quitas los zapatos y luego te llevan donde un monje que te obligan a pagarle al monje. . Escucha bien te obligan a pagarle al monje dinero en dollares y que entre más dinero le de más bendiciones te van a dar . Te dicen que si no le pagas al monje no puedes entrar ala cuidad . 😏. Preguntamos y no es real . No caigan en eso . Dueño de este tours tomar carta en el asunto. No dañen lo mágico de pushkar.
