Amazing experience, saved the day after a flight cancellation

Great experience with our transfer to Delhi Airport from Jaipur. We had to rearrange on short notice due to a flight cancellation and it was really easy to communicate with the team and arrange new pickup time and drop off location. Our driver Raza met us perfectly on time at our hotel and we enjoyed a really comfortable trip to the airport. I would recommend this transfer to anyone looking to travel from Jaipur to Delhi by car.

Exceeded all transfer inclusions. Car was clean, safe, air conditioned and roomy. Professional, helpful, and english speaking driver. Prompt pickup at hotel and arrival at airport. Based on our experience, unlike other tour and transit drivers our driver expertly negotiated the chaotic traffic along the way in a calm and skillful manner. We felt very safe at all times.

To complement my review I would like to ad that my driver Prem was a gentleman, he came in early waited for me and was always on time to pick up, he was very kind and care for my comfort and safety at all times. The car was in excellent condition they offered cold water and took care of convenient stops along the way

Glad we survived this!

We made it from A to B. But the car was not acceptable. The car was dented in many places. One seatbelt was broken so my husband had to sit in the passenger seat. We had to insist the driver stop to allow this as he was happy to drive without us being buckled in. He didn’t use his seatbelt and spent much of the drive on his mobile. The driving was dangerous and we felt scared for our safety. He was even pulled over by police. The seal on one door was falling off so pollution came in and made me cough. The driver waited until his petrol warning light had been on nearly an hour before filling up. He didn’t offer us the water we purchased as part of the trip. He didn’t offer comfort breaks - arrived busting for the loo! Would never book with these again.

Jaipur to Delhi ride

Our chauffeur arrived right on time to pick us up. The car was clean and the chauffeur very nice. The company answered very rapidly my enquiry. All in all a great ride from Jaipur to Delhi. Highly recommended

Jaipur to New Delhi

Driver showed up about 10 mins early and let our hotel know that we had arrived. He also helped us with our bags to the car. He was very professional and safe driver. We went through the city during Holi celebrations so the roads were more chaotic than usual. We were delivered on time to the airport with no problems at all. The driver also proved water and snack for the trip. Would use them again for sure.

Comfortable and flawless transfer

I needed to travel from my accomodation in Jaipur to a hotel in Gurgaon so I booked a ride. The transfer from Jaipur to Delhi took 5 hours and we stopped for a 30 minutes lunch break in a nice restaurant along the highway. My driver Ajay was very experienced and made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the whole trip. He provided bottles of water and kept me entertained throughout the journey while also respecting my wishes to listen to my music and enjoying the quiet for a while. The sedan Ajay was driving was in pristine condition and clean inside and out. The process of booking, organizing and riding was flawless from beginning to end and I can highly recommend Ajay and Akbran Tours.
