A1 Experience with Jaipur City Tours

We are experienced travellers and recently spent 5 days in Jaipur. Shamshu was patiently waiting for us a and warmly greeted us at the airport after our flight was delayed. He took us to our accommodation, and was our guide and driver for 2 days sightseeing around Jaipur. He also drove us to Jodhpur at short notice when our planned train was delayed. Shamshu is polite, knowledgeable, timely and considerate. Always eager to provide a superb service and responded to every request. We were sorry to see him go and we can highly recommend him to future travellers. Thank you Shamshu🙏

Shamsu was a top tip from a friend to organise a car from Delhi Airport to Jaipur. It was so easy to be met at Arrivals and just jump in the vehicle. Straight to our hotel. And much easier than getting the plane. Recommended!

A reliable driver

I was introduced to Shamshu by the hotel in Jaipur. Before the trip, I had been in contact with Shamshu via WhatsApp to discuss time and sightseeing spots. I picked him up at the airport and asked him to take me sightseeing around the outskirts of Jaipur, but on the day, the flight was delayed and canceled, and the arrival time was changed many times. During that time, we communicated with each other via WhatsApp, and Shamshu came to the airport many times. Because the flight was delayed by more than nine hours, I changed the sightseeing to the next day, but I became sick, so I asked Shamshu to take me to the day after that, and he was happy to accept. He was very kind, stopping the car at photo spots and taking me around the city. His brother Ali, who speaks Japanese, was with us as a guide and gave us a lot of information. I also asked for a taxi service from Jaipur to Delhi. In India, there are many cases of cutting in line and speeding, but Shamshu drove safely, so I was able to ride with peace of mind. He is a punctual, reliable, and kind driver.
