Jaipur is a beatutiful city with incredible tourist sights. The tour was interesting and we were well looked after throughout. Hiring a guide brought to life everything that we saw through expert analysis and nuanced information and enhanced the tour immeasurably. Our guide knew the best spots for photographs and helped create for us what will become treasured memories. The driver was incredibly polite and ensured that the day was effortless.

Golden Triangle with Pushkar and Neemrana

We have just returned from a 7/8 day booked through Ecstatic India. The whole experience has been truly excellent. Arranging the tour was very easy with it primarily being discussed via WhatsApp, and confirmed via email, including some specific requests. When we landed in India our Driver Ashok was ready waiting for us - he stayed with us the whole holiday, navigating the Indian traffic, making us feel very safe, and making suggestions from his vast experience of doing these tours, as to where to go for food, specific shopping and points of interest. Ashok is well worth asking for if you have the chance, although i expect all of the tour guides from this company will be of a similar high caliber. At every location we also met a Local Guide, who would take us round each city or site, and provide us with the background knowledge we needed to understand a site properly. In general these were very good, with a thorough knowledge and a high level of spoken English, although one or two did take us to their preferred retailer of certain goods, where, taken into a backroom we felt fairly pressured to purchase very expensive goods (we didn't though!). In particular our guide at Agra, for the Taj Mahal and Red Fort was fanastic and also Vinnie, who took us round Jaipur. Both had thorough in depth knowledge of their areas, a very high level of spoken English and took genuine care of us through the day. We did find it a little difficult at times to make it clear we wanted to not only got to high quality shops, but also browse real Indian bazaars and mix in more - but it believe this is only for care of their clients. All in all I doubt you can do any better than book a tour through Ecstatic India, and when we return we won't hesitate to use this company again!

Wonderful Trip to India facilitated by the fantastic team at Ecstatic India

I was concerned before my initial enquiry to this company that we wanted a bespoke tour that might not be practical, but Vishal Sharma made it happen. We had a quote from another company but Ecstatic India offered better value. We visited Dehli, Jaipur, Ranthambore, Agra, Bandhavgar and Kanha over a 3 week period driven for the initial 9 days by the wonderful Santosh. The charming Santosh was our driver and navigated beautifully through awful city traffic and was obviously proud of his wonderful country. The car was a very comfortable Toyota Innova which was so important due to the long distances covered. We loved Santosh's jokes' and he was very caring and we always felt very safe. He was always on time and knew exactly where to go and what our itinerary was for each day. Every connection was timed perfectly - there was always a guide waiting for us and no problems checking into hotels early . Highlight - hard to chose but I think it is the Amber fort and City Palace in Jaipur - awsome! All the safaris Vishal booked for us were timed perfectly and we were fortunate to have had 8 excellent tiger sightings as well as Sloth bear, mongoose , Gaur and lots of birds, antelope and deer. We can't wait to go back to India and will be asking Vishal to organise once again for us - hopefully with Santosh behind the wheel! Best tip - the metro in Delhi is wonderful - safe, super clean and cheap!

Incredible 7 Days with Ecstatic India Tours (also known as Heritage India Tours & Travels)

We had an unforgettable time with this professional and experienced travel company run by Pushpendra Sharma. Dinesh and Vishal helped us plan and finalise our itinerary to our liking covering Delhi, Agra, Pushkar, Jaipur, Jodhpur and Khimsar. They have been very responsive from the beginning (before our arrival in India) until the end of the tour, and also made some courtesy arrangements for us during the trip to make up for some unforeseen situations (such as two museum closures in Delhi during the 70th Republic Day). We were assigned an experienced English speaking driver, Satendra, who has worked with the company for almost 10 years and accumulated a wealth of experience in the region. The local tour guides in each city handpicked by the company were all fluent in English and came with great history knowledge which made the tour very interesting with long lasting memories. If you want to have a memorable time in India, look no further. We highly recommend this young and dynamic tour company!

The Real India - whilst staying in historic merchant houses or luxurious palaces

Heritage India Holidays I have just completed a 21 day tour of Rajasthan, all very well planned with Ecstatic India Tours. They were excellent from the start, Manohar Singh was very good at planning, with just the right balance of hotels and driving, he was happy to make any changes to suit us. He was very quick at responding to emails, even at weekends.They provided us with an amazing driver, Mukesh, who was very calm, careful, always on time, with a spotless comfortable car. In each city there was an expert local guide to show me around. In my initial request I asked to see "the real India but staying in nice hotels" and the provided just that. They were always available by mobile if we needed anything, and it was good to meet everyone involved when we got to Jaipur. I can highly recommend this company.

Wonderful arranged tour of the Golden Triangle

We booked our tour in early October 2016. Using a company we had not dealt with before, ensured we did as much research as possible, looking at content and price. Firstly our relationship with the staff in the Jaipur office, Dinesh was excellent, answering all our concerns, and updating us. When we arrived in at Indira Gandhi airport we meet our driver Jitendra. Throughout our 5 day tour he was absolutely excellent, so polite and helpful. We all sad to say good bye at Jaipur airport. The guides the company used were very knowledgable and gave a wealth of information at each amazing site. The company is also very flexible about add ons to the tour we asked for an extra day in Jaipur and Jitendra, was available to take us about the City which was great. I would highly recommend using the company.

Great company to go to India with

As a lot of people who are not familiar with India, it can be overwhelming to go there by thinking about the places to go, the food to eat, the vaccination to get, the souvenir to buy... It was the second time I use the service of Ecstatic India Tours. This second time I built a trip with Manohar, an employee very responsive from this company. Manohar usually answers an email within 10 minutes (please consider the time difference). Pushpendra, the manager of Ecstatic India is also there to help you if you have any difficulty. I would thank first them to help me a great deal to build my trip to India. When all the details were sorted, I was pretty confident of my plan (Golden Triangle (Delhi, Agra, Jaipur) and a flavor of the South with Chennai and Pondicherry. Then, at the beginning of December, I executed this plan: I landed in Delhi and I met my drive, Monu. If you are familiar with the Luc Besson's movie: the Transporter. Monu is Jason Statham. You can have your full trust in him. Not only he has a perfect driving but he is so reliable for everything, he knows the places to go, how to go and is very sharp. I really enjoyed spending a few days with him and having someone you can trust 200% makes your trip perfect. In the different cities I visited I got a different a different local guide. All of them were interesting to follow, some of them were creating games and quiz to make your visit even more fun. In the south, I got another driver who was pretty nice and helpful as well. I spend less days with him but really helped me a lot. He also had a simcard which was convenient to use. That was very kind. I chose to book the hotels on my side and let Ecstatic India to book my domestic flight. The booking was nice as well. I would like to recommend this company because they will not cheat you on the price, their service has a good quality, it can make your trip so smooth. In India, when you know the right people, your trip is amazing ! and they are great people. Thanks a lot for all your help.

Great and Attentive Service: Superb Tour

We had a 17-day journey through North India: Delhi, Amritsar, Varanasi, Agra, Fatehpur Sikri, Jaipur, Pushkar, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Ranakpur, Udaipur, Delhi. The first seven days we used cars and planes, and the last 10 days car only with the same driver through out. In each city we will be met by a guide, which will tour with us. We were delighted by Shailendra's attentive follow-up through out the trip.

It was a great discoveries, but could have been a lot more fun.

I really enjoyed the tour in Jaipur as we stayed in a nice hotel and visited to a lot of sites and had a lot of time to enjoy the city. However on our tour in Agra and Delhi our guide didn't gave us enough time to enjoy the site. After visiting the Taj Mahal, We went to Agra fort where we paid our entrance fee of 500 INR wherein we only stayed inside for half an hour. It was such a waste of money for us. It was very disappointing that the guide was such in a hurry just to finish his appointment with us and go to the next site immediately. We wanted to walk around inside and see the area more and take more photos, but he keep on looking at us like we are wasting his precious time and made us uncomfortable. Our driver Ashok however was very patient, kind and understanding. He made us feel safe and made an effort to find us some souvenir shop at last minute. If he can improve his english more, He will be an amazing Guide than anyone else. He is a very sweet person that you can trust. Thank you Ashok for your time. Another suggestion is that please do not book a hotel in Taj Villas Hotels in the future. Your clients will suffer a lot. It was ridiculously dirty, the pillow and bed sheets were recycled and the water was not clear at all! It was a night mare! The management team did a good job for organizing our tour and responding to our email as quickly as possible. Thank you for that.

Excellent Tour-Highly recommended (Dehli, Agra, Jaipur)

I have traveled in India many times and this was by far the best way to tour I have experienced. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that the first two days of our tour were in Delhi, just before Independence day so most things were closed. As someone not from the Country, who had no reason to know this when booking the tour, I would have appreciated a heads up and may have even skipped Delhi completely in exchange for another city. That said, let's get to all the good this company has to offer broken down into categories (Driver/travel, Tour Guides, and Hotel Accommodations) Driver/travel: I start with the driver because this is the one person who is with you on the tour throughout your trip. Our driver was Mukesh and he was excellent. Literally if I was living in India and lucky enough to have a full time driver I would want this guy on my payroll. He was always prompt, spoke English well, and we really felt like he was looking out for us. At one point we had gotten out for a tour and he ran after my wife to give her a cold bottle of water (which we had forgotten in the car). If you are booking with this company I would request Mukesh as your driver by name! As far as travel itself, the trips were long, usually 3-5 hours between cities with traffic but the main highways are actually really well constructed and smooth. If you tend to get hungry and are worried about stopping for food, Mukesh was great about supplying water but you should probably pack some snacks for the trip. Tour Guides: I won't say much about the tour sites themselves, they speak for themselves. The guides however I can comment on. All the guides spoke a varying degree of good English. We never had trouble understanding them. Most seemed fairly knowledgeable and we felt that it was a good overall experience. Hotel/Accommodations: We stayed at the Leela in Delhi and the Oberoi in Agra and Jaipur. If I had to do it again I would have stayed exclusively at the Oberoi hotels. We found the staff at the Leela to be a bit rude whereas the service at the Oberoi hotels was unlike anything I have ever experienced, it was beyond amazing. Also, the Oberoi in Agra has a great view of the Taj Mahal and is just a short golf cart ride away. Putting aside a bit of disappointment in not getting to see more due to the independence day preparations in Delhi, I would book through this company for a tour in India again without a second thought. They are organized, prompt, and deliver a product that is both safe and a great time. Main pieces of advice if you are planning a trip: 1. Request that Mukesh be your driver 2. Check to make sure your trip doesn't coincide with any major holidays that may prevent you from seeing things in a city and 3. Stay with the Oberoi hotels

21 day Delhi to Jaipur

We highly recommend Ecstatic India Tours, not just for day tours, but they do whatever length of time you want. Last March/April we spent 3 weeks on a trip from Delhi, through Veranasi, Karjaraho, Agra, Ranthambore, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, and back to Delhi with side trips to Pushkar, Jansi and Fetapur Sikri. We can recommend seeing all of these except for Pushkar, It had sounded nice so we asked for it to be included, but it was a long detour to see much the same we had seen in Veranasi, without any of the charm. The planning process took quite some effort. When planning the itinerary many changes were made for us by Shailandra who did it all with much patience and good humour. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We had the opportunity to meet Shailandra in his home city of Jaipur and we had dinner with him. It was lovely to meet the man at the other end of the emails and telephone calls and we spent a very pleasant evening getting to know him better. Our favourite places were Ranthambore, where we were lucky enough to see two tigers, a male and a female at separate times. Our driver there was fantastic and really went out of his way to ensure we did see tigers. Other tourists we had spoken to said they had tried several trips into the tiger reserve but did not see any. We loved Karjaraho for the temples. Don’t be put off by the advertising of these temples being full of erotic art, it only comprises a small amount of what are just incredible stories of life in old India, told in sculpture decorations of the temples. The number of temples and the intricacy of the sculptures, which were so well preserved, were amazing. Our guide Shyam Lal was very informative and had really good knowledge of the history behind the monuments and our driver Bharosey Lal was also a very good and competent driver. In fact, throughout the 3 weeks of travel we had fantastic drivers and local guides; which we believe are essential to getting the most out of any travel experience. Our cars were spacious, clean and air conditioned, we had cold water available all the time, which was necessary as the weather was very hot. 40+ degrees, but not very humid at that time. Monu was our driver between Delhi and Jaipur and then Rajesh took over from there. They were both very good, always on time and willing to take us pretty much wherever we wanted to go, whenever it suited us. In Varanasi Mustak too looked after us very well and negotiated the crowded streets with calm professionalism. All the guides were very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Pathak in Varanasi, Mr Bilaal in Agra, Mr Giriraj Singh in Jaipur, Mr Kuldeep in Jodhpur and Mr Man Singh in Udaipur. We were offered options to visit silk merchants, local artists, jewellers etc, but were under no pressure to do so. We did visit several of these but only because we wanted to. We felt we had terrific value for money, staying in some beautiful 5 Star hotels, several of these in the Oberoi group. Everyone should experience these hotels at some time in their lives. All fantastic and the service in these hotels is phenomenal. We also loved the Leela in Delhi, such a beautiful hotel, we were sorry we could not stay longer in any of them. We also stayed in some great heritage style hotels. The hotel Nahjargarh in Ranthambore being one of these. We flew with Air India as they were the only airline who fly direct from Melbourne to New Delhi. We had read many reviews, some bad, but decided for the reduced flying time it was worth it. We were not disappointed, the airline is fine and the food was better than we have experienced on some other ‘so called’ top airlines.

Amazing Tour of India

We have just returned from our amazing Indian adventure, all booked via Heritage India tours and travels. I started looking at India last October, and emailed 3 companies. Heritage was the only company to respond, and they responded promptly. Shailendra was my advisor throughout, and over the following weeks, we organised a tour that suited us, with a few last minute changes to the itinerary, all of which were no trouble for Shailendra. Shailendra also advised on matters such as e visas etc, always promptly responding to every email. The whole tour went to plan, with our driver meeting us promptly at airport. Ashok, our driver, became our guide, our advisor, our friend. At each venue there was a guide on hand to provide more detailed city tours. We booked the 3 star hotel package, but Shailendra kindly advised us mid tour that we had been upgraded for 2 of the hotels. Shailendra even came to our hotel to meet us. All of this was very much appreciated. The office are very much in touch throughout the whole tour, so even when there was a little hiccup in Varanasi, the Jaipur office was on hand to assist and support. All of the hotels were great, and the journey times between Delhi – Jaipur- Agra were totally acceptable. I wasn’t very sure about the overnight train to Varanasi – my kids loved the adventure, but I think next time I would fly! We flew back to Delhi after Varanasi. I travelled with my 2 children, 20, and 16, and would recommend this tour and of course this Tour Company, to anyone with similar aged kids or without kids.

Excellent Golden Triangle Trip - Nice Car, Great Driver and Super Hotels

I had contacted a few tour companies when I was planning my family vacation to India. We wanted to do the Golden Triangle Tour and after doing some online research I was able to narrow it down to 3 companies. Dinesh from Ecstatic India Tours was very responsive and answered all my questions in great detail. I was impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, package price and quick response time. After exchanging several emails I felt very comfortable booking my trip with this company. Since i was traveling with family we decided to do a 6 night trip with 2 nights in each of the 3 cities. I wanted to do things at a slower pace even though this tour can be done in 3 nights. We were met at the New Delhi airport by our driver Mukesh who was professionally dressed and spoke good English even though I am a fluent Hindi speaker myself. My wife and kids who visited India for the first time had no problem understanding Mukesh. The car was Toyota Innova and it was in excellent condition. If travelling with family I would definitely recommend you get Innova for your travels. Mukesh gave us our travel documents on the drive to our hotel in Delhi. We checked into Crowne Plaza Okhla in Delhi and it was a wonderful hotel. The beds were comfortable, rain shower was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Later that day we met up with our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable. We checked out a few sites before calling it a day. The next morning Mukesh and the tour guide took us sightseeing and we were able to see a lot that the city had to offer. The rickshaw ride in Chandni Chowk was the highlight of the day. At one point it started raining and Mukesh had umbrellas in his car for us to use. On day 3 we left for Jaipur and stopped on the way for lunch at a restaurant recommended by our driver Mukesh. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. We got to Jaipur late afternoon and checked into our hotel ITC Rajputana. The boys went swimming, played pool and enjoyed the great lobby of this hotel. The next morning (day 4) we had breakfast at the hotel and it was even better than the breakfast we had in Delhi. Mukesh was waiting for us after breakfast and we went to check out the city of Jaipur. We met up with our tour guide on the way to Amber Fort. We took the elephant ride up to the Amber Fort and it was a wonderful experience. It is a bit scary if you have never been on an elephant before. After Amber Fort we check out some of the other sites of Jaipur before going for some shopping that evening. Our driver would drop us off directly in front of each monument and he would be waiting when we came out. The guide would let the driver know when we were walking out so the driver would bring his car to the entrance. We ended up meeting our tour planner Dinesh and the owner of the company Pushpendra here and they were very friendly and welcoming. On day 5 we left for Agra but stopped on the way at Fatehpur Sikri. It was a quick stop and we were met with a guide here also. We proceeded to Agra after this quick stop and checked into the Courtyard in Agra that evening. After having a relaxing dinner and a good night sleep at the hotel we were ready for Taj Mahal. We decided to visit Taj Mahal early in the morning so our driver Mukesh and the guide picked us up at 5 AM and we went to Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal was the highlight of this Golden Triangle Tour. It is everthing you hear/read about and even more. We took a Tonga (horse driven carriage) ride to the entrance of Taj Mahal because they don't allow cars to drive to the entrance. The kids loved this Tonga ride as well as the Taj Mahal. After visiting the Taj Mahal we went and had breakfast back at the hotel before heading out to explore the city. We did ask our driver to take us to some marble shops where we purchased some inlay marble items for our house. Next day Mukesh drove us back to Delhi and that was the end of our 7 day trip. We gave Mukesh a very generous tip for his excellent service. Overall the trip was phenomenal, driver was great, hotels were amazing, food was delicious and the attention to detail was second to none. I will definitely use this company again when I visit India.

Great Tour! Dinesh, Pushprenda and Monu the Magnificent!! - A fabulous trip to an enchanting land - Incredible India

Ecstatic India We had decided to visit India for our holiday and acting on a recommendation from a colleague, who had just returned from the region, I visited the company website to look at the options available. We put together a wish list of things we wanted to do; Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Amer/Amber Fort, tiger-spotting, beach time in Goa etc and sent the list away to Dinesh and his team. Very quickly a proposed tour was sent back to us which covered all the bases, with options at 4 Star and 5 Star. More adjustments went on with departure dates and each time Ecstatic India were prompt in their reply and quotes. The differences between prices between the 2 options seemed miniscule, we were going to India for the first time, so we settled on the 5 star option. Our tour took us from Delhi to Agra, via Fatehpur Sikri to the Ranthambhore National Park then to Jaipur. Finally we left Jaipur by plane to Goa before returning to Delhi for one night before flying home to the UK. The car was very comfortable and Monu was excellent in negotiating the Delhi rush hour traffic. (A word of caution to potential visitors, the traffic in Delhi is intense, there are some 22m people in the city areas, and be prepared to take upwards of 2 hours to reach your hotel – the fumes also give rise to some of the worst air pollution we have ever encountered). Monu was to prove a wonderful companion on our tour from the moment we arrived in Delhi till he dropped us in Jaipur, his home town. His patience and skills were excellent in negotiating the madness that is Delhi and he was able to accommodate us when we needed a break on the long trips between the hotels. He was punctual, polite and charming host, a credit to the company. Guides The company employ a number of guides on a freelance in the different towns and locations. Their assistance in negotiating entry to the various temples and sites were invaluable as there is often a kind of gentle chaos in the vicinity of the entrances to the tourist sites. Their knowledge of the sites, attractions and locality was very extensive and their command of English very good. Certainly they contributed much to this excellent tour and often their insight made the long deserted palaces and tombs come alive. The only drawback to the guides was that sometimes their enthusiasm meant that we stayed longer in places than we wanted to and that we often felt ‘steered’ towards particular shops and restaurants rather than choosing for ourselves. The tour company also should have warned us that there is an expectation of tipping the guide and that it is not included in the price that we were quoted at the outset. This became clear when we ended our second day in Delhi and we did not have any cash left to tip the guide. On returning to our hotel we communicated with the Tour Company who suggested a rate for the guides but maybe this should have been made more explicit. Hotels: All the hotels were of good quality with internationally recognised names, Crown Plaza, Radisson Blu, Marriott etc with first rate facilities. The one exception was the hotel was the fabulous Nahargarh - a baronial historic Heritage Hotel in the vicinity of the Ranthambhore National Park where we went tiger spotting. Loved the historic feel of the place and the ambience. Although we never spotted the stripey cat, did get a rare view of a young leopard. The only 2 drawbacks was the location of the Crowne Plaza, Delhi which was over 2 hours through enormous traffic and choking fumes from the airport and that fact that the Marriott in Jaipur charged for access to the internet unlike the others we stayed at. Transfer to Goa When we arrived in Jaipur and met up with the tour company team , Dinesh and Pushprendra, we had to pick up our air tickets for our transfer to Goa for the second half of our trip. It was only then that it was made clear that we had 2 flights en route to Goa as there are no direct flights from Jaipur. This meant an early start to the day but we contented ourselves that although we would have an afternoon to spend on the beach. We were met by our driver and delivered to the airport in Jaipur in plenty of time for our flights - Dinesh and his team also organised for Monu, who was returning to Delhi that day to take excess baggage to Delhi, that we would collect in Delhi at the end of our stay in Goa. This was a great service and one pof the many pluses of using this company.(This is important to remember that baggage allowances for internal flights are much lower than international flights.) However we were told that our flights had been rescheduled for 2 hours later - the airline said that had tried to advise the Tour Company but had been unable to reach them. This meant we were in fact losing our half day in Goa, had missed our breakfast and were arriving in Goa late on Xmas Eve. When we raised the reschedule with the Ecstatic India office they appeared to deny any responsibility and that they had been contacted. In hindsight I feel they should have taken ownership and checked with the airline on our arrival in Jaipur as the booking had been made some months before and reschedules are often made by airlines especially at busy holiday periods. Goa We were met in Goa by the agents of Ecstatic India and driven to Hotel in Candolim. It was a busy evening (Xmas Eve) and it took over 90mins to reach our hotel. Once we arrived were left almost immediately at check in the Novotel Goa Shrem in Candolim. We never had chance to discuss the one day tour that was pat of our tour but we took the opportunity to relax after a difficult days travelling and resolved to contact the Tour office in a few days given the Xmas holidays were now here. We found the facilities in the hotel to be excellent and the complimentary shuttle to the beach at Candolim was excellent. The resort was very busy, maybe too crowded for our tastes, and 2 massive EDM festivals, Sunburn and Supersonic, were happening at the same time which meant the narrow streets were choked with traffic, day and night, with the fumes from the vehicles proving as overwhelming as those we experienced in Delhi at the start of our trip. The beach was clean and facilities were great and we certainly enjoyed the sunshine - it was 36deg C at midday and night time barely fell below 20deg C.

Flawless three week private tour by Greaves Travel Tours

Second perfect tour of 7 cities each time. We gave Greaves our budget, our dates and some of our preferences and they handled everything plus adding some spectacular ideas of their own. Our guides and drivers were wonderful and informative not only with historical insights but with religious and political ones as well. We even had a couple of woman guides, which for 3 women traveling alone provided interesting insight. the best part of Greaves TVL is their system of representatives at each stop who met our flights, handled luggage, checked us into hotels,introduced us to guides and drivers so we were never with strangers. Several heritage tours were handled for us, craft tours in Ahmedabad, walklng tours in Jaipur, places of Jewish interest, not only in Mumbai and Kochin, but they arranged a visit to the only Synagogue in all of the state of Gujart in Ahmedabad. We had private tours of usually off limit rooms at the City Palace and reservations for the Craft Museum in Ahmedabad. Greaves stayed within our budget and greatly enhanced our visit to India, North to South. India is their speciality and it shows.

Fantastic Tour of Delhi, Agra and Rajasthan!

In planning our trip we took advice from other family members who two years ago had a very satisfactory one week tour with Ecstatic India. We were planning to tour Delhi, Agra and Rajasthan for over three weeks. We contacted Pushpendra Sharma who, together with Shailendra, was very helpful in the planning stage. Our itinerary was agreed - we travelled through Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Ranthambore, Pushkar, Chittorgarh, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Bikaner and Mandawa. From start to finish the arrangements that were made for us were excellent. Everything worked out as it should in terms of timing and hotels at each stage. Our driver, Jeetu, was excellent. He was always on time and helpful at every stage. He was very flexible if we wished to visit any particular place. Given that driving conditions are hazardous, especially in the big cities, Jeetu drove us very safely and efficiently on every journey. He was able to advise and guide us wherever we went. In each location we were provided with a guide who has local knowledge of the main places of interest. The guides were informative, spoke good English and were flexible to our needs. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ecstatic India to anyone intending to visit the areas we have mentioned. Highly recommended Tour Company

We recently visited India in Jan 2016, where we visited the capital city New Delhi, Agra and Jaipur on a short 6 day tour of the beautiful cities. The Golden Triangle tour was brilliant from the beginning to end. Everything was organised in detail to ensure the best experience. We felt safe and happy during the entire trip. Having never visited India before we were apprehensive about picking a company for our tour, especially as we were 5 ladies of differing ages, but the Golden Triangle tour company made us comfortable right from the get go. We were met at the airport by a trustworthy driver, Vijay who was waiting for us even when our flight was delayed by over an hour. The car was the perfect size for us, with great comfort and was kept very clean daily. Vijay was prompt each day, remaining courteous and professional at all times. He was a great driver, skilfully manoeuvring in and out of the chaotic India traffic. At each destination, we were met by a local and knowledgeable tour guide for the day. We were advised by Golden tours of suggested hotels and are happy to say that the hotels that we stayed at in each of the three places were of good quality. The hotels we stayed at were Leela Palace in Delhi, ITC Mugal in Agra and ITC Rajastana in Jaipur and we would definitely recommend each of them. India is a beautiful country and everyone must visit it once in their lifetime. There is so much to see. We have definitely taken away some beautiful memories, including the mesmerising Taj Mahal, Qutub Minar, and Lotus temple in Delhi, and the lovely Pink City in Jaipur. Overall I would highly recommend this tour to fellow travellers, thank you so much Golden Triangle and a special thanks to Pushpendra Sharma who relentlessly ensured the who package was planned, organised and executed perfectly.

Wonderful Golden Triangle tour

Ecstatic India organized a wonderful tour for four of us through Delhi-Agra-Ranthambhore-Jaipur-Udaipur and back to Delhi by air. Arrangements included first-rate hotels, a very comfortable air-conditioned van, an excellent driver, Mr Kishore, and an extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous guide, Mr Giriraj Singh. Both driver and guide were with us throughout the trip and took us to many points of interest along the way. Mr Dinesh Singh handled the pre-tour arrangements and answered our emailed queries before and during the trip quickly and satisfactorily. He and the company director, Mr Pushpendra Sharma, met us at the Delhi airport at the inconvenient arrival times of our flights (1-2 am), and escorted us to our hotel, a welcome attention for a first-time arrival in a strange city. During the tour, we stayed mainly at beautiful and extremely comfortable Oberoi hotels, and made long day drives through the surrounding countryside to visit local forts, temples, and palaces. Highlights of the trip for me were the Taj Mahal, of course, the Amber Fort near Jaipur, and the countryside and temples around Udaipur. The tigers of Ranthambhore remained elusive, but we saw many other animals and some beautiful country in our several days' safari there. Toward the end of the trip we spent one night at the Taj Lake Palace hotel in Udaipur, which, while possibly slightly less luxurious than the Oberoi hotels and with slightly less impeccable service, has such a beautiful setting and views that it should not be missed. I don't think we could have had a more interesting and comfortable first trip to India, thanks in large part to the efforts of Ecstatic India, and I would highly recommend their services.

Absolute Fantastic India Trip Thanks to Ecstatic India Tours

Just got back from India with Ecstatic India Tours. It was superb. We started planning our trip in February 2015 using frequent flyer miles for the air travel. We searched the internet then for a land package and narrowed our search to a couple of Indian tour companies. We laid out of desires, with a long list of questions, and gave it to both companies to see how they'd respond. Ecstatic India (with Dinesh Singh and Pushpendra Sharma) responded quickly, and answered all our questions honestly and accurately. We didn't just didn't do the Delhi/Agra/Jaipur triangle. We wanted to go to the Pushkar Camel Festival and to Udaipur, and then fly from Udaipur to Kathmandu. Dinesh worked with us all the way. Our dates changed a couple of times, and he quickly updated the tour plan. We screwed up once and booked our travel wrong and he quickly worked things out for us to adjust our tour to fit. In the end, Delta Airlines changed some of our flights and it allowed us to readjust our arrival and departure times, and with about a month left before departure, Dinesh again adjusted our tour. And then on November 14, we finally arrived in India. It took 2 hours to get through immigration (even with an eVISA) and our driver (Mukesh) was still waiting patiently just outside the arrival area with a large sign with our names on it. He was the most pleasant, courteous, safe driver we could have imagined. He was with us the entire 9 days. He had a very nice vehicle, he opened the door all the time for my wife, and it was just the two of us from Utah, our driver (Mukesh), and then a guide at times in the different cities. It allowed us to go at our own pace (sometimes slow and sometimes fast), to leave earlier or later if we desired, to stop at a fruit market if we wanted or to take a picture of an interesting person, etc. He even spent an hour driving us around to find our LDS church on a Sunday morning in Delhi. There is nothing to say bad about this company. We spent two nights in Delhi (and a day sightseeing in Delhi), then drove to Agra and saw the Taj Mahal that afternoon. The guide there was great. The next morning we drove to Ranthambore for two nights and went on two safaris, and saw a beautiful tiger at close range for several minutes with a great guide there, then to Jaipur for two nights, and we had another good guide. Then we went to Pushkar for the Camel Festival and spent two nights in air-conditioned tents that were incredible, including our own toilet and shower facility attached to our huge tent with a king bed, carpets on the floor, and A/C and heater. Dinesh originally questioned if we really wanted to spend 2 nights in Pushkar. We insisted. In the end, one night may have been enough, but it was our decision to stay for two, and we really enjoyed it. Last, we spent a night in Udaipur before leaving for Kathmandu the next morning. We had planned for boat ride to the the lake palace, but a wedding was occurring (nothing Dinesh could do about that) and the company bought us a nice dinner that night to compensate us. They were fair with us all around. They delivered as promised. I can easily recommend them. Feel free to ask me any questions.

Touring the Golden Triangle

My Girlfriend and I did a tour of Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. Manohar at Ecstatic India Tours was very helpful in making a program that still provided a lot to see and do while working with the schedule we had for flights in and out of Delhi. We were provided a range of pricing options which included a variety of hotel options to be included with the package. We booked the 4 star package and it worked great. All of the hotels were very nice and clean and were situated in nice areas. Our driver Baba specifically made the trip amazing as we spent lots of time with him driving between the various locations and cities. He took extra time to make sure we were well cared for everywhere we went and took particular care to make sure we felt safe and comfortable. During the tour if we needed a restroom or food break he would make sure that we stopped somewhere that was clean and comfortable for a woman and provided quality service. The tour for us included English speaking guides at the various sites we went to visit and each guide was better than the next. Unfortunately I am writing this a few weeks late but I really wanted to promote the guide from the Jaipur fort and the guide we had in Delhi. They provided cultural insights as well as history of the buildings and surrounding areas and really got us excited about each of the locations. Overall I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to do a tour in India.

We just got back from a 2 week trip first trip to India. Thank you Ecstatic India tours for a fantastic holiday. Although We are used to travelling independently I was a bit sceptical about India but these guys know what they are doing. I was impressed with their organising , punctuality and efficiency in dealing with all our requests and questions. I m saying this having worked in the travel industry myself so sometimes I m hard to please. Dinesh handled our itinerary which included Delhi Agra Jaipur and Varanasi . He made the bookings for all the 5 star hotels I requested. In Varanasi he suggested a different hotel from what I ve asked him. I didn't listen to him and I regretted it. So trust them they know their job. Varanasi is not for the faint hearted and hotel choice is limited. At the start of our trip there was a mix up with our hotel reservation in Delhi but Dinesh sorted it out quickly and efficiently eventhough it was the shangri la hotel s fault and not their own. When we arrived in Delhi we had a small afternoon tour of this big beutiful and chaotic city but we were very pressured by our guide to go to a carpet shop that we were not interested . He did not tell us that it was a carpet shop . He reffered to it as a place to see Kasmiri art. We ended up waisting 3 hrs there most of it spent in delhi s crazy traffic. Was not very happy and were very tired also after a longhaul flight. On our return to the hotel we told Dinesh and Pushpendra and they assured us that wouldn't happen again. And it didn't , after that everything went like a clock. Pushpendra also made sure that we got another guided tour of Delhi when we returned to Delhi again after Jaipur Agra and Varanasi . This is how I judge their professionalism and I give them 5 stars for their response. The drivers of the company are all polite panctual and well presented. For most of our journey we had Jeetu . What a gentle , calm and sweet guy he was!!! We also had Baba for our last 2 days in Delhi . Sweet overprotective Baba who looked after us like family . I was meeting my friend at CP and she was late so baba refused to leave us alone in CP till she showed up an hour later. He walked with us around CP till my friend came and he "handed us over" . All Pushpendra s guides ( with the exception of the first one in Delhi ) were knowledgeable and nice. Sam in Jaipur , Bitu in Agra were excellent and both of them great photographers . The Varanasi guide was just ok. Maninder our guide in Delhi towards the end of our tour was such a great fun to be with .He showed us parts of real old Delhi and took us to places that would not have otherwise gone to experience real life in Delhi. Great fun. If it's your first trip to India don't hesitate to use them. These guys know their job and they take pride in doing in. We left India with the fondest of memories and we hope to return next year. Thank you all at Ecstatic India tour for an unforgettable experience!

The perfect host in India - Heritage India Tours

My girlfriend and I traveled to India last November-December (2014). We want to thank Heritage India Tours, namely, Pushpendra (Company GM), Manohar (Tour Assistant) and Mukesh (driver) for doing everything to organize, help and assist us in a diligent, professional manner and providing honest service. We stayed there for a week and a half and after a few days relaxing in Goa we were quite ambitious in exploring the Golden Triangle (Delhi-Agra-Jaipur) in just 3 days, mainly Agra (Taj Mahal and Red Fort) and Jaipur (Pink City and Amber Fort), then off to Delhi for our friends wedding. As usual, we did some research on things to do and contacted a few tour guides. We were lucky to get to know about Heritage India Tours, which on the first contact (Manohar) gave a very professional response, presenting a very well-organized and realistic itinerary for the places we wanted to visit. Amongst all of the responses we received from various operators, Heritage India Tours presented one of the more competitive and fair quotations. So without further research, we were happy to book with Heritage India Tours. During our first trip to India we faced a few last minute changes that Pushpendra and Manohar (with their constant follow up) made sure to help resolve- after a few days in Goa, we headed to Delhi with the intent of taking a train to Agra and then meeting our first tour guide/driver from Heritage India Tours. Due to our mistake, all the tickets for the 6AM Shatabdi Express to Agra were already sold out (NOTE: train tickets have to be booked 15 days prior to travel date). This is were Heritage India Tours helped by providing an alternative to go by car to Agra as they had a driver available in Delhi that could take us early morning. And so our 3 day itinerary for Agra and Jaipur began. In Agra, Taj Mahal and Red Fort is really something you should see in your life. It´s indeed an Experience! After Agra and as part of Heritage India Tours itinerary, we headed to Jaipur making a stop on the way to Fatehpur Sikiri (UNESCO world heritage). In Jaipur we saw the Jantar Mantar, City Palace and the magnificent Amber Fort by Elephant. After Jaipur we had flight tickets to go back to Delhi...but the flight from SpiceJet was cancelled by email with short notice. Once again, Heritage India Tours put forward an alternative to take us by car. Although it was a long journey, it was also the chance to experience the different landscapes in that part of India and really get to know how crazy traffic is in India. Overall we really recommend the tours suggested by Heritage India Tours. Everything was perfectly planned and we definitely look forward to exploring other parts of India - which we will certainly count on Heritage India Tours to organize. Lastly, we want to give a big thank you to the different tour guides that Heritage India Tours organized for us in the different cities. Very satisfied

As a solo woman travelling to India for the first time, I was a bit nervous about the journey. I was in Delhi for a conference and wanted to do some solo side excursions on the margins of the conference. Based solely upon the reviews on Trip Advisor, and the email exchanges with Dinesh Singh and Pushpendra Sharma, I decided to choose Ecstatic India. Dinesh and Pushprendra were extremely accommodating to what felt like a constant stream of changes to the itinerary, including not being able to finalize the booking until the very last minute due to extenuating circumstances. I ended up doing a one-day tour of Delhi before the start of the conference and then a three-day trip to Agra and Jaipur at the end of the conference. I had the same driver for all of the trips. He was polite and punctual, though did not speak English. In each place, we picked up a different tour guide (for a total of 4 guides throughout the journey). Three out of four of my guides were very good (my guide in Fatehpur Sikri, however, was very rushed and did not explain to me why we weren’t going to the Buland Darwaza as planned, which was apparently due to bee issues). The standout, however, was definitely Sher Singh in Jaipur. I cannot say enough good things about him. He was a true historian, incredibly knowledgeable, in love with his city, and so so so accommodating towards me and what I wanted to see and do (as well as not do: shopping). I took the 5-star hotel options, and each included breakfast, which was quite appreciated. For what I got, I think the price couldn’t have been better. I would recommend this group to anyone going to India who wants a reasonable and respectable tour company. In fact, I recommended them to a fellow conference participant who also used them on a day-trip to Agra and he was very pleased as well.

Golden triangle tour, amazing experience!

I took a Jaipur-Agra-Delhi tour with two friends and it was a great experience. We got pick up and drop off at the airport, and the drivers where always punctually there. The auto used for these route was a Toyota Innova, very new and comfortable and with AC. All the guides in the cities have a lot of knowledge of the history and all the monuments visited. The accomodation was good aswell, very nice hotels, with breakfast included. If you want to take the most out of your time, don't hesitate to take this tour, I have no complains at all, everything was better than expected.

Delhi, Jaipur Agra Tour - Heritage India Tours

I really had no idea that this tour will be one of the best one. Thanks to Heritage India for making it a memorable one. Even though it was a last minute booking, they arranged it so well, personally contacting me for the details. the hotel they booked were just fantastic and also the tour guides. All thanks to Mr.Pushpendra for personally taking care that we received the best services. A dedicated car and the driver ( ever smiling Jeetu) and and also their tour guides ( Giriraj, Mohammed and Diljit) were simply amazing giving us the knowledge taking us through the history. Never knew India had such beautiful monuments Humayun Tomb, Narrow streets of Old Delhi, Rajghat, Pink City, Amber Fort, Fatehpur Sikhri and last the wonder of the world Taj Mahal. They are all beautiful and amazing. If time permits would like to plan another trip to Jaipur very soon.
