Jaipur City Tour with a Licensed Guide

Not great value for money

The tour was not a full das tour as it only lasted 4hrs. Since I traveled solo I already paid double the price and the entrance tickets are not included, which made it overall a really expensive tour. On the plus side, the guide was quite knowledgeable and arranged some stops that were not on the itinerary.

Nice driver Salman

The driver Salman is amazing. He drive very calm without use the horn, which is very special in India. He picked up us at early morning and take very good care of us. His took us to an amazing local food restaurant, we had our best meal in India. In addition, he speak good English. The tour guide also did his job. Explain everything to us and took great photos.

The Perfect Day Sightseeing Tour in Jaipur! Our guides Jone and Salman were so kind and gave us the best experience possible with their knowledge of the area. If we ever wanted to spend more time, had specific questions, or even advice beyond our trip in Jaipur they were super helpful and accommodating. Amazing experience!

I had a very pleasant experience with the driver Salman and the guide Dilip. We left early in the morning and, as we had a very bad fog that day, they made sure to come back in the afternoon to some spots we passed by in the morning, so that I could have a better view and take some pictures. We covered Hawa Mahal, the City Palace and Observatory, Jal Mahal, Amber palace, and they were even kind enough to change plans and go to the Monkey Temple upon my request! The traffic is always caothic, but Salman was so good of a driver I barely noticed it and even took a nap at the end of the day on the way back to my hotel! I would highly recommend booking this tour with them, you're not gonna regret it and having a driver and a guide all the time with you is essential to avoid any hassle.

Amazing driver and guide

We did a day tour in and around Jaipur Amer and had an amazing experience. Our guide us took us to many hidden gems with no tourists, to a very nice local lunch spot, had very good knowledge, spoke good English, drove very safely and was extremely friendly. Would highly recommend!

An excellent one day trip

We booked the full day tour because we wanted to see most of the sights in a fast and efficient manner and Nizam did exactly that, he took us around with patience and warmth. I will definitely recommend this trip and Nizam to everyone.

GREAT time in Jaipur

We were in India for our daughter's wedding. We made a quick stop to Jaipur for some sight seeing before the wedding. Our tour guide, Dilip, was FANTASTIC!!! He was very informative about the sites we visited and made our tour extremely delightful.

Good tour, good company

My partner and I really enjoyed our trip with Dilip and Salman. We were able to cover so much ground in one day and not feel rushed. The pair are really easy to talk to and obviously passionate about their city. Salman was also very helpful to us when we required further assistance on our holiday. We learnt so much, we are glad we met them.

A wonderful tour of Jaipur with an experienced guide and driver.

The tour began with a pick-up from our hotel. We were picked up (on time) and greeted by Salman the driver and Dilip the tour guide. Salman was the most laid back driver we experienced during our time in India which was delightful. The car was clean, air-conditioned and stocked with water. Salman had a cooler in the boot with more water when needed. The first sight we visited was the wind palace. Dilip took us to a good spot for a photo and told us about the history. We felt like we were in safe hands the whole time. The second site was the Amber Fort. We jumped out of the car when we hit a traffic jam on the way up and walked the last few hundred meters. This was a time saver and gave a chance to see the local area which wad inhabited by some locals. Dilip told us that there are touts inside that may tey to sell to us. We can buy from them if we wish but if we don't want to we can decline kindly. All the touts understand a kind but firm "no thank you". The tour of the Amber Fort was great. Dilip was clearly well versed in the history of the site. Most of the tourists inside (and at all the sites) were domestic tourists. They were very interested in my wife and I. The school children especially were very interested. At no point did we feel intimidated but expect people to take pictures and ask for selfies. When we exited the fort, Salman was waiting at the parking lot ready to take us down. Having a driver and a tour guide separately works really well! On the way to the next site we stopped quickly at the water palace for some pictures and a brief rundown of the history. The next stop was a local silver-/goldsmith. They showed us their manufacturing side and then the showroom. They made it very clear that looking was free and we don't have to buy anything. We looked at some rings but decided not to buy anything. There was no pressure to buy. I did end up buying a little piece of Amethyst for our minecraft playing son as a souvenir. After this we were asked if we wanted lunch. We didn't go to their recommended lunch place as meals were included in our hotel and we wanted to make the most of the daylight. The next site was the observatory in the old city. This was our favourite site. Dilip's knowledge of this site was very impressive. He is clearly very interested in history, astrology and astronomy. Unfortunately we were at the observatory on a cloudy day which left a lot to the imagination. Dilip was still able to explain how all the amazing instruments at the observatory worked. From here we walked to the city palace. This palace is owned by the royal family. Dilip's knowledge of local history was once again on show here. The place was beautiful and contained a lot of historical artifacts including personal objects, weapons and art. After this we headed to a local textile factory to see how fabric patterns are produced. Once again, it was made very clear that looking is free and we didn't have to buy. We were attending a wedding later in the week so we actually needed some local clothing for one of the wedding events. We bought a Gurta and a Sarii for the wedding and some other bits and bobs as souvineers. Both outfits received compliments from the other guests. After the wedding I ended up modifying the Gurta into a shirt to get more use out of at home. On the way back to the hotel I asked Dilip and Salman to help me pick up so saffron to take back home as stocking stuffers. Dilip took me to a local grocers' and told me which brand he likes to use. Salman and Dilip were both very professional and clearly enjoyed their work. I highly recommend this tour. My wife and I both felt safe and well looked after during the whole day. The jewelers and textile factory could have been skipped (and probably can be if you request for it) but we're actually glad for the stops as seeing the local craftsmanship was interesting, the quality of the products were good and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. If I had known beforehand about the textile factory I would have prepared with a shopping list.

Perfect visit in Jaipur

The trip was very well organised. The driver and the guide were really professional and made us feel comfortable and pampered. They showed us the most beautiful places in Jaipur, we also had the opportunity to do some local shopping. We are really pleased with our experience and definitely recommend the experience! Full tour of the pink city very comfortable

Thanks to Salman’s suggestion we got to see Amber Fort at a very good timing, before the hustle of tourist rush. Mustak knows the Amber Fort very well, thanks to his storytelling we could easily picture the place on its best days. This tour is perfect to see all the major monuments in a very comfortable way, Salman and Mustak were really kind and thoughtful.

Wonderful experience in Jaipur

I found this tour via Rhett and Claire’s YouTube channel. The guide and drive were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to adapt the route according to my needs. To my surprise, there was no mandatory shopping stopover involved — unlike people complained about other tours. For those who aren’t experienced with traveling in developing countries and regions, tourism is still recovering from the Covid in many places. Many tour operators have to offer a competitive price to attract more people to visit, so commissions from stores is an important part of their income. If you are not interested, I’d recommend be very upfront and strongly encourage you to leave a generous tip if you are not interested in shopping or like in my case, the tour guide was professional enough not to offer a mandatory shopping stopover. And to conclude, I’m very impressed by their service and professionalism. Highly recommended this company if you are visiting Jaipur. Definitely worth it!!!

Best of the best in Jaipur

Our driver Imran collected us from the station despite a 2 hour delay, and transported us around Jaipur for several days during our stay. He was polite, kind and thoughtful as well as informative and an exceptionally good driver amongst many that weren’t. I can’t recommend him highly enough, and I’m told all of their drivers take great pride in being the best of them all. They’re also extremely good value for money. Thank you Imran.

Great tour with a friendly guide

Raees was an amazing tour guide. He picked me up from my hotel and showed me around Hawa Mahal, City Palace, and Jantra Mantar with explanation, which was very helpful and enjoyable. Great tour of the city!

We went on a full day tuktuk tour of Jaipur with Raees, and had such a good time! He took us to all the sites we wanted to see, and brought us to a perfect place for lunch. He was a great guy and took wonderful care of us, and our luggage. Highly recommended for anyone going to Jaipur!

Jaipur by tuk tuk

Raees showed me around Jaipur for two full days and even taught me some useful Hindi phrases. He was friendly and flexible, had recommendations for everything, and made sure I was acquainted with staples like Jollibee and chai. He even showed the factory origins for textiles and gems. Communication: he always says his English isn't good, but it's more than enough to communicate and far better than my Hindi. Driving: navigates streets of Jaipur with grace

Excellent trips with Raees

Raees was my autorickshaw driver for two days. Showed me the highlights of Jaipur at reasonable prices. He speaks good english and told also a lot about Jaipur and its history. Recommended!

Great trip with a great guide

Fantastic tour of jaipur with Sam, our incredibly knowledgeable guide. As well as the usual sites in Amber (fort, stepwell, museum etc) he took us to some fantastic sites off the beaten track. Highlights included a block printing factory a, a hand weaving carpet mill and some great spots for wildlife spotting, including a site where leopards were seen the day before!!

It was our last day in Jaipur and the most fulfilling and memorable one, thanks to Raaes alias Sam. He met us in the morning outside the place we stayed All seasons homestay. We told him our plan for the day which was local shopping, street food and sightseeing. Based on our needs he took us to some of the best places for shopping and eateries. The places were genuine and worth the money we spent. The entire time we felt that we were in safe hands (myself, wife and a 4 year old kid) and the ride was enjoyable since we had good interaction with Sam on the history, culture and heritage of the place. Thanks Raees for the wonderful time.

Jaipur tour with Rahees 😊

We had the most wonderful day trip around Jaipur with tuk tuk driver Rahees. He took us to mesmerising sights around Jaipur as well taking us to great restaurants and a beautiful textile workshop. Rahees was a great tour guide and was also very knowledgable about Jaipur and the cities history. We felt very safe in his hands and would 100% recommend, definietely the best way to see Jaipur!

Amazing private tour in Jaipur

Incredible tour, I would like to highlight how amazing this tour was and invite anyone reading this review not to hesitate to hire Saddik. Saddik was recommended to us at our fantastic hotel (All Seasons Home Stay). First of all, because he was very punctual at the time to pick us up. Secondly, the car was spotless, very clean, and well maintained with AC all the time. Thirdly, because of the tour, we started at 9.00 am, and we finished around 17.00 hours touring all the important places to see in Jaipur, Saddik explained everything to us in detail and with a lot of patience, and he made sure we had a great experience. He took us to a delicious and very cheap restaurant, which we would never have known if it wasn't for him, and then we went to see how Indians dye the fabrics and how they make the clothes in a very recommendable place. Today was a memorable day for us in India because of the tremendous experience with Saddik. The most important thing is that he is a lovely person and very concerned about making his clients live the best possible experience in Jaipur and at a fair price. 1000000% recommended.

Amazing and Enriching Jaipur Fort Experience

I cannot emphasize enough of how excellent this company is at allowing visitors to truly experience the historical sights of Jaipur. As a solo traveller who didn't speak any Hindi, I was definitely a bit nervous coming to Jaipur for the first time. However, Saddik was the perfect guide, and patiently took me to various palaces and forts, not only giving me guidance on what parts to visit at each stop, but also providing historical context for various highlights that I would not have noticed had I been by myself. Saddik picked me up from my homestay, and from there we went to the Amber Palace, Jaigarh fort, Nahargarh fort, and Jal Mahal. Without his guidance I would have been completely lost, and I am so happy I decided to book a tour with this company. Saddik is a very humble and nice driver who seeks to make sure that all of his clients have a memorable experience, and it shows in the service of this company.

Excellent experience during Jaipur Pushkar Ajmer trip

I usually don't write reviews but wanted to share the excellent and trust worthy experience that we had with our drive and guide Mohammed Saddik. He was on time every time during our entire trip that we did from Jaipur Ajmer Pushkar , next day trip to Amber fort and the last day pick up at 3 AM from our homestay to be dropped at the airport for our early morning flight. His recommendation on restuarant and speciality food was good and we liked it very much. Very cordial person. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Saddik took me on a fantastic day tour of Jaipur. He is very friendly and helpful and professional driver and knowledgable about all the sites in Jaipur. A very clean car and always on time and had ice cold water in the car for me! Highly recommended.

Truly Incredible tours!

We had asked for a car for hire for three days for Jaipur. Our driver, Salmanji, was excellent and very polite with us and also gave us. Lot of information about all the places. The pick-up and drop-off were perfectly timed and the eaterys he suggested were also really good. All in all it was a wonderful experience. 10stars!

We had a very good and pleasant experience with Rajasthan Incredible tours. We took their sightseeing cab service and our cab driver was Siddiq. He was very punctual and very professional. He explained the history of places while we passed through each abd every places. Cab was super clean and in good condition. He patiently waited for us while we explored places. We had some adhoc request to visit a friends place and he did accomodate that as well without any issues. Amazing customized experience

I booked a day trip with Sadiq with the reference of Bina mam from all seasons home stay (which was amazing) The day spent with him was awesome especially during the time when the covid cases had started to show a upword trend we decided to visit places that were not so crowded.since I was with my 5 year old Sadiq customised the entire day's trip to our comfort and ease we enjoyed throughout the day. We tasted some local savories Amazing food and not to forget the places we saw If you are going with family I will highly recommend Sadiq. There are many places that I have not seen in Jaipur. I will definately rebook on my next visit

Good as much as I think

A had a tour of Jaipur and I get very exciting journey,and they prove a very good facilities,and that get me very happy and shyness . The car driver and guide is give a very interesting knowledge and they behaviour is also good as much as I think. The car is net and clean any sober . The guide proved me a historic facts as well as show the whole historic places and I have great journey. I'm to be honest the great journey I ever had . I preferred to go ahead with the car driver as well as guide . So don't think more about that go ahead.

Had a wonderful experience

I had a wonderful experience with Mr.sadikji . The car was neat and clean and mr.sadikji is a good driver and polite person who will help you as guide and even take you to some good places which is even not included in your bucket list

Excellent service

We got Sadiq’s contact through a homestay(All season’s homestay which I also recommend) we stayed and gave a call. He was kind enough to pick us up in the middle of the previous night and drop us at the homestay(free of cost) whilst explaining the day services provided. The next day he was ready before us waiting down and the whole day trip was calm, leisure and amazing. No hurry running around in the hot sun but on your own pace yet covering what was promised in the day and a little bit more as well. He took us to a nice place for lunch and also surprised us with kullad chai(tea). He was very knowledgeable about the city so was able to customize the trip according to our likes. Overall the price was very reasonable for what is provided and I highly recommended Sadiq and would definitely ring him up next time I’m in Jaipur.

Well-maintained cab, great customer service

Great hospitality and customer service by Saddik. He took us to the Chokhi dhani resort. On time service. On the way showed us few interesting places. Also narrated some good stories relating to the places we saw during the journey. The cab was very well-maintained and clean. We thank Saddik for making our trip memorable and will surely recommend his travel service.

I had 2 day tours in Jaipur with Salman, it was amazing!!! He drove us to many places and explained very well.

Fantastic day

Salman very kindly took us out for the day and gave us a fantastic tour of the city. What we saw it one day would normally take two or three. Salman also knew a lot about the city, answered all of our questions and left no stone unturned. We didn’t have to do anything which made it easy for us! Would highly recommend Salman and the company.

Nice tour through Jaipur

We spent about seven hours in Jaipur with the guide Dulip. Dulip was very friendly and knew his way around very well. He knew how to best plan the tour so that we could avoid the crowds of tourists and the heat. He also told us a lot about the impressive buildings and took a lot of time to answer questions. :) Dulip is a great guide and we had a great tour with him. As a suggestion for improvement, we would have liked a list of the additional entrance fees in advance so that you can estimate what you can expect. You pay quite a bit on top of that. Furthermore, we unfortunately cannot recommend the restaurant where we went for lunch at all.

Choose Salman

We could not have made a better choice to best visit Jaipur and its forts, although we are a couple who like to be independent, this time given the distance of the forts from the city center we entrusted ourselves to Salman, a polite, exquisite person who does not press the travelers, plus it made us discover some gems of Jaipur that we hadn't planned that proved to be more interesting than the places we chose. Furthermore, Salman was also very kind to accompany us for a small errand in the city center, all in an air-conditioned car.
