We stayed in the ITC Rajputana and I asked the hotel's concierge, Mr Manoj Sharma, to recommend a guide for a tour of Jaipur. Without hesitation he arranged for Yash to show us around, who turned out to be our best tour guide in the two weeks we were in India. He was personable, knowledgeable, and listened to what we wanted to see. For example, he asked if we wanted to go to one of the markets and at that point in our trip, we didn't want to haggle any more so told him, and he brought us to a gem store and factory which has fixed prices and was perfect for what we wanted. Jaipur is definitely a wonderful place to visit with the Amber Fort and the Pink City Palace, but I would highly recommend getting a tour guide, and I can definitely recommend Yash.

Great guide to the city

Day tour was fantastic. Great way of seeing a bunch of sights. They were very flexible with how long we stayed, which places we visited, and offered alternatives too. Recommended, especially if you have a short time in Jaipur.

My husband and I had an incredible tour with Yash and his driver. Everything was above expectations, we got to enjoy all the remarkable sites Jaipur has to offer. Yash was incredibly knowledgeable giving us all the history and context. We felt the outmost hospitality, we didnt feel rushed and everything was paced out extremely well. We also wanted to see some of Jaipurs jewelries and textiles, Yash customized our tour to make sure we get to do that.

Excellent Jaipur tour

Yash was recommended to us by previous guests and came highly recommended but he was able to exceed our expectations. He was very knowledgeable about Jaipur and its history and he was able to field all of our general questions about India. We were able to visit all the important sites in Jaipur and Yash also took us to some local vendors for goods that we were interested in. He also knew about all the photo ops and took great photos of us. An absolute must to book in Jaipur!

Great introduction to Jaipur city!

We had a great time with our guide Yash who also happened to be a history teacher. He knew all of the sites inside out and was great at showing us the most important parts. Exploring Jaipur with Yash

The tour was very well organized. Our guide Yash was punctual and showed City Palace, Amber Palace, Museum and took us to nice shopping areas. Yash is very patient and explained many finer details and history at each location. Yash provided very good recommendations for restaurants as well. Two Beautiful Days of Touring Jaipur

A group of five friends and family, we spent two excellent days of sight seeing, shopping and fun in Jaipur city. Our guides provided us with unique insider knowledge of the area and taught us about the history of the city and region. We highly recommend the guided tour of the many palaces within the city limits. Our guide also helped us find excellent restaurants and shopping areas where we could browse at our pace and leisure.

Comprehensive day tour!

Yash was a very informative and accommodating host and managed to take me to multiple sites in just under 5.5 hours, with plenty of time at each site and lots of opportunities for taking photos. Not even once did I feel like I was being taken for a ride. Would definitely recommend!

Yash and his driver were great during our tour. The first thing that stood out was the comfortable and clean vehicle, with bottled water. They obviously took pride in their work by the condition of the car. Before I talk about the tours themselves I want to highlight that the driver, unfortunately whose name I have forgotten, was an excellent driver. As one who gets car sick easily he did an excellent job navigating Jaipurs traffic without the crazy swerving you see in action movies. The drive was smooth and not jerky at all. Yash, as a local, was very informative and a wealth of knowledge. Throughout the tours he told us the history and also how some of that history impacts modern day Jaipur. He did not rush at all throughout the day. He pointed out some very nice details and was great at recommending places to go to eat and to shop. We wanted to get off the beaten path and go to local craftsmen to see their wares and he helped us to get there and find quality products compared to some of the touristy bazaar shops. Most important of all, Yash is in the know. What I mean is that he knows what’s trending on Instagram, what spots look good, and he is handy on the iPhone himself. My wife and I got a couple of great shots of us thanks to him (we don’t believe in the selfie stick). He recommended different angles and spots that were less crowded to get great shots. Overall it was a great experience and we would do it again. Thank you.

Superb Service in very nice city

Yash was our excellent guide for our Private Jaipur day tour. He attended to all our needs throughout the day, answering every question we had with a very friendly and positive attitude. He shared a lot of background history about Jaipur (he’s a History teacher) which provided perfect context to our sight seeing and enabled us to really appreciate the city. He kindly offered to take pictures of us (he knew all the perfect spots!) and took us to some very nice places for some late afternoon shopping. Finally, Suresh (our driver) was fantastic In helping us navigate the city throughout the day, specially at one point when we hit heavy traffic due to a local festival.

Amazing day!

I would highly recommend this tour to every first time visitor to Jaipur. The tour started out on time. Our tour guide met us at our hotel. We were introduced to our driver for the day. The tour guide and the driver had plenty of bottled water ready in the car. We started out by seeing all of the relevant stops in the tour. Our tour guide also made it a point to add in a couple of points of interest based on our questions and comments. The tour guide was very knowledgeable. The driver was very safe and understanding. The best part of all is that the tour guide offered to take pictures for us at the stops. His photography skills were excellent. He also told relevant stories and history of people and places.

Aditya, our tour guide provided by Raj, is an excellent guy. With his thorough knowledge on history and culture, he took us to the past. We drove to Amber Fort, Step well, Jaigarh Fort also visited a Temple. It was super easy to tailor our itinerary with him and our driver Anand. A day spent in Pink City that we will cherish for long. A great way to see any place in india

After several days of traveling in india we realized that a guide and driver is a must! It was super easy to book royal majestic through viator and they messaged us immediately on what's app as soon as our trip was booked. They confirmed all of the details and were very flexible in helping us plan a 2 day itinerary. Then we had 2 days with our guide Mukesh and driver Aanand. They were able to get us everywhere super quickly and get us into sites immediately without waiting in line. After our earlier travels we realized this saved a ton of time. Mukesh knew all the best routes and views from various monuments and museums. Mukesh and Aanand were very flexible in our itinerary (we could do whatever we wanted) and they were willing to stay with us pretty late. On top of that, they were both extremely nice, pleasant, warm and friendly! And Mukesh is very knowledgeable and answered any question we had.

We had a wonderful day in the company of Mukesh and driver Anand. The tour is excellent value for money and by doing the tour you ensure you get to see all the sights and have a good explanation of what you are looking at! We saw all the sights detailed in the itinerary plus extras! Mukesh took lots of photos [knowing the best angles during our tour. He is very professional and knowlegeble about the history and culture of Jaipur. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he made the day fun and enjoyable. Mukesh showed us a good restaurant for lunch during the tour which was a welcome stop during a very busy day. Mukesh is an outstanding juide and I would highly recommend him and this wonderful tour of Jaipur.

Jaipur Highlights

One wow after another !!! The Amber Fort, majestic Asian elephants, the Janter Mantar was fascinating, not forgetting the royal palace. Other amazing short stoppers were the floating palace, palace of winds, the step well, the white marble Krishna temple & Jawahar circle. I really enjoyed this tour ! Varun was my guide for the whole day and was incredibly knowledgeable. Suresh my calm and collected driver in the chaotic Jaipur traffic. I was really taken care of and lunch was one of the best meals I had in India. When I ventured out into the Pink City on my own the next day, I soon realised how lucky I had been by taking this tour first. Loved every single minute ! Thank you guys 🙏🏼

Excellent full day tour of Jaipur!

This was an excellent full-day tour of Jaipur. Mukesh, my guide, and Suresh, our driver for the day, were outstanding. We saw all the locations mentioned in the description and a few additional sights. Mukesh made recommendations on features of certain sites that might interest me, such as access additional rooms of the City Palace to see more features and historical sites within the Palace, including meeting an acclaimed Jaipur artist in residence at the Palace! Mukesh and Suresh worked out the agenda well to see the right places at good times, often beating tour buses and crowds at locations, and seeing the Jal Mahal at sunset, which was beautiful. We even included Gatore Ki Chhatriyan and Panna Meena ka Kund. Really, Gatore Ki Chhatriyan should be a part of the standard itinerary - this location has AMAZING architecture and a beautiful setting with interesting history, it is slightly out of the way, but I would happily do that in favor of reducing time at Jantar Mantar if time is limited. Mukesh is amazing with the pictures and took outstanding photos of me and knew precisely how to capture the best angles and expressions, which was an absolute delight.

This tour was an absolute delight.. Vinay guided us thru the pink city, we visited the magnicent Amber Fort, City Palace, Jantar Mantar etc. Also visited the crowded markets of old city, and it was fun. Vinay has great knowledge and a very good sense of humour, he made our day joyful. Planning of our itinerary was done by Raj, which again was very well done as we saw many things in just one day without a rushed running between places. He also suggested very good restaurant for lunch, which was amazing. Great Job Raj and Vinay, thank You.

Fantastic all-day tour with Yash

We had a great time on our all-day tour with Yash! He was punctual, well-spoken, attentive and very knowledgeable about the various sites around Jaipur. He took into account all of our preferences and made the tour very comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, when he learned that we had already visited Jaipur previously, he made sure to show us some new features of the palaces that we may not have seen on our first visit. At the end of our tour, he was kind enough to reserve a taxi to the airport for us the next day. He went above and beyond! Overall a great tour guide and company that I would highly recommend.

Jaipur at its best

The pink city is a splendid and organized place for the time it was founded. We toured this city and forts on outskirts with help of our tour guide Manish, he being from Jaipur, knows the city very well and has a very good knowledge of history with impressive communication skills. Great trip

I was recommended Raj sharma to arrange for my trip to Jaipur and nearby areas. After a 3 day trip to Jaipur, I have to say I made the correct choice in using his service. Our guide Dilip, took excellent care of us and gave us great advice in exploring Jaipur. The trip was entirely customized by him and offered us an unforgettable trip at our own pace. Great experience

The communication beforehand was excellent! We received detailed plans and the they quickly responded to all questions that we had during the process and there was a lot of flexibility in the planning, which made it feel really good. Our Guide was Surendra. He was full of information and explained everything in details about the places we visited. Pawan, our driver was also very nice person. Our entire experience was just perfect.

Day tour of Jaipur sites

Royal Majestic tours provided an excellent service. My guide, Pushpendar, is very knowledgeable and provided a great account of all the sites I visited. I was particularly impressed by his explanation of the astrological instruments at the astrological site. The driver, Suresh, ensured that I felt safe and comfortable in the hectic traffic of Jaipur. I would not hesitate to arrange another day with Pushpendar - he was a pleasure to be with.

Excellent service highly recommended

Just a day before reaching Jaipur we had contacted Royal Majestic tours. On the day we reached Jaipur their representative Mr. Yash met us in our hotel lobby and we finalised program for Jaipur sightseeing for two following days. The guides Mr Yash was wonderful explaining the places and he was very patient as well as we had to travel with my little kin and mother who is above seventy years we covered as much as we could on the next day also we had a wonderful time thanks to excellent service of the driver Mr Ramesh and the guide. We were so pleased that we decided to continue with Royal Majestic Tours for Udaipur and Jodhpur also that’s whole of our Rajasthan tour. In Udaipur guide Mr Giri was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed his guide and company. Jaipur trip with family

I visited Jaipur with family recently and we had a memorable trip. We booked our tours with Royal majestic tours and both our guide Mukesh and driver Gyarsilal was excellent. Best tour in jaipur

I would highly recommend Royal majestic Tours. The driver was very personable and we enjoyed our time with him. He was always there, had great driving skills (which you need in India), and had wonderful recommendations. He had a good sense of knowing how to manage our day. When we felt like we had done enough, he could always sense that and was willing to adjust the schedule. Raj scheduled a tour guide for us in Jaipur who was excellent!!! Great company; we wish the best for them!!!

Making our India holiday worthwhile

My friends and I were planning to visit Jaipur because we heard it's a beautiful city. Transport, water, and tour guides are covered and arranged for us for the entire trip. We only had to cover hotels, meals and attraction entrance tickets ourselves. What pleased us was that his tour schedule is flexible and not rushed unlike others. If we wanted to take a detour to view something else, we could. We really appreciate it that Yash and his team always made sure we had the best experience.

Amazing Jaipur tour!

So I booked a 1 day private tour for myself in Jaipur. Mukesh (my guide) and Suresh (my driver) were excellent. They were punctual, helpful and very friendly. Suresh's car was really clean and nice too! which was great to get into after a hot and dusty walk around in some places. Mukesh made the trip very interactive, I shared what I wanted to do and not do and he adjusted accordingly (the bonus off doing a private tour). He was super knowledgable and knew everyone (so could accelerate our time and avoid some lineups!!). Couldn't recommend these guys any more!!

My recent visit to India was a mixed up experience. After getting rid of pushy guide of Agra, we were not willing to take a guided tour in Jaipur. But Raj, from Royal Majestic tour insisted to send Mukesh with us, and we were saved. It’s important to have a tour guide who is flexible and does not rush thru places. Devinder is an exceptional guide with very good knowledge of history as well as enthusiasm to explain. He showed us around Jaipur’s important sites very well and also made ourselves very comfortable while on the tour. He looks after his guests with care and concern.
