Wonderful Service

This was our first time ever in India and had been brought by people to work. They had already been working with V CARE for a while now and loved the service. We would like to say that the cars were very wonderful and we especially loved Pramod who normally drove us around. He was very sweet but also very professional at the same time. Best way to see Jaipur for first-timers

I couldn’t be happier that we booked with V Care Tours during our stay in Jaipur. This was my first visit to the region and India, and it was a comfort to have the guidance of Pramod, our amazing driver, to show us around the beautiful city. Pramod’s hospitality and helpfulness went above and beyond anything I’d expected: He was always ready with helpful recommendations for sites to see (tailored to our interests), tips for good views and food, bottles of water, etc. My travel partner and I really appreciated how patient, flexible, and communicative he was with us. We had some long travel days planned, but he was always cheerful and open to us changing plans to fit in a side trip to a shop/site or coming to pick us up earlier/later than expected. It’s a shame we didn’t have more time with him and his expertise to enjoy beautiful Jaipur. I highly recommend V Care Tours and Pramod to all!

We are very fortunate to have found and booked vcare tours for our Delhi-Agra-Jaipur driving trip. The manager, Deepak, was communicative and clear. The pricing was transparent and there were no additional charges. Our driver, Pramod, was the highlight. He was attentive, professional and very kind.

Great drivers and easy organisation of trip

Pramod was an excellent driver and very friendly. The team at V care tours took my booking through WhatsApp and were great a communicating my plans, they went above and beyond to make sure my experience was as comfortable as possible. From the bottled water provided to the breaks for food and use of bathrooms throughout the long drives. Just last week, my partner and I embarked on a weeklong trip between Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur,Mandawa, and back to Delhi with VCare Tours. Our driver, Pramod, was excellent behind the wheel. In a country where we were often on the edge of our seats, we were literally napping in the back of his car. Our driver spoke decent English, and we had nice chats throughout our trip. Every day the car was cleaned and immaculate both on the inside and out, and Pramod’s work ethic and customer service were unparalleled. It was a bonus that he was such a kind and gentle man. 2 Beautiful Days in Jaipur

Our guide Yash was very knowledgeable and professional. He had genuine care for our experience. I was able to fully tailor the itinerary, and the classic ambassador car made my wife happy (and turned heads). Our driver Tarun was also excellent!

Wonderful experience with great driver

We had a great experience with Pramod as our driver for ten days in November. Pramod was professional and helpful and made our trip wonderful, taking us from Delhi to Agra to Ranthambore to Jaipur to Pushkar. It was very easy to book with VCare and to communicate with them on WhatsApp. Pramod also helped us to organise a guided tour of Jaipur and our guide Yash, also from VCare, took us to see the best sights and gave us lots of interesting information.

Great Driver - Surendra Rathore

We had planned our trip to India for over 6 months. Deepak of V Care Tours was very quick in coming back to us with all of our questions. I did look at other companies but his quote was competitive and his website was very clear in answering most questions upfront so I felt he was the right option for us. Still, we were naturally apprehensive about which driver we would get as we had an 11 day tour of Northern India so this would be critical. We can definitely highly recommend getting Surendra as his English was very good indeed. But more importantly he was a good person who did definitely look after us. The trip went perfectly, Delhi-Varanassi-Agra-Ranthambore-Jaipur-Jodpur-Udaipur-Delhi. We just wish we had time for Jaisalmer. We paid a deposit before we left the UK and the balance when we were in Jaipur. Everything went perfectly as planned - thank you Deepak and Surendra our driver, you were fantastic.

Wonderful days in Rajasthan

We had a wonderful time on our 5-day-tour with V Care tours from Delhi to Jaipur to Ranthambore and back to Delhi. Deepak was very helpful in planning our itinerary, always quick to answer our questions and organized the whole tour so well that everything went smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing. We had the best driver, Ujjwal, who was very friendly and reliable with excellent driving skills. He was always looking out for us, made us feel safe and calmly navigated the crazy traffic with cows suddenly walking onto the road and other obstacles. He also recommended nice restaurants and made sure we got everywhere on time. Deepak organized a guide for our two days in Jaipur and we really enjoyed being shown around by our knowledgeable guide Himanshu. He took us places we wouldn't have found ourselves and made this tour special. We have seen and learned so much and had very interesting conversations. The car was very comfortable, spacious and clean with AC and Ujjwal made sure we always had bottled water waiting for us. All in all, we had a fantastic experience that exceeded our expectations, and we can highly recommend V Care tours, our driver Ujjwal and our guide Himanshu. Thank you for this unforgettable tour!

Nice 4 day tour with Pramod

We booked a tour in advance at V Care Tours. The communication was really clear and not pushy at all (in contrast with other companies). The payment in advance and at the end were correct and clear. Our driver Pramod Sen was always on time and ready to help us with the luggage. He is an excellent and safe driver with good knowledge of English. He would also always make sure that we were at the right accommodation and only left us if he knew we were in good hands. He gave us suggestions of places on our route but not intrusive at all which we really liked about him. We travelled with Pramod for 4 days. The car was always super clean and there was water and hand sanitisers in the car available. Thank you for the wonderful journey, Pramod!

The best time with Vicky and V Care Tours :)

A Huge Heartfelt thanks to our wonderful driver Vicky from V Care Tours who drove us on the most amazing tour Delhi- Agra- Ranthambore- Jaipur- Alila Fort Bishangargh - Delhi. We saw Leopards, Tigers, Monkeys, Elephants,Crocodiles! Forts, Temples, Mosques, Taj Mahal, Chand Baori and experienced all types of India and spectacular cuisine. Its been so special. Vicky is wonderful, thoughtful, kind - a great, knowledgeable driver, who kept us safe and drove us everywhere on time per our plans! He knows so much about the area and always happy to help and suggest if we needed, whilst giving us space too. Nothing was too much trouble. We've had the most incredible time and are buzzing from the trip. There is no way we could have done it without Vicky and owner Deepak who is first point of contact online and listens, responds and explains clearly and in a timely transparent way. Our car was spacioys,in superb condition with working aircon and we paid as quoted in advance via email. V Care Tours was recommended to me by some ladies in the passport queue at Delhi airport in Feb 2023! We arranged a car and driver for a trip around Rajasthan with V Care Tours. They were very efficient and helpful. They ensured we had a very smooth and comfortable trip, whilst allowing us to be flexible in our plans so that we could best enjoy our holiday. Our driver, Surendra, was very knowledgable and friendly with excellent English. Although we did not hire a guide through V Care, Surendra was able to give us lots of great recommendations and local knowledge, as well as helping us to arrange activities through his local contacts.

Amazing trip!

We did a 10 day tour through Rajasthan and had the best time with our driver Pramond. He safely made his way around the hectic roads and narrow streets of India all while providing us with constant insight into the places we visited and always offering suggestion of new places to explore. Best team of drivers I've ever worked with.

Our drivers were excellent! Always on time, drove safely and were always there to help with lunch, bags, and everything else. Their English level was good enough to communicate clearly with them and all three of them had a great attitude and were fun to have as part of the team. A wonderful few days!

Tarun was professional, on time, proactive and very responsive to messages. His driving was safe, and his car was extremely clean. But more importantly, Tarun was a total gentleman and made a huge effort to keep us entertained! He is funny, charming, proud of his country and his heritage and he is very knowledgable. We absolutely loved spending time with Tarun and he made all of our journeys pass super quickly. We spent three days in the car with him, and he was absolutely brilliant - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him as a driver.

V Care Tours handled our 'Golden Triangle' tour with great care and efficiently on our first trip to India. Communication was prompt, the suv was clean, comfortable and stocked with water and snacks. Our guide in Delhi, Shobhit, was friendly, very knowledgeable and showed us some memorable destinations a bit off the beaten path that we really enjoyed. But the star of our trip was our reliable and epically-moustachioed driver Tarun, who delivered us safe, gave us great recommendations including all the best chai shops in Jaipur and made us laugh along the way!

Just the best experience

We had the best experience possible with V Care right from when we first messaged Deepak on WhatsApp. Very responsive and helpful. We were told that our driver would be Vicky, and from that point we were in the best hands possible. Not only was Vicky incredibly professional, always punctual and insightful, but he also very much became a friend and a hugely significant part of our 2-week trip around Rajasthan. Across Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Ranthambore, Udaipur and Jodhpur, Vicky always knew where to go, and how to find the best shops that we would have never known otherwise. Excellent tours and drivers

V Care offered us a truly personalised service. Tarun took us to some of the key sites around Jaipur such as the amber fort and the guide was excellent. V care were also very helpful in organising transfers to and fro airports - the drivers and cars were all excellent and Deepak was very responsive and helpful with our requirements!

Safe and comfortable trip to Rajhastan

We have been travelling for 10 days around Rajasthan with V care and we have felt comfortable and safe. Pramod was our driver and he was really nice, professional and driving skills were good. As weather is hot and transport hard in India, going from one city to other, from one monument to another, the car was like a "bubble" to take a rest, get temperature back with the AC and recharge energy. Great driver company

Great company to deal with I would highly recommend - quick quotes and answers form Deepak initially even offering help and suggestions with accommodation. Although we did already have some booked the prices quoted and recommendations were very good. Our Driver was Tarun and he was fabulous. Apart from driving safely through chaotic traffic - like only an experienced local could do, he gave us a lot of extra tips and local knowledge and was very understanding and patient in answering our questions about local life and offering us history of the areas we were in. He went out of his way to be helpful and was great at communicating. Could not have asked for more. We went in June when it was very hot and he always had cold drinks ready for us before and after walking around in the heat. He even stopped and stocked up on Coke as he noticed my husband drank it when he needed energy. Extremely thoughtful. He only stopped at places we were interested in which was great as experienced travelers we have found this is not always the case. We did 10 nights Delhi/ Agra/Ranthambore/Jaipur/Jodhpur/Udapiur so a lot of traveling but having a good driver allowed us to do this in the timeframe we had and to see the things we wanted to see. We would definitely use them again for India.

Fantastic

We had a tour with V Care over 2 weeks across Rajasthan and had a fantastic experience. Our driver Vicky was always very professional, friendly and punctual. He was able to make us feel safe on roads which could often be manic. He was also extremely knowledgeable, being able to answer practically any question that we asked him about the surrounding areas. Whenever we arrived in a new area, Vicky would give us his recommendations and confirm an itinerary with us before taking us everywhere we needed to go. Overall, having Vicky as our driver was brilliant and took our enjoyment of India to the next level. I will definitely being using V Care tours on my next trip to India.

Two wonderful weeks in Rajasthan

Our son had been travelling in Asia for a few months and we were meeting him in India for the last few weeks of his travels. Having visited Delhi, Agra and Jaipur in 1989 we were keen to do this again but also see much more. An organised tour didn't appeal to us because we wanted flexibility and also to choose our own hotels etc. I googled private drivers and together with a few other companies V Care Tours came up. All companies responded quickly to my request for info and pricing, however Deepak from VCare gave a really professional and all inclusive rate for the services I had requested. I felt really comfortable with the response he gave and another quick Google search on reviews suggested they were a very good company to use. We were really impressed with their professionalism, the non intrusive nature of Deepaks answers to any questions I had, and the fact that the quoted price did include everything we were told it did -no hidden extras. Vicky our driver picked us up in Delhiiand for the next two weeks he took us to all the places we had requested and dropped us at the hotels we chose and then to all the local sights. Vicky was really informative with regard to the places we visited and local recommendations for restaurants, shopping etc. He never pushed us to do anything we didn't want to and he always considered what may be of interest to us which we hadn't thought about. Our two week tour was busy, we stayed in 7 different places and visited a number of fascinating sights in between. The trip was definitely made possible and enjoyable with the assistance of V Care but more importantly our lovely driver Vicky who did a fantastic job . We love India and the wonderful sights, culture and experiences we had. Thank you Vicky for making this an experience we will never forget.

Excellent tour company

Only had time for a 1 day tour of Jaipur. We asked for (and got) one of their two Ambassador cars which I would strongly recommend for a bit of fun. Our driver Surrinder contacted us the night before via WhatsApp to confirm pick up time. He is very courteous, knowledgeable and a good driver We also paid for a guide who I think was DD and who was also very knowledgeable. More importantly he was very happy to tailor the trip to what we wanted and so we weren’t taken to any emporiums or factories with shops attached. All in all I’d happily recommend V Care tours

The best Travel agency in the world and the best driver

I can recommend the company VCARTOURS without hesitation. Thanks to VCARTOURS I was able to carry out such a well-organized trip as I have never managed before. This was mainly due to 2 things: 1. Communication. All demands, wishes and information that I gave the agency were recorded without any gaps and, very importantly, passed on to the driver. The planning in advance was also very quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and competent. 2. Our driver Pramod. Pramod was the best driver I have ever hired. He responded to each of our requests and added other suggestions. Right from the start he was very friendly and competent. Even if we had to keep him waiting or had to change our meeting point spontaneously, he always had a smile on his face. Pramod even accompanied us in situations that were still a bit difficult for us Europeans to deal with, such as at the train station. His demeanor was very orderly. He was the neatest Indian I've ever seen. This was only topped by his great car, which looked as good as new. Everyone who hires Pramod can be happy.

Rajasthan Tour with Tarun

I had a wonderful time touring Rajasthan with Tarun. I greatly appreciated his companionship on my solo adventure. Tarun was easy to get along with and took good care of me. His extensive knowledge of history and folktale made long drives feel much shorter and more enjoyable. I particularly enjoyed an unexpected stop at the Jaipur Cottage Emporium: I did much of my gift shopping there and everyone at home was delighted to receive their beautiful handmade goods.

Perfect trip to India

Our trip in India went very well both because of the services provided by the V Care Tours (Jaipur) but mostly due to our driver Tarun who is a wonderful person, who was very polite, helpful and a good guide also. The car was in great condition, always clean and was provisioned with fresh cold mineral water and other drinks and snacks, which made our trip more comfortable.

Traveled the world.. best driver yet

My wife and I have traveled the world from mexico to Tibet and experienced an array of different travel guides accommodations and drivers. Words do not do justice to the amazing job Vk provided us as a driver for our three day adventure in Jaipure. Jaipur, Agra, Ranthambore

We booked private car hire for 5 days to tour Jaipur, Agra and Ranthambore as well as local guides for Jaipur and Agra and 2 sessions of exclusive gypsy safari for Ranthambore National Park. It was our first visit to India and we are extremely impressed with the level of service from V Care. Mr Deepak is very responsive and made all arrangements for us. Mr Sunil was the driver assigned to us and he took really good care of us, was always prompt and courteous and his command of English is impeccable. Mr Himanshu was our guide in Jaipur and he is very knowledgeable and made extra effort to entertain and look after our kid. Mr Bhoopi was our guide in Agra and he gave us invaluable insights during our visit to Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal; and added bonus was his photography skills! Finally, the naturalist who was assigned to us, Mr Mohammed was really good and we even managed to spot 2 of the elusive and shy tigers! All in, it was a fantastic holiday due largely to the efforts of all of them and we are very glad we made the right choice in choosing V Care!

Heritage tour of Rajasthan

I booked this trip for my foreign friends from Germany. It was a great experience for them. The driver was very friendly and also could speak German. The guides were also very helpful.

Everything was amazing ;-) I hope we come back once. In addition, with Dev Kumar we had a particularly reliable, helpful and more than expected committed driver who also knew the area very well.

5 star service - we had the trip of a lifetime!

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Reliable, professional and extremely helpful from the word go. Car was clean, comfortable and bottled water every day was a nice touch. But what made this trip so wonderful was our driver Vicky. He was more than a driver, he was kind, friendly and told us lots about the places we were driving to or through. He suggested additional places to visit - some great hidden gems and recommended some lovely places to eat. He took any stress away from our five day tour, dropping us at the door, telling us where to go and even helping to buy online tickets when our technology failed us. He also really understood that we wanted to see some real Indian life as well as the tourist attractions, driving us through some amazing smaller villages and neighbourhoods. If you are thinking of taking a trip to India, consider this way of doing it. In my opinion it’s a much better way to experience India than an escorted coach tour. You have the security of a local, but the freedom to make it your own bespoke tour. Vicky and his colleagues really did make sure we had the trip of a lifetime. And if you do book - ask for Vicky with the moustache!!
