Great way to see the city

Had a brilliant early morning cycle tour with Nik, who is a great guide. We had our 11 year old son with us too and he had a great time navigating the lanes/cows/monkeys and trying lots of local treats. I would highly recommend this tour to get a real feel for the pink city.

Bike in Jaipur

Umesh was incredible. We biked around Jaipur with him and surely he knows his ways as well as the people we pass by. Expect to go to unique places, get closer look into some crafts and taste some drinks or food. Be prepared for some thrill as the roads are bumpy and it can get crowded at times.

Amazing Jaipur

It was super fun!!! A very unique way to see Jaipur, the daily life of real people and the traditions. Our tour guide Archit was really energetic and passionate about his city, he showed us the unconventional but local spots. Not a traditional sightseeing tour!

Fantastic Cultural Experience and Great Tour Route

If you're looking for a great way to connect with the city and local culture, I would highly recommend this tour for your visit! Biking is a perfect speed to get a feel of the city and we felt connected to the city through the visits to important places and trying food. The tour was a perfect mix of guided information, cultural stops, refreshments, and speed/safety. I would do it again and will highly recommend this to our friends.

Unique and relaxing experience Our tour guide comes highly recommended as an extremely well researched and communicative professional. We did Amer off tourist trail that gave us an insight in a history of a very particular community and place with focus on the environment. The hardware (bikes and helmets) surprised us with the top notch specs. Everything went perfect and was tailored to our needs. As an extras we were offered picnic and a ride back to the centre of Jaipur. Cannot recommended more.

A unique glimpse of Amer!

Nikhil took us through a wonderful tour along rural Amer. We got to see beautiful step wells, age-old temples, and got a glimpse of what the public works system was like in Jaipur centuries ago. We ended the tour with some refreshing chai and delicious pyaaz kachori. Would definitely recommend this unique experience!

Good way to explore the city

I went on a morning cycling tour to 'Amer - Good way to explore the city Beyond the palace'. It was quite refreshing passing through the by lanes of Amer, getting to know a lot of history behind the old architecture, temples, stepwells etc. Thanks Nikhil for taking so much efforts to explain everything in detail. However, I just felt this tour is priced a bit high. As there is lot of information and history behind the architecture, it'll be great if an overview of the things covered in the tour could be provided at the start of the trip so that it'll be easier to connect the dots to make it more interesting.

Exhilarating

The fine balance of adrenaline rush with knowledge of interesting architecture, history background was seen. That kept the tour interesting and fun.Nikhil and his team put customised efforts towards each person on the tour. Great going!! Shall definitely try another one on my next travel.

Great way to feel the City's vibe

I’ve recently moved to Jaipur, and this tour popped up late at night on my social media. Nikhil was kind enough to give me details and let me into the small group, which assembled at the bike shop early the next morning. I was surprised at the quality of bikes available, and I understand “BikePacking India” is the labor of love of Nikhil and his brother. The tour itself was a load of fun, a perfect morning to see the city bazaars rise and shine, while we pedal across the old Pink city lanes. Glad to have found it….am hooked for the forthcoming trips & itineraries. Thanks, Nikhil….Recommended.

Best Rental Shop For Cycle "Bikepacking India" in Jaipur Rajsthan

I had come to my hometown Jaipur from Noida to attend a cycle event. Randomly I searched some rental cycle shops in Jaipur & found Nikhil's shop named as "Bikepacking India. I took a bicycle on rent from Nikhil's shop & I attended the cycling event. The cycle that Nikhil suggested was very good to ride. He provided pickup and drop facility too. Customized Route Planning

I rented a Firefox from Bikepacking India for a day and the cycle functioned beautifully on the steep route towards Nahargarh. Nikhil and his team helped me out with a customized route which ensured a safe trip and an adventurous experience. Sunday morning couldn't have been spent better

I am living in Jaipur for last 3 years and have been to Amber fort a few times. But this cycle tour was around Amer fort that how people beyond palaces used to live, where Mughal armies were stationed, The indepth knowledge and story telling of Nikhil is really captivating. My brother and I went for the Amber beyond the palace tour and it way soooo much fun! We not only cycled but learnt so much about the history of amber, and for me as a designer, I got to see the whole city from a very fresh perspective. Would recommend it to everyone who would love to visit Jaipur

Beyond palaces

On our recent jaipur visit, we took the amber cycle tour, organized by bikepacker.org ,exploring the city and understanding the rich heritage and cultural evolution of the city. Our tour was guided by Nikhil, whose passion for the city is evident in his indepth knowledge of the city, its history and his desire to revive the lost glory of some hidden gems of the architectural marvel of JAIPUR. Kudos to Nikhil who has organized this tour so that tourists understand Jaipur's pulse. A must To-Do' for every explorer-at-heart.

Great Experience !! (Custom make tours for non cyclist)

Nikhil (Bikepacking India) made a customized tour which included Trekking with cycle for 1.5 kms (uphill) to Nahargarh Fort & then cycling 10/11km from Nahargarh to Jal Mahal. Nikhil is very professional cyclist & being student of history helps us to cycle along with the vast history of Jaipur. It was overall great experience. I would highly recommend to do such tours which is out of the box and the best part is that you get to see the entire Jaipur City from the highest top.

Great Time... cycling Amber

We were four women,had a great time cycling around Amer and Nikhil gave us some very interesting insights in the cultural, architectural and historical of the stepwells jama masjid and the Jaggat Shiromani temple. We were all of different age groups and were well looked after by Neeraj and Nikhil. It was time thoroughly enjoyed.

Amazing way to explore Jaipur

Cycle tour to explore the hidden amer

I found out this amazing tour on instagram and it was totally a worth morning to spend . It was totally a different experience like exploring while cycling to different places of Rural Amer that we haven't actually even heard of. Different places that are hidden under the Amer fort are worth visiting . And the beauty of these places is next level. While exploring you can take care of your fitness also because no one would have thought of exploring while cycling . Amazing places and totally great architecture with am amazing guide would make your morning. The tour guide Nikhil ji is a amazing person and one of the most friendly people i have met . The knowledge he have about the Rural Amer is something everyone should explore .

Cycling in Jaipur

Loved the Firefox Roadrunner bike. Jaipur easily had some of the smoothest roads to cycle, so we cycled all day. Def recommend hiring bikes from Bikepacking India.

An evening with bikepacking India

I and my date did this cycle tour with bikepacking India in Jaipur which was completely catered to our mood and taste. We spent a lovely evening near Hawa Mahal and cycled through the old city at a very comfortable pace while gazing at the beauty of Jaipur. It was an evening well spent. The next day the government announced the COVID 19 lockdown and we entered the lockdown with some wonderful memories.

Just came back from a (very accessible) mountain biking tour with Nikhil to Nahargarh fort and through Jaipur city and I cannot recommend it enough! Nikhil is a very personable and knowledgable guide and you can really tell he loves what he does. Setting off at 6 am in the dark is atmospheric. The prize, seeing the sun rise while cycling though the hills and finally reaching the fort, while also learning about the history and culture of the surroundings. After that getting treated to a well deserved street food breakfast (best food I’ve had in India so far) and also the freshest lassi. If I am ever back in the area I will be seriously considering doing something even longer with Bikepacking India. Keep up the good work!

Incredible experience

Nick was an amazing guide. He showed me the entire city from the hills and took me to such authentic and unique spots (chai tea, local food, etc.). I'm now thinking of my next trip. I would love making a longer one by bike with him.

Loved it!

I just moved to jaipur and was looking to explore jaipur on a cycle. Found Bikepacking on google. Since I was by myself, Nikhil helped me out and showed me around. Cycling through the old history with a local and hearing all the stories about Jaipur made my day. It was amazing. Would love to spend another Sunday doing this. PS:The bikes were in a good condition.

Jaipur must do

morning visit to hindu Temple ceremony with amazing chanting , flower and veg market, riding through many different parts of old Jaipur. Nik, my guide went out of his way to help me book train tickets and really took care of my family.bike tour in the morning, palace tour plus shopping in the afternoon. Nik is very well travelled and heat to hear his travel stories. I give this tour 5 stars and would come back to Jaipur just to visit him and do another longer bike tour with him.thank you so much!!
