We used this company for transportation from San Jose airport to Jaco and then back at the end of our vacation. They were very responsive to my requests and questions in the days leading up to our vacation. Also, the drivers (different drivers for each day) were very friendly. Also, the driver who took us from the airport to Jaco made stops at Crocodile Bridge and also made a stop at the grocery store prior to dropping us at our AirBNB. Great experience both days!

Reliable Transportation

Great Shuttle Ride

Our transportation from Jaco back to San Jose with Odyssey was so easy and nice! The van was nice and new and our driver was super friendly. We stopped at a national park on our way back and they were super accommodating the whole time. If you are coming in or out of San Jose and need a shuttle this is the way to go!

We took this van service from the airport on Monday to Jacó beach then back to airport Saturday. They were on time for both trips and on first trip stopped to see crocodiles and gave us lots of tips on other things to do. Would definitely recommend them for your travel.

Our driver was great showed up right on time. On our drive to hotel pointed out things of interest and stopped at the Crocodile bridge for us to get out and see the crocodiles. The van was very clean and comfortable.

Safe, Amazing, Friendly and Knowledgable Driver

I couldn’t recommend our driver enough. This was the first clean vehicle that had working seatbelts that we were in. The driver knew English, was early (all our other drivers were late), he was extremely knowledgeable and talked with us the whole way back to the airport from Jaco, pointing out animals and plants and sharing information about different locations. He even stopped on the way to show us the crocs since our first driver didn’t. He was very respectful and made my family feel safe and also made our last experience in Costa Rica a positive one!

From Cramped to Comfort: The Ultimate Shuttle Experience Post-Flight!

This was just what we needed after traveling all day. The van was so comfortable with reclining seats, AC and WiFi. It was much larger than I anticipated but that allowed everyone to spread out a bit from being cramped on airplanes all day long.

Love using this van service. Will use thenm again.

What I liked was that the driver was very accommodating and informative. He gave us good advise and the van was really clean .

Scary

We arrived expecting someone to meet our plane. No driver. I left a text with the transportation company and Viator. Viator could not get ahold of the driver and asked me what I wanted to do. Huh? I'm in a foreign country, don't speak the language and it's now 45 minutes past our meeting time! Meanwhile my friend called Viator. She got a live person that told us to walk to a DELI restaurant. Luckily just then our driver showed up. It was pretty scary at almost 10 pm and not knowing how we're to get to our destination an hour and a half away. Driver was nice so gave a generous 3 stars.

Highly recommend

Can't recommend this transportation enough. It made our travel back to the airport so easy. Communication was started a few days prior to agree to a pick up time and that they had the correct address. The driver was on time. He stopped for us when we asked and we all felt safe on the trip back. We were a party of 10.

Clean and newer vehicle, very courteous driver

Pickup and drop off were seamless. The driver was very courteous and pointed out a few spots along the way like the alligator bridge.

Simple and Flawless

The pick-up at SJO, the drop-off at our condominium and the return trip to SJO were simple and flawless. The driver for the return trip to SJO even stopped at a roadside fruit stand to buy a manzana de agua. The fruit stand operator didn;t take dollars and since I had no colones left, the driver bought it for me without any expectation of repayment (the tip adequately reflected my gratitude). All around, a very positive experience!

Safe Experience

The van we were picked up in was clean, cool, and the Wi-Fi worked great. The ride from SJO to Jaco was roughly 1.5 hours. Our driver was nice enough to make a stop at the store for us to grab a few things. Be aware that the person holding a sign with your name on it at the airport will ask for the tip as well as the person who calls the driver will ask for a tip.

Great driver and drive to hotel

Diego was an excellent driver. He took us quickly and safely to our resort from the San José airport. I also made a request to eat lunch on our way there. I appreciated how he was able to accommodate us. The pick up at the airport was a bit hectic with two middle people, but other than that, I would recommend him.

Clean comfortable transport from the airport to Jaco Beach. Our driver was waiting on us when we walked out of the airport even though we got of the terminal earlier than expected. Would use this company again.
