The service was exceptional, the best features of the transportation was the drivers punctuality and measures of safety and precaution that he took for the 2 1/2 hour drive. We felt comfortable, safe and relaxed. The vehicle was cleaned, perfectly cool and temperature and very spacious. we will use this company for our return trip.

Great Adventure to Jaco Beach

I arrived in San Jose a day early and decided to go to Jaco Beach. I hired Viator to help me with this adventure. Moises was my driver, going to Jaco and back to San Jose the next day. Viator and Moises did not disappoint. He was on time, very kind, friendly, and professional. I had a wonderful 24 hours and couldn't have done it without Viator and my friend Moises.

Great private transfer

Moises was awesome! Thank you for driving us! We had a direct transfer from SJO to Los Sueños Marriott and we had to use the bathroom. Moises found a place for us to stop. He was very polite and talked to us, but also gave us time to chat during the ride. Perfect transfer!

Ride is worth the pre-pay

Exceptional hospitality and professionalism. My driver was easy to find and offered much needed refreshments. He also had me contacted when I was inquiring about a return ride in the near future. I will certainly use the service again!

Excellent customer service

This service was exceptional. The driver and I assume, his wife arrived early and provided water, beer, and juice for the ride. The minivan was probably the cleanest van in which I have traveled--immaculate. It also smelled good. They assisted with our luggage. I was very pleased with the service.

Great ride!

I used this service from the airport in San Jose to Jaco beach. It was my first time in Costa Rica but this service was truly the easiest I have used in any country. The team kept close contact with me starting the night before my arrival. I was stuck in customs and was able to communicate with a member of the team to let them know about the delay. I was treated outside of the airport by a friendly gentleman holding a sign with my name on it! This was honestly a bucket list dream come true for me, it made me feel special but also eliminated any confusion on who I was looking for. I was solo traveling and I felt perfectly safe and at ease while with the driver. I want to also point out that this service was also cheaper than a taxi, so definitely worth the consideration and the convenience!

Highly Recommended and Safe!

Our ride was from our AirBNB in Herredia to Jaco Beach and a return pick at the end of the 7 day trip. Gabriella was excellent in communicating and confirming all details within 24-48 hours of booking the trip. Francisco was a wonderful, courteous and cautious driver. We made stops along the way and the overall drive each time was simply beautiful. Drinks and wifi were provided.

SJO to Jaco

Jimmy was a fantastic driver! He waited over two hours for us to get through customs at SJO. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He stopped for us to see the crocodiles and even took us to a grocery store to pick up some essentials close to our condo. Gabi, the owner of the company was excellent as well. She was easily accessible and quick to respond.

Fun ride from Jaco to SJo!

Our driver was so friendly! He shared a bunch of great stories with us about Costa Rica and stopped at a bridge so that we could take pictures of the crocodiles. He was puntual, accommodating and warm. We very much enjoyed our trip back to San Jose airport. We highly recommend this shuttle service!

The Best Transportation Service In CR

Our group decided to use this Transfer Service for pickup from SJO airport to Jaco Beach and returning from Jaco Beach to SJO airport. Randal was easily reachable by WhatsApp and suggested many great restaurants and sightseeing opportunities. We were so impressed with his service that we booked his service to also take us from Jaco Beach to Manuel Antonio National Park. I highly recommend this service for your travel in Costa Rica. You won’t be disappointed.

Randall was a wonderful driver!

The driver Randall was such a wonderful man, very pleasant and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. He was on time to pick us up and got us to the airport on time. He supplied us with waters and when we crossed over crocodile bridge he offered to stop for us to view the crocodiles, which we did and enjoyed the view for a few minutes. His safety of driving was great, an all around pleasant trip back to the airport.

Friendly and Accommodating

My husband and I were traveling from San Jose to Jaco. Randall and Gabby were so sweet and accommodating! They gave us so many recommendations for Costa Rica and advice. They had drinks and snacks provided at no extra cost along with air conditioning! They even let us stop at a bridge to see crocodiles!

Randall was a great driver and guide! He gave me recommendations for my trip, and for future trips, provided cold drinks for the ride, and was kind enough to make a stop at a lab for a covid test before dropping me off. I will definitely use this service on my next trip to Costa Rica!

Avoid, driver left us and didn’t wait for us to clear custom

Driver didn’t wait for us… said he waited 2.5 hours and left. It took us 3hrs to get through custom because it was so busy, bring March Break. An airport employee contacted our hotel as we didn’t yet have mobile access and the hotel arrange a transfer for us. Contacted the company asking for a refund and they’ve refused saying that we never showed up. Will never use again and I do not recommend them. Very untrustworthy and absolute snap as to not wanting to refund us the paid transfer that we never received.

Amazing tour guide!

My driver Randall was amazing! He told me about a lot of Costa Rican history and local traditions and gave me recommendations for my stay, and on the drive to the beach he made a stop so I could see Crocodiles In the river. This was a great experience and so much better than taking the bus!

Seamless, comfortable, efficient

This was awesome! Randall was waiting for me at the airport w/ my name on a sign and we were off immediately. His car was cool and smelled nice. Randall himself was such a nice dude, spoke perfect English, and we had a great conversation for the entire car ride. Made the trip from San Jose to Jaco in an hour and a half which was great time.

Exactly what you’re looking for

Was a perfect experience getting back from Jaco. The driver was punctual and arrived on time. He offered free drinks (beer, soda, water) free of charge and and had kind, considerate, and helpful communication throughout the drive. We hit traffic and the drive took longer than expected, however, the driver remained calm and composed. I felt completely safe the entire journey and felt like I was riding with a friend. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a driver in Costa Rica, you will have a wonderful time and enjoyable experience!

BEST TRANSFER & TOUR EVER

Randall really made our stay in Costa Rica unforgettable! He is a great driver, kind, polite and great guide! He had some free Imperial beer that immediately became my favorite! We also did a little tour of San Jose and it was beautiful! He speaks great English and is very helpful! You can`t go wrong with him!
