Great Tour and amazing people

My wife and I had such a great afternoon as we visited a few of the winery's but all were just fantastic. Felicity our guid was such an amazing person and really friendly, she was able to interact with all the guests yet get us to our locations on time and very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend this tour and guid (especially the afternoon one) as you get amazing sunset colours of the Hunter. If you have a few hrs to spare then this is the tour for you. A tour with Christie

Christie was our tour guide for the day. She allowed us to plan our day and suggested ideas and locations to suit our requirements. She dropped us off and gave us time to enjoy the location before returning at a suitable time. Always punctual, we managed to fit in wine tasting, beer tasting, cheese and wine/beer tasting, a gin factory with lunch somewhere in the middle. Christie successfully went out of her way to look for some wild kangaroos. Excellent experience 👏

Worry free enjoyable wine, cheese and chocolate tasting.

Our tour guide, Felicity was the best. Felicity was funny and professional, proactive and flexible, informative and helpful. The distillery was delicious as was Blueberry Hill and Hunter Lab Wineries. We had cheese and chocolate pairing with our wines, what could be better? Felicity picked us up at the places where we were staying which made the whole afternoon relaxing and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this tour!

Great tour for a morning or afternoon.

My family and I had a great time on this tour. Graham was super helpful and the places we went were friendly and enjoyable. It was a lovely afternoon.

My wife and I went on this tour to celebrate our anniversary We had such a great time visiting 3 venues and had the opportunity to capture a sunset tour group photo. We joined another group in the tour and the tour group size was 11 people. On the way to the first venue, the group learned about the history of the Hunter Valley. The first stop was the Pokolbin Distillery which offered tastings of Gin, Vodka and Liqueur made from local ingredients. The barman provided loads of advice on how to use these spirits to make cocktails and other alcoholic beverages. The second venue, Blueberry Hill provided many local cheeses and wines. We were given a lesson in matching cheeses with right wines. The last venue Food and wine lab had excellent pale ale beer and a unique range of chocolates which tasted amazing with some of the local wines. Before the end of the tour, there was time to capture some scenic group photos. Overall, I was very satisfied with the tour and experience.

Great tasting with delicious food pairings!

Great tour and nice combination of drinks and food pairings! Tim, our driver, was terrific and we enjoyed the boutique vineyards we visited.

Something different!

Our host Tim was very knowledgeable, the distillery and wineries we visited were unique and the chocolate and wine pairing was something we hadn’t tried before. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Enjoyable and Relaxing Afternoon

Had a small group on out tour which we found very enjoyable. Tim (tour guide) was very knowledgeable of the region. We have visited the hunter on a number of occasions and it was good to be taken to some of the smaller and less known wineries. The wineries we visited were very welcoming and the staff extremely hospitable. We would definitely do a similar tour again when next visiting the hunter region.

Do yourself a favour and book!!

One of the best experience I've ever had, and we will be booking this tour again. Thank you Kristy from the initial pickup and drop off you were incredible. My sister and I wanted to try something different as we are not big wine drinkers, this tour has converted us. I would highly recommend as it was well-worth it and a great way to meet new people.

Perfect Afternoon with new friends

Tim was amazing.. informative, friendly & very accomodating. Tonya at the Winehouse was the perfect host. She had wit , charm & left you feeling like you were her new best friend … & she made a great charcuterie board !!! Nathan & Leonie at the Hunter Winelab were every girls dream … wine & chocolate . Super friendly . Pink Prosecco… yum!! Would definitely go back xx

Our guide Tim was excellent and knowledgeable about everything in the Hunter! He gave us a great tour! Wine lab definitely was the crowd favourite! Thanks for a great tour and would definitely book again to try new wineries!

Top Tour

Fantastic! From the booking, the company’s concern with making sure our needs were catered for (even ringing to check) was so appreciated. Our driver, Tim, was so knowledgeable and accommodating. The distillery was a great starting point but the final stop, Hunter Wine Lab was the winner of the day. Amazing wine (and beer) and incredible pairing with chocolate! And the sunset topped the day off.

I highly recommend this tour. A great mixture of spirits and wine with lovely treats along the way. Such a fun experience and Graham was so attentive and helpful.

Wine, friends and laughs

Loved everything about the experience! Our driver was Graeme who was super friendly and very helpful! Dropped us all where we wanted to go afterwards (witching the area of course) and the locations we were taken to were great, had lots of great wine, met new people and would recommend this to anyone :)

Wine Tasting Offered With imagination

Excellent tour and a little bit "different" than just driving between wine tasting venue's. Everyone had a terrific time. Driver just lovely. A mic to have her voice heard by those mid to back of the bus would have been good.

A wine tour with a difference !

Our family had the most fantastic day doing the Taste & Graze tour. We were celebrating a 30th birthday and iHop provided some added extras to made the day very special. Tim was a brilliant driver/guide & nothing was too much trouble! We’d highly recommend this tour as a wine tour that is completely different - we loved the food & wine paring!

Only 3 hours available? Do this tour!

Felicity was excellent - was on time at every step, informative and with loads of personality. Each tasting was worth the stop and exceeded expectations. In particular, the Wine Lab and Nathan was exceptionally informative and good fun.

Relaxing, fun-filled day, well organised and great tour guide. We visited lovely boutique wineries that I would probably would never have discovered on my own.

Great day, highly recommended!

Tim was an awesome guide, we had a great day drinking wine and eating lovely food. Bus was air conditioned, Tim even pre-cooled the bus at each stop ready for us leaving which was a thoughtful touch. Ridge View for lunch tasted lovely and the wine and chocolate matching at The Wine Lab with Nathan was fun and informative, we learnt a lot. A really fun day all round!

Outstanding experience, excellent value

This tour was a fantastic way to experience the Hunter valley. The tour operators planned different winery experiences that exposed us to a variety of great food, wine and spirits. We were a family group of 8 with a range of ages and drinking/eating preferences. This tour catered to them all. It was great to have someone else (more of an expert than me) do all the hard work deciding where to go and transporting us to each of the venues. It meant we were really able to enjoy ourselves. The venues selected exposed us to a variety of wine styles highlighting the diversity of the 167 odd vineyards in the region. We were so well catered to with the food and wine, we all fell asleep on our return to the hotel and needed coffee shots to kick start us for the evening we had planned. Our family were also particularly please to spend time with the amazing dogs at some of the venues. Overall it was not just a great experience it was great value. It was so much more than what we had anticipated. I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. We have all agreed to do it again soon with different friend groups.

We had a great day. Very well organised and lovely to sit back and be a drinking passenger, Fabulous food and wine in 3 different boutique wineries. The first one was my favourite, great to sit outside and learn about the wines from Sam, who was knowledgable, fun and relaxed. Delicious food and just the right amount. No need to eat when we got home1 It was also fun to do this experience with 2 other couples, we got on like a house on fire.

Had the best day!! Felicity our tour guide was super friendly and knew so much about the Hunter Valley. The wine tasting, lunch and especially the company made the day just perfect. Really enjoyed our visit to Blueberry Hill Vineyard the most! Highly recommended!!

The absolute BEST food and wine tour ever!!!

The Hunter Valley Premium Food and Wine Tour was absolutely spectacular. Best Wine Tour ever!!! Tim our host was amazing and the attention to detail at every location and the true pairing of food and wine experiences was fabulous. Every experience and visit was so unique and we could not chose which one we liked the best they were all amazing and so unique and different. We also had the fabulous bonus of the pairing of the humans was also the best. We had the opportunity to meet a wonderful family and we could not have asked for better company and our new found friends coupled with amazing food and wine experiences, amazing hosts and our wonderful Tim what a day what an experience. Thank you so much for so much fun laughter learning and good times coupled with wine,spirits,chocolate, cheese , new friends two legged and four legged and especially thank you the beautiful dog Symba for the privilege of letting us throw your ball.

Fabulous Day Out

Fantastic tour around the Hunter vineyards with Felicity, who kept our rowdy group entertained. Wine, spirits, chocolates and cheese - what more could you ask for? Fun group of 10, value for money and great mix of locations.

Amazing!!

Amazing!! The addition of food to this tour was an absolute stand out! Tim our driver from IHOP was friendly and a really good tour guide! Would recommended this tour to anyone going to the Hunter! Took us to some really off the beaten track wineries that I wouldn’t have gone to if I was just driving around! Beautiful!!

Great tour

Really enjoyed the tour, Taste & Graze. We visited a boutique winery which was my favourite. Really great wines and cheese platter. We then visited a larger winery for more wine paired with a tasting plate which was delicious! Then came wine and chocolate tasting and our last stop was at a distillery where we were able to sample different spirits of our choice. The whole day was really fun and our tour guide and driver Kristy was really friendly and we never felt rushed. I recommend this tour as you can see The Hunter Valley without having to drive.

For my first Wine tour I was so happy with the entire experience! Our guide Kristy was amazing and each winery was so unique with amazing food and drinks. Would definitely do it again!

Lovely surprise

We had a great time! Our host was informative and took us to vineyards we’d never explored before. Wines and food matching (cheese, lunch and chocolates) was a delight. Just what we’d hoped for!

Great tour - give it a go

Had a great time in the tour with our local guide Felicity, who was very knowledgeable about local producers. We got to visit small local wineries that we would normally miss and enjoyed the food and wine pairings all along the way.

Wonderful day visiting Hunter wineries with some amazing food

Great day visiting some Hunter wineries and amazing wine & food pairing to match with iHop. We visited Pepper Tree (cheese tasting), Ridgeview (with lunch), Wren (chocolate tasting) and Hunter Distillery. The Hunter Distillery could've been replaced with another winery I think but overall an amazing tour and Grame was very friendly and tour driver. Definitely takes the hassle of organising yourself and will be back again.

Laughed so much our faces ached

Our concert was cancelled due to rain but the weekend ended up awsome. Our tour guide was amazing and made the experience so much fun. Felicity went above All expectations With uncompromising customer service. This sentiment was expressed by the entire group . So much fun. Would defiantly recommend this tour
