Truth up Front

My driver was excellent. The agreement of the amount that I booked and what I had to pay extra to get me to my destination was quite different. My trip should not have been confirmed and the money taken from my credit card if the original price was doubling to get me to my destination. Again my driver was excellent.

Driver was so funny! She had to take the village roads back because of clogged motorway but hey! We got a tour from Gatwick to Park Lane

Boarding experience terrible. People fighting to get to the bus. 20 minute delay at University because the relief driver did not turn up.

Our driver was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. We were met inside the terminal by a well dressed greeter/driver, which made us feel very confident that we did the right thing by booking with Viator.
