Fun sunset tour

Wonderful staff - Nichole was amazing and funny. She also was kind to offer us suggestions about other things to do in Gold coast.

Really good cruise , reasonably priced as well. it was very informative covered all aspects of the history and current info the captain was very funny at times with his comments, crew was really friendly, nice to see places you can only access by boat

Enjoyable sunset cruise

Enjoyable Saturday evening cruise. Weather wasn’t the best, but it had no impact. It was an entertaining cruise and the captain’s local knowledge was second to none. Would definitely recommend.

Stunning

Sunset cruise was a lovely experience, my partner and I loved the commentary and the history about the water ways. The surfers paradise area looks beautiful at night time all lit up.

River Cruise

The boat was average with an average experience. Staff was friendly but did not go out of their way to inform passengers about when the last call was for food and drinks. Music selection was horrible & played only 3-4 songs but repeated Jack Johnson songs so much I was really over it. More upbeat music would have been nice. Food attracted the seagulls but nobody was feeding them. Around sunset we were not in an optimal place to see the sunset. Show up before the time posted or you will miss it. Tickets said 5:30 & we left at that time. Casual wear is what I recommend because it is not a fancy boat tour. Sunglasses are necessary. Steps to go upstairs might be steep for some people.

Sunset Cruise enjoyed even in the rain

Although raining we still had a lovely night, the captain was fun and informative telling about the local area and points of interest on the journey and tourist information generally, drinks were reasonably and the nibbles generous, good value for money

Sunset cruise in Gold Coast canals

I've been to the Gold Coast many times but have never cruised along the canals and into the Broadwater. It was interesting seeing the houses along the canal and hearing some of the history of the houses.

Lovely relaxing evening

It was a lovely sunny evening. The views were beautiful. Nice to see a different view of Surfers Paradise. It’s good value for money.

I don't like it

The skyline, it was raining no sunset commentary was dull snacks of cheese etc were warm not in a chilled container

Beatiful view

It was a hot day, but on a boat, the cool wind and beautiful sunset spread out in front of us. It was such a good time.

Definitely worth doing!

We so enjoyed our sunset cruise. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the commentary was interesting, the scenery superb and the food was delicious. We would highly recommend this cruise as a great way to take a different look at the Gold Coast.

A relaxing experience!

Very leisurely cruise to watch the sun go down. Cocktails were good, nibbles were delightful and what else did we need? Ah, sit in the downstairs lounge and get the VIP tour by the Skipper herself! Then be treated like someone special when being served our cocktails. Great cruise, great crew, great refreshments to finish the great day!

What a fantastic trip!

Such a great & worthwhile trip learning the insights of various river frontage homes. Saw dolphin & Osprey Eagles which was a bonus. The Skipper also has a great sense of humour and the drinks are reasonably priced. All in all a fantastic 1.5 hour trip.

Fantastic early evening cruise

Booked the cruise late afternoon for the same evening ($45 each) for an 1.5hr cruise. we had some complementary tea/coffee and small amount of nibbles with the bar being open to buy other drinks. We sat on the upper deck and we had great views throughout along with commentary from the captain that was pitched just right in giving you information and history about surfers paradise and the houses along the water. Lovely evening.....

Great addition to a night out.

Lovely thing to do on our weekend in Surfers. The timing was good as we saw the sun go down as we were heading back, and the 90 minute length was just right to enjoy the sights and take photos then relax on the way back. The captain gave lots of information on all the sights, especially the bridges, theme parks and mansions on the waterfront! Plenty of places to see the views too, with a top deck, front and back decks and indoor area. Nibbles were provided and the bar was very reasonable. A lovely thing to do before dinner on a weekend away!!

Wonderful way to spend the afternoon

Fantastic cruise for our whole family - adults, teens and a little one. Everyone loved it. The staff were wonderful and the experience was fun and informative. The sights were truly beautiful from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Surfers Paradise.

No information about parking no their website, we struggled to get the place and parking, and ended up missing the cruise, and customer service we had from the lady was another pain, terrible service.

Best sunset view from cruise

Would recommend for all families, an independent family business who is kind and so welcoming . We enjoyed our cruise with snacks ( which are provided on the cruise) affordable drink menu. All staff were kind, would go again!captain was very friendly.

A great time enjoyed by all

We enjoyed the lovely Sunset Cruise on a beautiful cloudless day. The boat was excellent with plenty of room for all to gain a beautiful view of the river and houses along the way. The audio commentary was great and gave us an interesting insight into the river, the housing development and mansions along the waterways. There is complimentary snacks and great, fair priced cocktails. Overall we all enjoyed the outing and we 100% recommend

A memorable Sunset Cruise to celebrate our 55th anniversary!

A wonderful cruise. Warm welcome, a fresh tasty nibbles platter included, and a reasonably priced bar available. We appreciated the interesting and amusing commentary, and the advice as to the best moments and angles to take photos of the sunset and the various landmarks. It was magical returning to the lights of Surfer's paradise at the end. Highly recommended to all locals and visitors!

We absolutely loved this, we were originally gonna cancel being at the theme parks all day and were buggered but so glad we went, was one of the highlights of our holiday.

Sunsets and Cruise to remember

We were lucky to see a wonderful sunset the evening we took the cruise but anyway it was a great way to see the other side of Surfers Paradise away from what must be one of the best beaches in the World.

Terrible customer service

The cruise was sold as a sunset cruise which I booked for this reason on Valentine’s Day! On the day a Terrible storm came through with very bad weather, I contacted the boat to ask if this would be cancelled as the weather was so bad and there was not going to be a sunset, they advised me it was still scheduled to go ahead, and I would still be charged if I didn’t arrive, being Valentine’s Day it was not something myself or my partner wanted to experience being wet. They would not take any of this into consideration, I know cancellations would not be refundable when I booked but this was due to potential dangerous weather and also the selling point being a sunset cruise there was not a sun set, over all the customer service was Terrible and would never use this company again. I will be leaving further bad reviews on other apps, google, trip advisor etc.

The ride was smooth and we got to see a lovely sunset from the cruise. The commentary was very informative and my son had an awesome experience driving and being the captain of the ship!

Would recommend any of the trips

For someone not from the area, it was nice to see the canals, houses and broadwater and the yachts. On this trip we watched the sun go down.The bar was well stocked with cocktails beer and soft drink. We were offered cheese and bikies to nibble. Very nice time to relax.

Enjoyable cruise

Great cruise around the canals and viewing the mansions. The commentary was the highlight for us, very witty and humorous. The weather was overcast so we didn't see the sunset, the Captain took us on an extended tour to compensate. Overall, it was a really enjoyable cruise, thanks
