An amazing experience

A truly amazing experience. The whole experience was run smoothly, the staff were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. The views were breath taking. the only let down was breakfast. Cold quiche, muffins, muesli bars, fruit, orange juice and champagne. Whilst I enjoyed the glass of champagne, I did not enjoy the cold quiche. To me the food does not constitute a breakfast, rather a snack.

Serene, beautiful and memorable

Thanks to our pilot Dhawal and driver Richard for a morning to remember. The hot air balloon ride over Beaudesert was breathtaking. The service and communication leading up to the day, and over the course of the morning of our flight, was impeccable. Everything was explained to us and we appreciated Richard’s sense of humour at 5am! Our family of 5, plus mother in law, were treated to warm welcomes, excellent safety briefs, stunning views, and a beautiful soft landing. We then enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast and glass of sparkling at O’Reillys Vineyard, a quaint place with views of the hills and alpacas. Every moment was special. This is an excellent company that takes pride in its work and wants every customer to have an experience that will be remembered for a lifetime.

An Experience to Cherish

Had an amazing opportunity to ride hot air balloon for the first time with my family with this Company. The complete experience was such a delight, right from our pick up at Canungra to the exotic experience of flying so high and a visit to the O’ Reilly’s vineyards with the delicious buffet breakfast! Our driver Kelly was very friendly and entertaining. Pilot Dhawal was highly skilled and knowledgeable. He informed us about the hot air balloons and a lot about their functioning throughout our ride. We appreciated the crew’s assistance in helping my wife (who has knee problem) during the transfer especially. It was a very smooth ride with a very safe landing. The team of Dhawal, Kelly and one more gentleman was extremely cooperative. It was indeed a great experience for us and we would love to come again for a ride and highly recommend your Company.

AMAZING!

Wow! Wow! Wow! What a fantastic experience. We were picked up from Canungra info centre in their bus by Chuck, who has a great sense of humour. Before leaving he gives a brief explanation of what to expect, before driving to the take off site, which was out past Beaudesert. We were fortunate enough to see the balloon being inflated before we boarded. Once we boarded, Jay our over 25 years experienced pilot took off. Words can’t describe how amazing it was floating so peacefully up in the sky. Needless to say the views and scenery are spectacular. Jay points out different landmarks along the way and tells stories (certainly not boring) of his experiences flying balloons in different parts of the world. After landing and helping pack up the balloon, which took no time, we were taken to O’Reillys vineyard for a champagne breakfast. Truly a fantastic experience. So glad we picked this company to fly with.

Must do experience

Wow what a great experience. I thought I might be scared of the height but all the staff are very professional yet still fun I didn’t feel concerned at all about the height. Richard our bus driver explained everything we needed to know on the way to our launching site & Stuart our pilot was so professional no one had any concerns at all about our flight. We even had the opportunity to help pack the balloon away if we wanted to help which was also a nice experience. We did the sunrise balloon tour which was followed by a champagne breakfast at a lovely nearby winery. Perfect finish for a great experience.

Best anniversary present ever!

This has been on my bucket list forever and my amazing hubby decided to book it for our anniversary. He wanted to surprise me with it but unfortunately it was a 3.30am wake up call for us so he couldn’t pull that one off. The staff member who met us for our bus was awesome and our balloon pilot Stuart was amazing too. Put everyone at ease and really made the trip so much better. Champagne breakfast at the vineyard was delicious as well and what a beautiful spot too.

Scenic balloon ride for 21st WA

Cannot thank them enough for making our first hot air balloon trip amazing. Kelly was on time and courteous with the pickups, along with crewman Jim, got us ready for the trip. Our pilot Frank was the best, kept us entertained and informed about everything, even telling us what he was doing the entire time and how the balloon worked. The morning was brilliant weather, the trip was great (to 4000ft) and the landing was really good. Breakfast at at the vineyard was lovely. Could not have asked for a better day. Cheers.

Absolutely Amazing

Wow what an experience! It was the first time in a hot air balloon for myself and my husband and we certainly weren't disappointed. Our driver Kellie was friendly and professional. Frank our pilot was amazing. He explained the the ins and outs of the hot air balooning as well as pointing out local landmarks. Landing was smooth and breakfast at O'Reilly's Vinyard capped off a wonderful morning. Well worth the early start.
