A REALLY GREAT SERVICE

What an excellent service these guys give. On our pick up to the Airport, on time to the minute and that's 3.00 a.m. Our return flight was early so along with others they picked us up almost an hour early. Unbelievable. See you again.

Left behind with no notification for international flight

Absolutely horrified. The company seemingly changed the pick up point. No text no email no call. The hotel lady drive me all the way to Brisbane with minutes to skate. This company will not answer my emails or calls. Disgusting service I will never use them again and advise no one else to either!!!!!

Picked up from Brisbane Airport - our luggage was stuck on a carousel that was incorrectly marked. Had a phone call from the driver who was checking our progress out of the terminal. Very professional, great trip back to the Gold Coast. Better than driving yourself after a long flight. Approx time of arrival was spot on. Great service will use again.

Really bad service, we didn’t arrive on time for the flight and still not answer me when I ask for my money back, they didn’t take any responsibility. Nobody is answering my emails.

The airport transfer was excellent. On the departure day I got an online connection so I could see where the car was and how long time it would take until it arrived, that made me feel absolute confident that the transfer would come as promised. Very nice drivers and good price. Thank you!

Very happy with airport shuttle service

Pickup was arranged for outside our complex, we were advised to be there from 6:20 to 6:40 am for collection. We were curbside at 6:20 and the shuttle arrived at 6:22. The driver was courteous and cheerful, stowed our bags, and after a couple of more pickups had us at the airport in plenty of time. Very happy with the standard of service supplied

Reliable and friendly service

Great service. The driver was very friendly and professional. There were three of us in a shared shuttle from the hotel on the Gold Coast to Brisbane international airport. The estimated times were fully met. On the outbound trip one week before, our driver waited with a smile for our international flight, quite delayed. There were five of us and we arranged a private service from Brisbane airport to the Gold Coast. Phenomenal!

Great Service. Hassle free.

Picked up at 02.45am, to the minute of our pick up time, and dropped of dead on time, again. Really friendly driver. On our return our flight was 2 hours late, thus we missed our bus. Other drivers at the airport car park did say the driver, to his credit, waited over 30 minutes past the pick up time. We phoned con-x-ion and they could put us on the next bus, but unfortunately it was a 5 hour wait, once again this was very early in the morning. They had no hesitation on giving a refund if we wished to use another form of transport. Which we did. The refund arrived in our bank a few days later. A really great service and will, without doubt, use them again. Totally hassle free. Many thanks.

A great ride when your tired

They picked us up on time no fuss and had our booking ready for pickup when we arrived back. We were transferred to another car at Coomera but service was excellent

excellent and timely service, I did a round trip from gold coast to Brisbane airport and while the times didn't perfectly match up with our departure and arrival times (had extra time in the airport) it was fine. id rather have too much time than not enough. the driver was super nice

AVOID at all cost. Unreliable and a huge hassle.

I had a booking arranged, all booked and paid for to be picked up between 6:05pm and 6:25pm according to my confirmation email. I was waiting as directed (I was actually waiting from 5:50pm) and decided to check the “Track my bus” app link they suggest you can do from 30 mins before your pick up. When I did I noticed the bus was far away and heading in the wrong direction and that now the pick up time said 5:35pm. I called support to ask what was going on and was told I had “failed to load”. At no point had I been informed, called or notified in ANY way that my pick up time had changed. I asked what would happen now and was in no uncertain terms told that I was on my own and had to make my own way to the airport. Again at no point was any effort made to help and figure out some kind of solution. I was told to just sort myself out, they simply didn’t care. After I hung up the call at 6:02pm I noticed that a new email had appeared, that hit my inbox at 6:00pm exactly (while I was on the call) notifying me of the change to 5:17 to 5:37pm. Needless to say getting notification of the change half an hour AFTER the new time isn’t helpful. It’s clear support sent the email while I was on the call trying to cover their backside. I’m disgusted at the service (or complete lack of service I should say). I then had to spend an additional $190 in a taxi to get to the airport. I’m furious. I’m thankful I’m travelling on my own and not been left in the lurch had my family been with me. But I would absolutely avoid this mob, you’d be better off just using one of the friendly taxi drivers on the Gold Coast. Don’t risk the stress and hassle of having to deal with this company at all. It’s easily the worst transfer service and experience I’ve ever dealt with in any country around the world. Shameful.

Accomodating, efficient & excellent driver.

Lady at airport connexion booth was able to give us an earlier bus due to our advanced arrival time. Very efficient. Driver was excellent & super cheerful.

Excellent service, gréât driver

We normally take the AirTrain but there were closures on the track over the weekend. So we tried ConeXion and honestly, it was excellent. Good driver, seatbelts, pick up from hotel and drop off at terminal. Super smooth. A real option - even when the train is working!

Does what it says on the tin

Easy on-line booking, great price, clear communication on the booking confirmation, turned up within the specified time window. All in all a stress free door-to-door friendly service. Could not ask for any more. $200 cheaper than a taxi and less hassle than taxi-train combo

Good service

The driver picked us up at exactly the time arranged and helped load our baggage. He drove very competently and we reached the airport exactly on schedule. Being able to track the vehicle ahead of arrival is a big advantage too. 10/10 to ConXion.

Easy & affordable way to travel

Door to door, on-time & a friendly driver! When I arrived into Brisbane heading to the Gold Coast, I used the AirTrain which cost me over $40, to then have to transfer to the tram and then walk 500 meters to my hotel dragging a bag. This time round I also dd in a bus as the train line was down! Ended up catching an Uber instead of the tram/walk. Driver Dave was early for my pick up, called me to let me know he arrived & loaded my case. He was very friendly & drove well. I had a chance to chat to some other passengers & enjoy the view. It cost me less than the trip on the way down.

Very easy transfer up to Brisbane Airport

Easy to use and no hassles with suitcases will use this service again next time we visit the Gold Coast. It sure beats having to lug your cases on and off the train.

Smooth ride

Now that travel has opened up again post COVID, have started using Con-x-ion to / from Gold Coast - Brisbane Airport. Much more convenient than Airtrain (being a door to door service), has always arrived in the expected timeframe and very affordable.

We had a delayed flight in and had to adjust our trip with Con-X-ion on short notice. 15 minute wait to get the shuttle, slept all the way home to the gold coast. The vehicle is modern and the driver very professional. Not sure why I didn't do this years ago, would not do an airport transfer any other way.

Great service and very safe , steady driving which is much appreciated- especially as this was a long drive. The service was on time. Although i did not have an Australian phone number, the company took the trouble to call me to inform me that the shuttle would be 10 minutes early. I appreciated this attention to detail as i did the very reasonable cost of Aud 65/- for a door to door on time service. Compare this to the experience I had with another company who charged me Aud 320 for a Brisbane Airport to Gold Coast transfer.

Good low Cost airport transfer.

We have used Conxion for our Brisbane airport transfers for a few years now. Pros: They are a great low cost carrier and available to book at reasonably short notice. Will pick up from your door. Drivers are generally friendly and helpful. Cons:Occasionally the small coaches have been a bit tired and noisy. Due to a shared pickup system the trip is not direct, however they have the option of private transfer.

On time, even in driving rain. Never missed a flight with these guys. They are very reliable, and very fair pricing. Have 5 more trips already booked with them for remainder of this year.

Easy, stress free transfer to airport

So easy and stress free. Friendly, helpful driver picked me up outside my home and drove me to Brisbane airport. So good not having to deal with traffic, parking and multiple changes of transport and lugging suitcase around. Would definitely recommend

When you a need fast reliable transfer

Simple way to get to the airport, on time, fair price, safe, comfy vehicles, great staff. There were problems with the airport train link between the Gold Coast and Brisbane airport., (air train). This was a much cheaper alternative to taxi or hire car

Gold Coast / Brisbane airport shared transfers

Easy to book on line or ring direct. Due to the highway between Gold Coast and Brisbane airport being so busy I like to take an earlier pickup. Because its a shared bus be prepared to go around to a few locations. For a door to door service its great service. Remember, during covid take a mask.

Missed flight, a day of work and $600 for a new flight😡

Had the worst experience with them screwing up my pick up time making me miss my flight to work and a day of work worth of $700 and, making me spend $600+ to book a new flight, so a good $1300+ of a day f... up!!! having a customer service thats a joke, with someone who cannot even speak English properly and will never understand the level of this issue saying, ""Yeah I understand sr., we are doing our best to get you there but there's nothing else we can do. You can write a complain to customer service and they will investigate the case."" Worst thing is, after picking me up 1hr late, the lady was all worried that I would miss my flight and I was "Its fine, we have just 1 more passenger as you said we gonna make it."" But then without telling me prior where was the other pick up, she takes the Coolangatta exit and told me oh, he is in Palm Beach."" Thats when I lost!! She got me 1hr late from Runaway Bay, where we would have made it on time to Brisbane, but then drives down 45 minutes to Palm Beach, picking up the other gentleman more than hour and a half late, making both of us miss our flights and day of work. If we had got the real information where the driver was from the beginning, we would have arranged ourselves another service and made on time to our flights and work, avoiding a total loss of basically $1800+ combined between us and no "compassion" from the stuff at all!! Thats just unbelievable!!! Forgot to mention that the driver said she screwed up thinking the pick up was 530pm not am!!

I have used Con-X-ion for quite a few years now. They always arrive within the time they specify. Having door to door service is so convenient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this service.

Poor communication, unreliable, terrible service

Conxion cancelled the bus I was booked on, 12 hours before my scheduled 5.30 am pick up for transfer from Gold Coast to Brisbane airport saying they wanted me to depart 1 hour and 20 minutes later which would not have got me to the airport on time so I was left scrambling to organise alternative transport overnight. I requested a full refund which they debated but since they had cancelled the service, by law they have to provide a full refund. No reply to several emails since and no refund. I am about to lodge a complaint with the Dept of Fair Trading and do not recommend anyone use their services. On the Gold Coast take the train, it's more spaced out for covid safety, much cheaper and cleaner and goes right to the Brisbane airport, departing every 30 minutes (15 minutes in peak time) so you don't have to wait an hour for the next bus with Conxion. I have used Conxion many times over the last decade or so but the service has deteriorated markedly in recent years. I do not recommend them.
