Jetski Experience

I bought my sons a half hour jetski experience on the river and while the experience was good, one of the staff members was impatient and angry on the water. Both my sons have ridden jetskis before and hold marine licences in Queensland. I was disappointed to hear that the fun experience was ruined by the yelling and rudeness.

I truly enjoyed the fun jet ski ride and it was an awesome experience for me. I will definitely go for more of it again. It was easy to pick up the lesson and go ride solo as well. Love it when I could feel the cool breeze and wind lashing on my face. So thrilling! Laura SG

refund

My partner & I came up from Sydney last week and we booked the jetski ride on the 3rd of October 2022 and as we were looking forward to the jetski ride, literally the night before the trip it cancelled on us for no reason through the TripAdvisor app. we didn’t receive a notification about it, no call , no text msg & no email? We had assumed it was because of the weather since it was raining really bad the day before, so we tried to contact the jetski place the next morning and nobody had answered. after trying to get through to them 3 times, we contacted TripAdvisor and they requested that they’d give us a refund and said it would take 72 hours. It’s now been a week and we still haven’t received the refund, we contacted again just to be told that the jetski ride denied our refund. They assumed they tried to contact us about the refund but obviously lied because we didn’t receive any missed calls. We never took this trip and we never canceled on them, they canceled the trip on us so I’d kindly like to ask for our FULL refund back as we did not attend this trip and we did try to contact the place as well.

What a great experience! A super fun way to see some of Surfers from the water. All the staff are great and we felt that we were in safe hands. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting to try jet-skiing.

Jet ski fun

On our resent holiday to the Gold Coast my partner and I did the 30min jet ski ride on the Nerang river after watching others doing it from our accommodation. It was so much fun and would highly recommend it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were under the pump a bit due to COVID restrictions and staff absenteeism from COVID but they managed to deal with things nicely. The photos taken during the tour were a great momento to keep if you so decide. We enjoyed it so much being our first time on jet skis that next time we go to the Gold Coast we will look at doing the hour or hour and a half tour for sure

Simply awesome!!!

Our group (3 couples) were extreamly happy with the level of service and the fun we had. As funny as it sounds, 1 couple even fell off the jet ski due to some silly reason (their fault) and Jordan was amazing with the way he responded, kept them calm, got them safely back on the ski and kept going. We had a great laugh and still felt we got the full value of what we signed up for. I'm pretty sure we went longer than the time allocated so not only was it great fun it was a great memory with some amazing snaps too! Will definitnely be going back again!

Poor business dynamics

2 hours prior to our booking we received a text message to call the company regarding our booking. Once we were in contact we were informed one of their jetskis had broken down and we would need to attend later that day. We weren't given any other options to refund or reschedule to another day, just informed that "we need to be flexible". They told us the earliest (and only time) we could attend was 4.15pm. We had another booking elsewhere in the afternoon and would need to be finished by 5pm, we informed them of the same to which they were confident we would be back in time. Unfortunately this was not the case. While I can understand this was due to another customer being late I don't see why we had to suffer the consequences by being late/missing our ongoing plans. At no stage were we offered any compensation for the initial time change or the delays once we had arrived. While the jetski experience was enjoyable none the less, I don't find any reason to use this company over their competitors based on their lack of communication or customer service regarding issues on their behalf. I'm sure other companies would be more negotiable or offer some form of compensation for the inconvenience and not just firmly directing paying customers to be flexible.

Try it at any age. Fantastic time.

My grandson and myself had a great time. The instructors were very helpful and friendly towards us first timers. Definitely worthwhile.

Fun for whole family

Amazing. So much fun. Guys were very helpful and funny. Kai provides a descriptive run down on the use of a jekski for beginners and the boys really looked after us. Decent circut. Best experience like ever !!

best ever experience ,very friendly and was so helpful .me and my friend went for jet ski from brisbane as we reach the the destination jetski was closed but he was so friendly and he waited for us and help to do the jetski,it was too much fun my friend enjoyed lot as it was her dream to do the jetski and we did it ,really great expreience.thanks a lot for making our day worth to remember.

We had an amazing experience on the jet skis, beautiful day, quick and easy demonstration by the team member and we felt very safe going out on the jet ski. Would 100% book again!

Amazing staff

Beautiful photos with the skyline of the city!! Also, staff was super chill and really worked with us! I was going to do Groupon but I called and they were WAY more helpful than the last place we called so this company is the way to go! Highly recommend. Plus, the course is better than the tour. EXCITING AND FUN

JET SKIING WAS SUCH A FUN ACTIVITY... Pk was the tour instructor. He was funny and made the safety part fun and easy to understand: Overall it was a great experience and we will def do it again next time we holiday in surfers paradise.

1 Hour Jet Ski Hire

This was an awesome experience. All of the staff were super friendly and we had freedom to ride the course as fast as we liked and swap drivers as many times as we wanted. They took a heap of photos to choose from at the end as well which was worth the money for great memories. So much fun would highly recommend.

Fabulous Jet Ski Experience

We hired 3 jet skis and it was such an awesome experience. The jet skis were super powerful and easy to ride. We got great instruction. We would definitely recommend this jet skiing experience to anyone.

Absolutely loved my jetski ride. Was scared it wasn't going to be as fun as i wanted but the jetskis were great and if you want you can go as fast as you like. Will definetly be back again.

My kids did the jet ski and flyboard package and had an absolute blast. The staff were extremely helpful and very experienced. Would highly recommend.

Watersport Gold coast has very good crew, this guys have Jet ski and office different location, so it take bit more time, apart from it, it was very good experience.

Cannot thank PK enough for a fun-filled experience. Instructions were thoroughly explained although following the same route could be improved as opposed to circling around the same area for half an hour

Good 30 minutes of fun

The staff are very friendly, I’m a gold Coast local and I would 10/10 recommend this! It lets you see the coast from the waterways and on beautiful sunny blue sky days like today it was pure magic :)

I booked this for my mother as it was on her ‘bucket list’ and we had a ball! The staff were amazing, the skis were awesome and we had the privilege of dolphins swimming alongside of us. A memorable experience - thanks!

Great experience on the jetski

Took my 15yo on a tandem jetski ride. I had to be with him as the minimum age to ride solo is 16. I thought that he would have all the fun and I would be simply the passenger. I was wrong! Had such a blast. The staff were so friendly and made sure all safety instructions were explained and followed. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Time!

This was a first time on the JetSki and won’t be the last. Staff were so friendly & thorough with their explanation of how to use the JetSki and navigate the course. I felt like a pro in no time. Highly recommend!

Jet Ski Hire

This was amazing. The staff were very helpful and experienced. We were bused to the end of the spit where we were about to let loose around the buoys. It was a little choppy but that just made it even more exciting.

Great fun for the kids in a calm environment

Having done jetskiing before in open water, we know it can get rather choppy - but given this one is based in the broadwater, you get calm waters. You get driven in a shuttle for a few minutes down to the beach. From there it’s a very short jetski ride out to the ‘course’ so you don’t waste time - within 1 minute you can turn up the speed. It’s a simple rectangular course, well-marked so you can’t get confused. The staff are right there to look after you, and they take lots of photos (which you can purchase afterwards). They had no problems with our kids “driving” (as long as the adult was behind them and in control) - which was fantastic fun for the kids. For us, 30 mins was enough for two kids (15 mins each with a swapover in between). Definitely recommended if you’re in the Gold Coast!

thrills for the entire family

From the book in process, to the service at the desk the staff were very friendly and helpful. You are taken from the marina to the beach in a mini bus and straight away get out on the jetski. There is an easy navigable course to follow and you can go at your own pace. Older children were able to sit in front of an adult and drive the jet ski. 30 minutes is very substantial for an experience and can definitely be recommended. Glad we brought the digital downloadable photo package. The views of Surfers Paradise in the photos adds to the overall experience.
