Girls just want to have fun

We had Benji and James as our tour guides and they were amazing. They showed care towards everyone and they made us all crack a smile and enjoy the time we had. We got to explore on a beautiful sunny day and go get a cold refreshing drink at this beautiful place. Honestly it was a magnificent experience and definitely something to do when you’re up at the Gold Coast thank you Benji and James!!!

Highly recommend!!

This tour is perfect for newcomer's or return customers. On our tour we had Benji as our tour guide and he did a great job of making us all feel safe, comfortable and made sure we all had a great time. The 2.5hr tour is the perfect amount of time to be out and gives both riders (if theres two to a jetski) an even amount of driving time. The island stop and photos are an excellent cherry on top of a beautiful ride and experience. Can't recommend highly enough

Awesome fun.

From making the booking, asking a question via email, to the briefing/training the team make it seamless and pain free.... then when you get on the jet ski and out on the water that's when the fun starts. If you are planning on sharing the drive time with your passenger, if you have the cash, I'd highly recommend get a ski each as it's a heap more fun driving than sitting on the back. We did the 2.5 hour safari with Benji and it was awesome, apart from having to share the drive time with my 14 yr daughter, who loved it.

Really fun, more photos would be great

Really fun trip! Going 70kph over the water in the sun is a difficult to beat experience, only a shame they don't have more photos from during the trip, eh when you've gotten more used to it and are doing circles at speed

Disappointed and not depicted as per advert

We did the safari 2.5hrs! There was no safari, as described and no mangrove creeks, wildlife etc! We just went flat out up to Straddie and then to the resort where sat by ourselves and the guides sat with themselves and then jumped on the JetSki flat out back to base! The JetSki’s were not parity, therefore sometimes there was a km between the fastest and slowest! Absolutely now commentary and just 3 young bloke not enjoying there job! Just filling in there day! Told not to take anything including sunscreen, hat and towel as it didn’t fit in the water tight boxes for personal items (wallet, & Phone only fit). The storage at the front of the jet ski could have held a towel, hat and sunscreen and water!! Bought sunscreen & water on the island! Not worth the money!

2.5hr Island stop experience

It had always been on my bucket list to go jet skiing, and this was an incredible first experience, so much so that my partner and I had to go again the next day. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful to make you feel 100% comfortable before you go off on your high speed adventure. Our tour guide Tom was a great bloke and looked after us both very well. 10/10 will be coming back next year!

Amazing jetski experience!

I went for a 2.5-hour tour as I had done jetski before and wanted to have a longer session this time. It was definitely worth the money and time. We checked north and south Stradbroke islands and stopped at the south for a rest. Taj was our guide throughout the tour, he was super friendly and always made sure we were comfortable going faster or slower. I would recommend this tour to all my friends.

Fantasic few hoursSy

Stuey and Harry were awesome guides - get the lads a beer. The 15 year old was up to speed in now time at all having never driven a jet ski before. Enjoyed a cold beer at the stop, feed skippy, and saw dophins.

Wonderful trip

Thanks to Jed at the desk as well as Tom, Zac and Sahara for a great trip, went on 2 rides, one going 1.5hrs and another for 2.5hrs and both were amazing 👍

The whole experience was well organised from beginning to end. The staff were friendly and helpful. The jet skis are in good condition and the safety briefing, clear and thorough. It was great to see the gold coast from a different perspective. It was a must on my bucket list & can't believe I waited 54 years to give it a go, albeit it as a passenger. I have now forgiven Hubby for going fast keeping up with the Tour Guide, but it cost him a new cap, as mine blew off. We travelled to Tipplers beach resort, where we had a break and a drink and some chips. You get to purchase a photo for $25 as a memory of your tour. We had the best time and it was the highlight to our holiday to the Gold Coast. Can't recommend this tour and its staff enough. A credit to the Gold Coast.

Not great

first place I have ever done jet skis where they don’t provide wet suits was freezing for 3 hours which was not enjoyable for that reason unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend and I wouldn’t go back

Awesome Jet Ski safari- first timer loved it!!

Great location on the Gold Coast, great equipment and very friendly and helpful team. Quick training course on safety and we were away everyone having a huge fun time.!! Good run up to Couran Cove for breakfast. All organised by the jet Ski safari team before we left. Very tasty Big Breakfast. Able to give that Jetski a good fast run with lots of jumps over waves on the way back. As a first timer I probably held on way too tight but man it was fun!! had my girl on the back and she loved it too.

Well organised, modern kit and all well managed to help you enjoy your time on the water. The crew are quick to ensure everyone is comfortable and strike the right balance between ensuring safety and having a good time. Our tour leaders Jed and Harry were both top notch. Credit to the operation.

Great time on the water

Did the 2.5 hour tour with mates a year ago, we enjoyed it so much we returned this year on our annual trip. Guides Declan and Chris were good dudes - Chris reminded us of ASAC Schrader from Breaking Bad (haha!). This is an excellent way to kill an afternoon and just have a damn good time. If you're thinking about booking a tour with this group, don't be cheap and book a shorter tour, pay the extra $$$ for 2.5 hours and you'll definitely be satisfied. See you guys again in 2023.

My partner and I did the 2.5 hr tour today, and I honestly can’t explain how much fun it was! It is honestly worth every dollar! The jet skis are easy to use, even for first timers like ourselves. The instructions are clear and the group stayed together. Today we had Kym and Arnie as our guides, and they were phenomenal, even to look at ;) had a great chat at the break point, we’re both super friendly and made everyone feel welcome! Honest worth every single dollar!! Can’t wait to come back !!

2.5hr Jet Ski Safari

Anth was a great guide We were very happy with the service we got from Anth out on the water and from the get go he was an absolute legend, prior to our trip the other staff were great very welcoming and informative the stop over at tippers the Island cafe the food was amazing highly recommend the overall experience was good a little disappointed you don't get to go to close to the mangroves like in the videos but cant win them all there was one last downer and that was when we returned to the shop the reception we received wasn't great however this review is mostly about our experience as a whole, I am not new to skis so the skis were not up to my standard of speed i wanted however my wifes quite new to them and said they were plenty fast and definitely if people are looking for a good ride this is it. BONUS you go as fast as you feel comfortable going not really any slow zones thats the best part! would we recommend thats a SOLID YES!

Our best day of the holiday

My son really wanted to jet ski.. So lucky we went with Jet Ski safari because they were great and we were so well looked after by Benny… We both got to drive, my 13yo son was tentative on the way out, we swapped and I got to hammer it for a bit and then my son with new found courage hammered it back from our stop at Tipplers Cafe on Stradbroke… Best day of our trip!! Jump on with Jet Ski Safari, you won’t regret it.

Cannot Recommend highly enough.

We did the 2.5 hr Safari accompanied by the brilliant Pandora, she was so patient as we learnt to drive the jet ski. We were lucky enough to come across a pod of dolphins. The stop at Tipplers was beautiful. This was the perfect way to spend an afternoon. We can not thank you enough Pandora.

The most fun I've had in a long time. Never driven a jetski before and felt so comfortable within minutes. I'm not a thrillseeker but my partner is and we both had a fantastic time. Amazing ride up to North Stradbroke and a lovely stop at a remote restaurant/bar on the way back. Jed was a great guide and we even saw a whale!

50th birthday treat

I cannot convey enough what a fantastic experience hubby and i had on the 2.5hr jetski tour. The instructors are so nice. The safety briefing is like most. U sit through it coz u have too. But let me tell you, as someone who had a slight mishap on the jetski, that safety briefing was the best thing for me. After my small mishap, my instructor’s only concern was my safety. I was perfectly fine and laughing, but he was still concerned. We could not have had more fun or excitement on our tour. We had a jetski each as a treat for us, yes it was expensive when i was paying for it, but after the experience, i would do it again in a heartbeat. Absolutely worth every cent and then some. Thankyou so much all the staff at Jetski Safari. You made my 50th birthday fantastic

Great experience on water with plenty of sights on the way.

Arrived early to check in and sign life away. After a quick safety rundown and form to check you were listening we were on our way to the jet skis. Be hi and the gang tested our capabilities and then we were off. Plenty of sights on the way, mostly calm waters with lots of turns performed. Stopped for a change in drivers and carried on to stop for lunch. Time to reapply sunscreen. Headed to nicer waters to have a quick swim and saw some dolphins. Ended experience on a high and got our photo’s at the office. Would suggest taking sunscreen with you for long trip as still got a little sunburnt but over all was the best time and Benji was very attentive to the group.

Awesome fun

Awesome 2.5 hours, jet skiing with my son, it was brilliant, to travel so far. We rested up on Stradbroke Island which was perfect, was our first time ever on a jet ski, no problem, the crew were amazing in taking us through a process to feel confident, and then off we went. We will be back next week this time with a jet ski each. Thanks, guys for the awesome experience
