Great Yin Yoga training with exceptional teachers in beautiful Goa

Beautiful setting for a rich training in Yin Yoga from Alex who is a really knowledgeable, experienced and inspiring master teacher - what a pleasure to learn from her. The balancing morning yang yoga class was exceptional - with Jenny, another brilliant teacher. In addition to yin theory, methodology and practice; yang class, and daily sunrise beach guided meditation, this yoga therapy teacher training includes daily classes in methodology and practice of yoga nidra (blissfully re--energising) and Reiki with Reiki 1&2 attunement, as well as the yin/nidra teaching methodology and practice and exam. Our international group of 21 students and 5 teachers soon became a close and comfortable 'family' and several of us continued to meet up in the week after the training for extra yin classes, meals and trips out.

Get inspired in a breathtaking environment

I loved my time in Goa. The training is absolutely inspiring. You'll learn a lot about yin yoga, but besides that, Alex integrated also a lot of interesting workshops, like accupuncture, soundhealing, human design and adjusments/ massage techniques. The place is on top of a hill, in the middle of the jungle, but only a 15 min walk to the beach and the lovely little town Morjim. Amazing Yin Yoga experience

Goa Is the right place to practice yin yoga: nice people, great nature, perfekt weather, amazing teachers. I learned a lot about yin yoga and myself, but I could still recover energy. We had to manage some paperwork to get here, but It was worth it. I have never been in Asia before and II was a little insecure, but I felt safe the whole time here.
