Worst After Sales Service

Worst service, no support when it comes to hotel rooms. Staff is very rude & unprofessional. Aman Gupta the owner of the company talks with guest in rude manner.

Didn't show up at agreed pick up point

Didn't show up at agreed pick up point, then sent to another location, no pick up there either. Bad service. Would not recommend.

Rude tour guide

Well was a nightmare to contact them to arrange pick as I booked it before we flew out so we get on bus its packed felt very uncomfortable was told by the guide he would explain to use about trip in English at end of tour the first ten mins he didnt we felt very uncomfortable and thought its only going to get worse we made him stop bus and we got off we wouldn’t recommend this trip the bus tour guide was very rude manner to so we thought it would only get worse it’s defo a NO NO.

North Goa

Where to start. As we got on the bus the tour guide said that he would speak first in Hindi then in English. We were the only Westerners on the trip and he had talked to us in good English. From the moment the bus started moving he totally ignored us , only telling us what time we were to return promptly to the bus. He told us the entry to the fort was 100 rupees only to find to was 300. As we progressed he chatted away in Hindi with an occasional English word thrown in. Eventually I put my hand up and asked why he wasn’t giving us any information to which he very patronisingly told us 3 facts about Goa and that if I listened I could gather what he was saying from the odd English word dropped into his dialogue spoken in Hindi . He later walked down the bus to us, muttered something about an ice park and walked off. Trying to get his attention, he ignored me until another passenger told him to answer me. When we asked him to stop the bus as we could stand no more, he just opened the door without a word and let us off. I have travelled extensively in India and have never come across anyone as rude and ill mannered as this guide was today. An early trip this week was to South Goa, again with an Indian guide who was the exact opposite, helpful and informative.

Horrible service, time now is 10:39 and we are waiting for bus to arrive (arrival time:9:00am) no communication nothing. No contact number for bus operator and customer care. Just horrible. My entire trip to Goa is ruined by this.

No Experience Because No Tour

No experience to review. Because of no one show up at Pick Up point. No refund. No contact. Very disappointed about paying money for wasting time and get nothing but frustration. Thank you. I hope no one face the situation like me.

No communication

No communication at all - no text, no email, no confirmation. Did not fulfill contract. Only took my money and said no refund.

Nice experience at North Goa Sightseeing

Experience was amazing and very much appreciated the support. Sightseeing bus tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The day tour in Goa

It was okay, they came late , but that's ok. The beach outings were quick, but fine. The package is economical. Only, there are two things in it, the snow world tour, we don't have to go to Goa to go to a snow park, that time should be given for the beaches. The food outlet the bus takes us to is choice-less , also very crowded, have to wait one hour to get served.

Jelly fish bites at calongute beach

Calongute beach , very crowded ,Don't do water sports here , no safety precautions . Careless water sports activity organizations . lot of jelly fish bites . be careful . Think about life than short entertainment.

No Show

The trip never hapenned. Neither Viotor not tour operator informed me in advance. The trip was not even cancelled. The number of Travel Surity is never accessible. Please issue me a refund

Dont go on this trip

No one did show up. We there waiting for more than 30 minutes but no car or bus came and pick us up.

For its price really complete tour, we literally went out the whole day and visited the most iconic place in north goa

Very bad experience

Dear customer care team, I am really very upset with your service, customer taking services not to spoil their tour/traveling but due to such very unorganised people, company customer getting cheated, all inhuman work customer can find anywhere then why this company making fool to any human being... Totally disregard of human rights and aesthetic... I am really very disappointed with your management and system... day and money wasted.

Was staying at devaya resort for 7 days. contacted viator and agent travelsurity but did not got proper reply regarding pickup point so my day and money got wasted. dont think i will use viator again.

Not worth it

They charged so much extra.Bloody 100 rupee for 10 rupee MRP bottle. I didnt expect from visitor to onboard this kind of hotels. I lost so much of money without any service.

Cheers!!! It was well executed plan, starting from hotel transfers to sightseeing. Everything was in detailing. Thanks to ‘Travel surity’ for making arrangements so smooth and convenient.

North Goa trip

Covered most of the famous places in North Goa. Guide was very punctual and cooperative. It was a memorable day to cherish.

Good for getting familiar with North Goa

Great tour at a great price! Mr. Anil was polite and punctual. Accommodated me well, and even was kind enough to give suggestions about places to visit. However, each spot was given lesser time than was needed to fully enjoy it. Visit to Snow World was totally unnecessary, but I was able to make use of that time by visiting and dining at Fat Fish, which was nearby. The place where they stop for lunch was below average. Glad I had lunch an hour beforehand.

Awesum and Memorable trip

The hotel and tour (both north and south goa) were good. Overall service was excellent. Pick up and drop was perfect and driver was also very polite. All Thanks to Gaurav (the sales executive) who arranged the trip for us.

It was a great experience with Gaurav and team travel surity and travel triangle.Intially we were bit confused as we had no idea of Goa and being a newly married couple taking care of indivisual things were quite a challenge. But Gaurav and his team made sure all the arrangements ( cab- the same driver was with us throught the goa tour, hotel - Derive by amor is good hotel , North goa and South Goa sightseeing - was superb and were done at their best capacity , honey inclusive - room decor and candle light dinner was awesome).

Coordination issues

Pickup is 9 am. They didn't share contact number or neither they call! Pathetic! Could not aboard! Money wasted, time wasted...

Great trip for north Goa

The tour operators did a nice job. Pickup and drop off right from my hotel. And we got to see a lot of the nice beaches. Coach had strong A/C and plenty of space. I saw some complaints about the snow park in other reviews. But for me it was the highlight of the day. Was a great way to cool down in the mid day heat. One small snafu which was not the tour fault: entrance to Ft Aguada required paying by app. No more cash payments. The mobile signal was weak so it took a while. Suggest that you pay for the ticket ahead of time and show the receipt on your phone.

Awesome experience and had a great time here. U will find all foriegner here its a clean bean u can spend quality of tym on this beach

Could have been better

The pros- guide was nice, good vehicle with effective AC (day temp go up to 38 C) The cons- Poor time management, Unnecessary trip to “ Snow Park” ( who goes to Goa to see snow?)- should have skipped this , very little time for the beaches ( better to do 2 instead of 3 - either Baga or Morjim could have been omitted)

Thanks Mr Aman for organising this wonderful trip, everything meets my expectations specially, the resort alphonso near morjim beach. Just loved the hospitality of staff and workers there.The cab driver is such a nice guy, guided properly throughout the tour. Thanks once again.
