I enjoyed the glengoyne tour most, but the day was very well thought and planned. Would recommend this tour

Whiskey Whiski and a Loch

We booked this tour through Tripmasters and couldn't wait to make some new experiences and that we did! We tasted some fine Whiskeys and fun was had by all!

Glengoyne Distillery is Phenomenal.

We did the Rabbie’s Tour and our driver/guide was Cameron who provides a great experience as usual - Cameron was also our driver/guide on the 3-day Isle of Skye tour. Glengoyne Distillery is a historic distillery and there is quite a contrast with the much newer Clydeside Distillery in Glasgow. And Glengoyne 15- year and 18-year can be purchased in the USA at Total Wines and More.

Loch Lomond land Whisky Tour

James was an excellent tour guide, providing history of the area as well as back background of the stops. James was exceptionally knowledgeable and was able to provide that knowledge in an easy to understand way, without being condescending.

Absolutely perfect..just what we wanted

The drive was fantastic… the tour was an excellent experience..perfect ..would recommend Robbie’s Company as a 10/10

Disappointing

First off, our guide was fantastic. He was under the weather and still was extremely informative. I really wanted to rate this trip poor, but because of him, just average. The second distillery on our tour could be toured via the on/off bus tour from George Square. As far as Lock Lommand was concerned, technically, we did see it. However, what we saw was a river running into the lock. Lots of boats, not much of a view. Overall, l was very disappointed. It's not worth the money I paid.

Great Loch Lomond and Distellery Trip

Great, knowledgeable and caring driver - Nichola, we had miserable weather and she drove to Loch Lomond to give us a photo opportunity and was great all round at sharing stories and the history of Glasgo. Joe and Carlos were brilliant at the Glengoyne distillery and so was Peter at the Clydeside distillery. Both great but different experiences but well worth going to both.

Whiskey/counteyside tour

Excellent tourguide with a great British sense of humor. Besides very amusing also knowledgeable on Whiskeys.

Forget it poor value

Disappointed! Driver James EXCELLENT!!! Tour not worth money! Nothing included. Suppose to be 7-8 hours, was like 5. Boat tour boring and short

The Bonnie Banks via the high road

Great day trip around the loch and a distillery tour. Jenny, our friendly tour guide, provided entertaining and expert information on local culture and geography. The loch is gloriously beautiful, framed by grassy meadows and the backdrop of the Highlands, starting with the munro of Ben Lomond. We even got to learn a Scottish tongue twister - "it was brah bricht moonlicht nicht the nicht." Things to know - the boat cruise and the distillery tour cost another 13 pds (June 2022) each. Those are discounted rates that seem like a bargain for what you get. Take a sweater and a jacket for the boat tour. It gets a wee bit chilly, even in the summer. The fish and chips shop in Luss was very good. There's a finer dining restaurant too, but you have to pick one.

Loch tour

The driver (and also the tourer) was absolutely amazing guy. Knowledgeable, polite, and reliable. I highly recommend this tour with outstanding nature and view of Scotland.

Relaxing day trip

Lovely day out with our driver Cameron, who was attentive and knowledgeable about all things Scottish. Lovely gentle cruise on Loch Lomond, get their early for a good seat. The distillery visit was worth it particularly the whisky tasting at the end.

The Clydeside whiskey...

The Clydeside whiskey distillery was the a great experience. The staff there is also very friendly and accommodating. I really enjoyed myself. I also enjoyed the tour guide she was great and made you feel special in a way

Great day trip!

Nick was the best tour guide! So knowledgeable and friendly. Really great way to get outside of Glasgow city and see a bit of the country without feeling rushed

Loch Lomond & Clydeside Distillery 3rd Sept 21

Definitely book with Rabbie's highly recommended! We booked the tour as part of a 25th Birthday, to go and see some beautiful parts of Glasgow and get a real taster (excuse the pun) of it's heritage! We turned up to find out we were the only couple that had booked the trip and there was no cancellation from Rabbie's even if a group is less than 6 (AMAZING compared to other companies!) Our tour guide Alistair Armour was top notch! Aye, for a guide he certainly knows his stuff! We learnt so much in a short time from him and it was just like a fun chat that you wanted to hear more of rather than a boring lecture! His kindness and manner towards us both made our trip more enjoyable all round and he felt more a friend to us than a tour guide. Our guide Alistair altered the trip slightly due to being just us two aboard, and the company were so accommodating to his changes. We got to see some hidden gems of Glasgow such as Dumbarton Castle & tasted some amazing coffee early on, and later of course Whisky at the distillery! We were the first to visit the distillery on this tour since Covid-19 so we were lucky there and our guide came with us! Overall we would recommend these tours through Rabbie's to anyone. They are top tier when it comes to overall service, fun, friendliness and ensuring you have the best time for yourselves. (Especially Alistair as your guide too)

Grand day out!

We did this tour from Glasgow with Cameron as our guide. I’ve been on other Rabbie’s tours from London and Edinburgh and this tour met my very high expectations from those experiences. Bus was only half full due to covid restrictions so we felt very safe all day. The Loch Lomond boat tour was lovely and then the little village of Luss was a beautiful spot for lunch. In the afternoon we saw more of this gorgeous area and went for a whisky tasting in Glencoyne distillery. We were lucky with the weather all day and had such an entertaining and educational day out. Can’t wait for my next Rabbie’s tour!

A fantastic experience with a brilliant tour guide - Just a perfect day!

Me and my wife have just got back from a fantastic day out with our guide Ben doing a fantastic job of providing countless facts about Glasgow, Loch Lomond, the distillery and more. His knowledge is second to none and his humour and personality shine through, a great asset to Rabbie's and a great guide to have on any tour. He gave us loads of great advice on the area - history, trivia, you name it, he knows it, and took us through some great scenery along the way. Rabbie's are a great company to use if you want a tour that give you attention to detail, and an unforgettable experience with a guide who makes sure you are looked after the minute you step on board to the minute you are dropped off. Superb!

Amazing two days

So two tours booked with Ben as our guide , amazing knowledge and all round the nicest bloke couldn’t of done any more to make sure we felt welcome . Loved it all amazing start to my birthday holiday week thank you again Ben (the mountain ) .
