Izzy was a fabulous guide, with excellent english and great local knowledge. She went to a lot of effort to created an unique itinery for us that blended local Tokyo life with history and culture. We visited an amazing temple and then had great fun looking through a convenience store and choosing snacks to try. A great way to sample Tokyo.

Shiono is seriously one of the nicest people that I have ever met. He was so accommodating during our transfer to Yokohama. He was so delightful to speak with. I really enjoyed him. I've traveled all around the world and honestly he is just genuinely so nice.

Tokyo hotel to cruise ship

Two couples shuttle from Shibuya hotel to Yokohama port by van with room for luggage. The van was perfect for our purposes. The driver didn’t speak much English so no conversation took place. He drove safely and we arrived at Yokohama port drop off in good time.

My son and I traveled to Japan mid June. I booked with this company twice because the first time I was really impressed with their service. This company is reliable and puntual. I got picked up both time right on time. The communication from the manager was excellent. She kept in contact before and during picked up. I have no complaints at all. I found Viator disorganized and poor communicator - would not recommend. Too many emails - double booked pick up.

Apart from a few hick ups with VIATOR site automatically selecting the wrong Hotel with the same name, The service was perfect and the driver was polite, the vehicle clean and tidy and the entire experience satisfying in the end.

Si bien el chofer llegó a tiempo, condujo de manera bastante rápida, pero más desagradable fue que al llegar al puerto, estaba lloviendo de manera copiosa, y en lugar de esperar a que se movieran algunos autos que estaban dejando pasajeros, se paró en un área que estaba bastante al descubierto, bajó las maletas y nos dejó. Lo que hizo que nos mojáramos, sin ninguna necesidad pues al par de minutos los autos a la entrada del puerto se habían movido. Su comportamiento nos extrañó mucho porque la experiencia hasta ese momento con Viator siempre ha sido buena.
