Gabor was very accommodating and helpful! Every part of the tour was great! We had some rain but didn’t dampen our time!

A Phenomenal Trip!

I had an amazing time, Gabor was an excellent guide, very professional, polite, fun and easygoing. He made the trip very enjoyable and relaxing. The destinations are all top-notch, and the countryside along the way is beautiful. The castle was my favorite part, followed by the award-winning fondue. Definitely recommend bringing a camera for this trip, it was the most beautiful and picturesque place I've ever been to. You won't regret it! Thanks again Gabor!!

A Very Good Way to Spend a Day

The tour was very well-organized. Time was very well-managed. The Gruyere cheese factory was nice. The chocolate tour was good, but could have been better with more insights into the production (if possible). Our guide, Gabor, was very familiar with the tour and provided many entertaining insights that made the experience much more enriching. He was very attentive, and did everything possible to ensure that everyone was safe and comfortable.

A Must Do...

Highly recommend this excursion and having Gabor has your guide inly makes it that much better. Gabor was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The castle and town around it is a must visit and the two factorys were interesting and fun.

A day in Gruyère

Gabor was a wonderful guide. Very congenial and knowledgeable. Old town Gruyère is picturesque surrounded by beautiful scenery. The castle is very interesting and well worth the time to visit. The cheese and chocolate tours were fun but touristy. All in a day well spent.

Best time!!

Gabor was the best. He was so thoughtful and planned ahead. Told us the best place for lunch which was excellent. Very special day.

We took this tour as a group of 4, and definitely enjoyed it! Gabor was informative and helpful, and the tour was well organized and timed. We especially enjoyed the time spent in the town of Gruyere, and we had an excellent lunch following Gabor’s suggestions. The tour option inclusive of entrance fees made it very easy on us.

Great day trip from Geneva.

Terrific day out from Geneva. Learned somuch at both the Gruyere and Cailler factories. The old town and castle of Gruyere are well worth a visit! Gabor was a great host and dirver-very informative and personable!

An excellent day tour of Gruyère

We had a fabulous tour to Gruyère with Gabor and G-express Tours. We were collected at our hotel in Geneva and we were transported to Gruyère in Gabor’s clean and comfortable SUV. Gabor offered a lot of great info about the surroundings on our way to and from Gruyère and he supplied even more interesting info prior to the cheese, Callier chocolate, and castle tours. We also had an excellent lunch at the Hôtel Restaurant Le Saint Georges in Gruyère. Gabor deposited us at our hotel in Geneva at the end of fun, delicious, and educational tour. We would recommend Gabor highly if you are interested in a day trip to Gruyère.

Private tour to cheese and chocolate factory

I am glad to engage Gabor of Gexpress tours as my tour company and guide, he made our trip a special one and memorable. Beautiful scenery, nice chocolates and cheese. We visited castle and museum famous for the production of Alien movies and had a nice simple lunch at a restaurant at Sunday Market. This will be an experience that you will never forget.

Best most comfortable day trip!

The breath taking view from the castle! Gabor was great. Especially our drive throughout the day, he made it so comfortable for us.

Poor

I paid money for a private tour… not a driver service. I have had many great Viatour experiences. This was not one. The driver rarely spoke and just dropped us off at each location, gave brief instructions and then went back to his car. I expected a full guide tour experience per tour description at time of resetvation and past Viatour experiences.

Great experience on the Gruyères day tour!

We had a great private tour of the Gruyères area. Our guide, Gabor, was great and shared a lot of interesting information. The cheese factory, Gruyères castle and Cailler chocolaterie were awesome.

Great trip

Gabor was very nice and was a good company in addition to being our guide to the trip. This was the first trip of our switzerland tour. We had a nice drive and got to know lot of cheesy details about cheese & chocolate making.

A visit to the Swiss Countryside

This tour gave us a feel for the real Swiss country side. The cheese and chocolate making tours and castle visit were were well worth the drive. We ate some more wonderful Gruyère cheese at lunch in the castle square. Gabor was an amazing guide.

Switzerland tour

Gabor was an amazing driver and guide. He managed our expectations for the adventure before getting on the road with photos and explanation. The adventure was really fun, showing Switzerlands products and sights .

Great tour!

Great tour! Our guide (Roger) was great. Our kids loved the chocolate factory tour and the town of Gruyères. Castle was fun to tour. Roger provided a lot of interesting information and we really enjoyed the tour.

A Castle, Cheese and Chocolate!

We had such a great time during this tour! Gabor was an excellent tour guide and driver. He was also thoughtful by thinking ahead and purchasing tickets for the chocolate museum while we were touring the castle. La Gruyère cheese museum was last on our list. We had a great time tasting the best cheese and delicious chocolate and learning so much about each process. We ended the day happy and relaxed even though we experienced so much ! The castle was one of the best we’ve been to! So much history. Don’t miss out on the H.R. Giger Alien museum as well if you have a chance. Such a treat to see the work of the mind that brought the best Aliens in a movie ever! Parents be aware that some of the artwork is erotic. Age and maturity should be a consideration. Gabor thank you again!

More than expected! We couldn’t ask for more !

I couldnt ask for a better experience. Gabor went above and beyond. The car was impeccable, he had water and mints for us, stopped wherever we wanted to take pics, customized the trip to our needs, and even took the time to buy us the ticket entrances! I recommend this package to everyone who wants to create memories with his/her family!
