Perfect wine day trip for cruise excursion

20/10! Miguel was incredible! Can’t recommend this excursion enough!!! My fiancée and I only had part of the day to explore valle while in port from a cruise ship. Jorge and Miguel gave us plenty of suggestions ahead of time and amazing communication leading up to meeting them just outside the port. Miguel was wonderful and maximized our brief time in Valle by taking us to the best 5 wineries before dropping us back at the port. Miguel was friendly and gave us great history of Ensenada and valle. Transportation was clean and safe. Overall can’t recommend enough! Hoping to make a real trip back to valle and use them again to spend more time! Valle itself was wonderful and the wineries would compare to Paso Robles!

Amazing service

Absolutely fantastic service! Jorge was super communicative and had excellent suggestions on places to visit and how to plan our day. We got a flat tire the day before our tour and Jorge was helpful in offering to find us a ride that same night. Our driver was Miguel and he went above and beyond. Not only did he go above and beyond to help us get our car working again, he was enjoyable to chat with, got us everywhere on time, and had excellent recommendations. We will definitely be back and would book Miguel again.

Fun and Fantastic

Jorge was a fantastic guide - very knowledgeable about the area and easy to get along with! He gave us some great recommendations and pointed out a lot of interesting things along the way to all of our destinations. He accommodated our schedule extremely well and remained flexible when we wanted to squeeze a couple more things in to our day. I would absolutely book again when I’m in the area

Wine tasting transportation

Jorge had excellent communication prior to the trip; he was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and provided us with a fantastic lunch recommendation. We were so glad we booked this rather than the wine tasting shore excursion offered by the cruise line. He got us back to the cruise ship on time. His English is flawless too! Highly recommended!😁

Amazing!

Miguel was so nice & knowledgable about the region. 10/10 recommend! We casually mentioned we’d like coffee from here & he found us a local coffeehouse. As well as, took us to some wineries when we didn’t have anything else planned and gave us some tips for the next time we come.

Top Notch Private Wine Tour!

Jorge is an extremely knowledgable, friendly driver who works hard to make sure your wine tour is amazing! He is a great communicator and reaches out to you prior to your excursion to make sure all reservations are set and ready to go. This is the second time we have used him and will continue to book him whenever we are in Valle de Guadalupe.

Jorge was excellent. He answered all of our questions promptly and was able to give us great recommendations for both Ensenada where we were staying as well as the wineries in Valle de Guadalupe. We will definitely use him for any future trips to the area.

Great Experience in Valle!

We had so much fun with Miguel who Jorge connected us with! He was very prompt and made sure we got to each winery on time. He also was able to fit in an extra winery and give us suggestions for next time. We ended up having so much fun we were able to add on a couple extra hours to reach one final spot. We would definitely use Miguel and Jorge's services again and can't wait for our next trip to Valle!

I can't recommend this team enough! Our driver Miguel was an absolute joy to get to know throughout the day. He miraculously knew just about every single person we encountered, shared a bit of history of the area, and got us to each destination safely. Leading up to our wine tour day, we were given helpful tips, recommendations on where to book, and transparent communications on who would be picking us up. We had such a fun day, and being able to curate our schedule was what made it. I'm already planning a second trip and hoping we can work with this team again!

Miguel was our driver and he was great. He was a few minutes early from when we booked him. We had an itinerary but ended up with extra time between confirmed reservations and he was able to offer us suggestions to make the most of that time. He was friendly and knowledgable about Valle. Leading up to the day, Jorge was my main point of contact and he too was very attentive and knowledgable with plenty of suggestions that helped us solidify plans. Overall it was great and such a blessing to not have to worry about driving so we could enjoy the many wineries and cocktails.

Amazing Experience

Miguel (Mike) was our driver and he was amazing. Early to pick us up and very on top of things. His knowledge and connections in Valle came in handy and we were early for certain reservations. Very professional service. I definitely recommend and plan to use again in the near future.

Perfect tour for a weekend getaway!

We scheduled a Saturday tour with Miguel and had a fabulous time! We added pickup and drop offs in Tijuana for Friday and Sunday. Jorge did both drives for us. He was very accommodating to our schedule and was always there when we needed him. The tour on Saturday with Miguel was comfortable and enlightening. We learned plenty about Valle and the wineries in the region. He went over our schedule in the morning and suggested a few additional stops that were excellent. We would highly recommend this tour to couples or groups heading to Valle for a wine getaway!

Wonderful Guide

Jorge was a great guide. I have gone wine tasting in many areas but had no idea about the gems in valle guadalupe. when i saw it on tripadvisor i knew we had to do it but wanted a private tour. Feel lucky to have found Jorge on tripadvisor. He picked us up at hotel and although I had a few places penciled down to include he was a wealth of information and provided us with recommendations we were happy to accept. Next time I'm down I will reach out to Jorge again.

Had An Amazing Day!

George was an amazing host and driver! He is very knowledgeable of the area and has some great stories to tell. His recommendations were right on par with our agenda. He even booked a lunch reservation for us and it did not disappoint. Our entire group was very fond of him!! Amongst his great service, he was extremely communicative and professional. I will def be using his services again in the future and will recommend his services to all my other friends visiting in the future.

Jorge was very responsive and was able to fit me in last minute. Miguel picked us up from rosarito and took around Valle to some wineries and food he was wonderful professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them on my next trip gracias !

jorge is the BEST! wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

quick weekend trip with 3 gals to celebrate a birthday. we drove from LA to valle with our own car. booked jorge for fri & sat to drive us to/from restaurants and wineries throughout the valle. SO WORTH IT. The roads are bit tricky and off the beaten path, with lots of potholes, water hazards and traffic. we felt so safe! jorge is a local (pretty much the mayor of valle) and he expertly navigated us during our trip. he even called ahead to the restaurant/winery if we were running late to give them a heads up. most importantly he’s SUPER nice & funny, knowledgeable of all things and even taught us a some spanish. very affordable and worth having a driver, as I mentioned navigating around the valle is tricky... especially if you’re drinking booze. I’d recommend booking him way in advance as he’s busy during the weekends, which proves how amazing he is! such a fun trip and jorge truly was such a delight… we miss him already!

Excellent Experience

Jorge was great! He was very flexible with us and was able to pick us up early and take us to an extra winery that we had not originally planned on. He has a lot of knowledge about the area, especially the wineries and restaurants. He has plenty of recommendations. We were running late back to our cruise ship and Jorge was able to get us back to the port in record time. If we are ever back in Ensenada, we will definitely be using him again.

Guadalupe Valley wines with Jorge

Jorge was a fantastic guide and driver. We went to three boutique wineries and liked each one. We wanted a wineries with great architecture, great views and great wines. Jorge chose well, and we enjoyed each one!! We would highly recommend his tour to anyone. There were 4 of us; one with a scooter, and Jorge’s van easily accommodated us.

Best transportation service in the Valley

I booked Jorge for transportation from Valle de Guadalupe to the Tijuana/US border (PedEast). Jorge is super responsive and a great driver. He knew routes that cut the awful traffic in Tijuana, provided bottles of water and made pitstops for the restroom. His company (Sol Azteca) can be booked for just transportation or for a wine tour through the valley. I would recommend Jorge for either as he's knowledgeable and is a local. Had a great trip with Jorge and would book again!

Best professional driver!

Jorge was an amazing driver! He is from Valle and was able to give us great recommendations. Very professional, funny and extremely helpful! Gave us great tips on where to go for wine tasting and restaurants. Since he is a local, he was able to work his connections to get us into places. Transportation in Valle de Guadalupe

Called Jorge at the last minute and he had a driver for us the next day for 10 hours. Great service. Driver was knowledgeable and had lots of good tips. Great value and much better price then hotel transportation services.

Awesome experience!

Jorge has been commutative before the tour and we were able to meet up easily outside of the cruise ship gate. He was so accommodating as we have elderly and kids in our group. He is flexible and able to either follow your itinerary or provide very good recommendations. He brought us to places which kids can roam and we can enjoy food and wine. He even went beyond and shop tequila with us in supermarkets and allowed me to try last tostadas on the way back with very tight timing. Going with Jorge we felt safe and relaxed as we know we will be taking good care of. Look forward to the next one.

Wonderful time with Jorge!

Jorge was the man! He offered excellent service, even before our trip began. He was very responsive answering any questions ahead of time that I had. He even had great local suggestions on where to go for the best food/wine experience. We were 6 girls coming from San Diego, and debated driving ourselves, but boy are we glad we hired Jorge! He made our wine tasting weekend a breeze by picking us up at the border- taking us Valle de Guadalupe to different wineries, then to our hotel and then later on to our dinner. He was easy to hire all day and was very flexible with our ever changing plans. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Jorge- it's a total no brainer!

Jorge was an amazing chauffeur for the day! Would absolutely recommend booking with him for your wine tasting day. He was very knowledgeable about the area and took us to some of the best wineries and restaurants. He was kind throughout the day and was patient waiting for us to cross the border when it took longer than expected. He made the pickup from the border go as smoothly and safely as possible. You could tell he genuinely cared that we had a good day and wanted us to get the best experience while we were there. Will definitely be booking with Jorge again next time I need a driver in the area!

Safe and knowledgeable driver

Jorge was an excellent driver -- safe and kind. He lives in the valle and is super knowledgeable about the area and provided lots of little tips about the wineries we visited. The four of us were comfy in his air conditioned van which even had bluetooth for us to play our own music. We mostly had our itinerary booked but he suggested we add in a few wineries which were all excellent recommendations. It was so nice to have someone waiting for us once we were ready to go to the next thing while in the valle. We jumped at the chance when Jorge offered to pick us up and drop us off from the border. It's the only way to go. He also went above and beyond to retrieve an item we left at a previous winery and found us a new driver when we added a day of touring. 10 out of 10 would use Jorge again!

The best driver in Valle!

Jorge was an exceptional driver! He is incredibly knowledgeable about Valle de Guadalupe, and gave us plenty of ideas about which vineyards to visit. He even called his friend who is a manager at a busy winery to get us a table where we didn't have reservations. He kept us on time, and even stayed longer than our booking--which we of course happily paid for. He was so great, we asked him to give us a ride to the border the following Monday at the end of our trip. Even before our trip, Jorge made sure we had our reservations in order, and have suggestions. I definitely recommend hiring Jorge--he is friendly, safe, and professional. Thank you Jorge for making my birthday stress-free!

Jorge is the real deal!

Jorge was AMAZING! He picked us up at our Airbnb in Las Gaviotas and drove us around all day through Ensenada and Valle de Guadalupe. He was a very safe driver and was so much fun. Great driver experience in the Valle

We had a great 2 days with Jorge in the Valle last week. I first contacted him because he is willing to charge hourly, and we didn't think we could spend a whole day at wineries. However, both days we went beyond the 4 hour minimum because we were having a great time. He is very knowledgeable about all of the wineries and restaurants in the area. Also a very safe driver with a clean minivan. Highly recommended!
