Even kids need a massage!

Had trouble trying to book with a coupon code on the website but was able to get help by contacting them through WhatsApp and paying our deposit. We were visiting Mexico for our first time for a few days. I decided to treat my 6yo daughter to her first massage for her birthday. She gets bad calf cramps sometimes like her dad and you know, growing pains. I explained to her in general what to expect. I was quite surprised she was able to stay still and pretty quiet for a whole hour! She loved it and is asking when we can go back. I got a massage as well and it was also great. I'm terrible with names so I can't remember our masseuse's names but they were great! If you're using Google Maps to find the place, the photo shows a little brown house for their street address. The business is next door to the right. The tree in front, obscures their sign. Street parking was very easy!

Excellent service. Picked up at the terminal and dropped us back off. Massage was great! Added hot stones and we were very pleased.

Good excursion

We did a family message, separated by curtain, with the safety of being in the same room. The messages were great, very professional. Wish I lived closed, I would schedule the service often.

Great massage in Ensenada!

We had a port stop in Ensenada on our cruise and we found this massage company online. All the reviews were great so we booked it. Great communication from start to finish. Easy pick up at the port and about a 10 minute drive through town. The therapists were great. My wife and I had a 90 minute couples massage and she added a facial. The price was really good, especially compared to the ship (which we knew). Would do again if ever in Ensenada! Great company, safe, don't hesitate to book!

The team was complete in asking what we wanted. They offered pick up service (which we didn’t need). The lady working on me found my irritated spots immediately & worked them out.

Massage was wonderful. Very peaceful and relaxing. My husband and I had the Couples Massage. Both together in the same room. It was great that neither had to "go first and then wait". Claudia, wonderful, picked us up at the cruise port and delivered us back. Easy peasy!

Massage with a side of respiratory droplets

My brother and I booked through Ensenada excursions for a zip line tour and 90 minute massage. The zip line tour was amazing. Jose was a wonderful tour guide, super courteous, funny, and knowledgeable. Arm massages were pretty good, maybe above average. However, my brother’s massage therapist was coughing and blowing her nose was not wearing a mask and didn’t seem to be washing her hands in between that. Given that, I would rate the overall experience below average. I feel that if the massage therapist is sick, she probably doesn’t need to be giving massages that day, or at least is wearing a mask and maybe stepping out and washing her hands if she needs to blow her nose. The cost of the 90 minute massage was great, much more affordable than an on ship massage.

Great and Affordable Alternative to Cruise Massages

Great service! I was worried to not have gone through a vendor associated with the cruise line but everyone was very nice and helpful. The rooms need a little TLC, but the service was great. Overall, would for sure recommend.

Great Experience Couples Massage

They were incredible! They were truly masters of their art. They worked on us with the right amount of pressure, made adjustments by feeling where they were needed, and kept the entire experience gentle with the music and the singing bowl finish. I enjoyed them whispering to us for breathing and repositioning. The hot stones were utilized perfectly and felt amazing.

Incredible Service!!!

I was on the cruise ship on Saturday and sent an urgent email for a massage the next day. Not to my surprise, because Ensenada Massage is wonderful, they were able to schedule me for Sunday in the afternoon leaving more than enough time to get back to the ship. My massage and facial were excellent (again, as usual). Highly recommend this for anyone on a cruise that's wants to pamper themselves with a massage and/or facial! Port pick up is included which is wonderful!

Great couples massage!

My husband and I booked 120 min. massages online before arriving on our cruise ship. The massages were awesome and very professional. They also offer transportation to their location that was very much appreciated. Great experience all around!

Great experience in Ensenada

This service was excellent. The pick Up was close to port (we came off a cruise ship), the massage was great and relaxing (couples- Jude and Kimberly), and the price was reasonable. Would recommend this! They dropped us off where we asked on the return so we could walk around a bit. Thank you!

A great experience

Jesse and all of the staff were incredible. We were in town for a short time while stopping at port on our cruise. Jesse picked us up from the port for our couples massage and then his staff dropped us off in downtown so we could enjoy some shopping and drinking before getting back on the ship. My husband and I got the 90 minute couples massage along with my sister and brother in law. The four of us were in a large room with a heavy curtain between us and them. It was great! Amazing massage and even better service. Everyone was so kind and helpful! We will be back!

Absolutely incredible experience. They picked us up from the cruise port . We had as 90 minutes couples massage which was phenomenal!! Then Jesse arranged for us to have a private drive to La Bufalo . Pablo was so kind and stopped at the Taco Factory. We picked you the best tacos . And at the convenience store fir a Mexican beer . Good massage, but surprise charges

Overall experience was good. The main thing I would caution would be the surprise charges/fees. I made the appt and payment online. I had constant communication with a staff via e-mail. There was never a mention about additional fees for making a request for gender specific massage therapists. We only found out about the charge as we were walking out the door (since all payments were made online, thus no charges were expected). It came out to an additional $USD 28 for making that request. We almost didn't have enough cash on us because it was towards the end of our trip and the charge was not expected at all. Other than that, the massage itself was average. I'm not sure I would go back because I don't know what other surprise charges there would be. I did feel a bit taken advantage of since they clearly knew we were tourists. I'm sure that wasn't their intention, but still needed to put the caution out there.

We had 2 couples so we booked the 90 min couples massage and it was absolutely fantastic! So relaxing and the perfect pressure! Shout out to Valeria and Helen that were our 2 therapists on our side that were both just amazing! Will definitely be back on our next visit to Ensenada!

Couples Massage is worth every penny

A 2 hour couples massage at Ensenada Massage has to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. The Cruise ship shuttle was really easy and convenient. And the massage therapists did an amazing job. The staff was friendly too. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had. Thank you.

Stop what you are doing right now and book your massage! I am so glad my spouse and I stumbled upon Ensenada Massage on TripAdvisor when we were looking for more cost-effective shore excursions (Royal Caribbean). Ena, the spa’s fabulous customer service superstar, was able to coordinate a private driver from the port to Las Cañadas for a zip-line excursion, then a brief stop to the downtown area for lunch before our massages. Such a treat as we’ve never been in the area and got to experience Ensenada being led by locals. The massages were top notch — ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Both therapists were courteous, extremely skilled, and made sure we were completely comfortable during our 2-hour deep tissue massages with facials and hot stones. It was truly the best way to end a long day after zip-lining and walking quite a bit 👍🏼 It was also very gracious of Ena to drop us off at the port after our massages with time to travel to our ship and check-in before our departure back to LA. We will definitely visit again when we are in the area for our next cruise. It was well worth the investment!

EPIC EPIC EPIC, Best Massage Experience Ever

THE BEST EXPERIENCE YOU WILL HAVE!!! My friends and I went to Rosarito for a bachelorette party. We hired Ensenada massage to come to the house and give all the girls massages! This ended up being the best part of our trip. We were able to get rooftop massages overlooking the ocean. The therapists were epic, willing to massage anywhere we wanted so we chose the rooftop. They were detailed, kind, and gave the exact massage you ask for!! This experience was worth every penny and is worth more than 5 stars, it’s restorative beyond measure!

Massage

Very nice massage. The only thing is some of the pictures make it seem like your message will be outside or with some grand view but it is inside in a massage room and if you do the couple’s massage you’re actually not right next to your partner but there will be about 10-15 feet between the two of you (not like the movies, lol). We also got a free hot stones upgrade so cannot really complain otherwise. Nice experience. Be careful driving there though! The potholes on the roads of Ensenada are no joke.

Best Massage Ever

My wife and I went to Ensenada Massage on our trip on Imagination las weekend. OMG we had a 2 hour 4 hands Masaage for my wife and I had a 2 hour with Facial. I cannot state how great this was. Jesse picked us up at the cruise ship and dropped us off after. We do alot of massages and this was hands down the best weve ever had at half the price as the cruise ship. He was polite and amazing talking about the area and answered all our questions. Perfect communication booking and even texted us throughout the lead up of our massages. The masseuse's were amazing so polite and overall amazing. We will definitely be back on our next cruise and no problem if you have any questions you can message me.

Something nice to do in Ensenada when your ship docks!

I really liked how communicative Jessie was from the start - even sending me an email with photos of where to meet him when our cruise ship docked. There isn't much to do in Ensenada, we spend the morning shopping on the one shopping street they have and then Jessie picked us up for our 90 min deep tissue massage. The venue is very clean and comfortable and the prices are good compared to the cruise ship. My husband and I thought our actual massages were decent/good and would give it a 7/10 for the actual massages themselves.

Couples Hot Stone Massage

Easy pickup from just outside of the cruise terminal. My husband can’t stop commenting that his feet feel wonderful and his body is relaxed. He wants to know when we will be in Ensenada next. Thanks Jesse
