We had to move our reservation and the folks there had no issues doing that for us. The massages were fantastic, and the atmosphere was clean and relaxing. Afterwards they dropped us off at the Market so we could shop before returning to the ship. I highly recommend this experience!

Great way to spend the day off a cruise.

My wife, teenage son, and I got off the Carnival Radiance and were met outside the gate for pickup. The staff did a great job of understanding each of our needs/preferences and did a great job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this if you are looking for something to do in Ensenada. We will definitely come back.

Excellent service received

We were picked up from our cruise port and taken to the massage location and retuned to our pick up point. My husband and I felt extremely relaxed following our massage. The masseuses were attentive and worked on all the areas of focus carefully. I highly recommend their services.

AMAZING massage experience off the cruise ship

My mom and I got massages together here during our day in Ensenada. We were picked up right outside of the port. The massages were amazing, and our masseuses even gave us CBD oil and hot stone upgrades without any extra charge. Little extras like aromatherapy and singing bowls were included. Really above and beyond service, cleanliness, transportation, etc. It's a much better deal than the ship's spa! Don't hesitate on this!

Absolutely amazing

The messages at this establishment were amazing. As soon as we finished, my partner said "I didn't know I needed that this badly". We've had many massages both together and separately and we agree that this was one of the best, if not the best, that we've ever had. There was a slight hiccup with transportation after the fact but Jesse, the owner, stepped up and drove us to where we were going himself. Along the way he also shared with us his experience in Ensenada and Mexico as well as shared with us a few of his favorite spots in town to grab food, drink etc. The next time I am in Ensenada, I will 5000% be coming back to see the team - it was just that good.

We booked as a couples massage. Instructions were sent to me of where and when to meet. They were there to meet as promised. No upselling and 90 minute massage with hot stones was wonderful. Worth every penny. Very professional. Highly recommend you give them a try. The dropped us off so we could go souvenir shopping afterwards and we walked back to the ship. Was only about a ten minute walk. We would definitely do this again!

Fun Ensenada trip!

Got picked up by our driver Jose Luis; very easy to find with him holding up a sign for us. Drove us to La Bufadora in the morning to beat the crowds. Took us to a quick wine tasting, and bite to eat. Got a 90-minute (w/ hot stone) couples session done. Very comforting with desired pressure from masseuses. Last stop to finish with some nice margaritas. Great communication while booking and throughout transportation to and from cruise port. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable Excursion

This place was extremely helpful making sure to get us from the ship to our message and back. My coworker was quite concerned with getting around Ensenada so this was important. The message was very relaxing and the owner is a great resource for tourism in and around Ensenada.

Perfect Day in Ensenada!

It was the perfect combo! Horseback riding, natural blow hole with shopping, and then a massage. Jesse (owner) personally reached out to me before the trip to ensure we had all of the details. We were coming in on a cruise ship and the directions from the terminal were spot on! Our driver, Juan Carlos, was very knowledgeable about Ensenada and was with us on every leg until he dropped us off at the terminal. We were nervous taking a 3 year-old and a 21 month-old on horses, but the horses were well trained and we had no trouble. On our way to the blow hole, we did pass through the shopping area and many of the shop owners were a little aggressive at getting you to look in their store or try their tequila, just keep your blinders up and don't stop walking. Following the blow hole, we headed to our massage. We are a family of 6 with two small children, so they split the massage into two groups so we were able to stay with the kids. Juan Carlos took us to a local taco spot while the others were getting their massages, it was fantastic. The hot stone massage was perfect after our excursion, and much cheaper than the ship price. We would definitely do this again and would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful Massage Excursion at Half Price

Wonderful experience during Carnival Radiance stop in Ensenada. My wife and I weren’t interested in any of the shore excursions from Carnival and they were overpriced plus many had disappointing reviews. I found Ensenada Massage online and it had great reviews which are well deserved. The cost for a couples massage was half of what the cruise ship charges (and local spas in the States) and the staff was wonderful. Claudia picked us up near the port and Jesse met us upon arrival and stressed that we should let his staff know if we had any special requests. I would highly recommend this business.

Amazing experience with Ensenada Massage!

My friend and I had a wonderful massage experience with Ensenada Massage while on our 3-day Carnival cruise to Ensenada. Meeting up with Ena at the port was seamless, and our massage therapists were amazing! I will definitely be rebooking on my next trip down!

Amazing couples massage

We had a great experience with this company! Our original plans for horse back riding and blowhole tour were ruined by the rain but we were able to easily change plans to having a couples massage. We did the 90 min couples with hot stones and facial and it was a superb treat! We were picked up outside the cruise port (5 min walk through the parking lot) and driven in a nice minivan with a nice host who gave us some information of the area we drove through. Dropped off and was escorted upstairs quickly to the massage room, and got started right away. I was concerned on the timing at first due to us running 5 mins late but everything went smoothly. I would certainly book through Ensenada Tours again, Jesse and his team were great!

So good my husband fell asleep

Just home from a cruise. And wanted to put my two cents in for Ensenada Massage. We did a double couples 90 minute massage. Friends but not “upside down pineapple close” friends. We had the same room with a curtain across the center. Close enough to hear each other. Although we didn’t speak much. It’s was so relaxing and rejuvenating. so good my husband fell asleep a couple times. Though he swears he didn’t, his light snoring indicates he did The walk to the pick up point was an easy stroll. If you are worried about finding the glass building, it is just outside the cruise gates, you can’t miss it. Ana picked us up right on time, maybe a minute or two early. Which was great because we were early too. A short ride into town and we were ready to start our day off with a massage. Afterwards, some of us wanted to just head back to the ship, the others wanted to shop. Ana dropped them off with instructions on how to walk back to the ship. And took us back to the gates. All and all, I will do this again. We are at the age for relaxation not adventure. All 4 of us enjoyed our massages for at least 1/2 the cost of one on the ship. And even with a $20 tip pp (optional of course). It was at least $50pp less then a 90 min massage would be back at home. Oh ya, I’ll be going back our next time in Ensenada

Great Masseuse, great massage.

Sophia was an amazing masseuse, and we had a great couples massage. We thought it was a very good value. We were grateful that Claudia picked us up and the vehicle was very clean for our short ride from the cruise port. Two emphatic thumbs up from my wife and me.

Very satisfied with massage excursion

When our planned shore excursion was canceled due to bad weather, I stumbled across Ensenada Massage as I was looking for an alternate activity. Super satisfied with the booking experience, the transportation, and the massage itself. The transportation was convenient and on time, and the massage therapists did a great job of listening and tailoring the service. It helps if you know some Spanish. Highly recommended for cruise passengers in passengers at a fraction of the price of the ship spa. :-)

Mother/daughter trip. The perfect day for us. Pick up was on time and exactly as promised. Facility beautifully clean. Massage therapists were excellent. We had Andrea and Kimberly. They did a phenomenal job. I enjoyed every minute.

From pick up at our cruise dock to delivery at a fantastic taco bar by Anna, our Ensenada Massage experience was top notch. Easy, no-stress massage

I was able to book same day from my cruise ship when we sailed into Ensenda. Easy pick up and return to the ship in a comfy van with a super friendly driver. My family chose to have 3 massages in the same room, with the option of a divider between one of the tables and the other two. Everyone enjoyed the massage! Great value and a wonderful way to relax!

Relaxing, therapeutic and affordable!

This was such a great experience and treat during our port day for my son and I. We had the 90 minute deep tissue massage. Jessie and Claudia made sure we got to our appointment from the cruise pier and Claudia dropped us off downtown after the massages. Claudia even recommended THE BEST place to get tacos when I asked (Bullos). Will return every time we cruise there.

My husband and I scheduled a 90min massage for about $180. In the past we have had massages on board the carnival cruise and I would say it was an eight out of 10. Plus it was about close to $400 for a couples massage . The massage in Ensenada with Alejandra and Jude as our massage therapist, did not disappoint! It was the best massage we had ever had. We left out of there, extremely relaxed, and would recommend to anyone. Now the place may not be as fancy as other places in the United States, but I would still recommend it. When we go to Ensenada again, we will definitely rebook!! Plus about two days before our appointment, I received an email offering hot stones and an extra 30 minutes for just $19!

I had 4-hand massage. Totally awesome experience! Masseuses very experienced. Very nice place. They pick you up near cruise ship and take you to the business. Dropped me off at Bullos for tacos nest to the port after! Perfect day. Will be back!!

Awesome experience and so relaxing. They even picked us up at the pier and brought us back. I would definitely recommend.

Great massage and the right amount of pressure.

The van to take us to the massage location was right on time. The driver was friendly and even gave us a little of the history of Ensenada. Alejandra gave me a perfect deep tissue massage to help work out the stress in my neck and shoulders. The deep cleaning facial really got all the nasty stuff around the nose. Afterwards they dropped us off in the tourist shopping district with plenty of time to explore. I just wish I hadn’t forgotten my water bottle on ship, I would definitely go back and I would be a regular if I lived in Ensenada!

Relaxing music and exceptional massage

What an amazing massage. From the cruise port, we were picked up (outside) at the corner of the glass building/near the large billboard, just outside the gated port area. The van was clean and the driver was courteous and very friendly - giving us a little city history along the way. Upon arrival we were escorted upstairs to a quiet area for our massages. It was so awesome - the hot rocks were a plus. We had medium pressure which was a perfect choice - just enough for those stress points. Yes, it's one of the best massages I've had in a long time - no shortcuts. Well worth the $$ So glad we chose this in lieu of shopping.

The Worst Couple Massage Ever

We both stated the same thing the massage was not it. No muscles was touch it just felt someone else rubbing on our bodies. Something we could of done to each other for free smh. There was no running water. The staff was nice but when it come to a massage our massage therapists was not it at all.

Great massage when in Ensenada

My wife and I were in town from our cruise and decided to book a couples message in advance. We were picked up by the dock and brought back. It was incredibly relaxing and a great massage. The spa on the boat would have been over double what we paid for a 90 minute couples massage. Will be back next time we are in Ensenada.

No horsing around

The massage was awesome. We booked the horseback riding combo. This is the second time with the same 🐎. The one horse that I had was super stubborn. The horse that I was on did not and would not walk The horse refused to move. Once we got to the beach the Horse Stop. And would only move in the direction back to the makeshift ranch. Which was on the side of the road. No restroom room just some horse and horse trailers. Total waste of money. After 20 minutes of trying to get the horse to move. I was tired to stop and go a few feet. The taxi driver was the best.

THE BEST KEPT SECRET IN ENSENADA

We booked a couple's massage and it was absolutely phenomenal. The best service for your money for sure. They make it very easy they pick you right up from in front of the ship and take you to the spa. When finished, they will drop you off back at the boat or wherever you want to be dropped. We went to a quaint restaurant for lunch. I highly recommend the couple's massage with the addition of the hot stones. We cruise 2-3 times a year and qlways book a massage on board. I will never do that again. I cant wait for my next teipto ensenada.
