Perfect Service

The service was great from start to finish, everything was perfect. Driver was very professional. I don’t want to say more but the review is maki g me chat away. There is nothing more to be added.

Not so great

Airline cancelled flight, however it was inside of the 24 hour cancellation period. Was informed reservation could not be changed and I would forfeit my advance payment. I would recommend just taking a taxi or dealing directly with vendor.

Pedro was a wonderful surprise! He waited for us with a sign in arrivals, drove us in with advice and useful information, so friendly, highly recommend! Having a scheduled ride and going hassle free straight to our Airbnb from our flight was a treat, will definitely use again!

Our driver Theodros was so friendly and made our early morning transport so easy. He checked in prior and called when he arrived so we weren’t waiting in the cold.

We had a problem communicating because the airplane wifi was not working for us and we never got the message about meeting. I would suggest you tell people the driver will be contacting them via text or email. That way we would have known to look for it and/or get WiFi as soon as we are off the plane. As it was we were busy getting our luggage and getting out of the baggage claim area. And when we could not find a driver with our name we panicked. He eventually called but I didn’t recognize the number so didn’t answer. Eventually we connected and he came to pick us up even though it was late and not convenient for him.

Relaxing pickup

Was really good. Driver called to explain that we could not be picked up on princess Street where our hotel was located. Pick up was close by and easy.

Very professional and efficient. Car arrived about 10 minutes early which is much appreciated when you are headed to the airport. Van was very clean and comfortable.
