Thrilling Desert Safari Dubai Adventure with Sand Boarding and Barbecue Dinner

I went to desert Safari with this company it was excellent and specially driver was wonderful and food was good and Dunes it was really love that I will recommend that one to my app friends Thanks again

logistic and organisation was horrible

We was disappointed in this experience.We were taken to a Hotels where we were harassed by locals to buy their stuff. Got to the place for Camp dune bashing only 8 minutes and camel rides and we were on the camel for less than 5 minutes and people kept coming to our table to sell us souvenirs. I would not recommend this tour.

Amazing experience

First thing the people that i have spoken where fantastic. Schedule times with no delays and picking us up at the hotel. The experience was unforgetable, going on the red dunes with our driver Allah was incredible. He is a fantastic driver with lot of driving skills and also knows to chat and was very very friendly. The VIP service for the dinner was a good choice since we didn't needed to wait on the line to eat. All the things were according to what was told. The tour stop in some places for you to buy or try things however if you don't want is ok and move on. My last word on this review is for our driver Allah with his Land Cruiser V6 he made this experience feel like i was with a friend and he was showing the desert. Fantastic fantastic Give Allah a pay rise since he is an important value to your company. Next time for sure i Will book again and Allah must be our driver!!!!

Really fun trip

Once we reached the desert dune bashing was really great and so much fun, sunset photo stops were incredible, once we reached camp everything included in this package was basic and you could pay more to upgrade it, e.g package includes sitting on a pillow on carpet by a table where as we upgraded to VIP sitting on couches and private service 50aed per person and definitely recommend that as no need to get up for food and stand in lines to get it as everything is brought to you. Can also pay for a shisha at your table instead of shared area or for bigger henna design as well as alcoholic drinks. The camel ride is also about 3 minutes however you can pay for a longer ride. Overall really good but recommend to upgrade the seats

Pesima

I had 2 incidents, First, a man sent me to 2 places different to sit for dinner, the worst was when I went to bathroom I found a man was spying on the roof, it was horrible I claimed with the chief but he did anything, the safari camp was FALCÓN OASIS and the dinner was not good.

Pickup time was off by 2 hour

Reservation stated 3pm pickup time, however no one showed up. Called customer services and they told me 4pm instead but pickup done at 4:45pm. Ended up wasting 2 hour of our day, there is hidden fee when you go in desert safari you need to pay again like hena camel ride and vip service which made the whole experience very bad.

Nice bonding with the whole gang

I have booked for a big group, we enjoyed the dune bashing the most. We were loaded in 3 4x4. Very convenient since they picked and dropped us at our hotel. Thank you to their partner Falcon Oasis, the drivers are very friendly. Will definitely book again from them!

4×4 drive in the desert was the highlight of the evening driver who picked us up was very informative provide great customer service experience, actual venue was below expectations disappointed in the extra hidden charges which were never mentioned during the initial booking, henna painting poor camal rides were extremely disappointing we got on the camel, tour guys took pictures then we quickly had to come off. Overall experience was ok, will I do it again properly not.

Lots of hidden charges

My fiancée and I booked the tour for a 4x4 but they picked up another car and changed car 3 times. It was never mentioned that this vehicle would be shared with someone else. Shisha quality was absolutely pathetic nothing like the real ones. Hidden charges for henna art, shisha, pictures etc which is not mentioned.I would not recommend this safari to anyone again.

Desert Safari- ok

My daughter and I we were the last two to be collected out of 6 , when the driver arrived, we got in the back and told nothing. After while I asked what the plan was and told we’d be going into the desert, having a stop off for 45 mins for the tyres to be deflated and then onto the destination. In fact the stop off is to allow the locals to insist on you buying things and to use the quad bikes if you like for an additional cost of 250 aed for 20 mins. The drive into the desert was about 2 hours. The driver drove in silence, he’d have the odd conversation with the people in front but did nothing to include us or attempt to. I’ve been on one of these activities before and the driver was very chatty, and would point out buildings along the drive just having general conversation. The dune bashing was very good, and the show was excellent. Food was ok only drinks on offer were coke and water. There was no sand boarding, the henna was allowed on one finger- pay extra for more. All in all, for the price it was ok. The driver was friendly enough but could have made more of an effort especially on the long drive.

An awful evening

this marketing of this trip full of exaggerated statements. In reality this trip consists of an hours drive to the dunes including a stop for 10 minutes (on the pretence of necessary vehicle checks) at a tourist tat shop. very bad services

Looks cheap but everything is extra cost

That was a huge mistake!!! From the minute we were collected from our hotel the driver did not say a word BEWARE nothing is free or included, except water and cola like beverage. Even decent seating is VIP at AED 300 There is no guide in the camp what you need to do and everything. we are not recommend don't book

v bad service

All commitments were wrong. very bad food. Just dumping at the desert camp. No one respond to the phone calls. Only personal mobile number available and no office number. total wasted of money

Amazing shows

The desert safari is amazing as well the fire,belly dance and Tanura show. Only con is the food served is not up to the mark.Food quality must be improved.

Amazing!

Everything went smoothly, the person in charge of scheduling the pickup from the hotel was very helpful, we communicate by WhatsApp which was very convenient for us. He/she even told us who was the driver that was going to pick us up, even they gave us his direct contact information. The ride on itself was great, food was better than expected and the personnel were very friendly.

A very nice experience

We had a very nice time with falcon company. Staff is very helpful and responsive. We did the safari experience with our 2 children including our doughter of 3 years old. Everything was good despite our initial apprehension and we can only recommend One Dubai for their seriousness.

Good value trip though longer than needed

Picked up from hotel on time and kept apprised of timings etc which was great Driver very good ..about 30 minute drive to desert then some dune bashing before arriving at camp. Had to hang around camp for longer then needed as sore didn't start till 7pm and we arrived at leaf a couple of hours prior to this You can ride the camels, horses or quads but you spend a bit of time trying to avoid folk attempting to sell you stuff 😂 Show was pretty good to see if you've not been to one of these before Dropped back at hotel after show. Good value for sure

Awesome experience

It was a very good experience. I driver and all the experience is organized. And the support they give all the time is crucial. I need to ask something and they do that for me in the minute. I buy the experience in the activities from Rovia and they use “ MY GUIDE” and is the best one with the best price. For sure to repeat 👍!!

Passable

Trop de monde. Un buffet avec 200personnes au moins. En barbecue 3 morceaux de poulet sur 1 seule brochette. Le chauffeur a pas arrêté de nous presser. Sinon beau paysage.

A FUIR !!!!

Ce tour opérateur est clairement à fuir ! Je vais à Dubai depuis 3 ans et chaque année mon plaisir est de refaire ce safari dans le désert. Déception cette année. Les conducteurs vous parlent mal, vous pressent. Nous avons du changer de voiture 3 fois et à chaque fois nous avons attendu la suivante 30min car elle n'était pas prête. Une fois arrivé sur le camps, pas de pause photo avec le guide (ce qui se fait habituellement) nous devons de nous même nous déplacer et découvrir le paysage. Et ce n'est pas fini ! Le henné n'était pas gratuit et pire une dizaine de personne vous alpague toute la soirée pour que vous achetiez leurs produits. Le barbecue est bon mais bondé de monde. À peine le repas fini les conducteurs reviennent vers vous en vous demandant de vous dépêcher pour rentrer à votre hôtel. Bref mettez un peu plus cher pour le pas être déçus.

nous avouns payée un ticket où tout était inclus mais arrivé là-bas il fallait encore payer même pour la robe arabe, la photo, chameau sandboard etc

Ok für den Preis !

Sind ganz zufrieden für den Preis,sind für ein foto nicht stehengeblieben und Sandboarding hatten wir gar nicht wurde uns auch nicht gezeigt wo es wäre. Es war ganz ok aber fast alles musste man zahlen sonst war es sehr lustig und die leute dort waren sehr nett. Würden es wieder tun aber diesmal vorbereitet. Für den preis super ☺️

Forgettable experience.

Premièrement, nous ne sommes pas satisfaits du service de l’agence de voyages qui a géré notre visite. Ce n’est pas organisé correctement. l'heure de départ dans le lieu de rendez-vous. Le coaster est trop encombré et chaud

Très bon accueil, guide super. Je recommande. La balade dans le désert en 4x4 vaut le détour. Danses orientales, henné, photos à dos de chameau, les enfants ont adoré.
