It a place to be if tou are visiting Dubai. I recommend to go there during Sunset. It the best Sunset View you will see, the pictures only will say everything 👇

Spectacular 360 degree views

The view of the palm from here is spectacular, especially at sunset. The 360 degree viewing gallery is open air all the way round and did not feel rushed or crowded. There are a few bar and restaurant options to sit down for a while as well and we found it a much better over experience than the Burj Khalifa. Definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic view

Fantastic tourist attraction and not that expensive and you can often get a discount. Fantastic view over the palm. Certainly worth visiting this place.

Spectacular Views

We booked n advance for a late morning slot. The views at the top ar spectacular of the city, the palm, Dubai Marina and the Burj Al Arab. We were apparently fortunate thee was no morning mist / haze. Thoroughly recommended.

What a view!!!

We had stayed on the Palm in a resort and loved it, but seeing the Palm from the 52 floor of The View at the Palm is believe me amazing. We wanted to see the sunset therefore arrived towards 05:00 pm, I recommend you go at that time as you will be able to enjoy both daytime as well as breathtaking sunset. Before taking the elevator we where shown an introductory video explaining the origins and history of the Palm which is very interesting. What can I say a marvelous experience with breathtaking views. We also enjoyed a cappuccino and delicious pastry at the Madeleine et Marcel the Boutique Pâtisserie. You can spend as much time as you like and stroll around as you want the view is to die for. e went on March 1st and must say it was a bit cold up there, so suggest you bring a sweater with you just in case. A must do when visiting Dubai. Thank you Mr Mohamed Mahdouk for making our day a memorable one.

Fantastic views from both 52nd and 54th floors, the tour also includes information of how the island was built. Book in advance if possible and vip if you can . Well worth a trip

Great and worthwhile experience!

Better than the Burj Khalifa! It’s a much more intimate experience, the view is spectacular and well worth seeing. We came at sunset so the timing was perfect!

Must visit

This is my fisrt international visit and loved dubai a lot. It was much better than i had expected. The view of the palm is a must visit place here. We were assisted very nicely by Mr talal.

Stunning view of The Palm - incredible engineering. But without ‘skip the line’, a 6:00pm ticket means entry at 8:00pm!

Fun enough

A little pricey but more than just and elevator ride up. Interactive maps and engineering explanations make it pleasant. View is great, especially at sunset (if you can get around all the Instagram models...)

A must see

I am in love with the palm! Just stunning and fascinating how it was built. This was a great experience to learn more about how the palm was built and the views are simply stunning.

AWESOME VIEWS

A lot of people have questioned the integrity of holidayys.com with regard to their bookings. We had no such problems as our entrance to see these magnificent views was unproblematic. However, I have rated this review as 4 when it should definitely be a 5. The reason for this is the waiting times to get in to see the views and the one thing that everyone is complaining about.....the so called skip the line ticket that simply doesn't exist. We also had this, but on speaking to one of the employees, I was told everyone has this on their tickets but you have to queue with everyone else. There were some people that were let through in front of the queue when they arrived so they must have bought some different ticket to allow them to skip the queue. That withstanding, once you get to the top of the hotel the views are 360 degrees but there's only one side you're interested in. The price paid to see this awesome sight was well worth it - even with the queueing - and no skip the line privilages

Nice view

The view is really nice. I came at 9am on Sunday. No lines, no crowds. Got the ticket with an option to go on 54th floor… what a disappointment! You are only allowed to spend 30 min there!!! What???!!! Why there was information about it on the website??? I wouldn’t have bought it. So consider if 30 min is worth that price point. Otherwise, the view is one of a kind and the history was very interesting

Pushing in….

First of all I’d recommend you book online on the official site, we visited this month and payed less then trip advisor are charging, we bought just standard entry tickets and arrived a good hour before our allotted time, lines where very very long, well organised but I was shocked how many people tried to push in and how many people just let them do it, there appeared to be no skip the lines entry. Well worth the wait (and frustrations) to get in though, views where amazing.

Ski-the-line - not so much

There is no skipping line in this Ski-the-line offering. You still stand in line and it did not feel at all you have any faster access than those standing next to you to get their tickets. Going up on the 148 floor is worth it… just make sure you go to the outside sections with entrance through the revolving door in the gift shop

Do not book with this tour company

Do not book with this tour company they never sent me the ticket and I had to buy a ticket. I tried contacting them so many times and they never picked up my phoen neither did Viator do anything about getting me the refund. So disappointed

Worst experience in UAE

Never book this ticket to skip the line. This is just a rip-off. I had taken this ticket at a higher cost and stood with my toddler though out the queue. When I checked with customer care for the meaning of the so-called "Skip-The-Line," This was the reply, "most of the tourists have booked the Skip-the-line option for all the operators of this tour due to high season, which leads to a queue on the spot" Is this a joke? I never expected this from Tripadvisor.

Definitely visit - just do not book with this operator

Great place to visit - definitely recommend. However, there were many issues with our tickets. We only received our ticket the day of the tour - which would not be a problem if this was communicated to us. Prior to the tour day we contacted viator which told us to contact the operator. When we contacted the operator they left us on read and only sent the tickets the day of. We had purchased the skip the line, prime time tickets but when we checked the tickets it was only general admission prime time tickets. Again, we contacted the operator which ignored our messages and calls on whatsapp. We contacted the operator after again and they told us they had sent the right tickets (which they did not) and again left us on read. We contacted viator and did end up receiving a partial refund.

Sadly did not get to see the view.

Never got to see it. We bought tickets through TripAdvisor and due to heavy traffic we were late a few minutes. This was on our last evening stay in Dubai. When we got to the counter we were told that our tickets can not be used because we were 5 min late and it was prime hour. They wanted us to buy new tickets or reach out to TripAdvisor to update the tickets to prime hour. I contacted TripAdvisor right away and they told me that they had no tickets for that afternoon and would not refund our original ticket that we had purchase and did not use. It was short of a disappointment to go all the way there and not be able to see the view.

Great view of the palms. Breathe taking views. I was surprised before you go to the top they have an interactive demonstration of the palms and a brief history.

Do Not Buy from this Operator...they only deliver General Admission ticket and you have to wait in the line

The View At the Palm is fantastic, once you get to the top. I do recommend the experience. I do not recommend that you purchase through this tour provider as despite the fact that you believe you are buying a fast pass ticket all you get is the general admission. The ticket taker at the View said that they have had problems like this before and that it is recommended you buy directly from the View web site. Oh, and once you order through holidayys.ae they keep sending. you texts to buy more but failed to answer any texts regarding the ticket issue. Trip Advisor should remove them.

Site booking hours are false

Well the site offered to book the event at 23:00 o'clock in the night when in reality at 21:00 is the latest you can book as at 22:00 the whole place closes. As a result I bought the tickets went there and found the security guard who explained to me the whole situation. Not to mention the 140AED back and forth that I paid for taxi. The 1 star is a compliment.

The 360 degree view of Palm Island

The view of palm jumeirah from the 52nd floor was unforgettable. We have seen it in pictures and videos but the actual experience is difficult to put in words. The 360 degree view is jaw dropping and we can see the various parts of the island. Thanks to Holidays tours for this excellent experience.

Really Skipped the Queue

This was truly a Skip the Line experience, we enjoyed it a lot, all thanks to Holidayys.com's efficient team. We enjoyed the view and loved it immensely. It's a memory of a lifetime.

Amazing views

Amazing views, would recommend. I purchased a skip the line ticket although it wasn’t needed at my arrival time of 11am.

360 views of scenic palm island

This was in the evening time, almost all of the surrounding area was lightened already . The lights were amazing, no matter where ever I see. I did a round about of 360 and every angle was amazing. You can visit during day time as per your choice.. since i am a night person. .. i like evening lights and sunsets.

Luxurious Dubai

What can I say Dubai must be visited in life but once in my opinion unbridled luxury is enough but it is a city for all budgets. Children are welcome and organized for them

Wonderful experience

I had read about endless things and inefficiencies. We have reserved for 6pm. We arrived at the indicated time (5.30pm). Ticket checked, backpack deposited and at 5.50pm we were in the lift after seeing the presentation of the construction. Everything went well. No thing, no catch. I may have been lucky or others unlucky but I recommend it because the sunset from that place is spectacular

Never again

We had a ticket for 5pm and managed to get to the top of the skyscraper at 6.15pm. Endless queues, in narrow, clustrophobic spaces, very badly managed, we were overtaken by anyone…. The spectacle of the palm view at the end after this viacrucis in the dark was nothing special…. Then the queue to leave for goodness sake... Patience also because it wasn't really a gift.

Incredible view of Dubai

One of the most spectacular views in Dubai. The observatory is very interesting, very reminiscent of The Edge in NYC.

Dubai, Palm Jumeirah Tower

We booked the tickets for the Palm Tower at short notice and everything worked out perfectly. It's definitely worth it. It's very informative about the construction of Jumeirah and the view from the top is breathtaking...

Due to catastrophic organization, we got invalid tickets and therefore could not go up

We had booked tickets for 6:30 p.m. through TripAdvisor, and traveled from further away by taxi, where we were ultimately refused entry. The tickets that had been sent to us were not valid. The organizer or seller was of course unavailable, so we ended up going home without seeing the show. The next day we received extremely cheeky replies from the agency, they were just making fun of us. The worst thing ever, never again!!

Nie wieder TripAdvisor. Mieser Service. Falsches Ticket.

Der Tower war okay. Aber die Erfahrung mit TripAdviser war unterirdisch! Das Ticket wurde erst Stunden vor Termin überstellt. Und das auch erst, nachdem ich mehrmals nachfragen musste. Außerdem wurde das falsche Ticket ausgestellt. Bestellt und gezahlt (!) war ein Fast Lane Ticket, geliefert wurde dann aber nur ein normales Ticket zum normalen Anstehen. Keine Erstattung, keine Entschuldigung von TripAdvisor. Nur dumme Sprüche der Mitarbeiter. Schlechter Service. Eigentlich hätte ich das Ticket bei diesem unfreundlichen Kontakt sofort stornieren und bei einem Mitbewerber neu bestellen sollen. Aber TripAdviser ist das einzige Portal, bei dem Tickets nicht erstattet werden.... Diese Seite werde ich nie wieder nutzen. Absolut KEINE Empfehlung.

Сначала вас ждет рассказ о том, как строили Пальму. Представление очень необычное. Хатем фильм к просмотру и уже после можно подняться на смотровую площадку. Мы были вечером, рекомендую посетить место в более светлое время, чтобы вид был более зрелищным.

Schitterend uitzicht Palm view

Schitterend om de Palm te zien gaan van dag naar avond. Om 18:00 naar boven gegaan en om 20:00 weer naar beneden. Ook boven kun iets drinken en iets eten.

Magique, Grandiose.... Le personnel très sympathique, la vue en haut est à couper le souffle... Une pure merveille.....
