The view on the palm was the best view after the view from Burj Khalifa. I had booked with speedy entring and was sadi sadisfied

Awesome view of The Palm. we get to understand the thinking and making of The Palm. the view at 52 is great. but we recommend to get to 54! we went at 5:30pm and waited for sunset! Spectacular!

Fantastic View of the Palms and Skyline

We had the 4 PM tickets. Fast Track was not needed as the lines were not huge but it came with the package so we were able to skip the lines. There is an introduction session before you go up - it was good where they show how the Palms was built etc. Then we went up. There is a time limit of staying up at Next Level but if it is not crowded, they dont bother. So we were able to stay up longer. We saw the normal light view of the Palms, then saw the sunset and then view of the Palms at night time. It was a warm day so it was not cold at all. Luckily the day was very clear so the view was fantastic.

Worth it

If you want to visit Burj Khalifa without staying hours at the line, this is the only way to go -> Fast track! Normal tickets have huge lines…impossible! Regarding the add, it should include the available hours to book it. I bought it to enjoy the sunset cause it says at the add it’s for the prime time, but it turns out there’s no prime time guaranteed. I only discovered that when the agency attendant asked me if I wanted the tickets for the 9am slot or for the 10pm one… Other than that, the experience was worth it.

Muy buena la organizacion,les aconsejo subir a the next level no se van a arrepentir y las fotos que te sacan los fotografos valen mucho la pena lo que se paga por ellas quedan espectaculares!!

Tudo ok trocaram o voucher por ticket sem problemas mas a vista belíssima do segundo nível! Só acho que está liberação de ticket deve ser resolvida para evitar dor de cabeça aos clientes.
