VIP experience

Opting for the VIP experience at Burj Khalifa truly elevated our experience to a whole new level. The extra cost was absolutely justified by the exceptional views of floors 152-153-154, luxurious lounge, delicious food, and premium drink selection. One of the best aspects was the exclusivity of the experience, with minimal crowds ensuring a peaceful and upscale ambiance throughout.

Birj Khalifa checked off - but it wasn't worth it

Nothing really went wrong (although the value and recognition of the "Black Level Skip the Line VIP" ticket was questionable when trying to get an elevator back down from level 125) and it was "fine" or "ok" overall, just not worth the high price. Definitely better at levels 152-153-154 than 148, with more sitting area choices and a nice open air terrace. The unlimited hors d'oeuvres were available in quantity, but lacked quality - lots of factory-made, high carb sweets & buns with a tiny bit of protein - I couldn't eat many. Lots of coffee machines but I didn't want loads of caffeine at 6pm-7pm in the evening. The sunset in late April was quite obscured, and I heard November/winter time of year is much more clear. The 7pm fountains didn't seem to operate, so, I guess we missed that perspective. 😐 I would hesitate to return for a $200+ ticket.

Excellent tour

The view from the Burj is truly amazing and going with the high tea option provide plenty of time to enjoy the treats while relaxing in the atmosphere.

Our experience was great!

It is more than worth the money to pay “skip the line” and go to the top floors! There were still waiting to hear back times, but far less than everyone else. Only suggestion…they need to have better mics for the employees. They were very hard to hear

Simply Spectacular

When you think of Dubai you must consider the Burj Khalifa as a must see visit. The views from the Burj Khalifa is nothing short of amazing. I had such a plentiful experience seeing the world from the tallest observation structure in the world. Spectacular views.

Once in a lifetime experience is worth the extra cost

Whist this ticket is pricey it is the best way of having this once in a lifetime experience, after all most of us visit once. It is truly a VIP experience from the moment of collecting the ticket at the entrance (difficult to find and looooonng walk in the mall if using the metro),skipping the line, the comfortable waiting room, skipping multiple lines and the lounge at the top. Lounge staff was super nice, going above and beyond, chatting politely and discreetly with guests, cannot fault them. Food might be finger food, but good quality and the opportunity to enjoy the space without being rushed or feeling cramped in is what one is truly paying for with this ticket. As you go to the lower floors and encounter the crowds, see the waiting (even for getting an elevator to go down to mall level) that is when one knows this ticket was worth the price. Nevertheless I recommend booking direct, but do choose your date carefully as that cannot be changed, which would be nice to allow for, after all it is an expensive ticket and things can change eg a customer might twist an ankle need to reschedule the ticket.

Simply fantastic

Lounge on 153th Floor and open balcony on 152 floor is some thing you cant imagine, instead must experience. Was feeling it is expensive, but felt it is worth after reaching 154th Floor. We visited in the evening when fountains were about to start and watching fountains from the top was another experience by itself. You get a different perspective altogether. This VIP ticket really makes you feel like a VIP.

Glad I paid for The Lounge VIP access.

I debated whether or not to pay for The Lounge 152, 153 and 154 floor access. It's quite a bit more than the other options but, in the end, I feel it was completely worth it. As other reviewers point out, you still need to show up early (I recommend at least 30 minutes) so you can exchange your digital confirmation for tickets. If you're VIP, they give you a sticker as well which helps you get to the front of the lines. We started at The Lounge which has its own observation deck. There was maybe 15 total persons, which made it very relaxing as you have access to three floors, each with snacks, drinks and private bathrooms. When we went down and stopped at the other floors, they were packed. Paying the extra, if you can afford it, will allow you to go at your own pace and to enjoy every minute of being at the top of the Burj Khalifa.

Really nice tour, the lounge wasn’t too crowded and the “VIP” experience was lovely. Lots of pretty snacks and the service was really great.

Awesome View! Awesome Experience!

Awesome experience at Burj Khalifa! this package allow us to skip the line and get straight to the highest floor at 154. we can explore freely at 154,153 & 152 with free snacks, canapés and drinks! not forgetting an awesome view while having our food! after the top experience, we can join the rest at 148 and 125. recommended!

Great view but packed.

Great views. The vocalist was not good, however....would have preferred just instrumental. Not enough spots to sit and way too many people.

Amazing Views!

Definitely book the skip the line tour! We walked by a line of people easily waiting over an hour at the same point we made it to in 10 minutes! The views at the top were absolutely amazing. This is a must but definitely a one time visit.

Great views after sunset At the top

Best views are after sunset from the open terrace at the 152 floor, not very crowded, skipped long lines going up and down the elevators. Food and refreshments + 1 glass of wine provided was ok.

Save time skip the line.

If you have only a small amount of time you must skip the queue. We had a 5 min wait for the lift, the line was 90 min wait. Worth lying more for that. The food at the top was nice so factor that in as well save money on eating out later. As much food and cake as you could eat with hot and cold drinks. I do think the cost was a bit expensive though that’s why 4 stars. A good visit though.

The staff at the Burj is the BEST !

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful ! Would definitely recommend this to anyone. Very clean and the snacks and beer hit the spot !

Worth the visit to the lounge

Had a wonderful experience! They will give you a VIP sticker and you’ll be taking the fast track elevators to the top. One free alcohol drink per ticket and the soft drinks, coffee and snacks are free and no limits. Went around 5PM so was able to see the day time view, sunset and the night time view. You can spend 3 hours on the 150+ floors and no time limit for the 120+ floors. You can see the top view of the fountain at 6:30PM and then view it downstairs later.

Amazing and you do feel on top of the world.

What a great experience. The building is something else. The 154 floor experience is great, not rushed, quality drinks & food. A must experience when visiting Dubai.

Amazing view from the terrace. Beautiful neighborhoods.

The view from the terrace is amazing, both during daytime and by night. You can't believe until you get up there. The environment, next to Dubai Mall, including the fountains, will charm you definitely.

Coordination sucked

The coordination sucked. It's labeled skip the line yet you still have to wait in line. The views from off top were nice but not knowing where to go and a lack of coordination really disappointed me.

Amazing views without waiting

This skip the line visit was great and we did not have to wait for elevators to go up or down. Service in the lounge and food were excellent. City views are amazing. We booked a 5:00pm tour and enjoyed sunset. Good daily and night views.

Transfer let it down

The burg Khalifa was excellent and skip the line essential. One way transfer from hotel not that good

Definitely Worth It

The access to the 154 floor and the service was exceptional. No waiting and the food was amazing, to match the views.

Worth the expense

The regular line was so long and we were able to go right past it. Our waiter was so kind. Asking if he could get us more to drink and bringing us food. He also took photos for us. The crowding was horrible for the regular floors. It was so peaceful and calm on the upper levels.

Mindblowing

I was doubtful if this will actually let us skip lines. IT DOES. The view from 152, 153 and 154 floor is exclusive. There was live performance, snacks from Armani, good seating for spectacular view of sunset, musical fountain, dubai skyline. Try taking 5 pm slot as it gives you view of transition from day to night

Disappointing and slightly chaotic

Purchased 152 to 154 (skip the line) lounge tickets to avoid needing to queue given the likely large amount of Christmas Day visitors. Turned up at Dubai Mall few hours early assuming we could turn our e voucher in to tickets. Not the case. Told to come back 15 mins before our time slot (at 5pm) but no need to get in the large queue, simply go to front of line and show voucher and we would be let through to ticket booths. So we did but then got told by different very rude guard to join the queue because everyone had 5pm tickets. She seemingly didn't want to acknowledge that people had different 'fast track' tickets. So join a queue of people to 'skip the line' of people!!? Assuming we would miss sunset which is why we booked in first place, we went straight round to the ticket booths (passing a no entry sign) and spoke to a very helpful member of management who then sorted our passes straight away without any issues. Once inside the 2 'VIP' groups (silver for floor 148 and black for 152-154) are all in the same waiting room for about 15 mins, Then they take you round passed the general admission queueing visitors, through security checkpoint and then after an additional walk and listening to the guide talk about the buildings construction, you finally get to the lift queues (next to more general admission visitors). Then you get the first available lift which takes you to level 124, where everyone gets out and is split into the 2 'VIP' groups. This takes you direct to 154 where you are led into the top lounge and are offered drinks, snacks etc. You can then go freely between floors 152 and 154 as you like. 152 is the open air deck where the glass comes to about 6ft clear head height. You can also get your photos taken by professional photographer at the top lounge which we declined due to the 370 AED price! We then stayed to watch the end of the sunset and the fountain show below to come on. We stayed for just over 1 hr. Then got lift down to 148 where you are led through various gift areas and back to another set of lifts back to level 125 (we skipped staying here, despite a better 360 view aspect as you can walk almost right around at this level. After dropping down to 124 via a staircase you are then put in another (supposed fast track) queue which was hastily made by someone dragging rails of t shirts from the gift area to form a barrier! There we waited for another 15 mins before we were able to get back down to ground level and exit back to the mall. Noting we went on Christmas Day, it seemed like the logistics of moving that many people around needed reviewing (insufficient and disorganised queueing areas). The staff could also do with more training in customer service. We would only recommend this on basis of tick off your list of things to do in Dubai, but strongly suggest avoid peak time visits!

Pick up was perfect. But there was a waiting time; all in all it took 30 minutes from arrival to the top. But this was ok. The view incl sunset was perfect. Good drinks and snacks has been served with a very nice service. Going down was a little more complicated: we had to ask several times and have been send for fotos two times, but ok it's touri stuff. All in all we liked this experience but we're not sure if it's worth this price, therfor -1* RECOMENDATION: take the 05:00 pm date: you'll have daylight+sunset+nightlight

Great experience.

Definitely a great experience. Went on a Monday afternoon and I was the only person on the balcony on level 152. The snacks were nice and the views amazing.

Go to The Lounge

LOVED IT! There were several options depending on which floor you wished to visit. We struggled to decide because of the cost differential, but selected to go to the top - floor 154 at the highest cost. We absolutely made the correct decision. That selection also allows you to visit all of the lower accessible floors. For us, the more intimate setting of these highest floors, and the drinks and food served there made the visit special. We never felt rushed nor was there ever a crowd. Additionally, the highest outdoor viewing area has lower barriers and more wind. This felt more exciting than the semi-enclosed lower outdoor area. This option also gives you a VIP sticker that allows you to skip the line when coming down on the elevator. If you will only be in Dubai once, then select the Lounge access without hesitation. The sunset was spectacular!

Straight to the top

The VIP experience and Skip the Line were definitely the right choice for me. This place is super busy, and the viewing spaces are not big, so the smaller the crowd the better. It is very expensive, but it is a nice atmosphere between the 3 top floors, the drinks and canapés makes it a bit more special, and there was even a live singer for a little while. And of course the sunset view is pretty impressive, allowing day and night impressions.

Excellent view but no line was skipped

The view and lounge was amazing but it was pointless to pay for skip the line. I was in same line as same day purchased guest and took 45-60 minutes to make it to the top and 30 to get down. I would recommend just reserving when arrive to Dubai and most likely better price. Skip the line was not worth the price and still waited with general admission. I would recommend going to the top lounge though!

Great view in a relaxing setting!

this was as good as I had hoped of expected. as others have commented, it is painful finding the will call counter. you ultimately have to go to LG level in Dubai mall to the On The Top check in. you shouldn't need to wait in line but it's confusing as no one there knows. but go around the corner and tell the people at the counter you have a vip ticket. note after that. you will still have to be in a line as a lot of people do the vip or sky lounge option. once on the 154th floor, you have a bit of breathing room with ability to move around, look out of enjoy the eats. on your way down, they basically make you walk to each of the viewing floor; partly to control traffic and partly to continue to market and sale their products. and lastly, the beauty of the vip pass is that you can skip the long queue going down at 123rd floor. A quick shoutout to Tanvir who was amazing at the lounge. all of the staff is extremely helpful but Tanvir was extraordinary. He found us the best table and took some amazing pictures and videos of us even though we only asked him for one picture.

The VIP Lounge is Excellent

Want a lovely view without the crowds? Plus delicious treats? Well Skip The Line and head directly to 154 Lounge! Less crowds, gorgeous seating nooks and they serve delightful espressos, cappuccinos and drinks. The VIP Lounge is nicer than the sky lounge, because you are higher up, better food and 3 floors with balconies to explore. Well worth every penny spent.

Get the VIP Experience!

It was a little confusing when the line was forming before our check in time, but once we were in it went so smoothly. Would definitely recommend the VIP experience! You skip the long lines, have a lot of space to move around on the 154th and 153rd levels, along with snacks and beverages. Once you head down to the 125th/124th the lines to get down are long...but not if you are VIP...you have your own line and move down quickly! For our group it was definitely the right choice!

Worth the Price

My thought process was, “How often will I come here?” I read reviews from this ticket/visit and from other less expensive tickets. You are escorted to the front of some very long lines. You drop off some folks that pad for access to the 148th floor and you continue to the 154th floor. There are 3 floors/levels you can access via a nice staircase. This is 1st class. My wife and I enjoyed a glass of wine and some other beverages (& finger foods/snacks). What made it worth the price was the very relaxed atmosphere (zero crowds compared to the 124th floor where you catch the elevator on the way down). We wound up staying for about 3 hours just sitting at a small table by ourselves, enjoying the views, and the beverages/finger foods. No one rushed us. It felt like our own private club above Dubai.

VIP for short definitely worth the extra money

This is the second time we’ve been in the building for the first time we were on 152nd and 150 third-floor. It is definitely worth the extra money. The food was very good. They were very few people and that the views were fabulous. We traveled with a person with disability, and he had extremely good care. I grew ranged in age from 26 to 90 and everyone had a good time. It is definitely worth the extra money. When we travel here before we came earlier in the day. I would recommend coming at 5 PM in November, so you get to see the sun go down. The city in my opinion is spectacular at night

Ticket time was changed after confirmation

We booked the skip the line lounge tickets for 5pm. We received confirmation for 5pm. When we got the WhatsApp ticket it was for 7:30pm. We specifically booked 5pm for the sunset view and with the last minute change we didn’t get to see the sunset. No where were we warned that the ticket time might change. This is not acceptable.

Amazing experience

Stunning views. Treated like royalty and skip the lines. Free drinks, eats. The staff were very friendly and professional. We booked for the Friday at 5pm and were told unavailable. They booked it again for Saturday 5pm. When we turned up we found the booking was at 3pm!

Fast Track and Floor 154 Worth the Money

Excellent value for money. It was my husband's birthday the day we visited, and he was treated like a king. The staff were excellent and attentive, couldn't fault the administration. Plenty of food and tea, coffee to be had. Floors 124 and 125 were crowded when we came down, so pleased we took our option. If you can afford the VIP choice,... do it

Incredible experience at the top

With this ticket you get to visit 154/153 & 152 bars which are all connected via staircase. The lounges are great and include delicious canapés. The setting is stunning and the views are awesome. We went at 5pm so it was light when we went up but got dark while we were up there so got to see the views by day & night.

Amazing experience at the LOUNGE!

Amazing experience! It's worth it to pay the price for this experience. This place is not crowded. It feels like VIP since you skip long lines. Highly recommended!

Very pricey but nice experience

Whilst the experience was nice and enjoyable, it’s not worth the money. It’s over priced. The best time to go would be the 5pm trip where you can see Dubai during the day time and also experience the sunset and then the lights of the city below.

Very special - limited crowds and bypass the lineups - get the extra couple of floors to 154th. 2 hours is long enough we visited the 11am session great views.

Buri khalifa experience

Amazing experience seeing Dubai from the clouds! Each floor was a different viewing experience. Would highly recommend!
