Was worth the money to go Top Sky.

We booked the 6pm tour to see the sunset but it was a hazy day but anyway very colorful. The booking with pick up at the hotel was conviniant, The driver drove us through underground parking directly to the ticked counter to 148th floor. We got plenty drinks an snacks while sitting and enjoying the view, You can stay as long you want but once you leave the floor down to 125 you can not go back up again. Stay with the group to skip the waiting line to go down,

Looking down is scary as hell but has to be seen

Has to be seen to really get an idea of how tall this building is - it’s breathtaking. We paid to skip the lines so went to floor 148 - it was less crowded and you were served traditional treats and drinks. Floor 125 was a bit more busy but had a few extras.

Spectacular views

We took 4pm booking and had booked the tickets to go to level 148. It was well worth it as there were less crowd and preferred the atmosphere. Also you get to sit down on the lounge and have coffee and sweets. The view was spectacular day and night! I have to say despite the spectacular views, the prices are expensive but feel like you have to do it when you are in Dubai!

We got delayed 22 hours due to the floods, got told non transferable under any circumstances, read the fine print because this company does not care

Leaving stars out until I hope oriental reschedules. Tour was for Thursday pm 4/18. Everyone in Dubai knows of the record rainfall and our flight was cancelled 2 days straight and we arrived Friday at 3 am,. Have sent all documentation showing our cancellations/stress and don’t want money back …. Just alternate time, hope they are ethical!!! Will update

Money over safety

During the historic Dubai flooding where the city was shut down. No transportation public or private was available. Roads closed. Cars abandoned. Would still not refund tickets. Not even allow a reschedule. Money over human safety.

Burl Khalifa in Style

Excellent experience. Visited Burj Khalifa in style. No lines. All the way to 148th floor. Amazing pictures.

Go to L148 so you can get back down quickly at peak times

This is just such an impressive feat of engineering and was absolutely worth a visit. I booked the L148 experience 5pm (peak/sunset) on a Monday and it was very busy - not enough seats on the observation deck but at least refreshments were free-flowing, all the water/soft drinks + biscuits and dates you could want. It quickly emptied out after 6:30pm but downstairs on L124/5 was still absolute carnage - and its at this point I realised the true value of the L148 ticket, you can skip the queue going down, without it the wait looked like it was easily more than an 1 hour. I think that Dubai is just too spaced out and due to distance + weather we couldn't really see the Palm/our hotel, for example. So even if this is the highest observation deck in the world, it doesn't make it the best in the world (sorry Dubai). I was more impressed by the Burj Khalifa from the ground floor, the night-time light shows, the background to the fountain show but overall glad we went and ticked it off.

If you go to Dubai, you should add this to your list as its worth the time. I don't know if you have to pay for the skip the line, depending on how busy it is going to be, however we did just to make sure we could see it.

It was great they place you in a private group you go in separate elevator to 148 floor ... very cool you can add the 160th floor to your experience at desk .

VIP pass a must with 148 option

The VIP pass is a must with the one way transfer. The views from the 148 floor are just amazing. There are comfortable chairs and you can relax and enjoy the views while having coffee. However, once you leave the 148 you cant go back. Just down. The 124 and 125 floors are where the gift shops are located, and where most guests go. It is a little crowded in typical tourist fashion. The tower is right atop the Dubai Mall which has every store you see at home, but with a lot of local eateries.

Magnificent

Amazing experience. We upgraded our tickets to visit the Lounge at floors 152, 153 & 154, making it the tallest lounge in the world. Finger food and drinks are served, while you take in the beauty of the lounge and the surroundings. The views are breathtaking and it is totally worth visiting the tallest building in the world.

Views of Dubai

This should be a must on everyone list. We selected Sky VIP tickets which allowed us to pass the long lines. The view was breath taken, we were served, coffee, tea, juices and snacks in the lounge. It was a wonderful experience.

As described - Very organized

We opted for one way transfer to Burj Khalifa as we did not know where to go. Pick up from our hotel was as planned. Dropped us off right at the entrance for the elevators. Experience was organized. Views were amazing.

View from the top

Took a while before the tour got started. But after we started, it was worth it. Especially not having to queue as it was extremely busy on the day.

An experience of a lifetime

We were made to feel like VIPs !! We didn't realise our VIP held such magic.......Wonderful throughout the tour. Served in a comfortable quiet area on floor 148 with fresh fruit juices, delicious coffee and hot chocolate and a plate of dates and petit fours . Plenty time to take photos .A very impressive building to witness . Amazing views . Would highly recommend this tour . A happy memory for us .

Decent experience but overpriced

Didn’t meet my expectations. Skip the line was ok but still had to wait with a hundred other people who did the same thing. Views are fine but it was crowded and tight up on the viewing levels. I suppose it’s something you have to do in Dubai once.

Not worth the money.

As I ascended to the observation deck, the anticipation grew. The views were nothing short of breathtaking—the sprawling city of Dubai, the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf, and the intricate architecture below. Yet, as I stood there, I couldn’t shake the feeling that perhaps the price of admission was too steep for just climbing on top by skipping the line. And then came the opportunity for a professional photoshoot against this iconic backdrop. The skilled photographers offered their services, but the cost left me hesitant. Was it worth it? The Burj Khalifa is undeniably a marvel, but for those mindful of their budget, the value proposition may not align. Perhaps, in the end, the memories captured in my mind are more precious than any photograph.

Driver was very prompt and helped to park and guide to the entrance. Reliable and provided the assurance.

No line amazing views

The view….. it’s that simple. Skipping the line saved hours going up/down. The only way to experience it. VIP style.

Well worth the money in my opinion

Im so glad I got this ticket. I came to Dubai with my cousin, but she had to leave one night before, leaving me by myself for a day in Dubai. I wanted to see the Burj Kalifa but didn't feel like waiting 2-3 hours by myself on a line. Got the VIP, skip the line ticket, and was so happy. From the moment they scanned my ticket at the entrance, I was upstairs within 20 mins. Of course, you'll get a lot of dirty stares from those waiting for 2 hours, you spent the money, so just avoid eye contact. The best part is you get the 148th as a VIP. It is fairly spacious, open, and emptier than the 125th, which everyone else is on. That floor also comes with as much delicious freshly squeezed juice, hot coffee/tea, and biscuits. I was able to go upstairs, view everything, take pictures, and leave within 75 mins. I could have done it in less than an hour but I wanted to relax and take pictures. Again worth the money especially if you're by yourself

Skip the line is not truthful

Waiting in lineups!! Skip the line is a farce! My experience was that they put you in a separate line that moves half as fast… I planned to be there for the allotted timeframe but the tour was way behind. The only good thing was that the 148th floor was less crowded and you got a drink and light snacks. You are completely on your own for the way down… I was in a lineup for over 30 min. Just to get in the elevator down from 125. It literally is a “tourist trap” Overall there was not a single line that I felt we “skipped”!!! I accomplished what I set out to do which was to go up in the Burj Khalifa. I will never go back to their money grab tourist trap. I would advise people to carefully consider the pros and cons of visiting here, make sure you budget a significant more time than is suggested. Be realistic about “skip the line” it should be marketed as access the 148th floor with light refreshments to be transparent and truthful… That was my experience…

Well organised, paid extra to skip the line and floor 148 and it was worth it, loads of room to relax and staff were always on hand to take photos and bring refreshments, a must do in dubai

Worth the price

Well worth the price. No line-ups, we went straight to level 148, no crowds, could see easily, nice coffee and dates. The server took pictures for me (better than a selfie) Then we could join the crowds on level 124 & 125 for a long as we liked. To get there I took a taxi to the Lower Level of Dubai Mall - there is a huge entrance just for the Burj Khalifa. Easy to get a taxi at the end of the visit.

Amazing experience

This was an amazing experience and I definitely feel that having VIP tickets is necessary. I felt bad for those that had to stand in line for hours waiting on an elevator up. This likely would’ve been a horrible experience without VIP. The floors at the top observation area are wooded and wobbly. This made me extremely nervous with every step where I couldn’t enjoy the view for long because I couldn’t wait to get back on stable ground.

Amazing

Great experience. Would highly recommend. This ticket saves soooo much time waiting in line. We upgraded to go to floor 154 and have a drink. Extremely worth it.

Well worth skipping the line as it was very long getting up to floor 148 great views across Dubai. VIP lift down skipped huge line too.

Take precaution if you have motion sickness

BE WARNED: IF YOU HAVE MOTION SICKNESS, THE ELEVATOR GOES FROM FLOOR 1 TO FLOOR 124 IN 60SECS. otherwise the view is beautiful at the top. We went to the 148th floor with the vip experience. Snacks and drinks were served the entire time. We went at 5pm in order to catch the daytime view and evening view. You're allowed to stay up there as long as you like.

Worth the cost

Absolutely worth the cost. After reviewing all the comments about waiting in line for the basic tour, I chose this one. I went at 10 am on a Sunday morning, and visitors were fewer but there still would have been a significant wait. It does skip the lines and also allowed access to floor 148 where only about a dozen visitors were located. When I descended to floors 124 and 125, there were masses of people everywhere and unable to view the full 356 degrees.

Must Do! Amazing views!

You cannot visit Dubai without visiting this spectacular building. I've done this tour twice now & would do it again. The views are amazing with lots of indoor & outdoor viewing areas, 360 degrees! The only reason for not giving 5 stars, is because we opted for the VIP option, but missed the introduction as the start is a bit confusing & staff just kinda 'get you through' to the lifts. I've done the tour before when it was less busy, so I know we missed it the 2nd time, which was much busier. It is only an Arabic Coffee & a small talk about the building.

Nice facilities, poor experience

The lines were unexpected and immense. We were VIP's but have not been treated as so. I booked the entrance for 18:00 but after all the lines only came in at 19:15

Burj Khalifa

Worth going and definitely an amazing experience. We took our two children (4 & 6) and they really enjoyed it; however they didn’t quite appreciate the 148th floor as much as us grown ups. The skip-the-line option is great!

100% Visit but with Limited Expectations

As I hadn’t ascended the Burj Khalifa before it is something that I felt I had to do and would encourage everyone to do it but with limited expectations. It’s something to tick off the list (or at least it was for me) but not something I would look to do on every visit to Dubai. Before purchasing tickets and although an added expense, that I appreciate not everyone can afford, I would strongly recommend skip-the-line tickets should they be within your budget. From reading others reviews I did spend the extra on skip-the-line tickets which although briefly making you feel awkward whilst being ushered past those patiently queuing it definitely speeds up the entry process - it did still take us around 30 minutes from scanning tickets to having a view but I understand it is commonly around three times that for those without these tickets. Depending on your ticket you have between one, two or three accessible areas (some across multiple floors) - I had access to two areas which was nice to have a different perspective from around 20 floors apart. The view itself is incredible, on a clear day (which I was lucky to have) you can see all of Dubai - but it was obvious on a cloudy day during our visit that the view would be lessened in adverse weather so try pick a day when the forecast is clear. Other than the slightly (or very if you do not have skip-the-line tickets) entry process I was frustrated with two other things - the viewing levels have an unrestricted time limit which in my opinion is wrong. I saw first hand a lot of people taking up seats or the best vantage points for the entirety of my visit which in my opinion is needless and unfair on others. As a tall, healthy, 29 year old I could cope with extended periods of standing and catching a view from behind others but I do feel there should be a gentle ‘move on’ from staff towards those prolonging their stay in one spot. The other criticism is the lack of information on the views and the buildings construction and use. This isn’t something everyone would be interested in but personally I would have liked to have been able to read a bit more about the building whilst in it, and what I was looking at. Definitely worth a visit, but having seen it I wouldn’t rush back. Whilst in the area I would 100% catch a view from the Dubai Fountain of the Burj Khalifa to truly appreciate its size. It is also worth viewing the fountains whilst in the area which have their own review page.

Spectacular

A fun experience. The view was breathtaking and the nibbles and coffee on the 148 level were enjoyable. The staff were very obliging in taking many photos of us. Would highly recommend a visit.

Birds Eye view of Dubai but too crowded

The view from the 148th floor was spectacular but they only served us dates for snacks. This was a complete let down. Also, the place is too crowded.

Expensive, but nice to skip the queues

Read horror stories but found it very straight forward. Enter the mall and aim for the Burj. They allowed us in 1 hour early. Probably took us 20 minutes to get to the elevators. The top lounge is more relaxed with cakes and coffee served.
