Safari with Asif

Asif was very fun and accommodating the dune driving was top notch and the boarding was great! The dinner and show after the safari is a lot of fun and everything is taken care of. Make sure to bring cash incase you'd like to tip after.

A fun family day on a Desert Safari

My extended family and I had a lovely day out with Essa from Ammar Tours for Dune Bashing, camel rides and dinner in a desert camp. It was a full-on experience that was good value for money. Essa, our guide, was sensitive to the younger and older members of our party, which ensured everyone had a nice time. The desert safari was an adventure all in our family will remember for a long time. Some in our group took advantage of the optional quad bike riding. We have numerous memories and photos as souvenirs and appreciate the fun Essa helped us to have in the wild desert near Dubai.

Amazing advanture

Asif was a great guide. Everything was perfect, and we really enjoy that. The best for me was driving in the dessert. Don’t worry, Asif is a very good driver, it’s a bit terrifying but finally a great experience!

Safari in the Dubai desert

Wry nice experience , the driver is kind and expert☺️. We had both quad and jeep safari in the desert. It was very nice. Also sand boarding was nice for the entire family.

Exciting tour, definitely worth taking

We took a 7 hour desert safari tour with BBQ dinner from Dubai. Our guide Nabeel is awesome! He is an excellent off road driver and was always very helpful with activities, dune bashing was an exciting experience, so was sandboarding and taking photos on dunes. Camel ride was short and cute, dinner was good, we enjoyed the night show, especially the fire show portion. Absolutely worth the price! We were happy with this tour.

Fantastic, a must do if visiting Dubai

Fantastic tour, our guide Munir was amazing. Could not fault anything from the pick up, quad biking, camel rides, shows and bbq, all were faultless. The highlight was definitely the dune bashing. Munir was definitely a pro and made the experience extra special. He went above and beyond making our little girl who is 8 really enjoy all the experiences. Would definitely use Ammar Tours again and 100% recommend them and Munir.

Day trip to desert from Dubai

Our driver was Hanif and he did really do our experience better since the dune bashing part of the trip was really fun with him. He talked to us and engaged in conversation which is always nice. As for the overall tour, I would outline that the 4 hour tour does not include a Camel excursion, only a picture riding the camel (you only ride the camel for a 10 meter walk for picture purpose).

Asif - the guide/driver - is the absolute BEST!

Our driver, Asif, made this tour very special for me and my family. He is the kindest and best guide for sure. He, himself, gets one million stars! His what’s ap number is +971 50 906 6350 and I would contact him directly to make sure you get him. We did the full late afternoon and evening tour with the ATV option. The dinner is not worth it. They have scammers working there - for example - someone comes over to you with a falcon and then places it on your arm and hand and when he is done he wants money and stands there until you give him money. Then there was a jewelry guy who made a bracelet for my daughter that she ordered. Then then made one for one other daughter after she told them ten times she didn’t want it. They chased up and wanted money for it. We kept saying we didn’t order it and they kept after us. It was disgusting. Also, the camel ride is not fun. They are scammers there as well. My oldest dropped her sunglasses while mounting the camel and the guide picked them up so quick and put them in his garnet and said he didn’t see any sunglasses. Really? I saw you pick them up. Scam. If you do a tour I would not recommend the BBQ option. I highly recommend asking for Asif, +971 50 906 6350, and do not do the BBQ. Asif is amazing. Tip him very well because he is worth every penny!!!!

Highly recommended

Amazing value for money. First of all the pickup was really good, good communication and great guide. The quad bikes were ok though I wish there was more space to ride. The sand board was really nice but short, the BBQ and camel riding was amazing, great shows and amazing food Just incredible experience all around, would go again and I recommend to everyone if all ages!

Extremely hot but we had a great time! Make sure to bring sunscreen! Our driver Ibrahim was Awesome and very informative.

Best driving experience ever

Have been on safari before but by far and miles ahead is this one the time spent in the dunes also on quads sand boarding the care and attention given from the driving and the knowledge shared was amazing. I recommend this to anyone wanting to get a feel of real dubai. Shout out to Abdul.

Hello, we want to say thanks a lot for the best driver Usama !! He is the best driver what I ever meet. He give us all the information what we wanted know, he is very talkative and very funny. Everywhere we were, he told about everything and describe perfectly. Give to us every informations what we need to know when we were on some activity’s. We are so happy happy that we had him like driver ! Very polite, funny, decent, kind and helpful man. When we lose the water he give us new one, when we had some questions every time we got answer ! He told about the program, told where we actually right now, described the parts of Dubai and perfectly described the camp. He was 24/7 ready for everything! We are so appreciate that he was our driver ! Thanks a lot one more time for whole family !

Whole day very good organized very well, be warned don’t eat before the safari, even the strongest stomach will be churning . Great fun though.

Must do Safari when visiting Dubai!

Excellent desert safari provided by Ammar Tours on Monday 27th February 2023 . I can honestly say that this was the best one I have ever been on as this was my 5th from different companies! It was my friend's first and she had a great time too! Exhilarating dune bashing that everyone of all ages can enjoy. Great first experience of sandboarding on the red dunes. All followed by camel riding and a delicious barbecue with evening entertainment thrown in....What not to enjoy! Thank you also to our driver, Nedim for an action packed 6 hours of fun!

Amazing experience

We had a wonderful time and made memories that will last forever. Our guide/driver/photographer/DJ Nadeem kept us engaged and up to date with events to come. His excellent dune bashing skills made us full of excitement and adrenaline rush. Photos of our family he took for us were amazing. Great experience with desert dune sandboarding also. A lot of laughs and joy. Delicious barbecue dinner with exotic belly dancing show under the stars completed great afternoon. I can only recommend it to everybody.

Decent

ATV's are not included in this. The Camel ride is like 10 steps. The BBQ is not good. The show at the BBQ is decent. The henna lady is nice and good work. Sandboarding was fun. Dune bashing....OMG.... you need to Google what that is before you. It's priced very good but there are a LOT of add on options.

Great experience

This is a great tour for a very reasonable price. We did check other tour operators but their price was up to 4 times higher for similar experiences! There were many things you could do - some are included some need extra payment, e.g. pictures from camel riding or with falcons. Please see pictures for further details. Perfect day

Zahid was the best guide ever!!! It was an incredible experience that you should have on your Dubai bucket list. My family ( my husband, my 5 year old, my 14 year old and I) did it all and I wouldn't like to miss one thing of it.

A must-do if visiting Dubai

This was a really awesome experience being out in the desert. Our driver and tour guide, Ibrahim, was incredibly good to us and made us feel safe and secure in the activities. He helped us take lots of photos and ensured we constantly had chilled water. My partner and I are would highly recommend this experience with Ibrahim to anyone visiting Dubai.

Brilliant jam packed desert safari day. Great value for money!!

We had the most amazing jam packed day with Karim from Ammar tours. We went as a group of three and there were also three other people in our car but we found that fine and still had plenty of room in the car. It was also air conditioned. The package we ordered was the 7 hour one. We were picked at promptly at about 3pm from our hotel and did the quad biking for about an hour at a location outside of the main desert. We then moved to the dune bashing and sand boarding location with in the actual desert. This was a really thrilling experience just make sure you hold on tight haha! Then we moved to the camp which was beautiful. We started with the camel riding and the sunset photo, then went to the main camp for food (buffet style), drinks and other performances (there was a belly dancer, spinning performer and a fire dance performer - all were amazing!) There was also Henna and shisha. We were then dropped back at our hotel for about 9. Unforgettable experience thank you Karim!

Awesome activity with a fantastic guide

Quad bike was a really nice activity. It was a pleasure to have Shahzaid as guide and driver, such a positive person. I recommend this activity to everyone, especially in the afternoon.

Great experience

Just got back from this great trip to desert. The best spent money here in Dubai! We left our hotel at 14:30, got back at 19:00, tired but full of great feelings. Quad bikes were fun, then short camel rade and we went off to desert - it was a bit scary, but our driver was experienced and had everything under control. Then sandboarding, photos and back to hotel. Great way to spend afternoon. Thank you very much. Can recommend Ammar to everyone 👍

Amazing dessert experience

Mudassah was amazing guide. Very friendly and knowledgeable. A trip experiencing many different things from quad biking, to dune bashing to belly dancing.

Great Service from Tour Guide

What a great experience! recommend booking your next desert safari with them! Mudassar was an amazing guide. ONLY thing which I had to come back on here to notate, is to recommend you KEEP YOUR RECEIPT OR TAKE A PIC(mine fell of pocket) for the dune buggy if you rent them! Was told it would be 525 AED since it was split with another couple when it posted to my account I noticed they charged me 966 AED!!! Contacted tour company since its the only POINT OF CONTACT for the dune buggy rental since its in the middle of the desert to see if they could assist with getting a copy of the original receipt I signed for.... till this date I'm waiting. Apart from that the service from Mudassar was great!

Unforgettable memories

We had the most amazing day doing the Desert safari experience. An special mention to our Guide Matti, he made our experience even more special, by taking care of the minimum details. Matti is a very friendly, thoughtful and funny. And on top of all those amazing things you finish this adventure with amazing photos and videos amazingly done by Matti! It is so good that ordinary praise isn't high enough to describe it properly! Thanks Matti!

Fun packed day!

Dune bashing was amazing, like a roller coaster. The tour is well planned out and tour guide Mudassar was very helpful. He was friendly and answered all my questions.

I genuinely couldn’t recommend this company enough. You really do get your money’s worth, if not more than. Our tour guide Ali gave us the best experience possible and fully looked after us all day. The desert safari was the best part! Brother Mudassir is very friendly and very kind.His driving skills are brilliant and his English communication skills are excellent. I would suggest don’t miss the ATV ride and sand boarding. If you like the movie Dune, then yes this is like Arrakis

Such a fun experience!

We booked the quad bike, dune bashing and sand boarding tour which lasted 4 hours. This was with Malik. Overall it was such a fun experience and doing it in the evening meant we saw the amazing sunset too! Weather was great in November! Malik was a great tour guide giving us the best experience for our tour! Was definitely worth the money.

An unforgettable day!

We can highly recommend this tour company and guide Mr. Sana from Ammar tours. It is reasonably priced and you get a lot of really nice experiences. The whole experience was unforgettable. Mr. Sana picked us up from the hotel, in a big comfortable airconditioned car, was punctual and courteous, very kind and helpful. He made the experience a very pleasant one, and was always checking to see what we needed and if we were okay. We first visited an abandoned town, and then went on to the dune buggy ride, which my 17 year old son and I really enjoyed. We had to pay extra for that but the price for the whole afternoon was so reasonable, and our experience was so amazing, that we found that it was worth it. Then we had a very exhilarating ride through the dunes in the keep, which gave us goose bumps. It was so special. We took photos during sunset on the dunes, it was a beautiful experience! Mr. Sana helped us with making beautiful photos. Then we drove to the magical camp site which was lit up like an oasis, where we were able to ride on a camel (my son’s wish) and ate a delicious abundant meal watching many lovely acts, such as belly dancing, fire eating and a lot of nice surprises. After that Mr. Sana dropped us all off safely at home. We really enjoyed the whole experience and Mr. Sana helped us and took care of us. I would recommend this highly.

Nabeel made the trip for us

We’ve done the dessert safari three times with different operators now, Nabeel was our best driver yet. He was very friendly, but also the made the dune bashing the most fun. He said he’d been doing it 25yrs and it showed. Was a great thrill. What I also particularly liked about this tour also was the fire dancer, that was particularly impressive. Only negative was the more aggressive salesman which we’d not experienced previously. Constantly being pushed to pay extra to buy a photo or get a larger tattoo etc. in fairness they’re probably really struggling after Covid, but it was a little annoying.

Coming to Dubai was one of the best experiences ever, but going on the Desert tour was the best by far! Nabeel was beyond amazing and far exceeded our expectations. He was funny, explained everything we saw on the way to the Desert and provided us complimentary water and treats. He made sure we were all safe, he took pictures for us, he made this absolutely FUN!! During our dinner he was the only tour guide that brought us food, water, tea. No one else did that. He made us feel so comfortable. I highly recommend him if You are looking for a respectful, fun and just Happy man!
