We went to Burj Khalifa, then toured the town in areas and opted for the market - including the spice and gold souks, and enjoyed the shopping. He then toured us more, and dropped us at Burj Al Arab. great day with him ... thanks

Great

Muhammad Waseem was an incredible guide. Friendly, humorous, experienced and knowledgable. Great with me and my 10 year old. We had only landed in Dubai 5 hours before and this was the perfect opportunity to rest after the flight, in a lovely air conditioned vehicle and take our time at different spots. As soon as we got in the car, we identified places we had already booked for our stay of 3 nights so Waseem carefully rescheduled his plan to accommodate us and took us to places we had not considered. He bought us water and very kindly, juice for my child with no charge. He was attentive throughout. My son did tire towards the end and he was considerate of this. A full 5.5 hours spent in this man’s company was brilliant. He taught us a lot. The taxi driver we had the next day to take us to an attraction was so impressed with my son’s knowledge of the King’s full name and why it was so, all taught by Waseem. We were left with 25/20 mins at each stop and 30 mins at the souks after the bars ride which he travelled with us on. Highly, highly recommend. He couldn’t have improved it. Thank you Waseem.

Best Dubai Tour for a Short Layover

Everything about this tour was PHENOMENAL!! Booking and communication about hotel pick up was quick and easy. My friends and I had a 24hr layover in Dubai. We didn’t know which hotel the airline would put us in and right before I left Toronto I shot a WhatsApp msg when we found out and as I landed I received the A-ok. Chose this tour because you got a mix of everything, new and old Dubai. Opted for visiting the Dubai Frame and got a photo op of the Burj rather then going up. Glad that decision was made as the sand haze was a bit thick that day so we wouldn’t see much from the oberservation deck. Anyways. Hanj aka. Have A Nice Journey, & aka. The Professor was an excellent, informative, funny, singing, super easy going tour guide. The driver was great too! They should up 15-20min earlier than our start time and glad I told my friends to meet 15min early too! Hanj really made this experience fun and informative. Cant say enough about this guy. We saw everything that was listed on Viator. It was definitely a lot to take in a short amount of time but that’s all we could manage with the time change we had to deal with. The vantage point for the photo ops was great for Burj Khalif, Atlantis hotel, 7 star Sail hotel, and mosque was amazing. One of the coolest things to do was ride the Abra - water taxi to get to the souks. The Dubai frame was a great attraction to go to. Again catching the history and future of Dubai was great there. Way better bang for your buck than possibly waiting in long lines to go up the Burj. Long review but all I can say is communication was quick and easy. The value for what we paid was superb. And taking in Dubai in a short period was perfect! Would definitely book another tour through Orient and I’d definitely request for Hanj to be our guide. Abu Dabi tour next!?! lol Great memories. Private Tour of Dubai

Really enjoyed our private tour. Guide answers all of our questions and provided tons of info. He even dropped us off at our next site after the tour concluded. Unique experiences included throughout the morning. Recommend booking this at the beginning of your trip to Dubai to get a good sense of the city and the diverse cultures that make it unique.

Wish I'd booked Arabian Adventures

We didn't enjoy the format of this tour. The guide just drove us to various photo stops and didn't get out of the vehicle except at the blue mosque. He shared a bit of information while driving, but there was no rapport.

Great introduction to Dubai. Consider Fast tickets to Burj Khalifa

We had a great half-day city tour with our tour guide,Tahir, who provided us a lot of interesting history and current information about the city and culture. A great introductory tour to Dubai, visiting the Burj Khalifa, the Abra Boat ride, gold and spice souks. Our customized tour allowed us to get extended time shopping for traditional clothing! However, because we spent so much time waiting in line and moving about Burj Khalifa, we did not have enough time to go to Jumeirah Mosque. I would highly recommend inquiring about Fast/VIP Tickets to the Burj Khalifa which would cut the required wait time considerably. Worth the extra cost depending on time a year. Our February trip was high tourist season.

Best Dubai Experience

This is me and my family’s first time to Dubai. Faisal was very professional and offered one of the best traveling experience, if not the best, during our private tour. We truly enjoy our time and I’d like to once again thank Faisal and Orient Tours for arranging this tour.

Excellent tour with exceptionally knowledgable tour guide

We booked this tour as we had limited time, and knowledge of Dubai. Our tour guide Faisal, went above and beyond to introduce us to the city and shared an absolute wealth of his knowledge with us! He was brilliant! We learnt so much as he professionally drove us around the different areas explaining about different buildings/cultures and way of living. We cannot recommend Faisal highly enough! He messaged us prior to the tour and arrived promptly at our hotel in an exceptionally comfortable vehicle. Excellent tour!

Amazing custom overview of Dubai in 4 hours

Excellent overview of Dubai. Our driver Faisel was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to adjust his initial suggested itinerary to capture extra things we wanted to see and also drop some areas we had seen already in a prior day. We learned a lot and saw a ton in 4 short hours. Highly recommend this tour and Faisel if you get lucky enough to have him!

Excellent half day tour

Sayed was an excellent tour guide, knowledgeable and happy to personalise the tour to meet our needs. We added the Dubai Frame and that was a great addition. A great way to see old and new Dubai.

Great value for time spent

Mohammed was excellent at customizing our tour to suit our interests. Slight delay in pickup as we came out of port departures and he was waiting at arrivals. He was excellent at making up the time. Mohammed was filled with a wealth of information about Dubai spiced with some humor. Highly recommend!

Great Intro to Dubai

My wife and I had a wonderful private tour. Nitan did an excellent job of showing us the highlights. Our fav stop was the souks; so interesting. He accommodated us by dropping us off at the Dubai Mall at the completion of the tour.

Lovely Dubai tour

Buyer Beware

The city tour initially seemed like a good experience, but our tour guide took us to a store in the spice souk for a demonstration of saffron and other spices. We bought a few canisters of tea and saffron only to find out when we returned home that several thousand dollars had been charged on our credit cards at the store. Definitely beware of any stores your guide takes you to. Don’t use credit cards and don’t trust the stores. We thought we could trust the sellers because the tour was promoting them, but that was not the case. The whole experience left a sour note on our trip.

Rained in Dubai

I was doing a 48 hours stop over in Dubai. The driver and tour guide were super great, I was take to all the most import sites and I was told a good history of the being of the city of Dubai. They got rain for the first time in a long time when I started the tour. Sorry I didn't get the name of my tour guide, very nice lady with a excellent driver. Thank you

Colorful Dubai

Pickup and ride was on time and the van was very comfortable and clean. Our guide, Mehul has lived in Dubai for a very long time so he was very informative not only about the places we saw, but he also provided a bit of history as well. As first time visitors in Dubai we found it fascinating. Mehul was quick to answer all of our questions about everyday life living in Dubai and we appreciated each insight he shared with us. The highlight of our tour was a ride on the “abra”, on our way to the spice and gold souk. Talk about overwhelming! It’s a truly colorful and diverse city so go and explore it. Thank you Mehul and Charlie (not the real name of the driver but we couldn’t remember his real name so we christened him Charlie😊) for an unforgettable tour! Hussein was a fabulous tour guide that allowed us to tell him what sites we wanted to visit rather than having to stick with a set itinerary. He was extremely knowledgeable and was quite fun. I highly recommend Hussein and his tour.

Perfect!

Perfect pick your! This man was so nice we learned so much about culture and history. We saw every sight in the city and his explanations were super interesting. I would do this again. He’s a great driver also and even gave details about traffic flow and roads. What a great tour!

Great tour of Dubai

I highly recommend this city tour. Travel around the city is by a comfortable air-conditioned bus. My group was escorted by Mr Muhammad Jameel who is very informative about the city of Dubai and a very pleasant group leader.

Old Dubai tour & shopping in the souks

I booked a customized tour of Old Dubai for my cousins visiting with our very friendly and patient tour guide, Ekaterina. We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it! We had an amazing Emirati breakfast at Al Khayma, walked Al Fahidi historical area and Al Seef, shopped the old souks and took an abra ride. Also, not only did we learn about Old Dubai, we also learned about New Dubai in our car ride. Just amazing! Dubai is indeed a beautiful destination. Would definitely recommend the tour and Ekaterina! You won’t regret it!
