I had booked a transfer through booking.com and was very happy with the service I received. As soon as I switched onto the wifi, I was really happy to see a message confirming that the driver had arrived nice and early, and was already waiting for me at the gate. Shaharyar was very patient, especially as our flight landed a bit late, communicated well and was very polite. He helped us with our bags and took care of everything for us from the moment we met up to the moment we were dropped off at the hotel. After a long flight where you’re exhausted, this is exactly the kind of service you need. Thank you.

Professional shuttle service to your hotel

We were picked up from the exit of duty free zone with a man holding a sign with my name. He escorted us to the parking zone where we were picked up by a driver who gave us a lift directly to our hotel. Despite the traffic we were quite fast in Dubai downtown. We recommend this service to other travelers.

My first time in Dubai.. arriving early flight from Sydney and a bit apprehensive of the immigration etc, and also the transfer to the hotel. Well communicated once you landed with detailed instruction and what to expect. Greeted personally by Shaharyar - who was so friendly and smily before 6am!! He took me to the driver, and car was brand new and short time later been dropped off at the hotel. Highly recommended
